          UCR 전자키트를 활용한 초등실과 전자교육 콘텐츠 개발

          이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 실과 전자 제품 만들기 단원의 교수·학습을 위해 문성환(2011)에의해 2011년도에 개발된 UCR(User Created Robot) 전자키트를 다인수 교실 환경에 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 멀티미디어 교육 콘텐츠 개발에 있다. UCR 전자키트를 활용한 실과 전자수업 분석을 통해 콘텐츠의 교수·학습 절차와 전략을 설계하고 플래시를 기반으로 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ADDIE 모형을 바탕으로 제작된 한국교육과정평가원의 교수·학습 콘텐츠 개발 모형의 분석, 설계, 개발, 평가의 과정을 거쳐 UCR 전자키트 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 둘째, 전자 부품 조립 과정은 2D를 기반으로, 로봇 부품 조립 과정은 3D 를 기반으로 하여 조립에 필요한 부품을 드래그 앤 드롭 방식으로 사용자가 직접 조립한 후 결과를 확인할 수 있도록 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 개발된 UCR 전자키트 교육 콘텐츠를 실과 수업에 활용함으로써 교사는 실과 수업을 좀 더 효율적으로 진행할 수 있으며, 학생은 학습 내용을 효과적으로 습득할 수 있어 UCR 전자키트 활용 실과 수업의 질을 높일 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to develop the UCR(User-Created-Robot) electronic kit educational contents for effective using UCR electronic kit in a large class to learn electronics part of Practical Arts in elementary schools. After applying UCR electronic kit to teach electronics part of Practical Arts in elementary schools, the understanding and interest of students in electronics education was improved. UCR electronic kit is a useful tool to teach electronics part of Practical Arts in elementary schools. But, there is a limit to instruct a large class. Development of UCR electronic kit educational contents is needed to assist the teacher`s lesson and attract voluntary participation from students. After applying the prototype of UCR electronic kit educational contents to Practical Art class in elementary schools once, the contents were modified based on the students`` feedback. The results of this study are as follows: First, UCR electronic kit educational contents are developed using guidelines by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) based on ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model. Second, the assembly process of electronic components is built on 2D while the assembly process of robot components is built on 3D. User can assemble components with drag and drop and check the result directly. UCR electronic kit educational contents may help a teacher to improve the quality of Practical Arts lesson in elementary schools and students to acquire knowledge from the lessons.

          아데노바이러스를 이용한 치료적 유전자 전달 : 인간 추간판 세포에서의 기질 생성 Matrix Synthesis of Human Intervertebral Disc Cells

          연구계획 : 아데노바이러스를 매개체로 하여 치료적 유전자를 배양된 인간의 추간판 세포에 전달하여 기질 생성반응을 시험관내에서 연구하였다. 연구목적 : 성장인자의 유전자를 아데노바이러스를 매게체로 인간의 추간판 세포에 전달하여 치료적 유전자를 발현 시킨 것과 외부에서 직접 주입된 성장인자에 의한 당단백과 교원질 생성을 시험관내에서 밝히고자 하였다. 연구대상 및 방법 : 인간 추간판 세포를 14명의 환자에서 채취하여 분리 및 배양하였다. 추간판 세포에 Ad/TGF- 1을 감염시키거나 외부에서 TGF- 1을 주입하였다. 대조군으로서 생리 식염수 또는 Ad/luciferase을 감염시킨 군을 사용하였다. 생성된 당단백의 농도는 방사선 동위원소 S를 포함한 배양액에서 추가배양후에 Sephadex G-25M을 포함한 PD-10column에 통과시켜 측정하였다. 교원질 및 비교원질의 생성은 방사선 동위원소 H-proline을 이용하여 측정하였다. 결과 : Ad/TGF-1을 이용한 배양에서는 당단백 생성이 3배 이상 나타났으며(p<0.05), 외부 주입된 TGF- 1 배양의 경우, 당단백 생성의 증가를 볼수 없었다. 교원질 및 비교원질성 단백 합성의 경우, Ad/TGF- 1과 외부 주입 TGF- 1 배양에 있어서 대조군에 비해 각각 3.7배와 2.7배의 증가를 보였다(p<0.05) 결론 : 아데노바이러스를 매개체로 한 치료적 유전자 전달법이 인간의 추간판 세포에서 효과적인 기질 생성반응을 보였다 Study Design : In vitro experiment to determine the matrix synthesis of human intervertebral disc (IVD) cell to addenovirusmediated therapeutic gene transfer. Objectives : To elucedate proteoglycan and collagen synthesis of human IVD cells in vitro to adenovirus-mediated transfer of cDNA of transforming growth fctor-beta 1(TGF-β1). Summary of Literature Review : Sophistcated method to delivery of growth factors, in continuous manner, is the genetic modification of disc cells through gene transfer. Confirming susceptibillity of human IVD cell to adenovirus, anabolic response of human IVD cells to therapeutic gene transfer should be next step. Materials and Metods : IVD tissue was obtained from fourteen patients with grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ degeneration. Isolation and culture of disc cells were performed. Disc cells were treated with either Ad/TGF-β1 exogenous TGF-β1. Control cultures were treated tith either saline or Ad/luciferase. Newly synthesized proteoglycans were assessed by 35^S-sulfate incorporation using chromatography on Sepadex G-25 in PD-10 columns. Uptake of 3^H proline was used to measure synthesis of collagen and noncollagen protein. Results : Culture treated with Ad/TGF-β1 showed 3 fold increase in proteoglycan synthesis (p<0.05), culture with exogenous TGF-β1 and exogenous TGF-β1 showed similar 3.7 fold inrease in collagen and 2.7 fold increase in noncollagen synthesis comparing control (p<0.05). Conclusion : Adenovirus-nediated gene transfer appears to be an efficient technique for modulating biologic activity of human intervertebral disc cells in terms of matrix synthesis.

