        법랑질 접착에 대한 습윤 효과

        This study evaluated the microleakage and interfacial gap between enamel and composite resin under the dry and wet condition of the enamel surface, V shaped class 5 cavities were prepared on the occlusal portion of extracted human molars. Samples were divided into three groups: D group (air dry for 10-15s), BD group (blot dry with moist cotton pellet), and DR group (air dry for 10-15s and rewet with Aqua-Prep F for 20s). Cavities were filled using Aelitefil composite resin after applied One-Step. Microleakage was tested by 2% methylene blue dye solution and the data were statistically analysed by Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test. Also Enamel-resin interface was observed under SEM. Group BD showed statistically lower microleakage than group D (p〈0.05). but there was no statistically significant difference between group BD and DR (p)0.05). At the enamel-resin interface, group D showed the gap of 2 ㎛ thickness, but group BD and DR showed close adaptation. In conclusion, the use of blot dry and rewetting agent (Aqua-Prep F) resulted in decreased microleakage and improved adhesion between enamel and resin when using One-Step.

        평야지재배 조생종 벼의 이화학적 및 식미특성 분석

        평야지재배 적응 조생종 벼 품종의 선발 및 품종 육성의 기초 자료로 활용코자 극조생종(1품종)과 조생종(10품종) 및 준조생(3품종)등 총 14품종을 산간지(운봉)와 평야지(익산)에 지역별 표준재배법으로 공시한 결과, 1. 극조생종 및 조생종들은 감온성이 커 산간지에서 출수가 빠르나, 준조생종에 속하는 상미벼, 영덕34호, 히또메보레 등은 감광성이 감온성보다 커, 평야지재배에서 4일정도 빨리 출수하였다. 2. 수량성은 대부분의 품종들이 산간지재배에 비해 평야지 재배에서 높았고 대체로 출수가 빠른 품종일수록 지역간의 수량차가 크게 나타났으며, 출수가 다소 늦은 준조생종들은 산간지와 평야지의 재배에서 수량차가 크지 않아 산간지 뿐만 아니라 평야지에서도 적응성이 높았다. 3. 단백질함량은 숙기가 다소 늦은 품종일수록 낮은 경향을 보였고 산간지보다는 평야지에서 낮았으며, 품종간에는 오대벼, 운봉30호, 영덕34호, 신석조생, 상미벼 등이 함유량이 낮았다. 4. 식미치는 산간지재배가 평야지에 비해 보다 높게 나타났고, 출수가 늦을수록 높았으며, 지역간 차가 크게 나타난 품종은 극조생종인 키라라397이었고, 출수가 늦은 상미벼와 히또메보레는 차가 적었다. 5. 산온도와 수량과의 상관은 산간지에서만 영향이 있을 뿐 평야에서는 영향이 적고 일사량과 일조시수가 수량에 보다 상관성이 높았으며, 식미치는 적산온도와는 부의상관, 생육 일수와는 정상관을 보였다. This experiment was carried out to clarify the difference of rice yield and the quality of rice in southern plan area and in alpine area. Yield and quality of fourteen early varieties were investigated under the different transplanting dates and planting densities in southern plan area(Iksan) and in alpine area(Unbong). In the alpine area, extremely early variety and early varieties headed early compared to the plain area, but medium early varieties headed about 4 days late unlike the alpine area. The yield difference of most early varieties including Kilara 397 of extremely early flowering variety were greater in plain area than in alpine. The different of yield between plain and alpine area was less in varieties with Sinseogjosaeng, Odaebyeo, Akidagomachi, and Yeungdeuk34. The rate of protein was lower in plain area than alpine and more lately flowering than early, but palatability of milled rice was higher at the alpine area and more lately flowering varieties. Correlation coefficients between yield and meterological data during maturity, yield shower the significant correlation with integrated solar radiation and sunshine hours at cultured in southern plan area, but it showed only cumulative temperature in alpine area. Palatability of miller rice was positive correlation at growth duration but negative correlation at cumulative temperature.

      • Analysis of DNA Methyltransferases (Dnmts) Expression during Early Development

        There are replete numbers of reports which have apparently shown that established patterns of methylation are critical for normal mammalian development. Here, we report expression of the DNA methyltransferases (Dnmts) family during mouse early development. Transcription of Dnmt1o occurs in one-cell and morula stage embryos, whereas Dnmtls transcripts were detectable in all cells and tissues examined during the study. Dnmt3a1 transcript was detected in all cells and Dnmt3a2 transcript was particularly detected in the oocyte and 1-cell stages. Low level Dnmt3b1 transcripts were expressed ubiquitously in oocyte, 1-cell, and preimplantation embryos except $2{\sim}4cell$ stages. Dnmt3b3 transcripts were only detected in E7.5 embryo and ovary. Furthermore, Dnmt31 transcripts were detectable in all cells and tissues examined. Unlike Dnmtl, both Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b proteins existed in the nucleus of preimplantation embryos till the morula stage. These Results suggest that differences Dnmts expression level exist and genomic DNA methylation patterns may be determined partly through differential expression of Dnmts during early development.

