      • De Jong-Bouman Camera를 이용한 진동사진을 촬영하기 위하여 결정방향을 속히 맞추는 방법

        Dejong-Bourruncamera를 이용 한진동사진술에서 시료의 방향 수E방법의 이론이 논의되었다. 적도선으로부터 Othlayer의 회절반점들의 편차를 재어서 가하고 감하면 그들의 각각이 수평 및 수직 arc의 수정분이다. A converuent crystal orientation method for oscillation shot ograchy using de Jong Boumancamera is presented The method involves the measuremint of the deviations of resection spots of Oth layer from the equator These deviations are added or subtracted to give the horizontal and vertical arc corrections.

      • 三斜晶系와 單斜晶系의 空間群에 對한 論解

        三斜晶系에는 2個의 空間群이 있고 單斜晶系에는 13個의 空間群이 있다. 本 論解에서는 이 空間群들을 誘導한후 各 空間群에 屬한 一般位置, 原點移動, 特殊座標 및 反射條件들을 說明 하였다. There are two and thirteen space groups in triclinic and monoclinic systems respectively. After derivation of the space groups, the general coordinates, the special coordinates and the reflection conditions of each space group have been discussed and change of origin of certain space groups is also shown.

        Livestock disease is now one of the international concerns which greatly affect the mortality and productivity of livestock. The typical diseases for pig in Korea are PED, PRRS, PMWS, and PRDC often called as 4Ps. Pig respiratory disease such as PRRS, PMWS, and PRDC caused by many factors such as viruses, hygiene, rearing condition, management, etc. So far, no vaccine to prevent all kinds of the pig respiratory disease has been available. However, it can be effectively reduced by controlling the internally environmental condition that includes air temperature, humidity, noxious gases, aerosol, etc. A field experimental result showed that pig respiratory disease occurred at the locations where poor thermal stability and uniformity were observed because of poor ventilation design and operation. However, the field experiment has limitations such as measuring points, unstable and uncontrollable weather condition, etc. To complement the limitations, a three-dimensional computational fluid dynamic model was developed which showed 1.5% error compared with the results of the field experiment. Using this model, some factors of fourteen ventilation designs were quantitatively investigated such as thermal condition as well as local and regional ventilation efficiencies. A CFD result showed that the uniformity, suitability, and stability of the thermal condition was enhanced by 36%, 38%, and 32% respectively when a duct inlet system was used with six uniformly installed exhausting outlets. And another field experiment with application of the upgraded model also showed that the pig respiratory disease can be reduced by controlling the ventilation system.

        As the function Ⅰ(hkl) of the X-ray intensity has a center of symmetry assuming anomalous scattering is negligible, Ⅰ(hkl) shows the symmetry of a centrosymmetric point group, i.e., a Laue group. The symmetry of each Laue group gives rise to its equivalent intensity relation, from which a scheme for identification of Laue group by means of oscillation and Weissenberg zeroth layer photographs has been obtained.

        양돈장 작업환경 모니터링을 위한 웨어러블 장비개발

        Enclosed pig house are creating an environment with high concentrations of gas and dust. Poor conditions in pig farms reduce pig weight and increasedisease and accidents for livestock workers. In the pig house, the high concentration of harmful gas may cause asphyxiation accidents to workers andchronic respiratory disease by long-term exposure. As pig farm workers have been aging and feminized, the damage to the health of the harshenvironment is getting serious, and real-time monitoring is needed to prevent the damage. However, most of the measuring devices related to humidity,harmful gas, and fine dust except temperature sensors are exposed to high concentrations of gas and dust inside pig house and are difficult to withstandfor a long time. The purpose of this study is to develop an wearable based device to monitor the hazardous environment exposed to workers workingin pig farms. Based on the field monitoring and previous researches, the measurement range and basic specifications of the equipment were selected,and wearable based device was designed in terms of utilization, economic efficiency, size and communication performance. Selected H2S and NH3sensors showed the average error of 5.3% comparing to standard gas concentrations. The measured data can be used to manage the working environmentaccording to the worker’s location and to obtain basic data for work safety warning.

      • 規則的 反射條件으로 分類된 空間群

        各 結晶格子는 230個 空間群 中 하나로 記述되는 對稱性을 가지고 있으며 그 結晶의 構造를 밝히기 爲하여는 그 結晶이 屬한 空間群을 반드시 알아야 한다. 이 論文에서는 230個 空間群을, 그 結晶이 가지고 있는 反射條件에 依하여 明白히 決定되는 空間群과 空間群間의 共通的인 反射條件 때문에 結晶의 構造가 밝혀진 後에야 밝혀지는 空間群으로 分類하여 놓았다. Every crystal lattice has a symmetry which is described by one of the 230 space groups and the space group of a crystal must be known in order to elucidate its structure. In this paper the 230 space groups are classified into two categories, i.e., the space groups that are explicitly determined by the reflection conditions the crystals have and the others that are determined only after the elucidation of the crystal structures because of the common systematic reflection conditions between the space groups.

