        자원 제약을 고려한 제안 프로젝트 포트폴리오 문제의 휴리스틱 기법

        With regards to the various project to establish information system in the Korean software market, a company intending to win such project considers comprehensively the business detail, expected profits, and probability to win within available resources and comes to determine if to make an offer. Such judgement is one of the most important decision making affecting the overall business management like sales and revenue. Therefore, when the proposed project portfolio is defined as the composition of the project decided to be offered among the ordered projects, Cho, Yoon-Jae(2020) suggests a mathematical model of the problem of maximizing the sum of expected values in constituting the proposed project portfolio and an optimal solution accordingly. This paper assumes the concept of a project mode to be following: 1) the resources are limited, 2) a linear progression of the probability of the orders to be awarded as the duration of each activity increases, 3) the nature of the proposed project is reflected. Unlike previous studies, this research proposes a heuristic technique as a solution to the composition of the proposed project portfolio. The simulation in this study verifies the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm as well.

      • Anti-Inflammatory and Cytoprotective Effects of TMC-256C1 from Marine-Derived Fungus <i>Aspergillus</i> sp. SF-6354 via up-Regulation of Heme Oxygenase-1 in Murine Hippocampal and Microglial Cell Lines

        <P>In the course of searching for bioactive secondary metabolites from marine fungi, TMC-256C1 was isolated from an ethyl acetate extract of the marine-derived fungus <I>Aspergillus</I> sp. SF6354. TMC-256C1 displayed anti-neuroinflammatory effect in BV2 microglial cells induced by lipopolysaccharides (LPS) as well as neuroprotective effect against glutamate-stimulated neurotoxicity in mouse hippocampal HT22 cells. TMC-256C1 was shown to develop a cellular resistance to oxidative damage caused by glutamate-induced cytotoxicity and reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in HT22 cells, and suppress the inflammation process in LPS-stimulated BV2 cells. Furthermore, the neuroprotective and anti-neuroinflammatory activities of TMC-256C1 were associated with upregulated expression of heme oxygenase (HO)-1 and nuclear translocation of nuclear factor-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) in HT22 and BV2 cells. We also found that TMC-256C1 activated p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt signaling pathways in HT22 and BV2 cells. These results demonstrated that TMC-256C1 activates HO-1 protein expression, probably by increasing nuclear Nrf2 levels via the activation of the p38 MAPK and PI3K/Akt pathways.</P>

        서울시 대기오염과 일별 사망의 상관성에 관한 시계열적 연구 (1998~2001년)

        This study was performed to examine the relationship between air pollution exposure and mortality in Seoul for the years of 1998~2001I. Daily counts of death were analyzed by general additive Poisson model, with adjustment for effects of seasonal trend, air temperature, humidity, and day of the week as confounders in a nonparametric approach. Daily death counts were associated with CO (current day), 0₃(current day), PM_(10) (current day), NO₂, (1 day before), SO₂, (1 day before). Increase of 41.711㎍/㎥ (interquartile range) in PM_(10) was associated with 1.3% (95% CI = 0.7~1.9%) increase in the daily number of death. 0₃concentrations resulted in an increased risk of 1.3% for 23.86 ppb in all-aged mortality [RR = 1.013 (1.004-1.023)]. This effect was greater in children (less than 15 aged) and elderly (more than 65 aged). After ozone level exceeds 25 ppb, the dose-response relationship between mortality and ozone was almost linear. We concluded that Seoul had 1~5% increase in mortality in association with IQR (interquartile range) in air pollutants. Daily variations in air pollution within the range currently occurring in Seoul might have an adverse effect on daily mortality. These findings also support the hypothesis that air pollution, at levels below the current ambient air quality standards of Korea, is harmful to sensitive subjects, such as children or elderly.

      • 콘크리트 포장의 하부 지지력계수 산정식 개발

        외국의 설계 지침을 근간으로 콘크리트 포장을 설계하고 있는 국내 포장 기술자들은 흙의 지지력 계수 추정에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 길바탕흙(Roadbed Soil)의 평판재하실험 결과(??)를 선택층 및 하나 혹은 여러 층위의 지지력계수(??)로 변환하는 것은 현 설계 지침에 상세한 과정이 없으므로 혼란이 가중되고 있다. 이에 대하여 본 논문은 흙의 지지력계수 산정과정 전반에 걸쳐 국내의 문제점을 살펴보고, 바람직한 설계 방향을 제시하였다. 국내에 존재하는 포장의 형식을 조사하여 대표적인 보조기층재료와 두께 따라 ??값에서 ??값을 추정하는 설계 입력변수 변환 모형을 제시하였는데, 포장 거동 해석 모형은 AASHTO 추정식에 사용했던 다탄성 해석이론인 ELSYM5가 사용되었다. 역학적 모형 해석에 어려움을 겪는 기술자들이 간편하게 사용할 모형을 개발였는데 기층 및 보조 기층의 두께 및 재료 물성에 따라 총 990회의 거동 해석이 진행되었고, 회귀 분석을 이용하여 추정모형을 선정하였다. 또한 제시된 회귀식은 기존의 개발 모형과 비교를 통해 실무 적용이 타당하다고 판단하였다. Design of concrete pavement in Korea is mainly based on the guide developed from the AASHTO. However, many input parameters were not calibrated for the materials used in the highway. Subgrade modulus for the rigid pavement could not be correctly estimated due to lack of procedure to transfer modulus of subgrade reaction(??) to composite modulus of subgrade reaction(??), for example. This paper describes the way how to develop transforming equation and the model for estimating ??. Typical concrete sections were selected from the survey of pavement constructed in airport and highway. A layered elastic model, ELSYM5, that shows the behavior of concrete pavement under traffic loading was adapted for calculation of theoretical subgrade modules. Total 990 of calculation were performed. Regression model was suggested for the design based purely on analytical work so that further research work to verify the model from the field should be carried out.

