        출생후 흰쥐 구치의 발육에 따른 치수의 신경지배 발달에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the postnatal development of pulpal innervation with the tooth development and eruption process in developing rat mandibular molars (postnatal 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35day-old and adult rats). Immunohistochemical method was carried out for the detection of nerve fibers, using the antibody against calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP). The results were as follows: The feature of CGRP-IR nerve fibers were shown in a bead-like appearance. The time of nerve entering into the dental papilla of tooth follicle began at the occured advanced dentinogenesis. The development of Raschkow plexus began at the formative stage of the roots and was accelerated at the stage of the crown emerged into the oral cavity. The number of nerve fibers entering the odontoblastic layer increased with the tooth eruption and mastication. The development of innervation was shown to be related with the stage of the development of individual teeth rather than the chronological age of the rat.

      • 미세혈관 협심증 환자의 임상상 및 지표에 관한 연구

        Background : Microvascular angina or syndrom X is heterogenous and encompasses different pathogenetic entities. Several studies suggest that microvascular angina have good prognosis and occurs predominantly in postmenopausal women. Lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, CRP and fibrinogen are the independent risk factor of acute coronary syndrome and are the chief underlying cause of atherosclerosis. We investigated clinical characteristics and markers in patients with microvascular angina. Methods : We studies 23 patients diagnosed with microvascular angina and 16 control group with negative treadmill exercise test and no significant coronary angiogram. We investigated clinical characteristics in patients group and evaluated symptom during a follow-up period of 4.2± 2.5 month. Exercise time in treadmill exercise test was compared between patients and control group. We assessed the level of markers, such as lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, CRP and ESR in two groups. Results : There is no difference in age between two groups. Patients group had a tendency to increase in female, hypertension, DM, and smoking history, but there was no statistical significance difference. Exercise duration time was significantly decreased in patients with microvascular angina (p<0,05). Serum lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholestrol, Triglyceride, ESR, Fibrinogen and Homocystein value were no significant difference between microvascular angina and control group. Only CRP was significantly high in patients with microvascular angina (p<0.05). Conclusion : There was no statistical significance difference in age, sex, hypertension, DM and smoking history between two groups but patients group had a tendency to increase the prevalence in hypertension, DM and smoking history, female. Also, Symptom improvement and disappearance in follow-up was presented in 11 patients of 19(57.9%). Exercise tolerance was worse in patients group than control group. CRP value was significantly higher in patients group than control group. There was no statistical significance difference in lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, ESR and Fibrinogen between two groups.

