Tumor microenvironment is characterized by low pH, high reactive oxygen species and hypoxia, whichprovides a suitable environment for cancer growth. The hypoxia not only elevates tumor angiogenesisand metastasis, but also is responsible for the development of treatment resistance, which graduallybecomes a significant impediment for cancer therapy. Therefore, we developed a biomimetic nanosystemcontaining hemoglobin extracted from red blood cells, chemotherapy drug sorafenib, sensitizer ursolicacid and photosensitizer indocyanine green for enhanced chemo-photo combination therapy of hepatocellularcarcinoma, which could not only enhance the chemotherapy effect of sorafenib bowing to thesensitizing effect of ursolic acid, but also achieved synergetic phototherapy in virtue of indocyaninegreen. Besides, the nanoparticles could effectively delivery exogenous oxygen to tumor site and amelioratethe tumor hypoxic environment with the assistance of hemoglobin. The dual-sensitization drugdelivery system was expected to effectively reduce the resistance of traditional treatment methodsagainst tumor hypoxia, providing a novel prospect for the synergistic hepatocellular carcinomatreatment.
Monte Carlo Simulation on Kinetics of Batch and Semi-Batch Free Radical Polymerization

Based on Monte Carlo simulation technology, we proposed a hybrid routine which combines reaction mechanism together with coarse-grained molecular simulation to study the kinetics of free radical polymerization. By comparing with previous experimental and simulation studies, we showed the capability of our Monte Carlo scheme on representing polymerization kinetics in batch and semi-batch processes. Various kinetics information, such as instant monomer conversion, molecular weight, and polydispersity etc. are readily calculated from Monte Carlo simulation. The kinetic constants such as polymerization rate kp is determined in the simulation without of “steady-state” hypothesis. We explored the mechanism for the variation of polymerization kinetics those observed in previous studies, as well as polymerization-induced phase separation. Our Monte Carlo simulation scheme is versatile on studying polymerization kinetics in batch and semi-batch processes.
寻找“自我”: 19世纪末~20世纪初韩半岛历史叙述中对本国与中国的认识变化

At the end of the 19th century, with the rise of the Western world, the traditional East Asian order collapsed and disintegrated under the impact of the new Western Order. The Korean peninsula, which was transforming into a modern society, reorganized its relations with China and became one of the issues of the times. This reorganization of relations was manifested not only in the changes of national systems such as politics and diplomacy, but also in the reorganization of the ideological and cultural levels. In this paper, we analyze the historical narratives of the Korean Peninsula and China from the perspective of historical discourse, using history books, historical writings, and historic journals from the late 19th century to the early 20th century as the object of study. In this way, it shows how the Korean Peninsula gradually moved away from a Chinese-centered view of history, emphasized the independence of its own history, and built up an understanding of its own history under both the political environment and new historiography during this period.
재중 한국전자기업의 사회적 책임활동이 소비자의 브랜드 선호도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Recently the multinational company investment in overseas has been grown dramatically, and the companies have tried to devote more attention and effort on CSR (corporate social responsibility) than before in order to ensure the competitiveness of investing in foreign country. The overseas subsidiaries of multinational company implementing CSR can not only enhance brand awareness and improve corporate image, but also can achieve long term win-win situation in the local market. Xi Jinping, the new Chairman of China has stressed the importance of CSR, hence Korean companies investing in China have responded promptly to strengthen their CSR strategies. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of CSR on consumer’s brand preference of Korean electronic companies in China. The results from the empirical study show that the Korean electronic companies investing in China have obtained the beneficial effects on brand awareness, brand image, and especially brand preferences from the consumer when they have implemented CSR. The results suggest that Korean electronic companies in China should go beyond to their CSR with corporate image and brand management at the strategic level.
중국진출 한국기업의 사회적 책임활동이 기업이미지, 브랜드 자산 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

With the changes of time and environment, the definition of CSR has been also changed. Therefore, the timing of research is important. Recently, with the rapid economic growth of China, environment protection, consumer protection, product safety and public activities, corporate social responsibility are gradually being concerned. Chinese society and consumers are showing a great interest in CSR than ever. With the establishment of new laws and regulations of CSR, foreign companies put more efforts to implement CSR than ever. Many researches showed that CSR could improve business efficiency. But this study believe that it is necessary to find how consumers cognize CSR of foreign companies. So this study will research the effects of CSR on corporate image, brand equity and purchasing intention, focusing on the comparison of Korea companies in China. In this study, consumers in the extensive area of Northeast China were surveyed. Survey contents are the CSR of Korea companies in china. CSR activity is intangible assets which can help Korea companies to improve enterprises efficiency in the Chinese market. And corporate image, brand equity are very important factor for Korea companies. When buying Korea products Chinese consumers consider the combination of the two factors is the future trend.
QTL Mapping of Kernel Oil Content of Chromosome 6 in a High Oil Maize Mutant (Zea mays L.)

An infrequent high oil maize mutant CE03005 (white seed color and high oil content) from ethyl methane sulphonate pollen mutagenesis was investigated in this research. A F2 population derived from CE03005×B73 was used to analysis the genetic effects influencing kernel oil content and to map kernel oil content QTL. Ears from three generations were harvested and the individual kernel oil content of each generation was measured with nuclear magnetic resonance. Genetic analysis showed that the average oil content of white kernels was significantly higher than that of yellow kernels. Genotypic and phenotypic analyses were compared using composite interval mapping. A QTL (oilc6-m1)associated with high kernel oil content was detected in the three generations at bin 6.01 of chromosome 6 near the phenotypic marker SC (seed color). The mapping results were congruent with the genetic analysis. The results explained the reason why the oil content of the white colored kernels was higher than that of the yellow ones because the oil content QTL linked tightly with the seed color gene in chromosome 6 in the mutant. The way of QTL mapping was credible. Molecular and phenotypic markers identified could be used for breeding purpose and would lend convenience in cloning QTL.
