This study is aimed at suggesting the development direction of gender equality education by analyzing the trends and major issues of gender equality education in various ways. We would like to discuss strategic concerns that define the related concepts of gender equality education and induce gender change inherent in our society. Most of all, the role of school education is important to elicit mature gender sensitivity and gender equality. Through this study, patriarchal practices and rigid school culture need to be improved, and in particular, sexist texts and illustrations in textbooks are ordered to reflect gender sensitivity. Furthermore, it was confirmed that fundamental innovation in the underdeveloped education administration system is needed. Above all, through this study, the last names of teachers in the schools in charge of student education, including educational policymakers. 이 연구는 우리나라 성 평등 교육의 동향과 주요 쟁점을 다각도로 분석하여 발전 방향을 제안하고자 수행되었다. 성 평등 교육의 관련 개념을 정의하고 우리 사회에 내재하고 있는 젠더의 변화를 유도하는 전략적인 고민들을 논의하고자 한다. 무엇보다 성숙한 성인지 감수성과 성 평등을 이끌어내기 위하여 학교교육의 역할이 중요함을 지적하면서 각종 교과서의 성 불평등 관련 내용의 몇 가지 사례를 제시하여 우리 사회가 당면하고 있는 성인지의 관념에 대한 비판적 논의들을 유도하고 이를 통하여 미래지향적인 성 평등 교육의 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 교과서의 성 차별적인 내용의 개선을 비롯하여 성 차별적인 여러 가지 학교 문화의 변화 필요성을 지적하였으며, 특히 교과서의 성차별적인 지문과 삽화가 성인지 감수성을 반영하도록 주문하고 있다. 나아가 낙후한 교육행정체계에 대한 근본적인 혁신이 필요함을 확인하였다. 무엇보다 이 연구를 통하여 교육정책 입안자들을 포함하여 직접 학생 교육을 담당하고 있는 일선 학교의 교원들의 성인지 감수성 증진과 성 평등 인식에 대한 적극적이고 전향적인 자세가 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Quercetin is a flavonoid usually found in fruits and vegetables. Aside from its antioxidative effects, quercetin, like other flavonoids, has a various neuropharmacological actions. Quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside (Rham1), quercetin-3-O-rutinoside (Rutin), and quercetin- 3-(2(G)-rhamnosylrutinoside (Rham2) are mono-, di-, and tri-glycosylated forms of quercetin, respectively. In a previous study, we showed that quercetin can enhance α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7 nAChR)-mediated ion currents. However, the role of the carbohydrates attached to quercetin in the regulation of α7 nAChR channel activity has not been determined. In the present study, we investigated the effects of quercetin glycosides on the acetylcholine induced peak inward current (IACh) in Xenopus oocytes expressing the α7 nAChR. IACh was measured with a two-electrode voltage clamp technique. In oocytes injected with α7 nAChR copy RNA, quercetin enhanced IACh, whereas quercetin glycosides inhibited IACh. Quercetin glycosides mediated an inhibition of IACh, which increased when they were pre-applied and the inhibitory effects were concentration dependent. The order of IACh inhibition by quercetin glycosides was Rutin≥Rham1>Rham2. Quercetin glycosides-mediated IACh enhancement was not affected by ACh concentration and appeared voltage-independent. Furthermore, quercetin-mediated IACh inhibition can be attenuated when quercetin is co-applied with Rham1 and Rutin, indicating that quercetin glycosides could interfere with quercetin-mediated α7 nAChR regulation and that the number of carbohydrates in the quercetin glycoside plays a key role in the interruption of quercetin action. These results show that quercetin and quercetin glycosides regulate the α7 nAChR in a differential manner.

현행 교원평정제도의 문제점 분석 및 바람직한 교사평가제의 모습

이 연구는 현행 교원평가제의 문제점 분석을 통하여 평가의 본래적 목적에 충실한 교사평가제의 모습을 탐색하였다. 현행 교사평가제가 많은 문제를 가지고 있다는 것은 이미 오래 전부터 활발하게 논의되었다. 바람직한 교사평가의 모습은 전문적 소양을 가진 다양한 평가주체들이 교사들의 교육활동을 평가하고 동기를 유발하여 교사의 전문적 성장과 교육의 질을 고양시키는 과정이다. 이러한 점에서 현행 근무성적평정제도는 평가전반에 있어서 많은 문제가 있는 것이다. 최근 교사평가 문제가 교육계의 화두로 떠오르는 것은 공교육의 질적인 저하를 우려하는 사회적 문제의식을 토대로 교사의 전문적 자질에 대한 논의를 통해서이다. 현행 교사평가제가 수업개선을 비롯한 교사의 전문적 성장을 추동하지 못하고 있다는 인식아래 근본적인 개혁방안이 모색되었고 획기적인 교사평가체제 도입을 위한 정부의 의지가 표출되기도 하였다. 이러한 대내외적인 환경을 고려한다면 현행 교사평가제의 문제 진단을 통한 정책적 대안을 도출하는 것은 향후 교사평가제가 나아가야 할 방향과 방법의 설정에 많은 기여를 할 것으로 보인다.이 연구에서는 교사평가제의 문제점을 세부 항목별로 살펴보면서 합리성을 전제로 한 다양성이 기존교사평가 문제에 대한 접근방향임을 인식하고, 그 대안으로 교사 다면평가제를 제안한다. 다양한 평가주체들이 참여하는 교사 다면평가제 도입 가능성을 평가주체, 평가내용, 평가방법, 평가목적 및 결과활용 등으로 나누어 분석하도록 한다.

