      • 非晶質 유리 半導體 As-Te-Al系의 電氣的 및 光學的 特性

        3성분계 비정질 유리 반도체 As-Te-Al계에서, Al을 0, 5, 15 및 20 at.%의 비로 첨가하여 벌크 시료를 만든 후 thermal evaporation 방법에 의해서 박막 시료를 만들어 직류 전기 전도도와 광 흡수도, 광 전기 전도도를 측정하였다. 직류 전기 전도도는 약 200K에서 350K의 온도 범위에서 1/T에 비례하며 σ=σ_0exp(-??E_a/kT)의 관계식을 만족하였다. 이 온도 범위에서 그 값은 9.7×10^-4(Ω^-1cm^-1)∼1.35×10^-7(Ω^-1cm^-1)이며 Al의 농도가 증가함에 따라서 증가하였다. 또한 Al의 농도의 증가에 따라 전도도의 활성화에너지와 광 전기 전도도 및 광학적 에너지 갭은 증가하였다. 광학적 에너지 갭과 활성화 에너지와의 차는 Al의 농도에 관계없이 일정하였다. D.C. electrical conductivity, photoconductivity and optical absorption coefficient experiments on glassy semiconductors As-Te-Al system, for which the Al concentration is 0, 5, 15, 20 at.%, are investigated. The thin film samples are prepared by the thermal evaporation method. By the result of X-ray diffraction experiment, it was convinced that all samples were confirmed as amorphous semiconductor. D.C. conductivity is proportional to inverse of temperature and satisfied the relation σ=σ_0exp(-ΔE_a/kT). Over the temperature range from about 200K to 350K, the D.C. conductivity of the investigated samples is 9.7×10^-4(Ω^-1cm^-1)∼1.35×10^-7(Ω^-1cm^-1). D.C. conductivity increases with the increase of Al concentration. And the activation energy of conductivity increases with the increase of Al concentration. The optical energy gap E^opt_g increases with the Al concentration having the value of the range. It is also shown that the value of difference E^opt_g-??E_a is independent of Al concentration.

        When we compared each reactivity of prepolymers during the reaction process, the mole ratio of [NCO]_T/[OH]_T which was evaluated effectively was 1.78. It was confirmed that effect of polyols was higher than that of isocyanates in comparison of reactivity according to the kinds of isocyanates and polyols. Segmented polyurethane also can be varied using the mole ratio of the polyol and the chain extender. The morphological changes induced to segmented polyurethane elastomers by varying the [NCO]_P/[OH]_P ratio during the second step of polymerization with MDI-polyether system, while keeping almost constant the total hard-segment content(∼70%) and that TDI-polysther system which was increased according to the[NCO]_P/[OH]_P ratio, were studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).

      • Fabry-Pe´rot 干涉計의 製作 및 應用에 관한 硏究

        평면특수 유리에 aluminum coating을 한 후 그 위에 silica를 입혀 만든 etalon판을 지지대에 고정시킨 Fabry-Pe´rot etalon부분과 부수기구로서 압력 변화용 진공장치 및 D.C. 증폭기를 제작하고 이 장치를 이용해서 공기의 굴절율을 측정하여 제작된 F-P 간섭계의 정밀도를 알아보았다. 측정한 결과 λ_Hg=5461A^˚을 사용했을 때의 공기의 굴절율은 n_s=1.000255, λ_He-Ne=6328A^˚을 사용하였을 때n_s=1.0002291이었고, 이 값을 국제분광학 회의에서 채택한 이론식을 써서 계산한 것과 비교해 보면 약2/1000%의 오차로 나타나 정확함을 알 수 있었으며, 따라서 제작한 F-P 간섭계의 실용도는 상당한 수준의 것으로 볼 수 있다. This study is conducted to manufacture F-P interferometer and to examine the accuracy of this apparatus. F-P interferometer was assembled with an etalon plate and its supporting stand. Etalon plate is prepared by coation a flat special glass with aluminum first and then with silica. Vacuum chamber and D.C. amplifier are also manufactured to accompany with F-P inter-ferometer. The refrective index of air are N_s=1.000255 and N_s=1.0002291 employing λ_Hg=5461A^˚ and λ_Hg=6328A^˚, respectively.

        프랑스 詩에 있어서의 浪漫主義, 高踏派, 象徵主義에 대한 分析.比較

        〉Resume〈 Nous avons essaye, dans cette consideration, d'introduire en Coree le Romantisme poetique, le Parnasse et le Symbolisme poetique au travers de l'etude comparative, c'est-a-dire l'analyse et la comparaison de leurs caracteristiques tirees des paroles des poetes eux-memes, Chenier, Lamartine, Hugo, Vigny, Musset, Gautier, Lisle, Banville, Baudelaire, Verlaine, Rimbaud, Mallarme et Valery. C'est que l'on n'a pas accorde de l'importance a les presenter au travers d'un pareil travail et il en resulte chez nous que les conceptions de ces trois mouvements litteraires s'ignorent en se melant les unes aux autres. En premier lieu, nous avons classifie en quelques sujets, sur les documents pres-entes auparavant sous forme d'etude sur les individus de poetes, les caracteristiques variees des poetes de chaque ecole, en visant a atteindre une reussite inductive. En second lieu, nous avons essaye d'indiquer les communautes et les differences entre quelques caracteres essentiels des trois ecoles, en eclairant a la fois la relation d'influences des unes sur les autres. Nous en avons conclu que les orientations des trois ecoles se rencontrent ou plutot se conecntrent a l'Idee, que le Romantisme recherche a travers l'accord du moi interieur avec l'univers fonde sur le sentiment religieux vague, le Parnasse recherche a travers la perfection parfaite de la forme, c'est-a dire l'accomplissment de la forme ideale et le Symbolisme, a travers la communication avec la Realite supreme. Surtout nous avons souligne, a ce propos, l'acte de construire chez P.Valery qui, dans son Amphion, a mis en oeuvre la construction du Temple et sa cite Theves au niveau de creation divine, en faisant entendre le chant triomphant du formalisme apollinien. Nous avons releve, comme la difference importante du Romantisme avec le Parnasse et le Symbolisme, la question d'interet de la realite sociale ou celle d'engagement, qu'on pourrait considerer par le passe et aujourd'hui comme un sujet essentiel dans la litterature.

