        성찰적 노스탤지어

        김홍중(Kim Hong Jung) 한국이론사회학회 2015 사회와 이론 Vol.27 No.-

        이 논문은 한상진의 중민 이론을 후기 근대적 상황에 맞추어 성찰하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해서 중민이론의 기본개념과 분석틀을 살펴보고, 사회이론으로서 중민이론이 갖는 특징을 ‘실천적비판이론’이라 명명한다. 이어서 중민 개념의 중요한 의미소인 ‘中’을 집중적으로 분석함으로써 중민 이론이 양 극단의 중간에 대한 이론적 상상계 위에 서 있음을 보이고자 한다. 중민 이론을 좀 더 발전적으로 재구성하기 위해서 나는 중민 의식 대신 중민심을 탐구할 것을 제안하고, 그것이 한국 근대성을 근본적으로 특징짓는 생존주의를 초월하려는 집합적 심리로 구축되어 있음을 주장한다. 마지막으로 성찰적 노스탤지어의 감정구조를 분석함으로써 비판이론의 정서적 스탠스를 점검한다. This article attempts at reflecting on the Jung-min theory of Han Sang-Jin again in the context of late modern era. For this, I will examine basic concepts and frameworks of Jung-min theory, and by naming it praxeologico-critical theory, I try to reveal its strong points as social theory. I will also analyze the important semantic element of Jung-min theory which is the Jung(中) to show that Jung-min theory is established on the theoretical imaginary of communication. Finally I propose to explore the heart of the Jung-min instead of its consciousness, as a way of reconstructing Jung-min theory. And this will lead to the fact that Jung-min’s collective heart is oriented toward the transcendence of the survivalism which is fundamental tone of Korean modernity in terms of ethos of the people. Finally I will examine the reflective nostalgia, which would be the basic theoretical affect to reconstruct the Jung-min theory.

        정안침요법(整顔鍼療法)을 응용하여 호전된 후천성 사경환자 치험 2례

        Objectives : This report intended to estimate effects of Jung-an acupuncture on the acquired torticollis caused by muscle contraction. Methods : The patients were treated by Jung-an acupuncture, herb medication and Physical treatment daily. The improvement of the patients was judged by Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale(TWSTRS), Tsui's score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After 7 days of treatment, the 2 patients' neck pain and cervical movement were improved. Also, TWSTRS score, Tsui's score and VAS were all reduced. Conclusions : As the Jung-an acupuncture's theological base is organized with meridian theory and myofacial release therapy, We considered the Jung-an acupuncture is effective not only for the skin disease but also for the muscle problem such as torticollis.

        김정은 시기 북중관계: 지속과 변화의 동학 -주북한 중국대사관 홈페이지 내용분석을 통해서-

        본 연구의 목적은 주북한 중국대사관 홈페이지의 내용분석을 통해 김정은 시기(2012∼2017) 북중관계의 지속과 변화의 동학을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 김정은 시기 북중 양국관계는 자국의 국익에 기반하여 협력과 갈등의 전략적 이해관계를 이어오고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 활용되지 않은 주북한 중국대사관 홈페이지 내용을 주된 자료로 삼아 이를 분석함으로써 김정은 시기의 북중관계의 맥락과 그 특징을 이해하는데 있어 학술적 의의를 갖는다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamics of the continuity and change of relations between North Korea and China in Kim Jung-Eun times (2012∼2017) through analyzing the contents of the homepage of the Embassy of peoples republic of China in the democratic peoples republic of Korea. Through this study, it can be seen that the relationship between North Korea and China in Kim Jung Eun's time is continued its strategic interest in cooperation and conflict based on their own national interests. This study has a great academic significance in understanding the context and characteristics of North Korea and China relations in the Kim Jung-Eun period by analyzing the contents of the website of the Embassy of peoples republic of China in the democratic peoples republic of Korea, which has not been utilized in previous studies.

        Method for Protection of Single‑Line‑Ground Fault of Distribution System with DG Using Distance Relay and Directional Relay

        When large scales DG are connected to the distribution system of unidirectional power currents, bi-directional power currents are formed, making it impossible to use conventional overcurrent protection methods alone to detect and isolate fault sections for ground and short-circuit faults. To solve these problems, this study proposed the method of protection against single-line-ground fault of common neutral line multi-contact local power distribution system using distance relay and directional relay. The proposed protection method was applied to the common neutral multi-ground distribution system to validate the protection against single-line-ground fault through the PSCAD/EMTDC software package and efectively detect and isolate only the zone of single-line-ground fault without malfunctions.

