      • 무증상으로 발견된 담낭-담관 누공을 동반한 Mirizzi 증후군 1예

        Mirizzi's syndrome is a rare complication of the gallstone disease, characterized by narrowing of the common bile duct (CBD) due to chronic extrinsic compression of an impacted gallstone in the cystic duct or the neck of the gallbladder. The impacted gallstone may erode into the bile duct, causing cholecystocholedochal fistula. The patients generally have history of repeated attacks of jaundice and abdominal pain. But there is no report about asymptomatic Mirizzi syndrome with cholecystocholedochal fistula which were found incidentally. So herein we present our clinical experience with a case of asymptomatic Mirizzi syndrome with cholecystocholedochal fistula in a young female.

      • 적응 뉴럴-퍼지 제어시스템의 설계에 관한 연구

        지능 제어기를 구현하기 위한 한 방법으로 본 논문은 퍼지 논리와 신경망 제어기법을 합성 결합한 새로운 형태의 FNC(Fuzzy-Neural Controller)와 적응 뉴럴-퍼지 제어 방식을 제안한다. 제안되는 뉴럴-퍼지 시스템은 적응성과 학습능력의 두가지 주요한 기능을 갖는다. 먼저 FNC에서의 퍼지 규칙의 전건부와 후건부는 클러스터링 방법과 다층신경망에 의해 구현된다. 그리고 MNN(Model Neural Network)에서의 다층신경망은 수학적 모델링이 어려운 플랜트의 상태를 동정하는데 도입하고 동적인 환경에 적응하도록 제어기에 교사 신호를 제공한다. FNC와 MNN으로 구성된 적응 제어시스템은 학습 알고리듬으로 역전파 학습 알고리듬이 사용된다. 제안된 방식의 효용성은 2 d.o.f 로보트 매니퓰레이터와 cart-pole의 모의 실험으로 입증된다. As an approach to develope the intelligent control scheme, this paper will propose an adaptive neural-fuzzy control scheme. The proposed neural-fuzzy control system, which consists of the Fuzzy-Neural Controller(FNC) and Model Neural Network(MNN), has two important characteristics of adaptation and learning. In the FNC, the antecedence and consequence of the fuzzy rule are constructed by a clustering method and a multi-layer neural network. And in the MNN, a multi-layer neural network is utilized to identify a unknown controlled plant and provides the FNC with the teaching signal. After constructing the adaptive control system using the FNC and the MNN, the error back propagation algorithm has been adopted as a learning technique. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme will be demonstrated by computer simulations of a cart-pole and a two d.o.f. robot manipulator.

        보건소를 이용하는 지역주민의 건강 행위와 건강관련 체력간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to identify relationship health behavior and health related physical fitness in order to provide the basic data for health promotion program for community people. The study was conducted 299 people, during the period from June 1, 2000 to October 30, 2000. The result are as follows. 1. Female comprised was 63.2%(189), while male comprised 36.8%(110). The age range of the subject were from 21 to 59 years old. The subject were aged 30s group 52.5%, 40s group 29.1%, 50s group 12.7%, 20s group 5.7%. Twenty subjects (6.7%) had experience smoking and one subject (0.3%) in female and nineteen subjects (6.4%) in male. Seventy-five subjects (25.1%) had experience drinking and twenty-nine subjects (9.7%) in female, and forty-six (15.4%) in male subjects. ninety-nine subjects had exercise and sixty subjects (20.1%) in female subjects and thirty-mine subject (13%) in male. 2. Body fat and flexibility were higher in female than male subjects, but cardioresperatory endurance, muscular strength and muscular endurance were higher in male than female subjects. 3. There were significant differences in body fat and muscular endurance between age group in both gender subjects, and in cardioresperatory endurance and muscular strength between the age group in male subjects. 4. No significant differences health related fitness between non-smoking and smoking group in both gender subjects. 5. No significant differences health related fitness between non-alcohol and alcohol group in both gender subjects. 6. For female subjects, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility of the exercise group were significantly higher than those of the non exercise group. for male subjects, cardiorespiratory endurance of the exercise group were significantly higher than those of the non exercise group.

