Web Service is a new model based on web to offer dynamic information for a user's request. Currently, the web service discovery mechanism is not efficient because it does not support automatic discovery based on the semantics or capabilities of a web service. The language for semantic web service, such as OWL-S, is being developed to express the capability of a web service semantically. Such semantics can support the more flexible discovery of web services. Web service discovery occurs when the provider's description matches to that of requester. But the matching can fail when the ontologies of service description differ from that of the requester although the requester wants that Web Service. In distributed environment service providers develope their semantic web services independently and tend to use their ontologies to describe web services. So a new approach must be required to avoid service discovery failure. In this paper, a method of annotating the query of requester and discovering semantic web services without service discovery failure is proposed.

We discuss that the proliferation of new types of retailers such as Internet shopping mails, home shopping systems, which use telecommunication media as means of providing information of products, makes delivery service generally available. Then, we show that the delivery service can be used strategically for profit maximization by intentionally homogenizing consumers and, furthermore, social welfare generally increases by this delivery service unless the cost of delivery service is higher than that of ail consumer groups.

무선인터넷 망개방 정책방향 검토 : 통신료 배분을 중심으로 Focused on Revenue Sharing

무선인터넷 망개방에 상호접속 규제틀을 적용하는 것에 대한 적절성을 검토하고 이에 비추어 통신료 배분 논의를 평가한다. 또한 통신료 배분이 정보제공사업자의 수익성과 사회후생에 미치는 영향을 수리모형을 통해 분석하고 정책적 함의를 살펴본다. This paper investigates whether it is proper that fair competition policy for wireless internet is applied under the framework of interconnection regulation. Then, revenue sharing is discussed in the light of the propriety. Also, the effects of revenue sharing on profitability of contents provider and social welfare are analyzed through a mathematical modelling.

A successful therapy of community-acquired pneumonia requires appropriate empirical antimicrobial therapy. Etiology and antimicrobial susceptibility of major pathogens of pneumonia can differ by country. Therefore, an ideal treatment guideline of community-acquired pneumonia should be based on the studies performed in each country. We developed a treatment guideline for community-acquired pneumonia in immunocompetent adults in Korea. This guideline was developed by the joint committee of the Korean Society for Chemotherapy, the Korean Society of Infectious Diseases, and the Korean Academy of Tuberculosis and Respiratory diseases.

배전용변압기의 소음저감을 위한 진동주파수의 스펙트럼분석

This paper analyze spectrum of vibration-frequencies to reduce noise level of d transformer. Using loading back method on same condition of real load to grasp th core and winding which are caused by the transformer vibration. We were mea vibration-frequency by varing appiled voltage and load current of a transformer. cause of a transformer vibration is occured by the harmonic effects, and was identifi vibration is less influenced by the coil. As the result of this paper, comparing the transformer with some isolated materi general transformer, the transformer with some isolated material could reduc amplitude of vibration-frequencies.

연쇄알구균 감염에 의한 급성 인후염 후 반응성 관절염 1예

연쇄알구균에 의한 급성 인후염 후 발생한 반응성 관절염은 급성 류마티스열의 개정된 진단기준을 충족하지 못하면서, 지속적 혹은 재발성의 비이동성 관절염과 발열, 홍반성 결절, 일시적 간기능 이상 등을 보이면서 심장염과 무도증을 드물게 동반하는 질환이다. 따라서, 발열을 동반한 급성 관절염 환자에서 감별해야 할 질환 중의 하나이며, 심근염 예방을 위한 페니실린 요법의 적응증 및 기간에 대해서는 아직 이론이 많은 상황으로, 보다 광범위한 연구가 필요하다. 저자들은 연쇄알구균에 의한 급성 인후염 1주 후에 발생한 하지의 다발성 비이동성 관절염과 함께 결절홍반 및 일시적 간기능 이상을 보인 환자에서 PSRA로 진단하고 비스테로이드성 항염증제 및 스테로이드로 성공적인 치료를 하였기에 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Poststreptococcal reactive arthritis (PSRA) is associated with recent streptococcal infections. However, PSRA is distinct from acute rheumatic fever by its clinical manifestations: non-migrating arthritis, erythema nodosum or erythema multiforme, and transient elevation of serum transaminases. We experienced a 33-year-old man who presented with fever, arthritis of both knees and ankles, and erythema nodosums on extensor surfaces of lower legs which developed 6 days after the onset of pharyngitis symptoms. Blood and urine cultures were negative. Throat culture was negative for group A β-hemolytic streptococcus. The ASO titers increased up to 2080 IU/mL in sequential monitoring. The result of bone scan was compatible to arthritis of both knees and ankles. There were no signs or symptom of carditis. He showed clinical improvement with anti-inflammatory drugs (naproxen 1,000 mg/day and prednisolone 7.5 mg/d). PSRA should be included in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with arthritis combined with fever.