      • A Study on Effect of the Elderly s Leisure Life upon Psychological Loneliness and Life Satisfaction and Social Support s Mediating Effect

        This study, it is intended to obtain a theoretical understanding on the relationship among the elderly s leisure activity, social support, life satisfaction and mental loneliness while, together with this, it is also intended to draw policy implications for enhancing the psychological well-being of the elderly in a practical dimension. The objective of this study consists in doing research on the influence of leisure activity exerted upon both life satisfaction and mental loneliness of the elderly over 60 and also on the moderating role of social support. The purpose of this study was to search for the influence of leisure activity and social support being exerted upon life satisfaction and mental loneliness as well as the moderating role of social support. In this study, as leisure activities, the 2 types of productive leisure activity and consumptive leisure activity, and as social support, the 3 types of spouse support, children support and friend support, and the 2 factors of life satisfaction and mental loneliness have been reviewed. The result of this study is suggesting policy implications that are important for enhancing life satisfaction in senescent period of the elderly.

      • Effect of Oriental & Western Anti-Stress Agents on the Changes of the Salivary Gland of Rats under Restraint Stress

Proceedings of International Symposium on East-West Medicine, Seoul. 162-171, 1999.-Stress caused the changes in the neural, vascular and immune system of the body. If stress is mild so as not to exceed the adaptability of the body to it, the homeostasis of the body is maintained. Otherwise psychological and physical disturbances of the body may occur, ample evidence suggests that stress causes apoptosis of the cells, inducing morphological and functional changes of the tissue as the result of tissue destruction. These disorders are also frequently observed in the orofacial region(dentistry), including not only such paychological oral lesions as Iichen planus and geographic tongue but stress-related diseases like temporomandibular disorder and xerostomia. It is, Therefore, possible that anti-stress medicines and stress-reliving activities may prevent and treat the psychosomatic disorders. In the study, we intended to check whether anti-depressant and anti-stress drugs such as Fluoxetine, Bunsimkium and Bohyulanshintang(oriental herbal medicine) can prevent pathologic changes of the salivary gland under the restraint condition. Seven-week old sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 5 groups.: Group Ⅰ, normal control;GroupⅡ,rats were under the restraint stress placed in the stress cages; GroupⅢ, rats were administrated Fluoxetine (5mg/kg/day), p.o., under the restraint stress; GroupⅣ,rats were administrated Bunsimkium, p.o., for 10 days before applying the restraint stress also.; Group Ⅴ,rats were administrated Bohyulanshintang, p.o., for 10 days before they were placed under the restraint stress. The rats were sacrificed at day 0,1,3,5,7 of the experiment. The submandibular glands of the rats were sampled immediately. The levels of clusterin protein and mRNA in the tissues were measured by immunohistochemistry and Northen blot analysis respectively. Our results were as follows. 1. Restraint stress induced apoptosis of the submandibular gland. 2. Restraint stress induced the expression of clusterin. The expression of clusterin reached the maximum level when the cellular apoptosis apparent and decreased after then. 3. Apoptosis was occurred on the acinar cells earlier than ductal cells by restraint stress. 4. In the Northern blot and immunohistochemistry, noremarkable difference of clusterin was found in between the normal control group and the Fluoxetine administrated-restraint stress group. 5. In Bunsimkium administrated-restraint stress group, apoposis was delayed. 6. In the Bohyulanshintang administered-restraint stress group, expression of clusterin increased with time and reached the maximum level at day 5 of the experiment and decreased after then. But apoptosis did not occurthrough all days of the experiment. The overall results suggenst that stress can induce pathologic changes in the salivary glands. By an early response to stress, clusterin is expressed in the glands to protect the glandular cells form the stress. But if stress is so strong and prolonged as to exceed the stress adaptability of the cells, then the cells may undergo apoptosis instead of producing clusterin. Administration of stress-relieving drugs such as Fluoxeting, BunsimKium and Bohyulanshintang may be useful in preventing and treating stress-related salivary glands diseases. Our results are thought to be useful to identify the mechanism of stress-related salivary gland diseases such as xerostomia. Hereafter, among the anti-stress medicines such as western medicine and traditional herb medicine, Bohyulanshintang with minimal side effect could be applied to effectively prevent and treat psychosomatic disease.

