        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

        용량별 죽력 투여가 생쥐의 간과 신장의 조직 및 혈액학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Bambusae Caulis in Liquamen extracts (BE) has been used for various curative effect that remove intense heat from the heart, replenish deficiency Yin, nourish deficiency blood, resolve phlegm. This study was performed to investigate the toxicity of BE to mice according to the administered dosage. Methods : The experimental groups divided four. Control group treated saline, J1 group treated BE and distilled water in the ratio of 1:15(0.05ml/kg), F2 group treated BE and distilled water in the ratio of 1:7(0.05ml/kg), J3 group treated BE and distilled water in the ratio of 1:17(0.05ml/kg). We administered BE to the mice for 24 weeks at interval of 48 hours, and investigated the body weight, changes in hematological profile, activities of the transaminase(GOT, GPT) and two hepatic antioxidant enzyme(SOD, catalase), and histological changes of the liver and kidney. Results : Leukocytes of J3 group were increased in the administered for 12 weeks, but decreased in the administered for 24 weeks. Platelets were decreased about 36% in J3 group treated for 12 weeks, but increased about 50% in the same group treated for 24 weeks. Blood total proteins were decreased slightly in the all experimental groups compared with control group. The activities of the transaminase and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were increased, but decreased activities of catalase in the J2 and J3 groups administered for 12 or 24 weeks. In the light microscopical observation, ballooned and injured hepatocytes in portal vein area of J1 group occurred, and dilated hepatocytes and disoriented sinusoid observed in J2 group administered extracts to mice for 24 weeks. Apoptosis occured in the ballooned and injured hepatocytes of the portal vein area in J3 group. A agglutination of RBC in glomerular capsule of the kidney observed in the J2 group, and destructed convoluted tubule observed in the J3 group treated for 24 weeks. Conclusions : These results indicate that mice treated with high dose BE develop a hematological changes, dysfuncton of the liver and kidney.

        국내 하천 퇴적물 건강성평가를 위한 Microtox 독성시험 조건확립 연구

        1. 하천 퇴적물 공극수, 증류수 추출용액 및 유기용매 추출액을 pH6.0~6.5 범위로 조절한 후 Microtox 독성을 측정하는 것이 퇴적물내의 암모니아 독성이 배제된, 유해화학물질 오염에 의한 퇴적물 독성을 평가하는 방안임을 확인하였다. 2. 퇴적물에 대해 공극수, 증류수 추출물, 유기용매 추출물 구분하여 Microtox 독성을 구하는 것이 퇴적물 내 유해화학물질의 독성발현 특성을 예측할 수 있는 기법이라고 사료된다. 3. 조사정점 내 시료 채취 지점간 독성에 편차로 인하여, 동일 정점의 반경 50~100m 내에서 최소 4지점 이상의 퇴적물을 확보하는 것이 해당 정점의 독성 대표값을 산출할 수 있는 방안이 된다고 판단된다. 4. 한강수계인 남한강 지천인 복하천과 양화천, 금강수계인 청주 미호천, 대전 갑천, 낙동강수계인 대구 금호강, 영산강수계인 황룡강 그리고 익산 만경강을 대상으로 한 예비 조사한 결과, 집중연구대상 하천으로의 조건은 금호강이 가장 우수하였다. 5. 하천 퇴적물의 증류수 추출액과 유기용매 추출액의 Microtox 독성값 간의 상호 상관성이 높았다. 그러나, 농축 과정이 용이하므로 정점간 비교를 위한 독성 측정시 유기용매 추출액을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다고 사료되었다. Six rivers were selected as preliminary screening sites to determine the test conditions of Microtox in assessing the toxicity of the sediment. In addition, a pH range of 6.0--6.5 was established in testing pore water, aqueous extracts and organic extracts. Each extractable fraction of sediment showed different toxicities. Therefore, in order to properly examine the toxicity in the sediment, all extractable fractions of sediment samples needed to be tested with Microtox. Thus, sediment samples were additionally collected from at least 4 secondary sites within 50~100 m area of the primary sampling site to reduce any variation or deviation in toxicity assessment. From all sediment toxicity data that was collected from this study, it was concluded that the Keumho river was the most polluted with the highest sediment toxicity of all the rivers analyzed and needed further detailed research on its pollution problem.

