Recently, the World are putting enormous amount of efforts in developing and transmitting traditional culture by adding unique tradition values. Nubi, an item that had been used commonly in the past, is recognized presently as a leading form of practical art with decorative purposes. The three dimensional artistic concepts applied in NuBi, clearly demonstrated that the medium of expression in Korean classical arts. This also had jumped into artistic as well as creative sides, giving a life of its own for materials used. Moreover, this pattern often woven on NuBi that represents lifestyle of Korean people, innate more significance than artistic and creationism alone. The study may achieve to serve as a tool that developing superiority and advantages of NuBi to the next level, by basic on the formative art side of NuBi. The study will decode and understand differentiation characters of Korean NuBi and experiment the possible method for developing it in to the next level. Through expressing Korean tastes from NuBi this study will attempt to putting rice-cake patterns. The author may establish the unique values in modern NuBi pattern design while activating domestic NuBi arts. In order to determine overall development of Korean NuBi, and conducted literature studies by collecting information and materials showing concept, origin, types, purposes, etc., of NuBi. Korea traditional Nubi nature of the fabric from being damaged by environmental factors, it has the characteristics of artifacts excavated from the Joseon Dynasty period, because most of the concepts and history of quilting limited to the Joseon Dynasty period and the study of literature, photos, materials, and investigated by Should want to. In addition, consideration of traditional designs and Rice-Cake’s Molds Pattern literature, museums, and private collections, Folk and a real and material sampling Rice-Cake’s olds Pattern edition was analyzed by a picture. Patterns emphasize delicacy of hand made art works while expanding the limit of expression. By specifically using Rice-cake pattern among all Korean traditional patterns, the researcher was able to acknowledge significance of NuBi in Korean society and culture. In addition, the Rice-cake pattern created a new dimension in artistic expression. Furthermore, the researcher was able to explore historical significance of Rice-cake pattern in Korean tradition reflecting ling life and happiness belief of Koreans. By basing on above literature studies conducted by the researcher, the researcher was able to create modernized version of traditional Rice-cake patterned NuBi and create 5 NuBies by using traditional and modern hand weaving techniques. Korean NuBi, which had been used in everyday life time in the past because of various functions such as keeping warm, had been redesigned to emphasize practicality and artistic effects through straight lined surface texture of decorative techniques, including the modern expression was found to be. In this study, the author applied Korean traditional pattern, which is NuBi pattern to modern object and decorated effects of NuBi in modern society. In conclusion, my study will achieve new paradigm such as hybrid between tradition and brand new trends to explore modernization of Korean traditional NuBi, creating a new dimension in expression using Korean traditional art techniques.

부산지역 경기종합지수 개발과 경기변동 분석

The purpose of this article is to analyze the Regional Business Cycle in Busan Metropolitan Area, especially reviewing its Coincident Composite Index. As the results, it was concluded as the follows.First, basic statistical data should be accurately examined to raise the usefulness of regional composite. For Busan, it would be desirable to utilize coincident composite index and indices focusing on the state of employed persons by industry non-farm households, Industrial ProductionㆍShipment, Electric power consumption, trade, Export, Bills clearing. Second, it is necessary to develope leading composite index as well as coincident composite index reflecting regional economy. Third, a variety of techniques should be developed to analyze many different indices such as diffusion index, econo-metric model, business survey and consumer sentiment indices. 부산지역의 동행종합지수를 작성하기 위해서 11개의 후보지표를 이용하여 시산 작업을 시행한 결과 비농가 취업자수, 산업생산지수, 생산자 출하지수, 전력판매량, 소비재 출하지수, 대형소매점불변판매지수, 실질수출액, 실질어음교환액 등 8개 지표를 선정하는 것이 부산지역의 경기동향을 잘 설명하는 것으로 분석되었다. 부산지역 경기동행종합지수와 통계청에서 발표한 전국지수를 비교분석해 본 결과 전국의 경우 1980년대 하반기 이후 지속적인 성장추세를 보여주고 있으나 부산지역의 경우 1980년대 말 이후 뚜렷한 정체상태를 보여주고 있다. 전국과 부산 모두 경기순환기간이 90년대 후반기 이후로 상당히 짧아지는 현상이 공통적으로 나타나고 있지만 부산지역의 경기저점과 정점은 전국과 거의 유사하지만 경기국면에 있어서 확장기간은 전국에 비해 짧은 반면 수축기간은 훨씬 긴 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과를 통해 부산지역 경제는 전국과 달리 외부적 충격에 대해서는 훨씬 빨리 반응하는 반면 경기회복기에는 서서히 반응하는 경기비대칭성 구조로 되어 있음을 알 수 있다.

