This study was conducted to investigate mean height, weight, food preference and satisfaction of 231 children in preschool in four different regions(Susung-ku, Jung-ku, Nam-ku, Dalseo-ku) of Taegu. Mean height of the children was increased by priority of Jung-ku, Dalseo-ku, Susung-ku and Nam-ku, and mean weight was of Jung-ku, Susung-ku, Dalseo-ku and Nam-ku. In food preference, boiled rice had the highest score of cooked rices in all of the different regions, jajangmyun had the highest score of noodles in Susung-ku, Jung-ku and Dalseo-ku. Cake had the hightest score of breads in Susung-ku and had significantly difference all the kind of other regions. Songpyun had the highest score of rice cakes in all four regions. Jangjorimhad the highest score of jorim foods in all four regions, but anchovy and green pepper jorim had the lowest. Toasted lavor and steamed chicken had the highest of toasted foods and steamed foods, respectively. Salads had the highest of muchimryu, cooked potherbs and salads in all regions but kimchi and jangachi had low scores. Sujungkua had the lowest scores of beverages in all regions, but chocolate had the highest scores of cookies. In food intake satisfaction according to the regions, regularity, variety, hygiene, amount, and quantity of meal had the highest in dalseo-ku. Food temperature was highest in susung-ku. There was a direct correlation between type of housing and satisfaction in diversity of foods.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of beef jerky with prepared various spices. The spices added included green tea, rosemary, clove, thyme, and parsley. According to the analysis of general ingredients, the moisture content was higher in the spice-added samples than in the control jerky, and the crude protein content was higher in green tea- and parsley-added samples. According to the mineral analysis, the most prevalent mineral was Na, followed by K, P, Mg, and Ca, with the contents of Mn and Cu being the least prevalent. Ca and Fe contents werehigher in green tea-added jerky than in samples prepared with other spices. High levels of leucine and lysine were seen amongst different essential amino acids. Total amino acids were within the control jerky containing the most abundant essential amino acids, followed by green tea- and parsley-added jerky. Measurements of texture, hardness and springiness in the spice-added samples appeared to be higher than in the control. Bitterness was higher in clove-addedsamples than in samples prepared with other spices. The evaluation of sensory properties showed that color is higher in green tea-, rosemary- and clove-added samples and that taste was best in green tea-added jerky, followed by parsley-added jerky. Overall quality was high in green tea-and parsley-added samples.

한 結晶의 構造는 唯一單位의 X-線 回折强度資料로부터 決定될 수 있다. Miller指數(hkl)의 函數인 回折强度Ⅰ(hkl)는 異常 散亂(anomalous scattering)이 無視될때 對稱中心點群 卽 Laue群의 對稱性을 나타낸다. 이 論文에서는 모든 結晶系에 對한 回折强度의 唯一單位를 Laue群들의 對稱性으로부터 誘導하여 놓았다. Crystal structures can be determined from the unique data of X-ray intensity. As the X-ray intensity Ⅰ(hkl), which is a function of diffraction plane (hkl), has a center of symmetry assuming anomalous scattering is negligible Ⅰ(hkl) shows the symmetry of a centrosymmetric point group, i.e., a Laue group. In this paper the unique data of the intensity for all crystal systems have been derived from the symmetries of Laue groups.

各 結晶格子는 230個 空間群 中 하나로 記述되는 對稱性을 가지고 있으며 그 結晶의 構造를 밝히기 爲하여는 그 結晶이 屬한 空間群을 반드시 알아야 한다. 이 論文에서는 230個 空間群을, 그 結晶이 가지고 있는 反射條件에 依하여 明白히 決定되는 空間群과 空間群間의 共通的인 反射條件 때문에 結晶의 構造가 밝혀진 後에야 밝혀지는 空間群으로 分類하여 놓았다. Every crystal lattice has a symmetry which is described by one of the 230 space groups and the space group of a crystal must be known in order to elucidate its structure. In this paper the 230 space groups are classified into two categories, i.e., the space groups that are explicitly determined by the reflection conditions the crystals have and the others that are determined only after the elucidation of the crystal structures because of the common systematic reflection conditions between the space groups.

Objectives: To determine the discriminative criteria for Atractylodes rhizomes, the experiment of external-internal characteristics and physicochemical pattern analysis were performed. Methods: External characteristics was observed using stereoscope. The sectioned materials which were covered with parffin were stained by Ju`s method. Physicochemical patterns were analyzed using HPLC/DAD. Results: 1. External shape of original plant: Atractylodes macrocephala and A. japonica had relatively long petioles and 3-5 parted leaves. A. macrocephala had big purple flowers whereas A. japonica had relatively small white flowers and pinnate bracts. A. lancea had sessile leaves and white flowers, and the end parts of degenerated stamens were bent. 2. External shape of herbal medicine: A. macrocephala which was fist-shaped rhizome had pa-pillate processes and the cross section was light gray and sulcate. A. japonica and A. lancea were connected-beady or tubercular rhizomes, and the cross sections were both yellow-colored white. However, the cross section of A. japonica was fibrous, the width of cortex was narro-wer than that of stele, and radial shape in cortex was rare, whereas the width of cortex in A. lancea was similar to that of stele in size, and radial shape in cortex was obvious. 3. Internal shape of herbal medicine: A. macrocephala and A. lancea did not have lignified fascicles in cortex. However, the vascular bundles and vessels of A. macrocephala were wedge shaped and radial arrangement, and vascular bundles were densely populated in stele whereas those of A. lancea were repeatedly arranged and thinly extended to cortex. A. japonica had lignified fascicles in cortex and the width of vascular bundles was conspicuously thick with narrow intervals. 4. Physicochemical pattern analysis: A. macrocephala and A. lancea contained atractylenolide Ⅰ and atractylenolide Ⅲ whereas A. japonica contained atractylenolide Ⅰ, atractylenolide Ⅲ, diacetyl-atractylodiol, compound-4, compound-5. The three species of Atractylodes rhizomes showed different chromatogram patterns. Conclusions: The results could be used as discriminative criteria for Atractylodes rhizomes and as fundamental materials to researches of further pattern analysis and biological reaction.

This research is designed for conducing spreading effects of regional economy by analyzing Input-Output Model(i.e. production model, employment model, value model, and income model). These measures of spreading effects in regional economy were determined by precise analyses of feasibility and demands of public businesses. That would be effective and confident polices and supportive for long time in the regional ecinimy. One of the most effectibe analysis on the spreading effects of regional economy is draw up Input-Output Model(IOM). This article, based on 2000 IOM of Busan Area, is focused that how the turbulence level of final demands affected spreading effects of regional economy, such as industrial production, value added, employment, incom etc. Also there were included the analysis of economic analyses of spreading effects on the UEC in the Centum City businesses.
