      • P3HT 유기물을 활성층으로 이용한 박막 트랜지스터 제작

        구동회로가 유기물로 구성된다면 단순하고 저렴한 제작공정의 장점으로 인해 두루마리 디스플레이, RFID 카드에 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구는 이를 위해 고분자 유기물인 P3HT(poly-3-hexylthiophene)를 산화막이 성장된 Si 기판위에 스핀코팅하여 활성층으로 사용한 박막 트랜지스터를 제작하고 소자 구조에 따른 특성을 측정하였다. 트랜지스터는 하부 게이트 전극으로 Si 기판을, 몰리브덴 소스와 드레인이 유기물 활성층 하부 또는 그 상부에 위치하는 구조를 채택하였다. 제작된 박막 트랜지스터는 정상전도 p-채널 MOSFET 동작특성을 보이며 V_(GS) = -60 V, V_(DS) = -100 V에서 측정한 드레인 전류는 하부, 상부 접촉 구조에서 각각 I_(DS) = 8 pA/㎛, 4.7 pA/㎛ 이었으며 점멸비 (I_(on/off))는 10^(2)과 10을 나타내었다. 또한, 계산된 전계 효과 이동도는 두 구조에서 동일한 값으로써 약 1×10^(-6) ㎠/V-s 을 보이고 있었다. 상부구조의 장점은 트랜지스터의 특성은 박막의 품질이 향상되고 낮은 접촉저항을 나타내는 금속을 선택함으로써 들어날 것으로 기대된다. If the driving circuits were formed by organic materials, these can be applicable to flexible displays and RFID cards due to the simple fabrication methods and inexpensive costs of production, In this article, we report on the characteristics of organic thin-film transistors using P3HT(poly-3-hexylthiophene) polymer as an active layer material by spin-coating on a Si wafer. The transistor is composed of a Si back-gate, 150 nm thick thermal oxide, and Mo source/drain contacts formed either below (bottom-contact) or above (top-contact) the active channel. Fabricated devices have exhibited the normally-on p-channel MOSFET characteristics with the drain currents of 8 pA/㎛ and 4.7 pA/㎛, and with I_(on/off) ratios of 10^(2) and 10, from bottom- and top-contact structure, respectively, measured at V_(GS) = -60 V and V_(DS) = -100 V. And, the calculated mobility shows about 1×10^(-6) ㎠/V-s same in both structures. We expect that the advantages of top-contact structure could be revealed by employing low contact resistance metal and improvement of the film quality.

        This Paper presents a gm-C(Transconductance-Capacitor) which is operated with single power supply +5V, integrated in a 0.8μm CMOS double-poly double-metal N-well process. Applications of the gm-C in voltage-controlled amplifiers, filters, and impedances are presented. The input linearity of the gm is very important value and this linearity can decide the overall characteristics. This paper propose a new gm circuit with wide linear input stage. The designed total area of chip is 3.4mm×1.6mm.

