        로젠형 압전변압기를 적용한 의료융합 플라즈마기기

        이온화된 기체인 플라즈마의 의료분야에서 적용은 현재 주로 살균분야에 국한되어 적용되고 있지만 바이오플라 즈마기술의 등장으로 그 응용범위가 확대되고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 인체에 직접 조사하거나 비열처리하는 경우에는 정교한 시술을 위해 핸드헬드가 가능한 고밀도 소형화가 요구된다. 변압기로 인한 전자기파 영향이 없고 소형으로 구현 이 가능한 형태의 로젠형 압전변압기는 압전효과를 이용한 전기-기계 커플링을 통해 전압변환을 달성하며 상대적으로 에너지밀도를 높일 수 있는 장점으로 휴대용 플라즈마 발생장치에 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 로젠형 압전변압기의 등가회로를 이용한 모델링을 수행하고, 의료용으로 적용가능한 형태의 플라즈마 발생장치를 설계 및 제작하였다. 이를 위해 플라즈마 발생 모듈은 12V 입력전원으로 5.8kV의 출력전압을 발생시키도록 하프브리지 커버터 토폴로지 전력변 환장치를 적용하여 고전압 동작하도록 설계하였다. 설계를 통해 제작된 프로토타입을 통해 의료용합형 플라즈마 기기로 의 활용가능성에 대해 확인하였고, 이러한 연구결과를 통해 플라즈마 제트 또는 직접조사용 등의 다양한 의료기기로서 의 역할을 확보할 것으로 사료된다. In the medical field, applications of plasma are applied sterilize instruments mainly but with the advent of bio-plasma technology, the scope of application is expanding. Recently, In addition, high-density miniaturization with handheld is required for sophisticated procedures when irradiated directly or treated with non-standard conditions. Rosen-type PZT is a device with a structure that generates high voltage plasma by achieving voltage transformation through electro-mechanical coupling using piezoelectric effect.and is used in portable plasma generating devices as an advantage to increase energy density relatively. In this paper, Rosen-type PZT was modeled using equivalent circuits and was carried out and a plasma generating device for medical application was designed and prototype tested. Prototype plasma generating device generates an output voltage of 5.8 kV with 12V input power and is designed to operate at high voltage by applying the half-bridge topology power converter. The results of the study confirmed the availability of various medical devices, such as plasma jets or direct exposure equipment.

        AI기반 로봇카페 경험가치가 관계품질, 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        Recently, with the development of information and communication technology (ICT) such as 5G and artificial intelligence (AI), various types of Food Tech technologies and business models that converge IT and the restaurant industry are emerging. Barista robots are attracting attention. A survey was conducted using convenience sampling in a self-administered method targeting customers with experience, and 350 copies were distributed through online SNS for about two months. This study aims to investigate the influence of the structural relationship on the AI-based robot cafe experiential value, relationship quality, and behavioral intention. Research Results Hypothesis 1, Utilitarian (β=.370), Aesthetic (β=.215), Fun (β=.197), and Service (β=.122) were significant in relationship quality in the relationship between experiential value and relationship quality. appeared to have an impact. Hypothesis 2, in the relationship between experiential value and behavioral intention, among the experiential values, Utilitarian (β=.202), Fun (β=.164), and Service (β=.492) had a significant effect on Behavioral Intention, but Aesthetic (β =.037) was not significant. Finally, it was found that there was a significant effect in the relationship between relationship quality and behavioral intention. It is expected that this study will provide basic data for research related to Food-tech and Robot Cafe, and it is intended to provide a rationale for marketing strategy in the cafe and beverage industry.

        SNS상에서의 개인 외식업체에 대한 지각된 위험이 방문의도에 미치는 영향: SNS 구전정보특성의 매개역할을 중심으로

        This study examine the effect of perceived risk on visiting intention of private restaurants on SNS to investigate whether the characteristics of SNS WOM (word-of-mouth) information play a mediating role between perceived risk and visiting intention. Developed survey was distributed from September 23 to October 10, 2019, among adults who have experienced in private restaurants located in Seoul and get information about the restaurant through SNS. A total of 275 survey distributed and 246 copies of the questionnaires were collected. The analysis results are as follows. First, perceived risks to private restaurants have a significant negative effect on visit intention. Second, SNS WOM Information characteristics(consensus, neutrality, vividness) mediate the relationship between perceived risks and visiting intentions. Therefore, private restaurants can increase the visiting intention by utilizing SNS WOM information as an important variable to reduce perceived risks among consumers.

        Chemical Mechanical Polishing Characteristics of ITO Thin Film Prepared by RF Magnetron Sputtering

        Indium-tin-oxide (ITO) thin films have attracted intensive interest because of their unique properties of good conductivity, high optical transmittance over the visible region and easy patterning ability. ITO thin films have found many applications in anti-static coatings, thermal heaters, solar cells, flat panel displays (FPDs), liquid crystal displays (LCDs), electroluminescent devices, sensors and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). ITO thin films are generally fabricated by using various methods, such as spraying, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), evaporation, electron gun deposition, direct current electroplating, high frequency sputtering, and reactive sputtering. In this research, ITO films were grown on glass substrates by using a radio-frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method. In order to achieve a high transmittance and a low resistivity, we examined the various film deposition conditions, such as substrate temperature, working pressure, annealing temperature, and deposition time. Next, in order to improve the surface quality of the ITO thin films, we performed a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) with different process parameters and compared the electrical and the optical properties of the polished ITO thin films. The best CMP conditions with a high removal rate, low nonuniformity, low resistivity and high transmittance were as follows: platen speed, head speed, polishing time, and slurry flow rate of 30 rpm, 30 rpm, 60 sec, and 60 ml/min, respectively.

        전략적 체험모듈을 활용한 테마파크의 체험적 요소가 관계품질에 미치는 영향

        This study conducted to demonstrate the influence of experiential factors of theme park on relationship quality. The formulated relationships was formed based on strategic experiential modules, so the five sub-factors (sense, feel, think, act, relate) were employed to estimate the experiential elements. In addition, this study used three factors (trust, commitment, and satisfaction) for testing the relationship quality among theme park visitors. A self-administered questionnaire survey method was used, and total 400 survey was distributed. Total 363 respondents out of 400 were employed for the statistical analysis in this study after deleting the missing data and out-liner checking. Results have shown that only sense and feel factors among five elements have significantly influence on trust and commitment as well. In addition, feel factor has the most significant predictor of trust and commitment. Hense, this study suggests some specific approaches and considerations to improve the experiential elements for theme park participants by using verified factors. Furtheremore, current study identified the relationships among the trust, commitment, and satisfaction of theme park. Namely, this study provided the critical relationships among the factors of relationship quality as perceived by theme park consumers. This study apply the strategic experiential modules on theme park area, and partially demonstrated the relationships experiential factors and relationship quality. Therefore, these results will help to suggest an attractive business model to increase profit for theme park sector by considering the experiential clues of theme park.

        Using the Loss parameter calculation method for the CPV system simulation

        CPV system is composed with CPV cells, modules, PCS(power conditioning system), solar tracker, system installation and balance of systems(BOS). Mention about modelling method which is applied for CPV system simulation and evaluation system analysis. This paper focuses on CPV system modeling and optimal design of the electric energy production analysis through the development of proposed optimal CPV system simulation. Calculated simulation results of the generalized CPV system in regard to loss parameter calculation method can make out optimal configuration of CPV system with high reliability and stability. The loss parameter calculation method establish a mathematical modeling for the purposed of simulation and utilization various data for economical analysis of the CPV system design.