        This study was conducted in Kijeon Women's college, from April 25 to May 13, 1999, to analyze the characteristics of freshmen. This data used in this study include 1141 students. Frequencies, percentiles were used for data analysis. The questionnaire which contain 47 questions categorized into 4 different clusters such as 1) general information 2) student's environment 3) entrance examination 4) student's attitude, perception on campus life. Data were analyzed in detail in this study.

        두개 악안면 부위에 발생한 다골성 섬유성이형성증 : 강릉대학교 치과대학 구강악안면방사선학교실

        Fibrous dysplasia is believed to be a hamartomatous developmental lesion of unknown origin. This disease is divided into monostotic and polyostotic fibrous dysplasia. Polyostotic type can be divided into craniofacial type, Lichtenstein-Jaffe type, and McCune-Albright syndrome. In this case, a 31-year-old female presented spontaneous loss of right mandibular teeth before 5 years and has shown continuous expansion of right mandibular alveolus. Through the radiographic view, the coarse pattern of the mixed radiopaque-lucent lesion was seen on the right mandibular body, and there was diffuse pattern of the mixed radiopaque-lucent lesion with ill-defined margin in the left mandibular body. In the right calvarium, the lesion had cotton-wool appearance. Partial excision for contouring, multiple extraction, and alveoloplasty were accomplished under general anesthesia for supportive treatment. Finally we could conclude this case was polyostotic fibrous dysplasia of cranio-maxillofacial area based on the clinical, radiologic finding, and histopathologic examination.       • 위발성 위장관 악성림프종 환자에서 항암치료의 효과

        Purpose: The gastrointestinal (GI) tract is the most common site of extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), which is increasing in incidence, but there is no established optimal treatment modality. Thus, this study was investigated the clinicohistologic feature, the therapeutic modalities, and the prognosis for GI-NHL, as well as the factors affecting it. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 45 patients who had been diagnosed as having GI-NHL and had been followed up from July 1994 to February 2005 at Soonchunhyang University Hospital. The patients were divided into groups according to the site of origin and to various other features, and the survivals of the various groups were compared. The modified Ann Arbor system and WHO classification were adopted for staging and histopathologic classification, respectively. Results: GI-NHL of the stomach, small bowel, ileocecal region, and colon occurred in 28 patients (62.2%), 5 patients (11.1%), 3 patients (6.7%), and 8 patients (17.8%), respectively, In one patient, the entire gastrointestinal tract was diffusely involved. The median age of patients was b5 years (25~78 years), and male-to-female ratio was 1:1.1. Fourteen patients were in stage Ⅰ, 24 in stage Ⅱ, 4 in stage Ⅲ, and 3 in stage Ⅳ. Surgical resection was performed in 19 patients, and combination chemotherapy was performed in 43 patients. Surgical resection only was performed in 4 patients, Chemotherapy only was performed in 26 patients. The expected overall 5 year survival of 45 patients was 39.6%, and there was a significant survival difference between the stages, but between sites of origin (p=0.842). The most important factors influencing the survival was the stage and other factors were not significant. Conclusion: The stomach was the most common site of GI-NHL. Most GI-NHL were localized Stage was the most important prognostic factor. However, Prospective randomized studies are needed to approve the therapeutic modality.

        Hyun Soo Kim, Jong Woon Cheon, Min Su Kim, Chang Kil Jung, Kyung Rok Kim, Jae Won Choi, Dong Woo Kang and Sun Young Kim1 Departments of Internal Medicine and Pathology1, DongKang Medical Center, Ulsan, Korea Actinomycosis is a chronic suppurative disease and caused by Actinomycosis species, principally Actinomyces israelii, which are part of the normal inhabitant on the mucous membrane of the oropharynx, gastrointestinal tract, and urogenital tract. It usually affects cervicofacial, thoracic and abdominal tissue. Cervicofacial type has the highest percentage of occurrence with 50%. Actinomycosis frequently occurs following dental extraction, jaw surgery, chronic infection or poor oral hygiene. It may also be considered as an opportunistic infection in immunocompromised patients such as malignancy, human immunodeficiency virus infection, diabetes mellitus, steroid usage or alcoholism. But, actinomycosis rarely occurs in adults with normal immunity and rare in the esophagus. We report an unusual case of esophageal actinomycosis which was developed in a patient with normal immunity and improved by therapy with intravenous penicillin G followed oral amoxicillin, and we also reviewed the associated literature.

        A Study on Voltage and Switching Angle for Maximum Torque/Efficiency and Minimum Torque Ripple of SRM by using SIMULINK<SUP>®</SUP>

        This paper presents the switching angle and voltage for maximizing the torque or efficiency and minimizing torque ripple of an 8/6, SRM The approximate analysis and computer simulation determine the switching angle and voltage by using SIMULINK^®. This is performed as a function of the speed and torque required by the load From the results, new three facts can be known: First, the maximum torque depends on voltage and speed depends on switching angle. The others, the maximum efficiency and minimum torque ripple rely on switching angle. We control the switching angle and voltage of an asymmetrical inverter for the SRM with one-chip micro controller.