This study was undertaken to review the case series of 216 ectopic pregnancies admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pohang Sunrin Hospital from January, 1990 to December, 1991. The incidence of ectopic pregnancy was relatively high, being found to be 1 in 34.4 delivery cases. On the symptomatology, low abdominal pain was encountered in 96.8 percent, amenorrhea in 93.5 percent and vaginal bleeding in 16.2 percent in order. The fallopian tube was the most frequently, being found to be 98.6 percent, followed by the ovary with 0.9 percent and the cervix with 0.5 percent.

Immunohistochemical study on the expression of calcium binding proteins (calbindin-D28k, calretinin, and parvalbumin) in the cerebral cortex and in the hippocampal region of nNOS knock-out(−/−) mice

Nitric oxide (NO) modulates the activities of various channels and receptors to participate in the regulation of neuronal intracellular Ca2+ levels. Ca2+ binding protein (CaBP) expression may also be altered by NO. Accordingly, we examined expression changes in calbindin-D28k, calretinin, and parvalbumin in the cerebral cortex and hippocampal region of neuronal NO synthase knockout(−/−) (nNOS−/−) mice using immunohistochemistry. For the first time, we demonstrate that the expression of CaBPs is specifically altered in the cerebral cortex and hippocampal region of nNOS−/− mice and that their expression changed according to neuronal type. As changes in CaBP expression can influence temporal and spatial intracellular Ca2+ levels, it appears that NO may be involved in various functions, such as modulating neuronal Ca2+ homeostasis, regulating synaptic transmission, and neuroprotection, by influencing the expression of CaBPs. Therefore, these results suggest another mechanism by which NO participates in the regulation of neuronal Ca2+ homeostasis. However, the exact mechanisms of this regulation and its functional significance require further investigation.

神闕의 穴位 특징과 鍼灸治療에 대한 문헌 고찰

This study was designed to investigate the location of Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) through literature research. We extracted the part about the location of Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) from ancient and modern oriental medical literature which were used commonly in clinic. The results were summarized as follows; 1. The location of Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) were generally recorded DangJeJung. 2. Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) placed in middle of linea alba. 3. Treatment effect of moxibustion on Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) were recorded as diarrhea, dropsy, prolapse of the anus, stomachache, paralysis etc.. 4. Acupuncture therapy on Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) is dangerous because of inflammation, it is suggested that acupuncture therapy may be possible if acupuncture therapy do not induce inflammation on Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕).

원통형조사창에서의 절리선 길이분포를 이용한 암반 내 절리직경분포 추정에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 암반 내 원통형 공동면에 나타나는 절리선 길이분포를 이용하여 암반 내에 존재하는 절리의 직경분포를 추정하기 위한 알고리듬을 제안하였다. 암반 내 절리의 직경분포를 추정하기 위해서 송재준(2005)에 의해 제시된 Joint Center Volume(JCV)의 개념이 적용되었다. 평면 조사창에 나타나는 절리선에 대한 JCV 값을 산정하는 송재준(2005)의 알고리듬을 확장하여 원통형 공동면을 조사창으로 하는 경우의 암반 내절리 직경분포 추정을 위해 전수조사 기법을 적용한 JCV 계산 알고리듬을 개발하였다. 추정된 절리 직경분포는 Monte-Carlo 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용하여 절리직경 모분포와 비교 검증하였으며 추정된 절리 직경분포가 모분포와 20% 내외의 오차 범위에서 수렴하는 것을 확인하였다. This study suggests an algorithm for estimating joint diameter distribution in rock mass from the joint trace length distribution around a circular tunnel. For estimating the joint diameter distribution the concept of Joint Center Volume (JCV) suggested by Song. (2005) was applied and the calculation method of JCV for the cylindrical window survey was developed by using the complete survey method. The estimated joint diameter distribution was verified against the original joint diameter distribution by Monte-Carlo simulation. It was observed that the estimated joint diameter distribution was converged to the original joint diameter distribution with less than 20% of error.
