It is found plant oils except Beta-sitosterol have almost the same Carbon contents, approximately 77.50%, comparing carbon contents of various oils by elemental analyzers, which means it is not possible to classify mixed oils using only elemental analysis. In addition, sulphur is not detected. It is proved that various sterol compositions exist in pumpkin seed oil in result of High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC), also showing same sterol contents between Italian and Chinese pumpkin seed oils. However, it is not detectable whether other kinds of adulteration oils are mixed in pumpkin seed oil. Recently, pumpkin seed oil extract is also applied in therapy of disorders of the prostate gland and the urinary bladder. The therapeutic use and safety of a pumpkin seed oil extract were investigated in a clinical study with 2245 patients suffering from Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Evaluation of a the study was accomplished according to the International-Prostate-Symptom-Score(I-PSS), which decreased by 41.4%, while live quality improved by 46.1% during the treatment.

Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.
철봉에서 앞 휘돌아 몸펴 봉 넘어 내리기 동작의 운동학적 분석

This study has researched on the motion between model C who made a perfect motion and model A, B who didn't, so as to presume the process of more accurate motion about "The landing over bar after rotating forward and stretching the body on the bar" According to this research, it is concluded as follows; To summarize the above, at phase Event 2, in performing 'the landing over bar after rotating forward and stretching the body on the bar, it is necessary to reduce the vertical and horizontal speed the shoulders and articulations rapidly with the posture 'layout'. Meantime, at phase Event 3, it is necessary to increase the vertical speed, while reduce the horizontal speed flexing the articulations more with posture 'tucked'. At phase Event 4, it is necessary to use the reaction on body center enough by changing the posture into 'layout' reducing the horizontal speed while increasing the vertical speed. At phase Event 5, it is necessary that the body center was located highest, and it was possible to land safest at phase Event 6.

The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidative effects of Rhodiola sachalinensis Rhodiola methanol extract was fractionated sequentially with dichloromethane and butanol. Each Rhodiola fraction (water, MeOH, BuOH and CH_2Cl_2 fractions) showed the potent superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and had inhibitory effets on peroxide value of linoleic acid (40~57%) and lipid peroxidation (47~70%) in FE^2+/ascorbate system-induced rat liver microsome. Rhodiola methanol extract also recovered carbon tetrachloride-induced decrease in SOD by 42% and catalase activities by 50%, and had inhibitory effects (54%) on carbon tetrachloride-induced lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsome. These results suggest that Rhodiola sachalinensis has the antioxidative effects.

연구배경 : 춤사위(動作)의 형태가 각종 기공에서 보는 동작과 너무나 유사한 점이 많고 도인안교 의 동작이 舞에서 由來되었다는 것과, 處容舞는 太極·陰陽·五行의 要素로서 구성된 처용무의 동작과 호흡에 의념을 배합하면 기공의 기본 구성요소인 調神·調息·操心이 완전히 같게 되므로 일반 기공에서 나타나는 효과가 기대될 것으로 사려되어 연구하게 되었다. 방법 : 處容舞의 발생과정과 傳承脈絡에 대하여 그 역사성과 전통성를 考究하고 나아가서 舞의 구성원리와 사상을 밝혀 氣功舞로서의 성립배경을 정립시키고자 동작 및 당시의 사회 풍속에 대하여 문헌을 통하여 고찰해 보았다. 결과 : 처용무 기공은 良性 意念으로서 起, 承, 轉, 結로 나누어 살펴볼 수 있다. 起(導入部)는 太極과 陰陽을 象하며, 承(連結部)은 五行과 展開를 象하고, 轉(重要部)은 人象·陽象·天圓象·陰象·地方象하고, 結(終結部)은 太極을 象하며 退場한다. 결론 : 처용무를 습독하여 활용한다면 일반 기공에서와 비슷한 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. It was made an observation on Cheyong Dance, Korean Royal mask dance, with its historic, literatural aspects and its forms that last long 1. Cheyong dance was formed with the Great Absolute, Yin and Yang, Five elements. Movement of cheyong dance was formed with Hado, Nakseo, Balance, Great absolute and its progress by the 4 steps(the introduction, the development of the theme, conversion and summing up), as the Royal Dance did. 2. Cheyong dance was expected to have the same effect of Gigong when it matched with the movement, respirtory and spirit. 3. Cheyong dance was expected to prevent and cure the adult disease when it applied by the way of gigong.

본 연구에서는 attrition mill을 활용하여 분쇄시 발생하는 오염물질을 방지하고 고분자 유기물질의 첨가로 평균 입도 2-3㎛의 미립 실리카 분체에 가능성을 부여하여 규석 관련 첨단산업용 고부가가치 상품을 개발하고자 하였다. 실험결과 용기 내부의 코팅재에 따른 미립화 효율은 세라믹 > 텅스텐 카바이드 > 스테인레스 > 포리우레탄 > 테프론의 순이었으며 오염방지 효과는 세라믹 > 폴리우레탄 > 텅스텐 카바이드 > 테프론 > 스테인레스의 순이었다. 고분자 유기물질의 첨가에 의해 분쇄효율이 증가하였으며, 첨가제의 일부가 표면에 코팅되어 원관의 백색도 85에서 92까지 상승되었다. 형상 조절 실험 및 백색도 향상 실험결과 첨가에에 의한 분쇄 산물은 원광보다 구형에 가까운 것을 알 수가 있었다. This study focused on manufacture of the high value-added products for a high-technology industry related to silica. The silica fines less than 3㎛ was manufactured using laboratory attrition mills with various coated liner and analysed the pollutions added from the grinding test. Ground particle's shape was investigated by adding polymer. In the grinding test, coated material of cylinder affects size reduction rate by order of ceramic, tungsten carbide, stainless steel, polyurethane, teflon. In contamination tests the coated liner affects in order of stainless steel, teflon, tungsten carbide, polyurethane, ceramic. It was found also that the result of additive test showed an instant effects of grinding and whiteness.

The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has played an important role in the receptor modeling study since it is a powerful tool for characterizing the identities of individual particles. The purpose of this study was to distinguish the particles of local soils and yellow sands based on an image analysis method using a SEM. In the course of our study fractal analysis was applied to identify these particles groups. To investigate surface of aerosol particles by the image analysis method, secondary electron beam was used to obtain images. Aerosol samples were collected on a Teflon membrane filter using a PM-10 aerosol sampler and those were analyzed to determine the fractal dimensions by the SEM. Based on our study, the fractal dimensions of local soils and yellow sands were quite different. and the image analysis method could qualitatively separate two different soil groups.

Code V was used to make a plan for collimator lens with aspherical surface in the present study. The acquired optical design data were applied for ultra-precision machining. The optimum properties were determined to find ways to compensate the tool positioning error allowance during the ultra-precision machining. In ultra-precision aspheric machining, figure tolerance corrected by tool positioning error be improved by compensation cycle number.
