黃連 製劑 中 protoberberine의 分析에 관한 硏究

Tetrathiocyanatocobaltate(Ⅱ) ion is capable to complex compounds with tertiary amine salts or quarternary ammonium salts. And these complex compouds. no soluble in water, are extracted into organic phase, the same as 1,2-dichloroethane, chloroform and dichloromethane. We adopted the method for determination of protoberberine in the preparations of Cottidis Rhizoma(Samhwangsasim-tang. Hwangryunhaedog-tang and Banhasasim-tang). Extracted complex compounds, in organic phase, was identified and determinated by U.V spectrophotometry. The maximum absorption wave lengths of the complex compounds were 442nm and 624nm. At 624nm as one of the maximal absorbances, it was copable to determinate the content of protoberberine. The calibration curve was liniary at the range of 0.05mg/ml-0.4mg/ml of berberine chloride in DCE. The contents of protoberberine its derivatives were also determinated. On the other hand, it was suggested that a certain reaction among the various compounds of the different Herbe medicals. It could be explained the diminution of the protoberberine content for the preparations of Coptidis Rhizoma. It was considered that spectrophotometry method could be greatly applied to the analysis of protoberberine in the various preparations of Coptidis Rhizoma and its in the industrial laboratory. Also this method could be adopted for the determination of other alkaloids which consist amine and ammonium.

黃連 中 protoberberine의 分離同定에 관한 硏究

Tetrathiocyanatocobaltate(Ⅱ) ion is capable to complex compounds with tertiary amine salts or quarternary ammonium salts. And these complex compouds, no soluble in water, are expracted into organic phase, the same as 1,2-dichloroethane, chloroform and dichloromethane. In the investigation of the identification of protoberberine, three compounds were separated by TLC following complex reaction inter protoberberine-TCR. The solution of n-buthanol: acetic acid: water(7:1:2) was eluted on the silica gel plate. In elution of standard solution, the Rf of berberine chloride and palmatine chloride were shown for two compounds smong the three compounds in the case of Coptidis Rhizoma as 0.52 and 0.42, respectively. In order to obtain the information of the third, each compound was also separated with column chromatography as same conditions as TLC and evaluated with IR and mass spectra. As the rsults were showed that the third compound was coptisine, as the moleculer weight was 320.

본고는 조선왕조 禮學의 태두라고 평가되는 沙溪 金長生, 1548~1631)의 祭祀에 관한 禮設을 정리한다. 沙溪가 저술하고 교정한 예서·『家禮輯覽』·『疑禮問解』·『喪禮備要』 중에는 先賢 名儒의 어느정도 지켜졌는가를 추측할 수 있으며, 동시에 沙溪의 입장이나 역사적인 평가도 어느 정도 명확하게 될 것이라고 생각된다. 고찰하려는 것은 돌아가신 조상을 哀悼하고, 그리기 위한 禮, 즉 제사의 문제다. 구체적으로는 1. ‘모두 4代를 祭祀 지내는 문제’[通祭四代], 2.‘忌祭에서 位牌를 모시는 문제’[忌祭設位]‘ 3. ’묘제 시일의 문제‘[墓祭時日]라고 하는 세 가지 문제이다. 沙溪의 祭禮에 관한 禮設이나 그의 입장을 검토해보면 『朱子家禮』의 보급을 목표로 하면서도 당시의 풍속에 견제되어 매우 불철저하게 끝났던 것 같다. 이것은 당시 존재하였던 풍속을 자연스러운 것으로 인정하였던, 沙溪를 포함한 당시인민의 情이 『朱子家禮』의 규정이라고 하는 禮가 더 강력하였기 때문이었다. This thesis is to arrange the rites of ceremony theory in 沙溪Shagye 金.長生Kimjangsaeng who was estimated as an authority of 禮學Lixue. The books about ceremony, written and revised by 沙溪Shagye, 『家禮輯覽Jialijilan』『疑禮問解YiLeewenjie』 and 『喪禮備要Shanglibiyao』 told us to the extent that how much ancient sages kept in mind the well-known confucianism, and at the same time, we could figure it out in some degree both what was el 沙溪Shagye's position and historical evaluation. To be considered here is the problem of rite, that is ceremony grieving for the dead ancestors and praising them. Here in this thesis is illustrated specifically as follow. There are three problems: 1. 'The problem of rite to the fourth generation of ancestor'(通祭四代), 2. 'The problem of keeping a mortuary tablet in a memorial service'(忌祭設位), 3. 'The problem of date for the memorial service held before the grave' (墓祭時日). When we scrutinize into the ceremony theory for the rite and the position in 沙溪Shagye, he made it a rule, as a goal, to supply publicly 朱子家禮Zhuzijiali』 to the people. But it stopped not finishing completely his goal because of the contemporary custom. They naturally accepted the existing public morals at the moment. And this fact shows that 禮Li in which the regulation of 朱子家禮Zhuzijiali』 contained was more powerful than people's 情Qing and 沙溪Shagye.

한식 면 요리 소비자의 외식동기 유형 연구- Q 방법론적 접근

매년 면류 소비량이 증가하면서 자연스레 한식 면 요리 시장의 비중 또한 성장하였다. 그에 따라 전문점 창업도 급증하는 추세인 가운데 소비자들의 외식동기를 분석하는 것은 가치관이나 식습관을 설명시켜주는 하나의 도구가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 한식 면 요리 외식소비자의 주관성에 근거하여 외식 동기를 밝히고 이를 통해 유형을 분류해보고자 실시하였다. Q방법론을 이용하여 다양한 계층의 의견을 추출하기 위해서 피셔의 구조화 표본설계방식을 적용하여 10대에서 50대 이상까지 각 연령별로 남녀 소비자 40명을 P표본으로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 소비자들의 외식동기 유형은 5개 유형으로 최종 도출되었다. 제1유형은 ‘식도락지향형’으로 직접 만드는 것보다 더 나은 맛을 추구하기 때문에 외식하는 것을 선호한다. 맛을 중요시해서 외식하기 때문에 직접 요리하는 것을 귀찮거나 비효율적이라고 생각하지는 않는다. 제2유형은 ‘편리추구형’으로 편리하게 한 끼를 해결할 수 있기 때문에 외식을 선호한다. 직접 요리하는 것이 비효율적이라고 인식하고 차라리 그 시간에 휴식하길 원한다. 제3유형은 ‘건강추구형’으로 맛있으면서도 건강을 챙길 수 있는 음식을 맛보기 위해 외식한다. 메뉴판에 나오는 영양정보를 자세히 읽고 메뉴를 정해야 맘이 편하다고 느낀다. 제4유형은 ‘사교지향형’으로 사람들과 상호작용하고 사교활동하기 위해 외식을 선호한다. 이들은 맛있는 식사를 하며 사람들과 시간 보내는 것을 큰 행복으로 인식한다. 제5유형은 ‘기본추구형’으로 기본에 충실한 한식 면 요리를 추구하고, 편리한 식사 분위기의 외식을 선호한다. 한식 면 요리에서의 기본은 면의 식감이라고 생각한다. 연구 결과 나타난 각각의 유형에 따라 적절한 마케팅 전략을 세운다면 향후 경쟁력 있는 한식 면 요리 전문점을 포지셔닝 하는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
