National Standards for Foreign Language Learning, 언어연구 17-1, 327-352. 이 논문은 1996년 발표된 미국 외국어교육 표준안의 내용과 그 의미를 탐구한 것이다. 이 표준안은 5C (의사소통 Communication, 문화 Culture, 연계성 Connection, 비교 Comparison, 지역사회 Community)를 미국의 외국어교육이 달성해야 할 표준으로 설정하고 있다. 이 다섯 가지는 미국 외국어 교육과정의 구성요소로서 서로 긴밀히 얽혀 있으며 외국어교육자들로 하여금 이 표준안을 어떻게 그들의 교과과정과 교육현장에서 사용할 것인가를 제시해주는 모델 학습시나리오를 포함하고 있다. 이 표준안의 본질은 적절한 외국어 능력을 숙달시키기 위해 유의한 상황 속에서 언어를 사용하는데 강조점을 두고 있다. 이 표준안의 교수전략은 내용중심, 수준별, 과업 중심의 소통능력 숙달에 중점을 두고 있다. 이는 외국어 학습에 있어서 내용과 언어 학습을 통합시킴으로서 외국어를 유의한 상황 속에서 사용할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 미국시민을 육성한다는 데 그 의의가 있다 이 논문에서 필자는 이 표준안이 담고 있는 철학과 구성원리를 살펴봄은 물론 이 표준안의 내용과 의미, 그리고 이 표준안을 성공적으로 수행해 나갈 수 있도록 각 지방교육계의 구체적인 노력들을 함께 살펴보았다. 지역형 소규모 영어체험센터 프로그램 개발 사례

  Lee"s government is planning to establish English friendly educational environment such as English library and experimental facilities. There are already lots of English experimental facilities in Korea. Most of them are under name of English village. Some of the programs are huge in size and investment. But the effectiveness and satisfaction of the participants of the program are doubted. The reason is that most of the programs have similar in curricula and activities. As a result, students who participated in the programs don"t show much interest to participate in the program again. Also, there are some critical opinions about the effectiveness of the programs. However, even though the current case is a small size program with small amount of investment the perception from the participants is very positive. In this paper the goals, objectives and program outline will be introduced to discuss about the success of the program.

경연 대회를 통한 초ㆍ중고생의 창의력 신장 효과에 관한 연구

미래 사회를 대비하기 위한 개인의 개성을 존중과 창의적인 능력을 지닌 인간을 양성을 목적으로 충청남도 지역의 초 ㆍ 중고등학생들을 대상으로 한 창의력 경연대회가 공주대학교 과학교육연구소에서 개최되었다. 충청남도 초 ㆍ중 ㆍ 고등학생들을 대상으로 실시한 창의력 경연대회는 창조적 아이디어를 내어 스스로 문제를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제공하는 좋은 기회였음이 확인되었으나, 일부의 팀에서만 참신하고 재미있는 아이디어들이 제안되었다. 여학생의 참가자 수가 상당히 증가하였으며, 대체적으로 입상권의 학생들의 상당 부분이 여학생이라는 것이 특이할만하다. 학년이 올라감에 따라서 창의적인 아이디어를 내는 양이나 질에 있어서 뒤떨어지는 것으로 분석되었으며, 토론 학습의 적응력이 미흡하고 발표력 및 청취력에 있어서도 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중 ㆍ고등학교의 학교교육에서도 학생들에게 프로젝트형 탐구학습 프로그램의 적용은 물론 토론식 수습을 통한 학생들의 사고의 전환의 기회를 제공해야 할 것으로 사료된다. The creativity competition was held to foster the creativity of elementary and secondary school students in the Institute of Science Education, Kongju national University. It was found that the creativity competition effected on the improvement of inventing creative ideas and problem solving activities. But, only some competitors participated in semifinal and final contests, presented original and interesting ideas. More female students participated in competition than last year. More female participants were awarded a prize than males. Totally, participants were defective in discussion and communication, and presentation and listening ideas. Increasing grades correlated inversely with creativity and originality. There is need of inquiry project teaming programs and presenting opportunities of conversion of thinking by discussing instructions in school