        Database is a primary factor that decides a general operation system or analysis system quality. Currently, both an expert who has a wide experience and documents for the field which is similar to this study are poor in the interior. In this study, we can give full play to the applicable use's abilities because we are understanding the strengths and weaknesses of GIS database modeling methods and the purpose of this study is to realize a road metadata and to have a efficiency urban foundation facility database through a modeling for road facility database that is related to a city gas, telecommunication, electric agency etc.

        Skin entrance dose for digital and film radiography in Korean dental schools

        Purpose : This study was aimed to compare skin entrance dose of digital radiography with that of film radiography and to show the dose reduction achievement with digital systems at 11 dental schools in Korea. Materials and Methods : Forty six intraoral radiographic systems in 11 dental schools were included in this study. Digital sensors were used in 33 systems and film was used in 13 systems. Researchers and the volunteer visited 11 dental schools in Korea. Researchers asked the radiologic technician (s) at each school to set the exposure parameters and aiming the x-ray tube for the periapical view of the mandibular molar of the volunteer. The skin entrance doses were measured at the same exposure parameters and distance by the technician for each system with a dosimeter (Multi-O-Meter : Unfors instruments, Billdal, Sweden). Results : The median dose was 491.2 μGy for digital radiography and 1,205.0 μGy for film radiography. The skin entrance dose digital radiography was significantly lower than that of film radiography (p<0.05). Conclusion : Fifty-nine percent skin entrance dose reduction with digital periapical radiography was achieved over the film radiography in Korean dental schools.

      • 소규모 콘크리트 포장 관리를 위한 의사 결정 계통도 개발

        일반 국도 아스팔트 포장의 경우 합리적인 유지 보수를 위해 포장 관리 시스템(PMS, Pavement management System)이 도입되어 운영되어 오고 있으나 콘크리트 포장은 시스템 부재로 짜임새 있는 예산 운영이 어려웠으며 통일된 유지 보수 공법 선정 기준이 없어 동일한 상태의 포장에 서로 다른 유지 보수 공법을 제시할 위험성이 존재하고 있다. 따라서 비교적 소규모인 일반국도 콘크리트 포장 관리를 위한 시스템 구성도를 제안하고 기술적 대안 작성을 위한 의사 결정 지원 계통도를 제시하였다. 연장이 적고 유지 보수 예산이 제한되어 있으므로 경제성 분석이나 자원의 최적 분배 모형 등은 생략하였다. 의사결정 계통도는 전국 포장 상태 조사를 바탕으로 균열과 스폴링, 패칭, 줄눈 파손 정도와 포장 거칠기 등을 바탕으로 개발되었으며 파손 형태별 적절한 유지 보수공법은 공학적 판단을 통하여 결정되었다. 작성된 의사 결정 계통도는 콘크리트 포장 분야의 전문가 및 담당 관리자의 경험 등이 반영된 것으로, 적용성 검토 결과 통일된 의사 결정 지원이 가능하였다. A Pavement Management System(PMS) for national highway was introduced to maintain asphalt pavement appropriately with reasonable amount of budget in 1897. However, no system was suggested for the maintenance of concrete pavement due to small network and relatively limited research resources. Therefore, there, there exist certain percents of the probability to choose different maintenance strategy for almost same pavement condition. This paper suggests basic framework managing concrete pavement in small network, and the decision tree for generating maintenance alternatives was developed. Complex models such as vehicle operating costs and desigried to select maintenance strategy for the pavement considering condition survey results and consulting field experts. A prototype study resulted in a successful implementation, which shows it can be adapted as a decision tree further maintaining concrete pavement.

      • 창원시의 A하천 유입오염부하량 실태조사

        To obtain basic data for water quality management and improvement of A-stream located at changwon city, this study was carried out to investigate and estimate flowrates and the characteristics of water pollutants such as organics and nutrients etc, discharging into main A stream where located to flow at commercial and residential areas. A stream was divided five section and field studies have been from June 1997 to May 1998 for one year. The results obtained from this research were follows. The flowrates at the lower site(A-5) of A stream were varied from 19,967 ㎥/day in winter to 29.074㎥/day in summer season. And BOD and COD concentrations at the same sampling site were yearly mean values 45.4㎎/L and 21.38㎎/L, and loading rates 1042.7㎏/d and 548.1㎏/d, respectively. The ratio of BOD loading in A-3 to A-5 to total section were occupied 0.90. T-N and T-P concentrations were obseved average values 27.79㎎/L and 1.47 ㎎/L yearly, loading rates 477.04 ㎏/d and 29.75 ㎏/d, respectively. The value for ratio of T-N loading in A-3 to A-5 to total section were 0.86. similar to the above value, 0.90 for BOD loading ratio. It is consequently necessary to take into account that the policy and master plan must firstly be to reduce pollutants loading rates inputing into A-3 to A-5 at A stream.