        성인 물질남용 환자의 치료결과와 관련된 요인

        목 적 : 본 연구는 성인 물질남용 환자의 치료프로그램 탈락율, 치료결과 및 예후에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 방 법 : 1992년 9월 1일부터 1997년 4월 15일까지 국립서울정신병원 물질남용 입원치료프로그램에서 치료를 받고 퇴원한 환자 97명을 대상으로 병록지 검토를 통해 인구학적 특징, 물질남용상의 특징, 입원전 위험 행동력, 치료기간중의 특징이 치료완료여부와 관련이 있는지 분석해 보았고, 이중 전화추적조사가 가능했던 53명을 대상으로 물질남용 중단여부를 조사하고, 이와 관련된 요인을 알아보았다. 결 과 : 1) 퇴원형태에 따라 59명의 탈락군(60.8%)과 38명의 완료군(39.2%)으로 나누어 비교한 결과 탈락군은 입원기간이 짧고, 자의 입원율이 낮으며, 난폭행동의 과거력이 많고, 규칙위반의 횟수가 많은 것으로 나타났다(p〈.05), 프로그램에서 탈락한 주 이유는 병동내 규칙위반(45.3%), 산책중 도망(23.7%), 외출, 외박중 미귀원(15.2%)의 순이었다. 2) 전화로 추적조사가 가능했던 53명중 32명이 물질남용을 중단했고(60.4%). 21명이 아직 남용중인 것으로(39.6%) 나타났다. 남용군은 공존정신질환의 빈도가 높고, 과거 정신과적 입원 횟수가 많으며, 자살기도력의 빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났다(p〈.05). 3) 물질남용을 중단하게 된 계기는 국립서울정신병원의 치료프로그램에 참여하고 난 후가 45.3%로 가장 많았고, 치료를 완료한 환자일수록 퇴원후 치료결과가 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 물질남용을 중단한 환자일수록 직업을 가지고 있는 경우가 더 많았다(p〈.05). 결 론 : 물질남용 여부는 공존정신질환, 과거정신과적 입원횟수, 자살기도력등 동반된 정신과적 문제와 관련이 많은 것으로 나타나 이런 요인들에 대한 철저한 평가 및 치료가 필요할 것으로 추측되고, 환자의 동기는 치료를 완료하는 중요한 요인으로 나타나 입원 과정에서 치료에 대한 동기를 강화시킬 수 있는 정신과적 면담이나 전략이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Objectives : We investigated the factors related to the treatment outcome for substance abuse inpatients. Methods : We reviewed the medical records of 97 patients who were discharged from the substance abuse treatment unit in Seoul National Mental Hospital. We then had follow-up telephone interview with 53 family members and / or patents of 97 patients. Results : 1) Among 97 discharged patients, 59 patients were dropped out, 38 patients graduated successfully from the treatment program. The dropout group had shorter treatment period, were more often admitted involuntarily, had greater incidence of violence history and violated ward rules more often(P<0.5). The main reasons for dropout were violation of rules(45.3%), escape during outdoor activities(3.7%), and refusal of return to the hospital(15.2%). 2) At the follow-up interview, 32 patients were abstaining from substances whereas 21 patients resumed use. The abuser group had more previous psychiatric admissions, more comorbid psychiatric disorders, and higher percentage of history of suicide attempts than the abstaining group(P<0.5). 3) After the discharge from the hospital, 45% of patients showed to discontinue substance. Treatment graduates were more in recovery from substance abuse. The abstaining group had a higher percentage of employment than the abuser group(P<0.5). Conclusion : The treatment outcome was more likely to be related with co-existing psychiatric problems such as previous psychiatric admission, comorbid psychiatric disorders, and history of suicide attempts. Therefore it is suggested that careful evaluation and appropriate treatment for such factors are needed for better treatment outcome. And psychiatric interview to enhance the motivation of patients is needed for completion of treatment.

      • 국내 주요호수의 육수학적 조사 (1) : 옥정호

        The limnological survey of Lake Okjong was conducted for one year from June 1993 to May 1994 on the monthly basis. The loading of phosphorus, nitrogen and organic carbon from the watershed into the lake were monitored at the main in flowing sites. Secchi disc transparency , epilimnetic chlorophyll a, total nitrogen, total phosphorus concentration and primary production were in the range of 1.3~4.H m, 2.4~ 18.7 mg Chl/m³. 1.25~2.87 mg N/l, 7~65 mg P/m³, 325~2,113 mg C/m²/day, respectively. TN/Tl atomic ratio varled from 129 to 443. N/P ratio decreased in summer because phosphorus concentration was higher than in winter, while nitrogen did not vary much. The seasonal succession of phytoplankton was distinct. In winter and spring, diatoms, Aulacoseira granulata var. angustissima and Aulacoseira italica were dominant while cyanobacteria, Microcystis sp.,M. ichthyovlabe, Phormidium sp. and P.valderianum var. tenuis were dominant in warm seasons. The dominant zooplankton species were Thertmocyclops taihokuensis in warm seasons while Boosmina longirostris were dominant in cold seasons. The organic carbon, nirtogen and phosphorus content of lake sediment were 8.0~14.8, 0.59~0.71, 1.14~1.87 ng N/g, respectively. The sediment of Lake Okjong can be classified as oligohumic based on C/N ratio. The total phosphorus loading from the watershed and fishfarm were estimated to be 2.7g P/m²/yr, which far exceeded the critical loading for eutrophication. The organic carbon loading from the watershed and primary production were determined to be 998t C/yr, 6,348t C/yr, respectively.       • 자기구성 퍼지 제어기법에 의한 수직다관절(AMI)로봇의 위치 및 속도 제어

