        Valery-Faust 의 존재론 분석 : 구심운동을 통한 구상적 존재생성

        On pourrait diviser les ouvrages de P. Vale´ry en deux syste`mes, l'un qui concerne la cre´ation humaine et l'autre qui concerne l'ontologie, bien qu'ils s'accordent a` re´volter contre. le ne´ant et la mort. Il va sans dire qu'un ouvrage, comme dans Eupalinos par exemple, qui se rapporte au proble`me de la cre´ation, participe de l'extension de l'ontologie. D'autre part, Monsieur Teste et la Jeune Parque aussi par exemple, participent de celle de l'ontologie. Mais dans Mon Faust, comme dans Le Cimetie`re marin surtout, on peut trouver le juste ontologie phe´nome´nologique presque au sens du mot sartrien, e´tant en contraste frappant avec la grande partie d'Eupalinos et Amphion qui se rapportent a` la, cre´ation humaine. De tel point de vue, dans le pre´sent essai, nous avons essaye´ d'apporter une contribution positive a` l'ontologie faustienne d'apre`s la formule dialectique de l'abstrait et du concret dans le psychisme humain, a` travers laquelle, dans notre the`se La Fonction de l'Architecture et les Proble`mes du Concret dans la Pense´e de Paul Vale´ry (1977), nous avons examine´ la pense´e vale´ryenne de la cre´ation, de l'acte de construire dans Eupalinos et Amphion. Cette fois, nous y avons ajoute´ la notion du mouvement centripe`te pour expliquer a` fond l'e^tre phe´nome´nodogique de Vale´ry-Faust. L'e^tre de Vale´ry-Faust est cre´e´ par "l'amour", soit "l'unite´" de "l'esprit" de Faust Poste´rieur et de "la tendresse" de Lust que contro^le "l'esprit" de l'Homme Faust a` l'aide de "l'esprit" de Me´phistophe´le`s qui incarne "les instincts" et persuade Lust et Disciple, qui cherchent tous sans cesse un point d'"unite´" et se concentrent a` l'e^tre phe´nome´nologique de Faust Poste´rieur atteignant enfin a` la perfection de l'e^tre au niveau de "Dance dans l'Etre". En ce qui concerne le Solitaire de deuxie`me partie, Le Solitaire, qu'on conside`re souvent comme "le Moi pur" de Vale´ry, nous l'avons compris comme un superman beaucoup proche a` Zarathoustra. Faust Poste´rieur, nous semble-t-il, ou partage la pense´e du Solitaires a` l'origine ou a approfondi sa pense´e a` travers celle-la`, et retourne en revivant a` "l'abi^me" ou` Me´phistophe´le`s ou bien, dans un certain sens, Lust l'attend pour devenir Faust Poste´rieur dans la premie`re partie, Lust. Et nous voila` arrive´s a` l'e´tape ou` nous pouvions appeler Paul Vale´ry un phe´nome´nologue de l'esprit moderne au sens du mot kierkegaardien et nietzsche´en de´passant la pense´e he´ge´lienne, laquelle est reste´e chez le disciple de Faust dont nous avons fait Faust Ante´rieur et, en me^me temps, un ontologiste phe´nome´nologique pre´ce´dant Sartre excepte´ le proble`me du re´el. Mais avant toutes choses, le plus important dans l'ontologie de Vale´ry-Faust serait le fait que l'on peut en tirer le cogito: "Je respire, vois, touche, me mets en mouvement, donc je suis."

        Certificate Revocation Scheme using MOT Protocol over T-DMB Infrastructure

        A Certificate Revocation List(CRL) should be distributed quickly to all the vehicles for vehicular communications to protect them from malicious users and malfunctioning equipment as well as to increase the overall security and safety of vehicular networks. Thus, a major challenge in vehicular networks is how to efficiently distribute CRLs. This paper proposes a Multimedia Object Transfer(MOT) protocol based on CRL distribution scheme over T-DMB infrastructure. To complete the proposed scheme, a handoff method, CRL encoding rules based on the MOT protocol, and relative comparison are presented. The scheme can broaden breadth of network coverage and can get real-time delivery with enhanced transmission reliability. Even if road side units are sparsely deployed or, even not deployed, vehicles can obtain recent CRLs from T-DMB infrastructure effectively.

        새로운 소파흡입법에 의한 액취증 수술 결과 분석

        Traditional technique for the treatment of osmidrosis had a few problems, such as difficulty in exposing axilla because of the scar that is left after the operation, and sometimes brought misunderstanding of breast augmentation. I have designed a new operation method by improving the existing suction cannula in order to reduce the recurrence rate, by raising the apocrine gland removal to the incision technique level while maintaining the existing suction technique merits. The new method is based on negative pressure of suction, but has a scraping function added for removing the subdermal gland appropriately. It is named Scrape & Inhalation Technique(SIT). This was enforced to 104 patients from January, 2004 to December, 2004. The follow-up on the operation results were examined for at least 3 months and 19 months maximum. Recurrence and sequela were checked by direct counseling, telephone, e-mail, and cell phone messages after the operation. Among the subjects, 5 patients showed recurrence and received operation again. The others were totally satisfied with results. One patient had skin necrosis, but its diameter was not over 2cm and was completely treated by dressing having small scar. Inconvenience such as the epidermis sloughing was found in many patients, but it was treated well without any scars by simple dressing. Sequela such as permanent motor abnormality or dysaesthesia was not found at all.

        Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Poly-γ-Glutamic Acid on DNCB-Induced Allergic Contact Dermatitis in Dogs

        Allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) is an inflammatory skin disease and regarded as a prototype of T-cell mediated delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions. Poly-γ-glutamic acid (PGA) is a biodegradable polymer that is produced by Bacillus subtilis. This study was performed to assess the effects of PGA in a canine model of ACD. ACD was induced on the back of dogs induced by sensitization and repeated application by 2,4-dinitro-1-chlorobenzene (DNCB). Topical treatment of PGA was applied once a day for 12 days and skin biophysical parameters including transepidermal water loss (TEWL), skin hydration, skin pH, skin thickness and erythema index, were measured every two days during experimental periods. Histopathology and immunohistochemistry were performed to evaluate the antiinflammatory effect. In skin biophysical parameters, TEWL, skin hydration, skin thickness and erythema index were significantly increased, with a maximum increase appeared on day 2 (p < 0.05). On the other hand, skin pH was significantly decreased, with a maximum decrease appeared on day 2 (p < 0.01). After the completion of PGA treatment,skin biophysical parameters were significantly reached those of baseline in a time-dependent manner (p < 0.05). In histopathology, marked increases of epidermal thicknesses were induced after DNCB challenge with numerous inflammatory cell infiltrations and edematous changes, decreases of connective tissue occupied regions in dermis. In addition, marked increases of cytokine - tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ)-immunoreactivities in the dermis and of apoptotic markers - caspase-3 and PARP-immunoreactivities in the epidermis were observed in DNCB-PBS control as compared with intact control, respectively (p < 0.01). It means, the ACD and related apoptotic changes were induced by DNCB in the present study. However, these ACD induced by DNCB and related apoptosis in epidermis were significantly inhibited by treatment of PGA treated skin, the decreases of infiltrated inflammatory cells and related decreases of pro-inflammatory cytokine immunoreactivities were also observed (p < 0.01). Based on these findings, PGA may have anti-inflammatory and alleviatory effects in the allergic contact dermatitis.

        지상파DMB를 위한 TPEG 기반 RFID 응용서비스

        The terrestrial-DMB (T-DMB) provides one-way broadcasting service in intial phase and two-way interactive data services through a return channel of mobile communications network are commercialized recently. The possible evolution of the T-DMB will be fully convergence between the T-DMB and other communication services such as telematics, RFID and so on. From this evolution point of view, a framework should be defined for supporting telematics and RFID applications on T-DMB platform. In this paper, we propose an integrated service model that could support RFID application services on the interactive T-DMB. To realize the model, we design a service scenario, a network reference model, functionalities of each entity, a data transmission mechanism, messages, and coding rules. The service model could allow users to support the identical RFID application services over the T-DMB network even if T-DMB terminal doesn't have RFID reader capability. In addition, in the case for providing the interactive TTI(Traffic and Travel Information) service, users could utilize the current location based RFID application service using by the TPEG-Location application that forms the basis of user location referencing. The messages structure is designed by following TPEG standardization 초기 지상파DMB(T-DMB)는 단방향 방송 서비스만을 제공하였으나, 최근에는 이동통신의 리턴채널을 이용한 양방향 데이터 서비스까지 제공한다. T-DMB는 텔레매틱스, RFID 등과 같은 이질적인 응용서비스와 통합된 서비스를 제공하는 형태로 진화될 것으로 예측된다. 이러한 관점에서 T-DMB 플랫폼에서 다양한 텔레매틱스 및 RFID 응용들을 지원할 수 있는 프레임워크가 정의되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 T-DMB가 양방향 인터렉티브 통신을 제공하는 환경에서, 교통정보 서비스, 콘텐츠 서비스와 같은 RFID 응용서비스를 제공할 수 있는 통합 서비스 모델을 제안하였다. 실현을 위해 서비스 시나리오, 네트워크 참조 모델, 각 엔티티의 기능, 데이터 전송 방법, 메시지, 코딩 규칙을 설계하였다. 제안한 모델은 RFID 리더 기능이 없는 T-DMB 단말상에서, RFID 응용서비스를 동일하게 제공받을 수 있다. 또한, TPEG-Location 응용을 이용하므로 사용자의 위치를 기준으로 교통 및 여행자 정보(TTI) 서비스뿐만 아니라 주변에서 제공하는 모든 RFID 응용서비스를 이용할 수 있다. 메시지 구조는 TPEG 표준을 따라 설계하였다.