      • 유전 알고리즘을 이용한 직교 기저함수 기반의 혼합 신경회로망 구조

        신경회로망의 차원 확장에 따른 기하급수적인 학습량의 증가 문제를 극복하기 위해 직교성을 지닌 웨이블릿 함수로 구성된 웨이블릿 신경회로방이 제안되었다. 웨이블릿 함수의 경우 스케일링 함수에서 비롯되었으며, 스케일과 중심을 결정함으로써 신경회로망의 노드로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 웨이블릿 함수를 이용하여 망을 구성하는 과정에 스케일링 함수를 함께 사용하여 은닉층의 노드로 복합 구성한 구조를 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 구조의 특징은 스케일링 함수를 이용하여 미세 근사(fine approximation)를 행하도록 신경회로망의 은닉층을 복합 구성하는데 있다. 또한, 복합 신경회로망을 구성하는 과정에서 미세 근사에 필요한 웨이블릿 함수의 개수를 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 결정하여 초기 구조의 최적화를 도모하고자 한다. 이렇게 구성된 신경회로망은 오차역전과 알고리즘을 이용하여 가중치를 학습한다. To overcome the curse of dimensionality in the neural network, the wavelet neural network(WNN) which uses the orthogonal basis function in the fidden node is proposed. The wavelet functions are from scaling function and can be used as a activation function in the hidden node of the network by deiding two parameters such as scale and center, In this paper, we would like to propose the mixed structure. When we compose the WNN using wavelet functions, we set a single scale function as a node function together. The properties of the proposed structure is that while one scale function approximates the target function roughly, the other wavelet functions approximate it finely. During the determination of the parameters, the wavelet functions can be determined by the global search algorithm such as genetic algorithm to be suitable for the suggested problem. Finally, we use the back-propagation algorithm in the learning of the weight.

      • 기능성 생식, 다이어트식 및 장개선제가 비만개선에 미치는 영향

        Obesity is defined as an excess of body fat and is closely related to diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. Dietary cure has been paid attention as a method for preventing from or curing obesity. The effect of some food products developed in this laboratory, such as, functional saengsik (Health & Joy saengsik), diet food (Health & Joy diet meal) and intestine function activator (Cell-pa, commercial name) on curing and protecting from obesity were investigated. Diet program was applied to 31 adults (Males 22, Females 9) with above 120% body mass index (BMI). After diet program was applied, body weight, body fat and fat weight decreased by 1, 4.8 and 4.5% (p<0.01), HDL-cholesterol increased by 3.6% and LDL-cholesterol and atherogenic index decreased by 6.6 and 7.7% (p<0.05). Consequently, the food products developed in this laboratory effectively reduced the obesity.

      • 천연한방식물체 추출물의 생리활성에 관한 연구

        Physiological activities of extracts of Oldendia diffusa(WILLD.) ROXB., Agrimonia pilosa LEDEB. Var. japonica(MIQ.) NAKAI and Aconitum coreanum (LEVL.) RAIPAICS were investigated, respectively. Electron donating ability of Agrimonia pilosa LEDEB. var. japonica(MIQ.) NAKAI was higher than 60% at concentrations of various diluted solutions. The SOD like activity of 5% extracts of Oldendia diffusa(WILLD.) ROXB. And Agrimonia pilosa LEDEB. var. Japonica(MIQ.) NAKAI were measured as 64.08% and 62.38%, respectively. Tyrosinase inhibition experiment was done as using mushroom tyrosinase. Tyrosinase inhibitory effect of 1% extract of Agrimonia pilosa LEDEB. var. japonica(MIQ.) NAKAI was measured as 89.6%. This result was very higher than 81.5% of Oldendia diffusa(WILLD.) ROXB. at the same concentration.