        본 연구에서는 산업용 로봇 시스템의 정밀도 및 견실성을 향상시키기 위하여 자기구성 퍼지제어 알고리즘을 개발하여 디지털 신호 처리기에 기초한 관절제어기를 설계하고 이의 실시간 제어실현에 대한 연구가 수행되었다. 제안된 자기구성 퍼지 제어기는 적절한 제어입력을 출력하면서 환경을 관측하고 이 제어입력으로 인한 결과를 이용하여 다음에 나올 결과를 향상시킨다. 그러므로 자기구성 퍼지 제어기를 이용하면 환경에 대한 최소의 정보만을 가지고도 견실 제어기를 설계할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 조정인자와 규칙을 동시에 수정하여 제어규칙이 점근적으로 수렴하면서 수렴속도를 향상시킬 수 있는 자기구성 퍼지 제어기를 제안하였다. 제안된 자기구성 퍼지 제어기는 위에서 언급한 바와 같이 퍼지 제어기의 단점을 보완하는 측면이 있기 때문에 성능향상을 기대할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 퍼지추론기능과 퍼지규칙 조정능력을 갖는 퍼지 알고리즘을 개발하고 외부환경의 변화 즉, 제어대상인 플랜트의 파라미터변화 및 부하의 변동에 대해서도 능동적이고 우수한 제어성능이 유지될 수 있는 고정도 산업용 로봇 제어기 설계기법을 제안하고, 수직다관절(AM1)로봇에 대한 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 그 성능을 검증하였다. In this paper, it is presented a new technique to the design and real-time implementation of fuzzy control system based-on digital signal processors in order to improve the precision and robustness for system of industrial robot. Fuzzy control has emerged as one of the most active and fruitful areas for research in the applications of fuzzy set theory, especially in the real of industrial processes. In this thesis, a self-organizing fuzzy controller for the industrial robot manipulator with a actuator located at the base is studied. A fuzzy logic composed of linguistic conditional statements is employed by defining the relations of input-output variable of the controller, In the synthesis of a FLC, one of the most difficult problems is the determination of linguistic control rules from the human operators. To overcome this difficult, SOFC is proposed for a hierarchical control structure consisting of basic level and high level that modify control rules.

      • 국내 주요 호수의 육수학적 조사(4): 주암호

        In this study limnological characteristics of Lake Juam was surveyed from June 1993 to May 1994 in order to provides important information regarding water resources. Seschi disc transparency, epilimnetic chlorophyll a(chl-a), tatal nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP) concentration and primary productivity were in the range of 2.0~4.5 m, 0.9~13.6 mgChl/㎥, 0.78~2.32N/l, 11~56 mgP/㎥, 270~2,160mgCm^(-2)day^(-1), respectively. On the basis of TP, Chl-a and Secchi disc depth, the trophic state of Lake Juam can be classified as mesotrophic lake. The phosphorus inputs from non-point sources are concentrated in heavy rain episodes during the monsoon season. As a result, phosphorus concentration are higher in summer than in winter. TP loading from the watershed were estimated to be 0.9 gPm^(-2)yr(-1), which correspond to a boundary of the critical loading (1.0 gPm^(-2)yr(-1), which correspond to a boundary of the critical loading (1.0 gPm^(-2)yr(-1)) for eutrophication. From the results of the algal assay, both phosphous and nitrogen act as limiting nutrients in algal growth. The seasonal succession of phytoplankton community structure in Lake Juam was similar to that observed in other temperate lakes. Diatoms(Asterionella formosa and Aulacoseira granulata var. angustissima) were dominant in spring and winter, cyanobacteria (Microcystis aeruginosa, M. sp. and M. viridis) were dominant in warm season. The organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus content of lake sediment were 9.5~14.0 mgC/g, 1.01~1.82 mgN/g, and 0.51~0.65 mgP/g, respectively. The allochthonous organic carbon loading from the watershed and autochthonous organic carbon loading by primary production of phytoplankton were determined to be 1,122 tC/yr and 6,718 tC/yr, respectively. To prevent eutrophication of Lake Juam, nutrient management of watershed should be focus on reduction of fertilizer application, proper treatment of manure, and conservation of topsoil as well as point source.