가스요금의 상승에 따른 지역물가 파급효과 분석

There is secured the efficient allocation of resources by price adjuster function of demand and supply under the free market economy, but the government directly regulated price adjuster function when it occurred not guarantee price itself formation due to economy of large scale and thus economic efficiency of resources allocation or social values. Even there are regulations on regional charges for public utilities, there were much difficulties in deciding the level of charges for them due to big gaps of recognition differences between the supplier and the consumer on the spreading effects of raise of charges for public utilities to regional prices. This research is designed for analyzing spreading effects on regional, industrial prices and CPI & WPI which caused by raise of gas charges by using Regional Industry Correlation Table(ICT). 자유시장경제하에서는 수요와 공급의 가격 조절기능에 의해 자원배분의 효율성이 확보되고 있으나 규모의 경제 등으로 시장의 자율기능에 의한 가격형성과 그에 따른 자원배분이 경제적 효율성이나 사회적 가치를 보장하지 못하는 경우가 발생하면 정부가 직접 가격을 규제하기도 한다. 지방공공요금도 이런 차원에서 규제가 이루어지고 있으나 공공요금 상승에 따른 지역물가에 대한 파급효과에 대해 공급자와 수요자의 현격한 인식차이가 있어 공공요금의 수준을 결정하는데 어려움이 많다. 본 연구는 대표적 공공요금인 가스요금 상승에 따른 지역물가 파급효과를 지역산업연관표를 이용하여 산업별 및 지역별로 분석하고, 가스변동요금에 따른 생산자·소비자 물가파급효과를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석은 지역차원에서 공공요금의 파급효과 분석을 위한 근거를 제시하는 것으로 향후 버스요금, 지하철요금 등에 의한 지역물가 파급효과 분석 자료를 근거로 하여 지방자치단체가 통제 불가능한 외부충격으로서 유가인상, 노조파업 등에 따른 외부충격의 업종별 물가파급효과도 살펴볼 수 있다. 따라서 물가파급분석을 위한 모형을 활용함으로서 각종 충격에 대한 적절한 정책적 대응이 가능하므로 정책의 효율성을 제고시킬 수 있다는 점이 본 연구의 큰 의의라 할 수 있다.

Special District is an urban design policy for controling important sites in Urban Design Districts for future development. This study analyzed the 40 Special Districts Development cases and guidelines through Time Series Study. According to the survey of Special District developments, which have developed since 2000, 70 percents of buildings are being planned(some cases is already under construction) or built as a Super-tall Mixed-use Residential Building. However, these super-tall Mixed-use Residential Buildings in Special Districts are planned without a consideration of an urban situation and local condition. Furthermore, in many cases Special District development got a lot of incentive in compensation for the public spaces provided but most cases, the public spaces are provided at an unsuitable place. In order to induce development that fits the local conditions and proposes operating plans these improvements are necessary. First, the standards of controling the use and height are needed at the city level. second, variety incentive items should be provided.

개인여행비용법(Individual Travel Cost Model)에 의한 금정산 방문객의 경제적 가치추정

부산의 금정산은 도시 숲의 중요성이 부각되면서 시민들의 방문이 증가하고 있으며 이로 인해 생태 계 보전을 위한 비용은 증가하고 있다. 도시 숲에 대한 보전과 이용의 양 측면을 고려하면서 지속가 능한 환경자원으로서 금정산을 보호하기 위해서는 비용편익 관점에서 정책적 판단이 중요해지고 있 다. 이와 관련하여 도시 숲의 편익을 화폐적 가치로 측정하여 환경정책의 경제적 효율성을 확보하자 는 취지에서 금정산의 가치를 추정하였다. 본 연구에서는 금정산을 당일 방문한 20세 이상의 성인 남 녀를 개인면접의 방식으로 설문을 조사하여 개인여행비용법(ITCM)으로 가치를 추정하였다. 종속변 수인 여행횟수가 특성상 비음정수이므로 가산자료모형인 포아송 모형, 음이항 모형, 절단된 포아송 모형 및 절단된 음이항 모형을 사용하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 추정된 금정산의 1회 여행에서 얻은 경제적 가치는 60,669원이고, 총경제적 가 치는 252,383원으로 계산되었다. 여행비용(COST)을 적용하였을 때 절단된 음이항 모형으로부터 관 광수요모형을 추정하여 보니 예상했던 바와 같이 여행비용(COST)이 적을수록 여행횟수가 증가하였 고, 연령(AGE), 결혼여부(MAR), 그리고 경관 만족도(SATI)는 방문수요에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으 로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic value of the Kumjung Mountain, using a Individual Travel Cost Model(ITCM). This paper compares Poisson and negative binomial count data models to measure the tourism demands. Interviewers were instructed to interview only individuals. So the sample was taken in 700. A dependent variable that is defined on the non-negative integers and subject to sampling truncation is the result of a truncated count data process. The results suggest that the truncated negative binomial model is improved overdispersion problem and more preferred than the other models in the study. This study emphasizes in particular ‘travel cost’ that is not only monetary cost but also including opportunity cost of ‘travel time’. According to the truncated negative binomial model, estimates the Consumer Surplus(CS) values per trip of about 60,669 Korean won and the total economic value was estimated to be 252,383 Korean won.