      • 젤라틴 제조시 추출온도가 젤라틴의 물리적 특성에 미치는 효과

        본 실험에서는 돈피를 원료로 acetic acid에 산침한 후, 열수 온도를 달리하여 추출해 낸 젤라틴의 점도, 겔강도, 색도 등의 물리적인 성질을 비교하였다. 산침 후 무게는 원료무게의 2배 이상 증가하였으며 팽윤율은 평균 115.9%로 증가하였고, 산침 후 두께는 평균 2.02mm, 두께의 팽윤율은 152.6%로 증가하였다. 추출율은 온도에 따라서 60℃<100℃<80℃<121℃ 순으로 나타났으며 추출온도별로 비교하면 동일한 온도, 동일한 전단속도에서 점도는 121℃<100℃<60℃<80℃ 순으로 높게 나타나 고온에서 추출하였을 경우 점도가 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. L-value는 100℃에서 74.78로 가장 높게 나타났으며 121℃에서 가장 낮은 51.96을 보여주었다. a-value는 80℃에서 -1.35로 가장 낮은 값을 나타내었으나 60℃, 100℃, 121℃에서는 유의차가 없었다. b-value는 100℃에서 6.46으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 80℃에서 3.78으로 가장 낮은 값을 나타내었으나 60℃와 121℃간에는 유의성이 발견되지 않았다. Gel 강도측정 결과를 보면 견고성(hardness)은 121℃<100℃<60℃<80℃순으로 크게 나타났으며, 응집력(cohesiveness)은 추출 온도별로 유의성을 나타내지 않았고 평균 0.66을 나타내었다. 탄성력(elasticity)역시 평균 0.977g/cm²로 추출온도별 유의성은 나타나지 않았다. 부서짐성(brittleness)은 견고성과 마찬가지로 121℃<100℃<60℃<80℃순으로 80℃가 가장 높았다. 그리고 부착성(adhesivenss)의 경우 추출온도별 유의성은 100℃와 121℃에서는 나타나지 않았고, 60℃와 80℃에서만 나타났다. 따라서 추출온도가 낮을수록 견고성과 부착성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. The physical properties of gelatin extracted from pork skin were investigated by determmation of expanding rate of skin, viscosity, gel strength and color depending on extraction temperature. Pork skin during acid treatment was expanded to about 152.6%. The extract rate was increased by 60℃<100℃<80℃<121℃. Viscosity of extracted gelatin sol was increased by 121℃<100℃<60℃<80℃. L-value was highest at 100℃(74.78) and lowest at 121℃(51.96). a-value was lowest at 80℃(-1.35), but there were no significant difference between temperatures of 60, 100 and 121℃. b-value was highest at 100℃(6.46) and lowest at 80℃(3.78). Hardness of gel was increased by 121℃<100℃<60℃<80℃ and cohesiveness was about 0.66 whereas elasticity was about 0.977g/cm³, Brittleness was increased by 121℃<100℃<60℃<80℃, and it was highest at 80℃, which showed similar trend with hardness. Adhesives were no significance difference between 100 and 121℃. From these results, it was achieved that gelatin becomes hard and adhesive when the extraction temperature is low.

      • 農家의 借入金 償還實態分析 : 特히 全南地域을 中心으로 With an Emphasis on Chonnam Province

        These days the existence of farm-debt has been seriously recognized as insolvency of indivudual farm household or crisis of farm house economy in Korea. Accordingly they say that farm-debt reduction measures must be broadly executed, it must be wirtten off in full, the scale of agricultural credit has to be enlarged, or interest rate should be lowered according to their counter-measures as well as theoretical background to fundamental solutions of farm-debt problem have their limit. Therefore farm-credit should be perceived not as burden that leads individual farmhous hold to destruction but genertive power that can repay principal and interest and give farms profit. And if capital is indispensable condition in all industries to pursue normal growth and development as a industry under capitalistic economic strusture, fund support to individual farm house and the whole field of agriculture must be broadly and continuously maintain. Consequently farm -debt problem in Korea lies in not its amount but lack or difference of its understanding. Accordingly we intented to measure repayment capacity of individual farm house by using various indicators. Secondly we analyzed what degree their repayment performance capacity is. Thirdly we did what financial resources it repays. The major results of this study could be summarized as follows; 1. Repayment performance capacity by long-term indicator that is leverage ratio was turned out 10.7% stretching over all farmhouses. This means that repayment capacity of Korean farm-house is satisfactory compared with the standard level of general enterprises 100% and American by intermediate indicator was 1492.8%. This ratio is much higher than standard level 200%. This result is exernally very stable and satisfactory. There are two reasons here. the one is the case that intermediate debt is less than intermediate asset while the other that intermediate asset is much more than intermediate debt, but Korean case comes within the purview of the former. By short-term indicator such as current ratio and quick ratio, current ratio was 101.4%(standard level 200%), quick ratio was 44.%(standard level 100%). Ratios of these two indicators were very un-satisfactory and low level. 2. Amount of repayment requirement to amount of average outstanding debt per farm during the survey year was 2,498 thousand Won and proportion was 73.8%, rate of repayment performance to repayment requirement was 58.6%. The component ratio of financial resources for repayment was 58.3% by sale of farm products, 18.3% by borrowing for old debt, 54% non-farm income, 3.7% by rimittance and sale of asset.

