        울릉도 소의 전염성 병원체 감염률 조사

        Prevalence of infectious agents, including Brucella abortus (BA), Mycobacterium bovis (MB), bovine leukemia virus (BLV), M. avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MP), Neospora caninum (NC) and Toxoplasma gondii (TG), was investigated in all the cattle raised in Ulleung island during 2007∼ 2010. For BA, the prevalences in head and farm were 8.1% (44/545) and 5.5% (4/73) in 2007, all negative in 2008∼2009, and 0.5% (4/774) and 1.7% (1/58) in 2010, respectively. For MB, no sample was positive by PPD or ELISA in 2007∼2010. For BLV and MP, no sample was positive by ELISA in 2007∼2009. For NC, seroprevalences in head and farm were 0.2% (1/545) and 1.4% (1/73), respectively, in 2007 and all negative in 2008∼2009. For TG, seroprevalences in head and farm were 17.6% (97/552) and 54.8% (34/62) by ELISA in 2009. By regions, the seroprevalences of TG in Ulleung-eup, Seo-myeon and Buk-myeon were 26.0%, 9.8% and 16.7%, respectively, which had significant differences (P<0.0001). Tiger cattle were more resistant to TG infection than Hanwoo. The seroprevalence of TG in summer was higher than in autumn. The seroprevalence of TG in cows was higher than in oxen. The seroprevalence of TG in cattle was increased with age. In conclusion, this study indicates that the prevalences of six infectious diseases, except for TG which are widely spread, are relatively low in cattle reared in Ulleung island.

      • 다양한 분광법을 이용한 Calcium-Alizarin Red S 착물의 연구

        섬유의 염색에 주로 이용되었던 염료는 과학기술의 발달과 함께 점차 그 용도와 종류가 다양해져 왔다. 그 중 안드라퀴논 계 염료 중 하나인 Alizarin Red S는 calcium mineral과 선택적으로 반응할 수 있는 염료로 현미경 관찰을 위한 세포 염색과 관련된 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있다. Alizarin Red S 와 calcium의 complex를 합성하기 위해 calcium nitrate와 Alizarin Red S를 반응시켰으며 물리화학적인 변화와 calcium의 결합위치에 대한 정보를 얻기 위해 UV/Visible, FT-IR,NMR을 통한 구조변화를 분석해보았다. λ_(max)=505nm에서의 강한 흡수밴드, 1680∼1720cm^(-1)에서의 C=0의 신축진동의 변화 그리고 C4(△σ=1.196, C6(△σ=1.259)의 ^(13)C-NMR 화학적 이동 변화가 관측되었으며 이 결과는 Alzarin Red S의 calcium 결합에 carbonyl 작용기와 인접 hydroxy작용기가 관여한다는 것을 나타낸다. Usages and chemical species of dying reagents formerly only used for the texile industry have becomer so diverse as development of science technology. Alizarin Red S, one of anthraquinone dying reagents is widely utilized in cell staining for microscopic observation due to the calcium binding selectivity. The molecular structure and physicochemical properties of calcium-Alizarin Red Scomplex were characterized by UV/Vis, FT-IR, FT-NMR studies. The characteristic absorption band at λ_(max)=505nm, the change of C=0 stretching vibration at 1680∼1720cm^(-1), and ^(13)C-NMR chemical shift changes of C4(△σ=1.196), C6(△σ=1.259) indicated that the calcium bidning site of Alizarin Red S are the hydroxyl group and carbonyl oxygen, respectively

      • 모델매칭기법을 이용한 소형 밀폐공간 궤환 능동 소음 제어기의 설계

        In the small cavity, ANC(active noise controller) problem become very complicate due to the nonlinear characteristics and the modelling errors. When we ignore them in designing a controller, the performance will be considerably poor or the controller will lost its function. Therefore, this paper used the H() control method to solve these problems and applied this method to the model-matching method in designing the active noise controller. Based on the characteristic of the small cavity, the noise control problem can be interpreted as the H() regulating problem and can be solved by linear riccati equations. The designed controller was implemented with hardware such as Op-amps and its performance was verified in the case of broad band noise. As a result, the designed controller showed that its performance in the frequency range between 100Hz and 300Hz was about 35dB.

