      • [trans-FeCl_2(O=PPh_3)_4]^+ [FeCl_4]^-·toluene 합성 및 구조

        The reaction of FeCl_3(PPh_3)_2, Ⅰ, with 2,6-diisopropylaniline in the presence of magnesium gave an ionic salt [FeCl_2(O=PPh_3)_4]·C_6H_5CH_3, Ⅱ. This product has been characterized by ^1H-NMR and single crystal X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for Ⅱ: Monoclinic, space group Cc, a = 31.499(6)Å, b = 14.796(4)Å, c = 18.033(4)Å, β = 116.87(1)°, Z = 4, R(wR_2) = 0.0692(0.1717).

      • 대학급식의 미생물적 품질보증을 위한 HACCP의 적용 : 참치샐러드 Tuna Salad

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microbiological quality, and to assure the safety of the food production process in the university foodservice facilities in accordance with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) concepts. The kitchen layout and time-temperature relationship, miciobiological quality(total plate count, coliform) were assessed to identify the critical point during each of the production phases. The results were as follows: 1) The kitchen layout had to be improved because contamination area was not separated from non-contamination area, and work table was in contact with washing sink. 2) Some employee did not follow personal hygiene standards(hand washing), and did not wear proper working uniforms(hair restraints). 3) The production time of tuna salad was 120 min, and environment temperature was 20.1~26.0℃. Improper receiving temperature, inproper holding practices(without cover at room temperature) were observed. 4) In the purchasing phase of the raw materials, the microbiological quality of green pepper was not at acceptable level based on the TPC(2.3×10^6CFU/g)and coliform(>14,000 MPN/g). During washing phase TPC was decreased about 3 log cycle. After cutting and holding phase the level of TPC and coliform were increased rapidly. At serving phase the microbiological quality of tuna salad were not at acceptable level(TPC 3.3×10^6 CFU/g, coliform 11,000 MPN/g) according to the standard set(TPC <10^5 CFU/g, coliform <100 MPN/g) by Sorberg et al. 5) For tuna salad, critical control points were purchasing and receiving of fresh vegetables, washing, cutting, holding, mixing and serving phase.

      • 노동계약법 실시 이후 중국 노사관계의 변화와 재중 기업의 대응전략

        중국은 경제체제개혁에서 나타나는 노동문제를 해결하고, 계획경제시기와 다른 노사관계를 수립하는 한편 노동자의 권익을 보호하기 위하여 2008년부터 노동계약법을 전면적으로 시행하였다. 노동계약법은 중국의 시장경제가 점차적으로 성숙해지는 시기에 노동쟁의가 날로 증가되는 상황에서 탄생된 법률로서 중국 노사관계가 새로운 변화를 가져올 것으로 보인다. 노동관련 정책과 법률이 “親기업”에서 “親노동자”로 변함에 따라 중국이 가공무역과 저임 노동력의 매력을 점점 상실하게 되고 중국진출 외자기업은 원가관리, 인력자원관리 등 면에서 새로운 도전에 직면하게 된다. 이 연구는 중국의 노동계약법 실시로 인한 노사관계의 변화를 살펴보고, 중국진출 외자기업의 대응전략을 제시하는 데 주목적을 두었다. 결과적으로 외자기업들은 첫째, 국제적 역량의 이전과 능력 향상 및 교육훈련을 강화하고, 주재원을 현지 경영 인력이나 기술 인력으로 간접적으로 대체하여야 한다. 둘째, 중국 공회를 통한 경영 및 관리방식의 개선을 실시하여야 한다. 셋째, 생산성 향상으로 임금상승을 상쇄하고 성과주의 인사제도를 도입하여야 한다. 넷째, 생산거점을 중국내륙으로 이전하거나, 중국에서의 철수 또는 타국으로의 이전을 고려하여야 한다. Since innovation and opening in 1978, China has been industrialized and urbanized through expansion of market economy and accomplishment of rapid economical growth for more than 30 years but labor-management relations have been significantly changed, too. Especially, as the Labor Agreement Law was enforced in January, 2008, the labor market and labor environment of China faced on important changes. The largest change was that the labor law system, which had been focused on the development of enterprises in the past, was changed to the direction to protect the rights and benefits of the laborers. The purpose of this study is to suggest counter strategies to the enterprises, which run business in China, against the new changes by studying and analyzing the changed Labor Agreement Law. The counter measures of the foreign-invested enterprises in China may be summarized as follows. The first is to minimize the employed manpower through equipment automation, outsourcing non-essential work, and expanded outsourcing in order to meet the elevated labor cost. The second is to take measures to meet the new labor environment through rearrangement of manpower and structural reorganization. The third is to try in order to construct cooperative relations with labor unions. And, the last is to improve the personnel affairs and labor management systems. Many foreign-invested enterprises in China, which is called as the factor of the world due to its rich manpower, could be comfortable in China in relation to the requests for wage increase and labor unions’ strikes which had been frequent in their native countries but, as the Labor Agreement Law was enforced, they are surprised at the change to the labor market that cannot be easily controlled due to requests for wage increase by almost 20 % every year, group suicide of Foxconn, and the large scale strike of Honda Motors Factory. The foreign-invested enterprises in China should strictly manage personnel affairs and labor to meet the changed Labor Agreement Law, should possess specified technology, and should practice ethical management in order to survive in Chinese market with competition priority.