          원형 파형강판의 전단 및 휨 성능평가에 관한 연구 -전단 및 휨강도 설계식 제안-

          This research suggest method to calculate more accurate shearing and bending force on corrugated steel plate that it is produced domestically. This research analyze limitation of former formula on domestic design standard and existing research. In addition The strength calculation formula on corrugated steel plate was proposed according to result of the experiment and FEM analysis. In this study, the result that compare experiment with analysis using the proposed shear buckling coefficient and limit width to thickness ratio indicate similar behavior. As the result of the research, It is judged that the structural member design and performance evaluation of the corrugated steel plate was conveniently applied. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 생산되어 사용되고 있는 원형 파형강판을 대상으로 전단 및 휨 강도를 보다 정확하게 산정하기 위한방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 국내 설계기준 및 기존 연구에 대한 비교・분석을 통하여 기존식에 대한 한계를 분석하고, 실험 및 비선형 해석을통하여 원형 파형강판에 대한 좌굴강도 설계식을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 전단좌굴 감소계수와 한계 판폭두께비를 이용하여 실험및 해석결과와 비교한 결과, 상당히 유사한 거동을 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과는 원형 파형강판의 부재 설계 및 구조성능평가에 편리하게적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

          최남선의 「천산유기」에 나타난 타자화의 논리 - 식민지적 무의식과 식민주의적 무의식의 경계 혹은 주변에서의 글쓰기

          This paper examines the logic of subjectification and otherization which appears in Choi Nam-seon(崔南善)'s 「Cheonsan yuki(「千山遊記」)」. Choi Nam-seon travelled Cheonsan which was located in Manchuria(滿洲) in 1941 during the period of Manchu-kou(滿洲國), and left the travelogue. The 「Cheonsan yuki(「千山遊記」)」 shows a perspective that is different from the travelogues in 1920's. This difference comes from the otherization of himself as the one that stood in margin or the boundary. Through diverse forms of écriture, Choi Nam-seon was, directly or indirectly, connected to the inside and outside of modern Korean literature. They not only embody the creation and diversion of many modern perceptions including those of literature, but also include the assemblage of discourse surrounding the unconsciousness and desire of colonial intellectuals. Hence, the study of Choi Nam-seon's écriture and his intellectual journey provides an important clue to the understanding of modern Korean literature and Koreas's process of modernization. It is practically impossible to explain Korea's modernization and the diverse assemblages of perception that unfold themselves throughout that process, without touching on Choi Nam-seon who ceaselessly produced diverse forms of écriture from the Modern Enlightenment Era to all the way down to the post-Korean War period. This is why studying Choi Namseon does not stop at studying Choi Nam-seon alone, but expands its meaning to studying the modern Korean literature of which Choi Nam-seon is a part.           태음인 단백뇨 환자의 치험 1례

          This is to report the result of the clinical treatment of One Proteinuria patient who has been hospitalized from January 2003 to August 2003 in Kwangdong Oriental Medicine Hospital. Proteinuria is an important sign of renal disease. It is very useful to estimate the patterns of proteinuria in differential diagnosis of renal disease. One patient have been diagnosed as the determination of the protein creatinine ratio when properly interpreted can replace the total urine collection for 24 hours in the clinical question of proteinuria when hospitalized. Therefore, We met One patient having Proteinuria and acquired good result by treatment with Taeyeumin Jowesungcheongtang plus jejo and bupeong for 4months. This paper describe the process and contents about the patient was cured.

          Appendicitis of pregnancy woman is appeared one of every 1000. This is the most common disease that needs operation except for uterus related diseases. This case is about a woman patient who is 10week pregnancy. She had lower abdominal pain and her case was diagnosed as appendicitis in general hospital. For fear of antibiotics, she went to our hospital. We diagnosed her as soeumin. We treated her with Soeumin Gwaghyangjunggisan for 1 week. We also experienced good effect of Soeumin Gwaghyangjunggisan to appendicitis of pregnancy woman. So we report it.