      • 위장관의 원발성 B 세포 악성 림프종의 재분류와 bcl-2, cyclin D1, bcl-6 및 p53 발현의 의미

        Background and Objectives : In recent years, the REAL (Revised European American Lymphoma) classification provided a new category of MALT (mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue) lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma in B cell lymphomas. We have analyzed the expression of bcl-2, cyclin D1, bcl-6 and p53 and correlated with the subtypes and histologic grade of primary gastrointestinal B cell lymphoma. Also we investigated the usefulness of immunophenotypic features in diagnosis of low grade B cell lymphoma. Materials and Methods : Twenty-two cases of primary gastrointestinal B cell lymphoma were recategorized in low grade MALT lymphoma, low/high grade MALT lymphoma, high grade MALT lymphoma, and diffuse large cell lymphoma according to the morphological findings. We investigated the expression of bcl-2, cyclin D1, bcl-6 and p53 by immunohistochemical method. Results : The bcl-2 protein expression was higher in the low grade MALT lymphoma than in the high grade lymphoma. The cyclin D1 protein expression was negative in all cases. The expression of bcl-6 and p53 protein was negative in all low grade MALT lymphoma. Conclusion : The results suggest that we can differentiate the low grade lymphoma from the high grade lymphoma by immunohistochemical staining for bcl-2, bcl-6, and p53 protien.

        항균성 펩타이드인 Mastoparan B의 살조효과

        Mastoparan B (MPB)는 벌독으로부터 정제된 양친매성α-helical 구조를 취하면서 14개의 아미노산 잔기로 구성된 염기성 항균성 펩타이드로서 여러 가지 생물막과 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 우리 나라 연안의 적조 (HABs, harmful algal blooms)를 일으키는 4종의 적조생물 (Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella catenatum)에 대한 MPB의 살조효과를 조사하였다. MPB의 4종의 적조생물에 대한 살조효과는 31.3㎍/㎖에서 세포의 lysis또는 ecdysis와 같은 형태로 현미경으로 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 MPB는 C. marina 및 C. polykridorides에 대해서 A. tamarense와 G. catenatum보다 더욱 강한 살조효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 MPB의 HABs에 대한 살조효과연구는 새로운 살조물질을 개발하기 위한 자료가 될 것으로 생각된다. Mastoparan B (MPB), an antimicrobial cationic peptide isolated from the venom of the hornet Vespa basalis, is a basic amphipathic a-helical peptide composed of fourteen amino acid residues. In this study, we have investigated the algicidal effect of MPB against hatmful algae blooms (HABs) casative Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella marina, Cochlodinium polykrikoides and Gymnodinium catenatum. The algicidal effect of MPB showed in the concentration of 31.3 ㎍/㎖ to 500 ㎍/㎖ against 4 HAB species and observed cell lysis or cell ecdysis by microscopy. MPB reacted more sensitive to C. marina and C.polykrikoides than A. tamarense and G. catenatum. The algicidal study of MPB against HABs will provides much insight into development of new algicidal substances.

      • Diels-Alder 반응을 통한 Cycloadducts of Bicyclolactone의 입체 이성질체 구조 연구

        3.3-dibromo-2-pyrone의 Diels-Alder cycloaddition 으로 부터 얻은 Bicyclokactone은 다양 palladium 촉매 하에서 aryclolaction으로 반응 시킬 수 있다, N-Et maleimide(NEM)를 사용한 Bromo-cycloaddition으로 endo-fro, (38%)의 두개의 다른 입체 이성질체를 생성하고 두 물질은 NMR에 의해 분석된다. 이연구 에서 COSY,TOCSY, NOESY, ROESY를 이용하여 각각의 isomer에 대한 NMR 시그널을 지정하였다, 여러 종류의 수소의 거리는 NOE cross peak를 이용하여 얻을수 있었다, 이 distance data를 기반으로 distace geometry(DG)와 molecular dynamics(MD)를 이용하여 두개의 endo-form,exo-form isomer들의 구조를 결정하였다. Bicyclactones obtained from the Diels-Alder cycloaddition of 3,5-dibromo-2-pyrone can be changed into aryl bicyclolactones by cross coupling reactions under various palladium catalyst Bromo-bicyclic diene furnished two different diastereomers endo-form(62%)and exo-from(38%) upon cycloadditions with N-Et maleimide (NEM) and their stereochemistries were identified with NMR In this study The NMR signal assignments of each isomer was completely accomplished with COSY, TOCSY, NOESY and ROESY Distance of numerous protons were obtained based on the NOE cross peak intensities of NOESY spectrum.       • Box-Jenkins 모형을 이용한 X ̄관리도와 CUSUM관리도의 민감도 분석

        It is revealed that, as the use of automated manufacturing is increasing and the process inspection technology is improvements in industry for recently years, the data from mass production system is exhibited some degree of autocorrelation. The operation characteristics of traditional control charts developed under the assumption of independence may be adversely affected by the presence of serial correlation. Therefore, we try to explain a autocorrelated construction by being in contact with a time-series models, so called the Box-Jenkins forecast models, which has been proposed as a very good forecasting tool and allows to distinguish the variations resulted from a autocorrelation structure from one due to unusual but assignable causes. In this paper, autoregressive/moving average parameters in the use of Box-Jenkins forecast models is estimated, and a sensitivity analysis is given by comparing X control chart with CUSUM control chart for the variation of error or forecast residuals.