        대구지역 금호강 및 주요 지천 퇴적물의 시·공간적 독성변화

        1. 사전에 선정된 공통 조사 정점들 가운데 KㆍH4(금호대교)이후의 퇴적물 독성이 상부의 것보다 크게 나타났다. 즉, 정점 KH3과 KH4, 그리고 KH4와 KH5 사이에 독성물질 유입원이 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 2. 하천 퇴적물의 독성 수준에 영향을 주고 있는 물질의 종류와 배출원 파악이 필요하였다. 이러한 내용을 향후 계속적 연구 및 조사를 통하여 수행되어야 하는 과제라 사료된다. 3. 퇴적물 시료의 채취 시점에 따라서 동일 정점의 독성 변화가 심하였다. 유해화학물질에 의한 오염 수준과 하천 생태계의 영향을 예측하기 위해서는 하천 퇴적물을 대상으로 경시적으로 독성의 변화를 계속 관측하는 것이 필요하다고 판단되었다. In aqueous ecosystems, the level of toxicity is highly responsive dependant to multiple variables, including rainfall, sunlight, pH, adhesion, etc. Because Korea has particularly distinct wet and dry seasons, the toxicity of pollutants in rivers or streams is dependant on the sampling season and time. In order to examine the effects of rainfall on toxicity, sediment samples were collected from five sites along the Keumho river. It was found that Microlox toxicity levels were generally higher during the dry season than the wet season. It indicated that river pollutants are carried off more quickly by the water during the wet season. As a result, it was recommended that the point sources of pollutants of the Keumho river would be placed between KH3 (Paldalgyo) and KH4 (Keumhogyo), KH4 (Keumhogyo) and KH5 (Dasa).

        섬망 치료에 있어서 Quetiapine과 Risperidone의 효과 비교

        본 연구에서는 최근에 개발된 비전형 항정신병 약물인 quetiapine이 섬망의 치료에 효과가 있는지와 비전형 항정신병 약물인 risperidone과 효과의 차이가 있는지 평가하고자 하였다. 총 71명의 환자가 본 연구 대상에 포함되었고 CGI, K-DRS, K-DRS-R-98, K-MMSE를 평가 도구로 하여 치료 전과 치료 일 주일 후 측정한 전체 점수를 비교하였다. 부작용에 대한 평가도구로는 ESRS 점수를 치료 전후에 비교하였다. 연구 결과 두 군 모두에서 일주일 후 측정한 CGI-S, K-DRS, K-DRS-R-98, K-MMSE에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 두 군 간 치료전후의 통계학적인 차이는 보이지 않았다. 부작용은 두군 모두에서 나타나지 않았다. 이번 연구에서 quetiapine은 섬망 환자의 치료에 있어 risperidone과 동등한 효과를 보이고 부작용이 적어 섬망 환자의 치료에 안전하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Objectives:It has been shown that risperidone, an atypical antipsychotics, has effectiveness for treatment of delirium as good as haloperidol and has less side effects than haloperidol. Quetiapine also has less extrapyramidal side effects and has effectiveness for treatment of delirium. The aim of this study was to investigate whether quetiapine is effective for the treatment of delirium compared with risperidone. Methods:All subjects(71 patients) were randomized to receive either risperidone(35 patients) or quetiapine(36 patients) with fixed dose at the first day of treatment. Then, all subjects received either medications with flexible doses according to judgement on clinical status of patients. The effectiveness was evaluated using Clinical Global Impression-Severity(CGI-S), Korean version of Delirium Rating Scale(K-DRS), Korean Mini Mental Status Examination(K-MMSE), and Korean version of Delirium Rating Scale-Revised-98. Results:There was no significant difference between both groups in the baseline K-DRS, K-DRS-R-98, K-MMSE and CGI scores. At the seventh day of the treatment, K-DRS, K-DRS-R-98 and CGI scores were significantly improved from the baseline both in the quetiapine and risperidone treatment group. Conclusion:Quetiapine is effective for treatment of delirium.

      • 리튬이 도핑된 막을 이용한 실리콘-실리콘 접합

        Silicon-to-silicon anodic bonding was accomplished using lithium doped interlayer. Lithium doped interlayers were deposited on silicon substrates by electron beam evaporation, which has a fast deposition rate compared with sputtering method. Silicon-to-silicon bonding occurs in the range of temperatures from 250℃ to 300℃ with the applied voltages from 70V_(DC) to 100V_(DC). The bonding strength obtained from tensile test was about 5MPa under the condition of 80V_(DC) in 300℃. The surface morphology of lithium doped interlayer was studied with the atomic force microscopy (AFM). Finally, secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) analysis was carried out in order to investigate the role of the lithium ions in bonding mechanism.

      • 상호운용성 지원을 위한 이동 에이전트 시스템 설계

        A mobile agent is a computer program that acts autonomously on behalf of a person or organization and that has the unique ability to transport itself from one system in a network to another. An agent system is a platform that can create, interpret, execute, transfer and terminate agents. But, most current mobile agent systems adopted their own architectures, being implemented in various ways. Since those agent systems provide different interfaces, agens created in one mobile agent system could not move to other agent systems perform their task. To solve this problem, interoperability becomes one of the important issues on mobile agent systems. The OMG(Object management Group) proposed: the MAF(Mobile Agent Facility) specification for the interoperability among heterogeneous mobile agent systems. The MAF specification contains MAFAgentSystem and MAFFinder interfaces, and defines agent management, code mobility and naming rule. In this paper, we propose an execution model that can execute mobile agents within an agent system and migrate them to a remote agent system as conforming MAF, and design the structure and functions of its agent system. Our model uses Java and CORBA ORB in its the implementation and exploits their characteristics appropriately. Specifically its agents beside its clients can spawn child agents and control other agents.
