The study purposed to development of an instrument for assessing job performance level for career teachers in general high schools. For this purpose, the concept of job performance was reviewed through the literature, and the components and measurements of job performance of general high school career teachers were considered. The main results of the study are as follows;. First, the purpose of the job performance instrument is to as measuring the job performance level of general high school career teachers, and the sub-factors consisted of career education plan establishment, career class and activity operation, career guidance and counseling, career education competencies enhancement support, and career education networking. Second, the questions of the instrument consist of 3 to 4 questions for each 5 sub-factors, and a total of 18 questions. Third, as a result of the pilot survey and the analysis of the main survey, it was confirmed that the validity and reliability of the instrument were appropriate. Based on the results of the study, suggestions related to use of job performance level instrument for career teachers were presented. 이 연구는 일반고등학교 진로전담교사 직무수행 수준 측정도구를 개발하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 문헌을 통해 직무수행의 개념을 고찰하고 일반고등학교 진로전담교사 직무수행의 구성요소 및 측정을 고찰하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 측정도구의 목적은 일반고 진로전담교사의 직무수행 수준을 측정하는 것이며, 하위요인은 진로교육 계획 수립, 진로수업 및 활동 운영, 진로지도 및 상담, 진로교육 역량 강화 지원, 진로교육 네트워킹으로 구성된다. 둘째, 측정도구의 문항은 5개 하위요인별로 3~4개, 총 18개로 구성된다. 셋째, 예비조사 및 본조사 분석 결과, 측정도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도는 적합하였다. 해당 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 마지막에는 진로전담교사 직무수행 수준 측정도구 활용과 관련하여 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

MCS(Micro-coplanar strip) 선은 전부터 분석되어 왔었다. 등각 지도로 나타낸 방법은 이 MCD 선의 준정적인 효과적인 유전율 그리고 독특한 임피던스를 산출하기 위하여 이용되곤 했다. 현재 이용되는 모든 성과들은 상업적인 S/W, IE3D를 사용하여 얻어진 결과와 비교할 때 유리한 계약에 있기 위해서이다. 그리고 이 부분에서, 적합한 임피던스 저역 원반꼴 안테나 여과기는 주파수 응답 개량을 위한 MCS 선으로 디자인되고 날조되었다. LPF는 구조는 또한 디자인되고 정지하여 있는 예리한 묶음성 특성이 유지하기 위하여 끈을 실행할 수 있도록 하였다. 가장 끝과 측량 결과에서의 결과는 실행한 LPF로 확인할 수 있다. The MCS(Micro-coplanar strip) line has been analyzed. The conformal mapping method is used to calculate the quasi-static effective permittivity and characteristic impedance of this MCS line. The computed results of the present work are found to be in good agreement when compared with the results obtained using commercial S/W, IE3D. And in this paper, the stepped-impedance low pass microstrip filter is designed and fabricated with MCS lines for improving the frequency responses. The LPF proposed structure has been also designed and implemented to have the sharp attenuation characteristics in stop band. The agreement between simulation and measurement results verify the implemented LPF.
건강 라이프스타일이 만족, 재구매 의도, 추천 의도에 미치는 영향: 단백질 음료 소비자를 대상으로

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to investigate influence relationship among health lifestyle, customer satisfaction, repurchase intention and recommendation intention in the protein beverage market. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 286 survey data from customers who had experience buying and drinking the protein beverage. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the multiple regression analysis were hired in order to analyze the data. Findings - First, four dimensions of health lifestyle(“health confidence,” “health sensitivity,” “health intention,” and “health eating habit”) were found to be valid and reliable. Second, all four dimensions of health lifestyle had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on repurchase intention. Lastly, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on recommendation intention. Research implications or Originality - This study provided research model among health lifestyle, customer satisfaction, repurchase intention and recommendation. Furthermore, the results of this study were useful for identifying the role of health lifestyle in estimating customer satisfaction and the strategies for strengthening customer satisfaction in the protein beverage market.