        The College of Engineering was specialized to have a sole function for supplying technical high school teachers in 1977 and referred to as the College of Industrial Education according to the Government's policy. The economic impact mainly due to the oil-crises caused a severe problem to this college, namely discrepancy of supply to demand scale. Accordingly the number of student enrollment was to be fluctuated from 479 in 1979 through 800 in 1979 and 900 in 1980 to 430 in 1981. And the engineering departments have been attached to this Engineering Education College since 1981. These circumstanses met singnificant inefficiency in facility operation. This program aims at providing an overall relocation of the college facilities and preparing the practical system to make the joint-operation possible taking into account circulation, academic stream, budget, maintenance, etc. However this study could not get optimal spacing but some trade-off, considering the current situation.

        정상적인 부모에서 산전초음파로 진단된 Holt-Oram 증후군 1 예

        Holt-Oram Syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by the association of upper-limb abnormalities and congenital heart disease. A woman with no family history of genetic disease underwent antenatal sonography at 27 weeks' menstrual age to screen for fetal anomalies. Ultrasonography revealed abnormalities in the upper limbs. The limb abnormalities included abscence of bilateral thumbs and radius: the left humus was short. Pregnancy termination was performed. The postnatal chromosomal analysis revealed a normal 46XX karyotype and the autopsy finding confirmed the Holt-Oram syndrome. We report a case of Holt-Oram Syndrome in fetus with unaffected parents with brief of the literatures.

      • Measurement of multi-dimensional distribution of local bubble parameters in a vertical annulus under subcooled boiling conditions

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this study, an experimental investigation was performed to measure the local bubble parameters in steam-water subcooled boiling flow in a vertical channel at near-atmospheric pressure. The test section was a vertical concentric annulus in which the electric heater rod was installed at the center of the flow channel. The effective heated section was 2 m in length, and inner and outer diameters of the annulus were 10 mm and 30 mm, respectively. The optical fiber probes were used to measure various local bubble parameters in the subcooled flow boiling. The local void fraction, bubble arrival frequency, bubble velocity, interfacial area concentration (IAC), and Sauter mean diameter were measured at four elevations, and their radial profiles were obtained at 10 points by traversing the sensing tip of optical fiber probes. The high-speed camera was also applied for visualization of flow structures at three elevations. In the experiments, the flow conditions were set for the heat flux of 198 ~ 377 kW/m<SUP>2</SUP>, the mass flux of 376 ~ 680 kg/m<SUP>2</SUP>s and the inlet subcooling of 12.3 ~ 15.8 K at a pressure ranging from 115 to 202 kPa. It is expected that the obtained datasets will be useful for assessment of boiling models implemented in a CFD-scale analysis code.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> An experimental study on a subcooled flow boiling was conducted at near-atmospheric pressure. </LI> <LI> Multi-dimensional distribution of local bubble parameters was measured by optical fiber probes. </LI> <LI> The flow structures in an internally-heated annulus was visualized. </LI> <LI> The steam-water flow behavior by various bubble dynamics was investigated from measured data. </LI> </UL> </P>

        A study on Innovation Methods for the Content Industry in the post-COVID-19 Era

        The content industry was greatly affected by the pandemic that hit the world in 2020. The release and production of major Hollywood films were postponed. Performances, festivals, and mega-events such as tourism and the Olympic Games were also canceled or postponed. The innovation of the content industry became inevitable in line with these rapid environmental changes, and the industry had to undergo internal changes according to these external environmental changes. Representative examples are talent fostering and job creation for young people. This study conducts both SWOT analysis and PEST analysis on the South Korean content industry, thereby analyzing cases of talent fostering and job creation suitable for the new environment.
