      • 아크릴로니트릴 제조공정 중 혼합용매를 이용한 아세토니트릴 회수에 관한 연구

        The phase equilibria of quaternary liquid-liquid extraction system composed acetonitrile- water-o-xylene-ethylacetate mixture was investigated. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe LLE data for the quaternary system containing acetonitrile aqueous solution and solvent at 25℃. We investigated that the selection of the optimum solvent to separate acetonitrile from aqueous solution. The distribution and selectivity- for quaternary system o-xylene(l)-water(2)-acetonitrile(3)-EAc(4) are increased with addition of o-xylene. These experimental tie-line data are also compared with the values predicted by UNIFAC model. It is shown that UNIFAC model is capable of predicting the tie-line in these quaternary systems within an average root mean square deviation of 3.98 mo %.

      • 12주간의 유산소성 운동이 비만 초등학생의 신체조성과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise training on the body composition and blood components in obese elementary children after 12 weeks. [Methods] Subjects of this study were composed of 20 male students ranging in age from 9 to 12 years who were classified into two groups, obese exercise group(n=10) and normal control group(n=10). For 12 weeks, obese exercise group performed the aerobic exercise training that the program was composed by Yoon. The blood samples were taken before and after 12 week Paired t-Test was adopted to analyse the difference between before and after aerobic exercise training. [Results] body fat of obese exercise group was decreased 4.8% after aerobic exercise training(p<.01) and that of normal control group was decreased 0.1% during same time(NS). Among the blood lipoprotein, total cholesterol(p<.01), LCL-C(p<.01), and triglycerides(p<.05) of obese exercise group were decreased after aerobic exercise training, but not changed HDL-C of same group. Red blood cell, Hemoglobin(p<.65) of obese exercise group were increased after aerobic exercise training. Glucose of obese exercise group were decreased after aerobic exercise training(p<.05), but not changed in Ca and P. [Conclusion] In conclusion, aerobic exercise training for 12 weeks seems to reduce body might and body fat, and to change the profiles of blood Component in obese elementary children.

        The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the third year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows : - analyzing and differentiating of epidemic febrile disease - analyzing and differentiating in accordance with the Sasang constitution medicine based on four-type recognition - differentiation of disease according to pathological changes of Chong and Ren channels - standards for diagnosis of women's disease - standards for diagnosis of children's disease - standards for diagnosis of motor and sensor disturbance (-muscle. born, joint, etc.) - standards for diagnosis of neuropsychiatric disease - standards for diagnosis of five sense organ disease - standards for diagnosis of external disease The indivisual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs, the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern, discrimination of diagnosis pattern, prognosis, a way of curing a disease, prescription, herbs in common use, disease appearing the diagnosis pattern, documents. The standards for diagnosis of each disease was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name, notion of disease, the main point of diagnosis, analyzing and differentiating of disease, analysis of disease, discrimination of disease, prognosis, a way of curing and prescription of disease, disease in western medicine appearing the disease in oriental medicine, documents.

      • 대구 및 인근지역의 도로먼지에 함유된 미량원소성분의 함량분포

        요약문 본 연구는 각종 먼지 가운데서도 독성이 가장 큰 것으로 알려진 도로먼지에 함유된 미량원소 성분이 조성 및 특성을 파악하기 위해 1992년 1월에서 10월가지 주거지역, 상업지역, 공업지역, 교외지역, 전원지역 등에 위치한 도로에서 시료를 채취하였으며 채취된 시료는 산으로 추출한후 ICP로 분석하였다 . 그 결과 토사 및 황사현상과 같은 자연발생원과 연관지을 수 있는 Al, Ca, Mg, Ti, Si, Na, K의 농도가 지역에 따라서는 전원지역과 교외지역에서, 그리고 도로포장 형태에 따라서는 비포장 도로에서 높게 나타난 반면에, 각종 연소 및 차량과 같은 인위적인 발생원과 관련이 있는 As, Cr, Mn, Zn, Pb, Cu, Ni는 공업지역 및 상업지역, 그리고 아스팔트에서 비교적 높게 검출되어 이러한 미량원소성문들의 농도분포는 지역에 따라, 그리고 도로포장 형태에 따라 특징적인 양상을 나타내는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 As, Pb, Al 등의 일부 미량원소성분들의 농도는 계절에 따른 차이를 나타내었으며, 농축계수에 의한 평가결과 농축계수가 낮게 나타난 Na, Si, Ti, K, Al 등은 자연발생원에 의해 상당한 영향을 받는 반면에 As, Pb, Zn 등은 농축계수가 매우 높게 나타나 이들 성분의 경우에는 인위적인 발생원에 의한 기여도가 큰 것으로 평가되었다. Abstract This study was carried out to characterize the trace elements in street dust known to contain several toxic elements. Street dust was collected in residential, commercial, industrial, suburban and rural area of Taegu and on the vicinity of Taegu from January to October, 1992. Total amount of 16 trace elements in street dust were analyzed by ICP spectrophotometer. While the levels of As, Cr, Mn, Zn, Pb, Cu and Ni were higher in industral and commercial area than any other area by sites and the highest levels appeared on asphalt and cement street by street conditions. Also the concentrations of some trace elements originated mainly from soil (e.g. Al, Ca, Mg, Si, Na) were higher in rural and suburban area by sites and the highest levels appeared in unpaved street by street conditions. The concentrations of several trace elements such as Aa, Pb, Al appeared seasonal differences. The estimated enrichment factors (EF) for Na, Si, Ti, K and Al components showed with soil compositions appeared to have low values, while As, Pb and Zn components showed relatively higher values. These results imply that the latter constituents were likely to be affected by dry and wet depositions of atmospheric particles orginated from anthropogenic sources such as fuel combustion and refuge burning.