      • 압력변화에 따른 3-클로로피리딘과 염화벤조일류의 반응에 대한 연구

        아세토니트릴 용매내에서 파라치환 염화벤조일류와 3-클로로피리딘의 반응을 온도와 압력변화에 따라 전기전도도법으로 측정하여 유사 1차 반응속도 상수와 2차 반응속도상수를 구하였다. 이들 반응속도상수로 부터 여러가지 활성화 파라미터들과 Hammett반응상수 ρ값을 구하였다. 압력증가에 따라 2차 반응속도상수와 Hammett ρ값은 증가하고 |-ΔV≠| 와 |-ΔS≠|값은 감소하였으며, 압력과 치환기 변화에 따른 속도론적 연구를 종합하면, 전체적인 반응은 전형적인 S?2반응 메카니즘을 따르며, 압력증가에 따라 결합 형성이 더욱 촉진된 반응 메카니즘으로 진행됨을 알 수 있다. The reaction of para-substituted benzoyl chlorides with 3-chloropyridine has been measured by means of conductometry in acetonitrile, and pseudo-first order and second order rate constants were determined. From the values of rate constants, the activation parameters and Hammett ρ values were determined. By increasing pressure, the values of k₂and Hammett ρ were increased, and decreased for |-ΔV≠| and |-ΔS≠|. From the result of kinetic studies for pressure and substituent, these reaction proceed in trypical ?? reaction mechanism and in bond formation favored with increasing pressure.

        Because of the fast changing car design and increasing facilities, manufacturing process of cars is getting more complex now a days. Particularly, car manufacturing system that consist of automated devices, applies various simulation techniques to validate device motion and detect collision. To cope with this problem, traditional manufacturing system deployed test-run with the real devices. However, increased computing power in a contemporary manufacturing system changes it into realistic 3D simulation environment. Similarly, managed device data that was generated using 2D traditionally, can be converted to 3D realistic simulation. The existing problem with 3D simulation is disjoint data interaction between different work stations. Consequently, JIGs, fixing the car part accurately, are changed according to fixing position on the part or a part shape properties. In practice, the 3D JIG data has to be managed according to kinematic information, but not of its features. However, generating kinematic information to the 3D model repeatedly according to frequent change in part is not explained in current literatures. To fill this knowledge gap, this paper suggests an improving method of rendering 3D JIG kinematics information to simulation model. Thereafter, it shows the result of implementation.

        한국의 5개 한의과대학 부속한방병원 재활의학과의 요통 입원 환자에 대한 후향적 기술통계분석 -입원 기간, 상병명, 치료 방법을 중심으로-

        ObjectivesLow back pain (LBP) is one of the most common reason for people in Korea to visit Korean medical institutions. To assess actual amounts of use in the treatment of LBP in Korean medicine and to provide objective base line data for policy decision making, research regarding the current state of LBP patients` treatment in Korean medical in-stitutions are in need.MethodsThe current study was designed as a retrospective chart review to investigate descriptive characteristics of LBP patients. The clinical records of 304 patients who were hospitalized for the treatment of LBP in Korean rehabilitation medicine inpatient clinics of five different Korean medicine hospitals were analyzed. The percentage of patient charac-teristics such as sex, age, average duration of admission, insurance type, diagnosed LBP related disease code, and rates of interventions applied were assessed. Results1. The female sex was significantly predominant among patients with LBP : 105 patients (34.5%) were male and 199 patients (65.5%) were female. Percentage of the pa-tients` age appeared as followed : 76 people (25.0%) were in their 50s, 64 people (21.1%)were in their 40s, 51 people (16.8%) were in their 30s, 37 people (12.2%) were in their 60s, and 33 people (10.9%) were in their 70s. Approximately half of the total LBP patients in-vestigated were older than 50. 2. The average duration of admission was 16.2 days. Approximately one third (30.3%) of the patients were hospitalized for 8 to 14 days. 3. Female patients tended to stay admitted in hospitals slightly longer than male patients. Elderly (age 60~79) patients stayed in hospitals longer (17.8 days) compared to younger (age 20~39) patients (13.5 days). 4. More than half of the patients (171 cases, 56.3%) had their hospital bills covered with automobile insurance. 40.1% (122 cases) of the patients had medical insurance to cover their hospital bills. The average duration of admission of patients who had automobile insurance was 14.2 days, while that of the patients who had medical insurance was 18.4 days. 5. "Sprain and strain of the lumbar spine and pelvis" was the most commonly used (195 cases, 64.1%) disease code in patients with LBP. Patients diagnosed as "lumbar and other intervertebral disc disorders with radiculopathy" required the longest admission duration (22.1 days). 6. Herbal medication was applied to all of the patients during admission. Acupuncture was applied to all of the patients except one case diagnosed as spinal stenosis. Physical therapy, cupping therapy, moxibustion therapy, chuna therapy, and pharmacopuncture therapy were applied to 94.7, 92.8, 85.2, 83.9, and 49.7% of the patients, respectively. 7. There were certain differences among Korean medicine hospitals in terms of the LBP patients` duration of admission, type of in-surance, frequency of the disease code use, type of intervention applied.ConclusionsIt is thought that the current study can be used as reference data in as-sessing the current state of LBP treatment in Korean rehabilitation medicine and a basis for future research. Provided improvements of certain limitations of the current study in fu-ture researches, such data would act as better base line data in policy decision making.