TTAB 용액에서 p-브로모페놀의 가용화와 TTAB의 미셀화와의 상관관계에 대한 연구

TTAB(tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide)의 미셀화와 그 용액에서 p-브로모페놀의 가용화 현상을 UV-vis 분광광도법을 이용하여 동시에 연구하였다. 열역학적 연구를 위해 온도의 변화가 가용화와 미셀화에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 p-브로모페놀의 가용화에 대한 ${\Delta}G_s{^o}$와 ${\Delta}H_s{^o}$ 값은 측정범위 내에서 모두 음의 값을 그리고 ${\Delta}S_s{^o}$ 값은 양의 값을 나타내었다. 그러나 TTAB의 미셀화에 대한 ${\Delta}G_m{^o}$ 값은 모두 음의 값을 그리고 ${\Delta}H_m{^o}$와 ${\Delta}S_m{^o}$ 값은 모두 양의 값을 나타내었다. 또한 p-브로모페놀의 가용화와 TTAB의 미셀화에 미치는 n-부탄올과 NaCl의 효과를 조사하였으며, 두 현상의 상관관계에 대해서 조사하였다. 이러한 결과들로부터 p-브로모페놀이 미셀의 어느 부분에 가용화되는지를 확인할 수 있었다. The solubilization of p-bromophenol by the micellar system of TTAB(tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide) and the micellization of TTAB were studied by the UV-vis spectrophotometric method simultaneously. And the effects of temperature on these properties have been measured for the thermodynamic study. The results show that the ${\Delta}G_s{^o}$ and ${\Delta}H_s{^o}$ values are negative and the ${\Delta}S_s{^o}$ values are positive for the solubilization of p-bromophenol within the measured range. On the other hand, the ${\Delta}G_m{^o}$ values are negative and the ${\Delta}H_m{^o}$ and ${\Delta}S_m{^o}$ values are positive for the micellization of TTAB. The effects of additives such as n-butanol and NaCl have been studied also for both properties and the relationship between these two properties has been also studied. From the results, we can postulate the solubilization site of p-bromophenol in the micelle.

The purpose of this study was to explore the learner satisfaction about alternative school system in K-metropolitan city. In this study, we tried to find a solution to improve the alternative school system. The survey was administered to 269 alternative school students in K-metropolitan city by researcher' visit and interviewed by assistants. The collected data was analysed by chi-square, t-test, F-test of SPSS WIN 17.0. Alternative school students was very satisfied in their alternative school life than earlier school for teachers' supports and surroundings. We should changed our views about school drop-out of students as their survival struggles for more good life. And support programs within school staffs and teachers should be activated through collaboration with alternative schools in order to prevent such problems. Eventually, the school should be more flexible to be capable of offering students with a larger range of educational opportunity. 이 연구는 대안학교 학습자의 만족도를 분석하고자 한다. 대안학교의 교육 만족도에 대해서 많은 사람들이 궁금해 하고 있으나 정작 학습자를 대상으로 실증적으로 분석한 연구는 많지 않다. 이 연구에서는 K지역 대안학교 학습자 만족도를 조사하여 발전적 대안교육체제를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 대안학교 학습자 269명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하고 그 결과를 분석하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 전반적으로 대안학교에 만족하는 학생들이 많았으며, 그 중에서도 처음부터 대안학교에 진학하여 다니고 있는 학생들의 만족이 일반학교에 비해 더 높게 나왔다. 둘째, 대안학교 학습자들은 규모가 작은 대안학교에서 특색 있는 교육과정이나 프로그램, 교과 외 활동을 통하여 더 만족스런 학교로 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 앞으로 교육행정기관에서는 학교를 떠난 학생들이 지향하는 이념에 적합한 학교를 찾아갈 수 있도록 체계적으로 안내하거나 취업을 지원하여야 한다.
