스포츠센터 직원의 직무와 조직관련 요인이 조직헌신도에 미치는 영향

This study is to determine and analyze the effect of work-and organization-related factors of Sports Center employees on their devotion to the organization. In so doing, this study involved 348 people who are currently working for Sports Centers around Kyonggi Province. The survey used in the study was Survey on the effect of work- and organization-related factors of Sports Center employees on their devotion to the organization. And t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, recurrent analysis were introduced to analyze the data resulting from the survey. Based on the analysis, following conclusion was drawn : First, Sports Center employees work-related factor based on their personal background variables showed a statistically significant distinction according to their age, level of education, monthly salary, position and the length of their service. In addition, organization-related factor suggested a statistically significant distinction according to the employees age, monthly salary, position and the length of their service. Secondly, Sports Center employees degree of devotion to the organization indicated a statistically significant difference according to their gender, age, monthly salary, position and the length of service. However, no difference was shown in the level of education. Thirdly, the study suggested that both work-related factor(β= .463) and organization-related factor(β= .368) had an influence on the degree of devotion to the organization.

서울의 Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae 발생빈도(1998)

In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

한·일 프로축구 관중의 경기관련 요인, 구단이미지 및 고객충성도 차이에 관한 연구

This study aims to analyze the differences in factors related to spectators in professional soccer matches between Korea and Japan, the image of owners having soccer teams, and audience loyalty. In this study, the audience visiting K-league or J-league matches as of 2003 are initially selected as the two groups of populations, whose final numbers are drawn to 627 persons in total, 299 in Korea and 328 in Japan, by using the stratified cluster random sampling method. For data collection, questionnaires are used showing 6570-8819 for Korean spectators and 6425-9218 for Japanese spectators in terms of reliability. With some factors staying at low coefficients, however, most of factors turn out relatively reliable. For analysis, this study uses frequency analysis and test for statistics analysis. The methods and procedures used in this study lead to the following results: First, the difference in factors related to Korean and Japanese spectators in professional soccer games are found statistically meaningful in the tolerance of 1% in terms of grounds, game conditions, admission fee, and admission promotions, all of which are lower factors of game-related factors. Second, the different image of owners having soccer teams seen by Korean and Japanese spectators are found statistically meaningful in the tolerance of 1% in terms of reliability and familiarity, both of which are lower factors of owner image. Third and the last, the difference in audience loyalty between Korean and Japanese spectators are found statistically meaningful in the tolerance of 1% in terms of possibilities of going back to later matches and calling on others for visiting games, both of which are lower factors of audience loyalty.

한국 경륜 사업의 실태와 발전 방안

Korea in the future as one of sound leisure industry. The first, the policy of pro-cycling business shall be established by relieving the advantages of Pro-cycling in comparison with horse racing, motorboat racing and casino, because the pro-cycling is for public good, controls gambling spirit and is familiar with the citizens. The second, actual study on the demand and supply plan of velodrome shall be required to develop pro-cycling equally in all of districts. In addition, shall seek a Plan to increase off-track betting place due to the limit of velodrome. The third, the organization and manpower of pro-cycling business headquarters are insufficient, the capacity to create reinvestment funds is lack, and the facilities of velodrome are not suitable, which these situations disturb the fair operation and smooth distribution of pro-cycling business, thus the former Problems shall be improved constantly. The fourth, pro-cycling training institute shall be founded in order to solve the short of player and judge caused by the constant supply of velodrome, and to train excellent players through hlgh-quality training. The fifth, businessmen related with pro-cycling shall create 〈Players' Association〉 and 〈Mutual Aid Union〉 to offer retirement pension, handicapped Person pension, living expenses and medical fee for injury received during racing or training in the welfare aspect so that Pro-cycling players can believe firmly in the living of player.

黃連 中 protoberberine의 分離同定에 관한 硏究

Tetrathiocyanatocobaltate(Ⅱ) ion is capable to complex compounds with tertiary amine salts or quarternary ammonium salts. And these complex compouds, no soluble in water, are expracted into organic phase, the same as 1,2-dichloroethane, chloroform and dichloromethane. In the investigation of the identification of protoberberine, three compounds were separated by TLC following complex reaction inter protoberberine-TCR. The solution of n-buthanol: acetic acid: water(7:1:2) was eluted on the silica gel plate. In elution of standard solution, the Rf of berberine chloride and palmatine chloride were shown for two compounds smong the three compounds in the case of Coptidis Rhizoma as 0.52 and 0.42, respectively. In order to obtain the information of the third, each compound was also separated with column chromatography as same conditions as TLC and evaluated with IR and mass spectra. As the rsults were showed that the third compound was coptisine, as the moleculer weight was 320.