      • 아크릴로니트릴 제조공정에서 혼합용매를 이용한 아세토니트릴 회수에 관한 연구

        We studied on the phase equilibria of quatemary liquid-liquid extraction system containing acetonitrile-water-binary solvent at 25℃, latm, Ethyl acetate Toluene was used as binary solvents. Binodal curve, tie line, distribution and selectivity for each quatemary system have been determined in order to investigate the effect of using binary solvent in extracting acetonitrile from aqueous solution. And these experimental tie-line data were also compared with the values predicted by UNIFAC model. It was shown that UNIFAC model is capable of predicting the tie-line in these quaterrary systems within an average RMSD of 1.45mole%.

      • 새로운 세파로스포린 유도체의 합성에 관한 연구

        New cephalosporin antibiotics, 7-[(5-ethylthio-3-hydroxyisothiazol-4-yl)acetamido]-3-(hetero-cyclothiomethyl)-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid derivatives(2a-2d) and 7-[(5-ethyl-thio-3-hydroxyisothiazol-4-yl)acetamido]-3-[(4-carbonyl-5-ethylthioisothiazol-3-yl)oxymethyl]-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid(2e) and 7-[(5-ethylthio-3-hydroxyisothiazol-4-yl)acetamido]-3-(pyridinummethyl)-3-cephem-4-carboxylate(2f) were synthesized. The structure of these compound(2a-2f) were confirmed by means of IR and ¹H-NMR-spectrum.

        유용성 도료와 수용성 도료의 유해성 비교에 관한 연구 : 자동차 보수용 도료를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to substitute water-based painting materials for the current solvent-based ones used in motor-repairing process to minimize the exposure of organic solvents to the painters. This study assessed the exposure of organic solvents to the painters using water-based and solvent-based painting materials and compared compositions, painting processes and the health hazards of the application of these alternative painting materials. The results of this study are as follows. 1. solvent-based painting materials used in motor-repairing process consist of various organic solvents, which consist primarily of toluene, xylene, ethyl benzene, ethyl methyl bezene, trimethyl bezene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, methyl isobutyl ketone, 2-ethoxy ethanol, 2-ethoxy ethyl acetate and toluene-2.4-diisocianate and the others. These organic solvents are know as health-hazardous substances. But water-based painting materials are high-solid, low-solvent ones and consist of such two organic solvents as 2-butoxy ethanol and 2-heptanone and the others. 2. The painters using solvent-based painting materials in motor-repairing process are exposed to various organic acetate, methyl isobutyl ketone, trimethyl benzene, 2-ethoxy ethanol, and 2-ethoxy ethyl acetate. But the painters using solvent-based ones are only exposed to 2-butoxy ethanol and 2-heptanone. 3. By using water-based painting materials in stead of solvent-based painting materials containing health-hazardous organic solvents, the exposure of such organic solvents in the painter's breathing zone can be largely prevented. 4. This study recommends water-based painting materials as substitutes for the current solvent-based ones used in motor-repairing process to minimize the exposure of organic solvents to the painters.

        Due to the rising cost of energy, new separation processes based on extraction are becoming more attractive than before. Thus, the need for calculating and predicting liquid-liquid equilibria(LLE) compositions has very much increased. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe LLE data for the quaternary system containing acetic acid aqueous solution and solvent at 25℃. We investigated that the selection of the optimum solvent to separate acetic acid from aqueous solution and compared with ternary and quaternary LLE including binary solvent also.

        전염소 투입 및 정수지 구조가 정수장 총소독능에서 갖는 중요성 평가

        Disinfection is one of the most important processes in water treatment plants since it protects consumers from waterborne diseases. In Korea, chlorine which is most frequently used as a disinfectant is generally applied in two ways: prechlorination and postchlorination. Postchlorination is to supply chlorine to the influent of a clearwell. While, prechlorination is to add chlorine to rapid mixing chamber or water intake in plants. Major disinfection reaction occurs in the step of post chlorination. Therefore, frequently, prechlorination is not counted on in evaluating disinfection credit. This study was conducted to evaluate the importance of prechlorination and the existence of baffling wall in clearwell with the United States disinfection requirement(Surface Water Treatment Rule). Eight water plants were considered. Yoon`s classification(1997) was selected in classifying the prechlorination practice in water treatment plant. It was found that most of the prechlorination practices performed in water plants(three out of four types) were not important in gaining any significant disinfection credit. One prechlorination practice conducted to remove ammonia in raw water became significant in meeting the disinfection requirement. Despite the existence of baffling walls of clearwell, T_(10)/T varied considerably in the range of 0.3-0.6, indicating that the existence of baffling wall itself does not guarantee the goodness of plug flow characteristics. For some plants, T_(10)/T were lower than that of US-EPA conservative recommendation which is considered when tracer test could not be performed.