It is related with many kind of specialist, food adviser, catering service, menu development, product development and food merchandising. This monograph was considered general food coordinator and Japan food coordinator of the present condition, development direction. Afterwards, food world is getting to develop for food coordinator to bright future. Therefore, food coordinator is the exact meaning by this monograph and it is an opportunity for concerned and understanded many people.

        부산광역시 지하공간의 CO 대기질 평가

        With increasing population denities in cities, underground facilities and entertainment are proliferating at a rapid pace in efforts to maximize the use of land. The purpose of this study is to evaluate CO concentration level of subway stations having underground platforms in Busan Metropolitan City, from September to November 2000, over seven times. The places of inquiry include Yongsan-dong station. The samplings were conducted at three point of each station, i.e. gate ticket gates, and platforms. The component of CO concentration is the main elements of indoor air quality evaluation. The total concentrations and average concentration of CO were the higher at the average concentration of CO were the higher at the Somyon station. The distribution of CO concentrations at each station, generally was higher at gate than ticket gates platforms. The I?O ratios(I-platforms, O-gates) were expressed highly than 1 at the Yongsan-dong station, Busan station, Nampo-dong station and were lower 1 at others.

        Korea is deep tradition of ocean culture because the three dimensions of it is enclosed by sea. But the value of ocean culture fall, because we take no interest in ocean. Besides industrialization and urbanization of islands and the coast is carried out, the tradition of ocean culture go out of sight. Luckily recognition about sea is changed recently. However it is limited to Yellow Sea and South Sea, interest about East Sea is insufficient. For succeed to tradition of ocean culture and presentation of vision about 21th ocean strong power, we need vision about East Sea. This article study Siljikkook, activity of Yi Sa Boo and connection of Silla & Balhae focusing on ocean exchange or trade. This contents present role model of Gangwon province in economic exchange.

      • 靜穩太陽年의 黑點活動과 서울地區 地磁氣 수직分力과의 關係

        우리 나라에서 地磁氣수직分力의 測定 및 太陽黑點의 觀測은 國際靜穩太陽年(1964∼65)에 國際機構에 加入하므로서 始作되었다. 우리는 이 論文에서 1965年度에 成均天文臺의 12.5inch Equatorial Reflector에 依해 觀測된 黑點 活動과 地磁氣 測定分科에서 Ruska-VR-Type magnetometer에 依해 Geomagnetic Coord.26.9°N 187.9°E(Geographical Coord, 37°35′N 127°03′E)에서 測定한 地磁氣 수직分力을 Analysis하여 서울 地方에서 Sq variation과 Sunspot Relative No와의 關係와 SD variation과 Sunspot Relative No 및 大陽黑點群의 C.M.P. 通過와의 關係를 求하였다. 그 結果를 보면 Sq variation이 Sunspot Relative No와 線形關係를 갖이며 SD variation이 Sunspot Relative No가 極大를 이룬 翌月에 極大를 이루어 서로 잘 對應되고 있으며 이 原因을 살펴보니 大黑點群이 C.M.P.를 많이 通過한 翌月에 SD variation이 極大를 이룸을 볼 수 있었다. This study has the purpose of describing the relations with the solar activies and geomagnetic vertical components for international quite sun year at Seoul area. The number of relative sunspot values derived for the reflector telescope with 12.5 inchs aperture and the type 348 receiver, and the sunspot groups are classified by Zu¨rich classifications. The geomagnetic vertical compoment is measured by the division of geomagnetism with Rusk-VR-type magnetometer. The following conclussion are obtained. 1. The sunspot relative number and Sq's monthly variation have linearlity; R=7.9Sq+14.4 2. The SD's monthly variation have the greatest phenomena when the sunspot relative number reached to the greatest, there are occured its phenomena at next month when a large sunspot groups passed to center of meridian planes. This periodic variation have the difference of a month with the sunspot activities and SD variation.