자발성 소뇌출혈에서 뇌전산화 단층촬영 소견이 초기 의식 상태와 예후에 미치는 영향

The authors analyzed 53 cases with spontaneous intracerebellar hemorrhage diagnosed by brain CT scan and assessed the correlation between the mental status at admission, the outcome and the CT findings. The location of hematoma volume of hematoma quadrigeminal cistern obliteration intraventricular hemorrhage and hydrocephalus were correlated to the mental status assessed by GCS at admission. The GCS score at admission. location of hematoma volume of hematoma quadrigeminal cistern obliteration intraventricular hemorrhage and hydrocephalus were correlated to the outcome. We conclude that decreased GCS score at admission, large volume of hematoma, quadrigeminal cistern obliteration presence of intraventricular hemorrhage and hydrocephalus could be considered as surgical indications and contributing factors for poor prognosis in the patients with spontaneous intracerebellar hemorrhage.

직장인의 생활체육 참여가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of participation in sport for all on quality of life among office workers. To achieve the aim, this study is to analyze firstly the difference of life quality depends on the Properties of office workers in terms of social demography, secondly the difference of and life quality depends on participation extent in practical sport, thirdly the effect of participation extent in practical sport on life quality, and fourthly casual relationship between participation in practical sports on life quality. Set up office workers who are working at company located in Kyounggi-do as population, and then analyzed 334 participants in sport and 383 non- Participants based on systematic cluster sampling. A tool to investigate, questionnaire was composed by total 40 questions such as 11 questions on demographic Properties, 24 Questions on leisure satisfaction, 5 questions on life satisfaction. Frequency Analysis, T-Test and One-Way ANOVA, ANCOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis were applied to analyze the collected data in accordance with the purpose of this study. Follows are results through data analysis in accordance with the above method and procedure. The first, showed a meaningful difference life duality are leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction showed a meaningful difference 5% in education level and family's income, and life satisfaction showed a meaningful difference 1% in education level and 0.1% in age, position and family's income. The second, life quality depends on the participation in practical sport showed a meaningful difference 0.1% in the only life satisfaction that is a sub-variable of life quality. Non-Participation group in Practical sport showed a low degree in leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. The third, two elements influenced statically upon leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction as 1% respectively.

水盜作에서 親環境農業 定着을 위한 오리 및 왕우렁이 農法의 可能性 分析

Concerns on use of excess amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide in current farming system turns both of the producer and consumer of agricultural products to an organic farming which use a less chemicals and more natural manure. Possibility Analysis of Pond-snail and Duck Faming for Environment-friendly Agriculture in paddy field. Depression effect of weed occurrence by pasture of 5kg of the Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) per 10a and the 7th day after transplanting. Optimum duck rasing density in rice paddy field was was 25~30 heads per 10a and ducks could be harvested three times in a year starting from 40 days after mature-seedling machine transplanting. The weed control rate of the duck raised paddy field was superior to the conventional agriculture. Yield per 10a of the duck raised and pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) farming was inferior to conventional agriculture. The earnings of The Duck and Pond-snail farming realize a profit. From these results, it seems that the Organic farming are usefel and pasture of the Duck, Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) for depression of the weed occurrence is effective as the environmental perservation farming.

초소형 비행체의 영상 전송을 위한 1GHz 대역 송신기의 특성해석

Characteristics of an L-band transmitter and a receiver are examined which can be used for real time image transmission from micro-aerial vehicle(MAV) and/or autonomous vehicle system to the ground station. Transmitter power is sub-50 mWatts and uses 970 MHz carrier frequency for frequency modulation (FM) of real time NTSC image signal. Antenna shows pseudo-omnidirectional radiation pattern and excellent impedance matching characteristics at the operating frequency. Real time image transmission/ reception and image data compression using mpeg encoder are performed with notebook PC from a moving vehicle, which results in very encouraging image quality applicable to surveillance and observation using MAV.

유기농 자재의 시용이 토양의 이화학적 성질과 상추, 가지의 생육 및 체내성분에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of microbial fertilizers on the application of organic farming materials in soil on growth and yields of leaf lettuce, eggplant. Three microbial fertilizers, Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM were used. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. The effect of soil chemical properties after application organic arming materials, The amounts of pH, EC, P2O5 and O.M. treated all plot were few of change. 2. Change of soil microbial after application organic farming materials, The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in N, P, K treated plot showed the increased tendency, to the contrary, The number of bacteria, actimycetes in Aika, kalen-gold and EMRO-EM treated plot showed the increased, The number of fungi showed the dicreased tendency 3. The application effects of Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM on the growth, yield and components of leaf lettuce and eggplant in comparison with chemical fertilizers plot was not a difference.