      • 선속 변화에 의한 능동형 횡 동요감쇠장치의 효과

        제주대학교 실습선 아라호에 장착된 능동형 횡 동요 감쇠장치의 성능이 선박의 속력과의 관계를 파악 하기 위하여 선박을 정지, 미속, 중속, 전속으로 구분하여 횡 동요 감쇠장치를 정지(Passive A.R.T), 작동(Active A.R.T)을 했을 때 경사계에 의한 횡 동요각 및 종 동요각, 풍속계에 의한 풍속의 변화에 의한 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 선박이 정지했을 때가 능동형 횡 동요 감쇠장치의 1/3, 1/10 횡 동요각 유의 진폭에서 감소률이 가장 높아 47.2%, 50.3%를 나타냈으며, 반면에 중속인 경우 가장 낮은7.1%, 7.4% 나타내므로, 이 장치는 선속의 변화에 차이가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 2. 선속의 변화에 따라 그 효율이 많은 차이가 있으므로 이 장치를 장착한 선박의 운항자는 이를 감안하여 작동하여야 할 것으로 생각되며, 통계분석 결과에 의해서 선속과 감소률의 관계를 회귀분석식으로 나타내어 보면 다음과 같았다. 즉, 횡동요각 유의 진폭 (Amplitude of and significant roll (φ_(1/3)) : y= -3.233χ + 45.613 횡동요각 유의 진폭 (Amplitude of and significant roll (φ_(1/10)) : y= -3.157χ + 46.840을 각각 얻을 수 있었다. This experimental paper deals with the performance of tanks that are turned the active A.R.T(Anti-Rolling Tank) when the fluid transfers from wing tanks to the opposite tank by the power developed by the automatic control system (INTERING Stabilizer), which was installed in the fishery training ship T/S. A - RA (G/T : 990 tons) of Cheju National University. In this paper, the author has tested the performance of INTERING Stabilizer from the signals obtained by the inclinometer in irregular waves and compared with the results obtained in passive mode operation at stop and at various ship speeds. The performances of the system were confirmed the results as follows through the tests : 1. The Rates of reduction in significant roll(φ_(1/3)) of performance of Active-Rolling Tank at stop. dead slow ahead, half ahead, full ahead were obtained 47.2%, 26.3%, 7.7% 9.7%, respectively. 2. The operators had to consider to be different to change according to the various ship speeds for working. and the author could get the linea regressions about the rates of reduction at the results of a statistical analysis through the time histories of rolling angles in A.R.T. in irregular waves using various ship's speeds.         외상성 고관절 탈구의 예후에 영향을 주는 요인

        Background : Incidence of traumatic hip dislocation have been increased with development of transportation. Traumatic hip dislocation demands early recognition as an emergency and prompt reduction. So we designed this study to determine what kinds of factors affect the prognosis of the patient. Methods ; Eighty five patients who admitted emergency department of our hospital with the traumatic hip dislocation were enrolled in this study. Cause of injury, type of dislocation, method of reduction, the time from dislocation to reduction, age, gender and associated patellar injury were evaluated by retrospective chart reviews. Results : Average age of excellent good group(E&G) is 28±17.8 and fair and poor group(F&P) is 39±18.6, so the older the age the more poor prognosis.(P<0.05). The time to take reduction of E&G group is 18±8.2 hours and F&P group is 25±12.6 hours, so the faster the better prognosis.(P<0.05) We classify the type of hip dislocation by Thompson and Epstein method, type Ⅰ to type Ⅴ. The prognosis of type Ⅰ is better than type Ⅴ(P<0.05). Fifty five case were associated with patellar injury and they had poor prognosis than the other cases that were not associated with knee joint injury. Conclusion : In traumatic dislocated hip patients, the prognosis was poor in old age, delay in reduction, higher type of dislocation and associated with knee joint injury.
