The purpose of this inquiry is to understand the changing process of Tae-Kwon Do uniform by After thorough examination, they could be summarized as below. Tae-Kwon Do training uniforms are divided into two different types. One is a spread extended type which originally came form Japan and the other is an Korean traditional martial arts uniform. As the development of Tae-Kwon Do occurred, the uniform changed into a basic clothing form from the three countries period which included a black collar and a half black and red collar for grade holders. The differences in the length of sleeves and pants come from which material it is made of and a statement regulated by the Korea Tae-Kwon Do Federation. The uniform currently using is not the Korean traditional type which has to be worn over the head. This has a major disadvantage when putting it on and taking it off, it ruins the hair especially after sweating a lot through training. As a result, the uniform we are currently wearing has a slight problem in practicality and the historical background but the uniform itself is rogarded more as a sport uniform rather than a training uniform.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the objectivity of taekwondo judge's decision rating using the many-faceted Rasch model. 240 High school and University male and female taekwondo players who participated competition in domesticin the taekwondo competition were rated by 24 judges. In the results, large variation corresponding to the similar logit score was found in sum of raw scores, even though the correlation among scores was relatively high. This imply that the influence of judge's severity existed in the rating score. The rating consistency was estimated by the model-data fit statistic. It is recommended that logit score, in which judge's severity and the impact of other facets were taken into account, therefore, should be employed to assessment of taekwondo performance. The first, the severity of the judge's decision is a different according to judgement. the second, judges level of consistency differ in judge. however, judges' decision was comparatively consistency except for some judges.

The objective of this study consists in inquiring into hematology, plasma protein, and chemical charges in lithicacid, and the resultant findings are revealed, as follows : 1. Blood Chemistry 1) Triglyceride Triglyceride gives the lowest value at rest in the athlete group, 55mg% but the highest value right after an exercise in the non-athlete croup. The results of t-tests show a significant difference both at rest and right after an exorcise. 2) Total Cholesterol The total cholesterol presents 131mg/dl and 135.3mg/dl at rest in non -athlete group but 141mg/dl right after an exercise in the non-athlete group and 148mg/dl in the athlete group. The athlete group represents a higher value both at rest and right after an exercise than the non-athlete group. 3) Glucose Glucose shows the lowest value at rest, 67.3mg/dl, in the non-athlete grouts, while the highest value right after an exercise, 117mg/dl, in the athlete group. The results of t-tests reveal no significant difference by the t value of 1.5895. 4) Total Protein Total protein gives 7.26mg/dl at rest in the non-athlete group, 7.5mg/dl in the athlete group, while 9.27mg/dl right after an exercise in the non-athlete grouts, but 7.8mg/dl in the athlete group, No significant difference is found both at rest and right after an exercise. 5) HDL-Cholesterol HDL-Cholesterol indicates the lowest value at rest in the non-athlete group, 44.1mg/dl, while 57.1mg/dl right after an exercixse in the athlete group. The results of t-tests reveal no significant difference both at rest and right after an exercise. 6) Urea Nitrogen Urea nitrogen shows 8.1ml at rest in the non-athlete group, 11.2 ml in the athlete group, whereas 7.12ml right after an exercise in the non-athlete group but 10.6ml in the athlete group. Both the athlete and non-athlete groups all lower values right after an exercise, 5.36%, 12.09%, respectively. 7) Uric Acid Uric acid gives 5.61ml at rest in the non-athlete group, 6.42ml in the athlete group. while 6.6ml right after an exercise in the non-athlete group but 6.7ml in the athlete group. The results of t-tests reveal no significant difference both at rest and right after an exercise. 8) Aspartate Transferase Aspartate transferase indicates 18.6u/l at rest in the non-athlete group, 33.6u/l in the athlete group, whereas 21u/l right after an exercise in the non-athlete group but 34u/l in the athlete group. No significant difference is found both at rest and right after an exercise. 9) Alanine Aminotransferase Alanine aminotransferase reveals the highest value at rest in the athlete group, 39.1u/l, while the lowest value right after an exercise in the non-athlete group, 21.1u/l. No significant difference is found right after an exercise both at rest and right after an exercise. 10) Lactate Dehydrogenase Lactate Behydrogenase shows 411.6 at rest in the non-athlete group, 570 in the athlete group, whereas 456.5 right after an exercise in the non-athlete group and 547 in the athlete group, which indicates no significant difference. 11) Alkaline Phosphatase Alkaline phosphatase represents the lowest value at rest in the non-athlete group, 46u/l, while the highest value right after an exercise in the athlete grouts. 70.7u/l. The results of t-tests reveal no significant difference at rest between the two groups. In consequence , biochemical changes in blood show higher values right after an exercise than at rest in TG, total cholesterol, glucose, HDL-cholesterol, aspartate transferase, lactate dehydrogenase, and alkaline phosphatase. Total protein and uric acid do not reveal a significant difference, but urea nitrogen and alanine aminotransferase show lower values. These results indicate that Taekwondo champions have better aerobic ability than the general students, But it is recommended that more studies should be conducted, expecially on comparison of Taekwondo champions' aerobic strength with that of the general students.