        상아질 접착에서 collagenase와 esterase가 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

        상아질-레진 접착강도에 대한 collagenase와 esterase의 영향을 살펴보기 위해, 소구치의 교합면 상아질에 Single Bond 2와 Clearfil SE Bond로 접착을 시행하고 미세 시편을 제작하여 PBS, collagenase 용액, esterase 용액에 4주간 보관한 후 미세인장결합강도를 측정, 비교하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 모든 보관 용액에서 Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 Clearfil SE Bond보다 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). 2. Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 collagenase군이 PBS군, esterase군보다 낮았다(p>0.05). 3. Clearfil SE Bond의 미세인장결합강도는 esterase군이 PBS군에 비해 낮았으나(p>0.05), collagenase군보다는 높았다(p>0.05). Collagenase군은 PBS군에 비해 유의하게 낮은 미세인장결합강도를 보였다(p<0.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of collagenase and esterase on the microtensile bond strength (μTBS) in dentin bonding. After resin composites were bonded to occlusal dentin, μTBS specimens were formed and stored in PBS, collagenase, or esterase solution. After 4-week storage, μTBS was determined and, the results were as follows: 1. μTBS values of Single Bond 2 were lower than those of Clearfil SE Bond for all storage medium (p<0.05). 2. In single Bond 2 group, collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS and esterase solution (p>0.05). 3. In Clearfil SE Bond group, esterase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS(p>0.05). Collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than esterase solution(p>0.05) and PBS(p<0.05).

      • Adaptive Mesh Generation for Planar Problems for Dynamic Finite Element Analysis

        The finite element method(FEM) is an approximate method that is used in various analyses. In order to use the finite element method in a structural analysis, users choose both element type and mesh. Adaptive mesh generation is a technique that improves the accuracy of FEM results through refinements of mesh using the results from the previous analysis step. In this study, the concept of representative strain value is introduced to analyze structures subjected to dynamic loadings using adaptive mesh generation. Representative strain is a sign of error in an element based on the standard deviation of strains. The scheme uses both the h-method and the r-method for adaptive mesh generation. The study presents criteria for regenerations of meshes that apply both the r-method and the h-method. This study examines the validity of the strategy to obtain an effective mesh through a cantilever example under a concentrated load with varying values. The proposed strategy reduces calculation time and a good accuracy is obtained.

      • THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EM-<TEX>$200^{TM}$</TEX> GAS-FILLED AFFF FIRE EXTINGUISHER FOR AUTOMATIC FIRE SUPPRESS10N SYSTEMS IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT OF AUTOMOBILES

        In recent years, the number of vehicle fires, as well as the number of motor vehicles, has been increasing rapidly. Therefore, several types of automatic fire suppression systems for the engine compartment of automobiles have been developed to extinguish automobile fires, and most of these systems use halon 1301 as a fire extinguishing agent. Due to environmental concerns, the phase-out of halons has been announced, so now there is a need to replace halon 1301. For this, a 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptaflouropropane (HFC-227ea, FM-<TEX>$200^{TM}$</TEX>) gas-filled Aqueous Film- Forming foam (known as AFFF) extinguisher was devised even though air foam extinguishers could be used. This is because the air in the foam bubbles is a source of oxygen required for the combustion reaction. It can be surmised that it is possible to increase the fire extinguishing efficiency of AFFF by filling in foam bubbles with a gaseous extinguishing agent. The best choice is the FM-<TEX>$200^{TM}$</TEX> gas-filled AFFF, Which has the maximum expansion ratio of 62:1. This makes it possible for the expanded foam to rapidly fill the engine compartment.

      • Studies on the Activation Mechanism of c-src Protein Tyrosine Kinase by Ginsenoside-Rg1

        We have studied an activation mechanism of pp60^(c-src) protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) by ginsenoside-Rg₁ (G-Rg₁) in NIH(pMcsrc/foc)B c-src overexpressor cells. It was previously reported that G-Rg₁ stimulated the activation of c-src kinase at 20 μM with a 18 hr-incubation, increasing the activity by 2-4-fold over that of untreated control, and this effect was blocked by treatments of inhibitors of either protein synthesis (cycloheximide) or RNA synthesis (actinomycin D) (Hong. H.Y. et al. Arch. Pharm. Res. 16, 114 (1993)). However, an amount of c-src protein itself in wild-type cells was not changed by G-Rg₁. When the cells mutated at one or two tyrosine residue(s) (Y416/527) that are important sites to regulate the kinase activity were treated with G-Rg₁, increases both in the activity of c-src kinase and in the expression of the protein were not observed. In addition, removal of extracellular calcium ion by EGTA or inhibition of PKC by H-7 canceled the G-Rg₁-induced activation of the kinase. Although the activation was little affected by G-Rg₁ with a calcium ionophore A23187, it was synergistically stimulated by treatment of G-Rg₁ and PMA, a PKC activator. Taken together, these results suggest that the activation of c-src kinase by G-Rg₁ is caused by an increase in the specific activity of the kinase, but not in amount of it, and is involved with both cellular calcium ion and PKC. Further the increase in the specific activity of c-src kinase may result from altered phosphorylation at tyr-416 and -527.