        The environment to which a packaged-product is exposed, during handling and transportation, very often includes temporary storage. In the interest of conserving warehouse cube, packaged-products are stacked upon one another to a height which far exceeds that possible in a railcar, truck-trailer, aircraft or other conveyance. the hight to which the height to which a packaged-product may be stacked will vary depending upon the warehouse ceiling height-seldom over twenty feet. This procedure for expirimental covers testing of packaged-products weighing under 100 pounds when prepared for shipment. The BASIC requirements of this procedure consist of vibration and drop tests-which must be performed in that sequence.

      • 殺蟲性 結晶蛋白質 特異的인 抗體의 生産

        Bacillus thuringiensis is a gram-positive soil bacterium characterized by its ability to produce crystalline inclusions during sporulation. These parasporal bodies consist of protoxins known as crystal proteins exhibiting highly specific insecticidal activities. The Lepidoptera-specific protoxin, Cry IAc, was purified from E.coli JM103 harboring the cry IAc gene. The gene was isolated from Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki HD-73 and subcloned into an expression vector, pKK223-3. The recombinant DNA(pOS4201) was transformed into E.coli JM103. The Cry I Ac protoxin overexpressed in the E.coli was isolated from the total proteins by differential solubility. The protoxin were trypsinized to obtain activated toxin. The proteins was resolved on SDS gel. The molecular weights of the pro-and toxin were resistered about 130,000 and 65,000 Daltons respectively. The Cry IAc toxin was used as immunogen to produce anti-Cry IAc antiserum in a rabbit. The immunogen (200㎍/ 200㎕) was mixed with an equal volume of Freund's complete adjuvant, and the mixture was hypodermically injected to the hide back (30 spots) and paws (2 spots) of the rabbit. The immunization was performed four times every two weeks. The dosage of the immunogen was decreased by half, and incomplete adjuvant was substituted for the complete one from the second immunization. The serum was prepared from the blood as described elsewhere. Immunoreactivity of the serum was examined by dot-blotting with the aid of GAR-HRP indirect immunoassay kit. It has been found that the anti-Cry I Ac antiserum recognized nano-gram quantity of antigen under these experimental conditions. The antiserum will he used for the development of immunochemical mean(s) to screen transgenic plants transformed by the insecticidal characteristics of Cry I Ac.

        진동시험에 의한 참외의 진동특성

        During a long journey of agricultural products from the production area to markets, the quality of agricultural products was always affected by some degree of vibration. The vibration input during the transportation may cause serious agricultural product injury, and this damage is particularly severe whenever the vegetable inside package is free to bounce, and is vibrated at its resonant frequency. The objectives of this study were to determine the resonant frequency of the oriental melon and to investigate the relationships between resonant frequency and physical properties of the oriental melon such as mass, volume and major and minor axes. In this study vibration testing device was constructed to determine the vibration response of the oriental melon in frequency ranges of 5 to 150 Hz. The computer program for controlling the vibration shaker and the function generator and measuring the vibration characteristics of the oriental melon was developed. The ranges of resonant frequency and peak acceleration at resonance of the oriental melon were 51 to 73 Hz and 1.24 to 1.92 G-rms, respectively. The resonant frequency and the peak acceleration decreased with the increase of the sample mass, volume, major and minor axes of the oriental melon. Multiple regression models for resonant frequency and peak acceleration of the oriental melon as a function of mass, major axis and minor axis of the sample were developed and analyzed.

      • 열응답성 나노복합재료의 합성과 LCST에서의 열적특성

        Thermal responsive nanocomposite were synthesized by copolymerization of N-isopropyl acrylamide and methylene bisacrylamide(crosslinking monomer) in an aqueous suspension of MAPTC-montorillonite at room temperature. Hydrogels containing 2.0 ∼5.0wt% of montmorillonite exhibited a lower critical solution temperature(LCST) similar to unmodified PNIPAM hydrogel (approximately 33.7℃). However, hydrogels containing 10wt% montmorillonite did not exhibit a measurable LCST. TGA result shows thermal stability of thermal responsive nanocomposite imoroved a little more than the thermal responsive polymer.