      • Reciprocal Lattice Explorer의 原理와 使用法

        Reciprocal lattice explorer는 de Jong-Bouman camera와 Buerger precession camera를 合친것이다. 이 explorer를 使用하면 goniometer에 한번 固定한 試料를 使用하여 그 試料의 空間群을 決定하는데 必要한 모든 寫眞을 撮影할 수 있으며 그들은 찌그러지지 않은 逆格子面의 寫眞들이다. 本 論文에서는 de Jong-Bouman 과 Buerger precession 寫眞術의 原理와 使用法을 記述 하였고 또한 de Jong-Bouman의 振動寫眞과 zeroth layer 寫眞으로부터 11個 Laue群의 識別方法도 提示하였다. The reciprocal lattice explorer is an instrument which incorporates the principles of both the Buerger precession and the de Jong-Bouman methods. On the explorer all photographs which are necessary for a space group determination can be taken with a single setting of a crystal and the photographs show undistorted pictures of the reciprocal lattice planes. In this paper, the principles and the usages of the de Jong-Bouman and the Buerger precession photography are described, and a method of 11 Laue group identification using the de Jong-Bouman oscillation and zeroth layer photographs is shown.

        本 論題에서는 (1) 結圖格子에 存在하는 3個의 回빼輪이 서로 交叉할 때 滿足하는 Euler關係式을 誘導하고, (2) 結晶內의 原子가 熱振動을 하므로써 생기는 非等方性 溫度因子를 3가지 모양으로 表示하고,이를 國際結晶學會에서 勸奬하는 等價 等方性 變位因子로 나타내었으며, (3) 7個 結晶系에 該當하는 原子間 距離 計算式과, 結合角 및 비틀림角 計算方法을 보였고, (4) 分解能에 따른 Miller指數 範圍, 測定時間의 節約을 위한 hkl의 變化順序, 對稱中心이 생기는 位置, 浮游法, goniometer head에 있는 孤의 曲率半慶計算, 2θBrag角, simple cube, bcc, fcc, diamond, hcp의 原子의 配位數 및 충진율, fcc를 trigonal로 變換 했을때 輪間角, 直接法에 使用되는 Cauchy의 不等式을 다루었다. 1. 交叉하는 두 回轉輪 Xl, X2를 回轉角 α, β만큼 回轉하면 回轉角 r의 第3의 回轉輪 X_3가 생기며, Xl, X2輪사이角을 C라 하고,X2, X3輪 사이角을 A라하며, Xl, X3사이 角을 B라 할때 A, B, C, α, β, r사이에는 다음 關係가 있다. cos A=(cos(β/2)cos(r/2)+cos(α/2))/(sin(β/2)sin(r/2)) cos B=(cos(r/2)cos(α/2)+cos(β/2))/(sin(r/2)sin(α/2)) cos C=(cos(α/2)cos(β/2)+cos(r/2))/(sin(α/2)sin(β/2))

      • 전산유체역학을 이용한 미세조류 배양용 광생물반응기의 정량적 평가 방안

        Renewable energy has been interested due to the fossil energy depletion and the carbon dioxide reduction. Bio-diesel is one of the most desirable renewable energy because it can alternate the diesel from petroleum directly. However, the bio-diesel using soybean, canola, corn crop, etc. can be confronted with food consumption. Because a microalgae has higher oil lipid contents and rapider growth rates comparing to the earlier raw materials, it can be a good source for bio-diesel production. Because pond production system is limited in distinguishable four seasons and insufficient land availability in Korea, photo-bioreactor (PBR) is a good alternative way to cultivate microalgae by artificially controlling the internal environments such as light, nutrients, temperature, carbon dioxide, and so on. Despite the availability of these PBRs, only few of them can be practically used for mass production. In this study, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was used to find an optimum bubble-column PBRs for mass cultivation of the microalgae. Multi-phase models including bubble movement, meshes & time step independent tests were used to design the three dimensional CFD model. The model was validated comparing to the field experiments including particle image velocimetry (PIV) tests. Using the validated CFD model, various types of PBRs were compared quantitatively with consideration of a microalgae growth model adaptable for the CFD model. An evaluation method for mixing efficiency in the PBRs was developed by tracing the movement of each particle in the PBRs connected with the growth model according to the light intensity. The results showed that the mixing efficiency and uniformity in the 20 L of plate type PBRs can be enhanced by 73% and 36% respectively when the baffle was installed in order to guide the fluid flow using bubble injection.