        The prevalence of PPNG among pretreated gonorrhea cases isolated at the STD clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul has been studied and reported annually since 1981. In 1991, 123 strains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 58(47.1%) were PPNG. In 1992, 98 starains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 51(52.0%) were PPNG. In all, 109(49.3%) strains were found to be PPNG among 221 strains isolated between 1991-1992. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul showed increased tendency till 1989, thereafter, it has been stationary or slightly decreasing.

      • 로봇주행을 위한 장애물 탐지 및 거리측정 Ⅱ

        자율 주행 이동 로봇에서 사용될 것을 목표로 미지의 장애물을 탐지하고 그 장애물까지의 거리를 측정하는 시스템을 레이저, CCD, 삼각측량법을 이용하여 소형 경량으로 구현하였다.송신부에서 스캐닝 레이저빔을 이동 로봇 높이의 수평면으로 발사하고 수신부에 있는 한 대의 CCD카메라로 전방의 영상을 촬영한다.삼각측량법을 이용하여 장애물까지의 거리를 측정하기 위해서는 송신부와 수신부 사이의 거리, 송신부에서 본 장애물의 각도, 수신부에서 본 장애물의 각도가 필요하다.송신부의 레이저빔 발사 각도는 이를 구동하는 스텝핑 모터의 회전량 제어 펄스 수에 정비례하므로 공급한 펄스 수로써 구하고 수신부에서 본 장애물의 각도는 카메라영상에서 빙의 위치가 영상의 중앙으로부터 몇 픽셀 떨어져 있는가를 계산하여 측정한다.카메라의 영상은 미디언 필터를 거쳐서 잡음 제거 후 소벨 에지 검출 기법을 적용하여 에지를 검출한다.CCD의 상이 맺히는 위치에 따라 왜곡 오차가 발생하는데 이는 CCD의 시야가 넓을수록 커진다.그러나 이 오차는 계산이 가능하기 때문에 보정할 수 있고 초점거리가 짧으면 다른 오차에 비하여 무시 할만하다.이방법은 근거리에서 초음파 방법보다 정밀한 거리측정값과 우수한 공간 분해능을 가진다. A range measuring system was implemented using laser, CCD and triangulation for autonomous mobile robot located in unknown environment.A scanning'laser beam was introduced as a transmitter which sweeps a horizontal plane. To measure the distance to the obstacles, three parameters are necessary, which are the distance between laser transmitter and receiver, the angle of transmitter, and the angle of receiver to the obstacle.At the transmitter, the angle is measure by counting the number of pulses supplied to the stepping motor of laser.At the CCD camera, the angle was measured by counting the number of pixels from the center of image.The image was pre-treated by median filter to eliminate noises.The edge was detected by Sobel technique in the next step. The distortion error occurred at the CCD is proportional to the angle of view of the camera.However, the magnitude of distortion can be calculated accurately, therefore it can be eliminated from the system error by calibrating This method has better spacial resolution and accurate measurement of distance comparing to the supersonic method.

        공기청정기의 일부 실내공기 오염물질 제거효율에 관한 연구

        In this study, we investigated PM_(10), NO₂, and 1-hydroxypyrene(1-OHP) in urine at indoor environments which are 35 houses and 20 hospitals for using air cleaner and non-using air cleaner in Seoul metropolitan area and Kyoung-gi province from April, 2003 to February, 2004. Moreover, we examined effect of improvement for indoor air quality and health effect by concentration of 1-OHP also we investigated removal efficiency by air cleaner for PM_(10), NO₂, and 1-OHP that were 28.5%, 27.4%, and 42.1% respectively. Concentration of PM_(10), NO₂, and 1-OHP were 19.02±18.14μg/m³, 8.66±3.06ppb, and 0.19±0.18μg/g creatinine when air cleaner was no worked. The concentration for PM_(10), NO₂ and 1-OHP were 13.60+10.79μg/m³, 6.29±2.71ppb, and 0.11±0.10μg/g creatinine, respectively. It was significant statistically. Therefore, it is considered using the air cleaner to remove the partial pollutants in indoor environment and is positive effect for health.