치매노인 사례를 통한 케어(Care) 방법

우리나라는 노인인구의 증가와 더불어 만성질환자들이 계속 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서 치매노인 인구가 급격히 증가하는 추세이다. 특히 치매노인의 케어에 있어서 경제적, 신체적, 사회적, 심리적인 모든 부담을 가정에서 가족들이 해결해 왔다는 점이다. 이러한 케어 부담은 가족에게 있어서 말할 수 없는 스트레스로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 치매 노인을 부양하고 있는 가족 및 케어자들이 치매 노인에 대한 지식을 얻고, 케어 사례를 통해 대응할 수 있는 케어 방법을 습득하여 케어로 인한 스트레스를 줄이는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 치매는 기억력 장애, 언어 장애, 행동 장애, 성격 변화 및 기타 지적 능력의 상실이 특징적으로 나타나는 대표적인 노인성 질환으로서 이로 인한 작업활동, 사회활동, 대인관계 등에 제한을 받게되고 거의 모든 생활이 가족이나 타인의 도움을 받지 않으면 생활할 수 없는 상태가 바로 치매 노인의 경우이다. 이러한 치매노인들에게 가족들은 노인의 모든 변화를 일단은 수용해 주고 상냥하게 의사소통을 유도하는 케어를 해야한다. 그 이유는 가족들의 관심과 따뜻한 사랑을 느끼는 치매노인의 경우 편안하고 안정감 있는 모습으로 협조하는 자세를 취하기 때문이다. 노인 본인이 원하는 삶을 살 수 있도록 증상에 따른 신속한 케어로 대응하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 우리의 입장으로서 판단하는 삶이 아닌 치매노인의 개성을 존중한 삶으로 노인자신이 평소에 원한 삶으로의 생활 환경을 만들어 주고 쾌적하고 편안한 공간에서 두려움 없이 삶을 마무리 할 수 있도록 유도하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 치매라 할지라도 초기에 진단을 내려 치료를 한다면 증상의 호전이나 경과를 완화시킬 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지식이 없어 방치 상태로 더 이상 효과를 기다 할 수 없는 상태로까지 가서 치매노인 자신이나 가족들 모두가 고통을 호소하는 상태로까지 가서 치매노인 자신이나 가족들 모두가 고통을 호소하는 상태로까지 이른다는 점이다. 그러므로 치매에 대한 다양한 사례를 통해 치매노인에 대한 이해를 높이고 치매에 대한 전문교육도 확대해 나가야 할 것이다.

AFM 측정법에 의한 초정밀 가공면의 특성 평가 연구

High speed cutting is a machining process which cuts materials with the fast movement and rotation of a spindle in a machine tool. High speed cutting leaves a plastically deformed layer on the machined surface. This deformed layer affects in various forms to the surface roughness of machined parts such as the dimensional instability, the micro crack. The surface roughness is called surface integrity which is very important in precision cutting. This paper aims to study on the machined surfaces characteristics of aluminum alloy and brass by AFM(Atomic force microscope) measurement. The objective is contribution to ultra- precision cutting by exhibit foundation data of surface roughness and tool wear when parts are cutting with diamond tool at the factory.

水盜作에서 親環境農業 定着을 위한 오리 및 왕우렁이 農法의 可能性 分析

Concerns on use of excess amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide in current farming system turns both of the producer and consumer of agricultural products to an organic farming which use a less chemicals and more natural manure. Possibility Analysis of Pond-snail and Duck Faming for Environment-friendly Agriculture in paddy field. Depression effect of weed occurrence by pasture of 5kg of the Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) per 10a and the 7th day after transplanting. Optimum duck rasing density in rice paddy field was was 25~30 heads per 10a and ducks could be harvested three times in a year starting from 40 days after mature-seedling machine transplanting. The weed control rate of the duck raised paddy field was superior to the conventional agriculture. Yield per 10a of the duck raised and pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) farming was inferior to conventional agriculture. The earnings of The Duck and Pond-snail farming realize a profit. From these results, it seems that the Organic farming are usefel and pasture of the Duck, Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) for depression of the weed occurrence is effective as the environmental perservation farming.

호텔 예식이벤트의 마케팅 방안 연구

This study analyzed factors that customers consider importantly in selection the wedding events of hotels located in Yusung Area and how these factors are dimensioned. Thus, this study analyzed demographics of buyers of hotel wedding service such as sex, age, job, marital status, income, etc., and examined of there is any significant difference in hotel selection factors as each of demographic variable changes. The study also analyzed of general factors such as service, price, equipments, menu, information source, affects hotel selection in wedding event. The continuous study of hotel wedding is needed to provide high-quality service through understanding customers needs and wants and thus to magnify the market and to develop the diferentiated wedding event product based on customers' continuous feedback which as one do the most important profit source of the hotel.

유기농 자재의 시용이 토양의 이화학적 성질과 상추, 가지의 생육 및 체내성분에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of microbial fertilizers on the application of organic farming materials in soil on growth and yields of leaf lettuce, eggplant. Three microbial fertilizers, Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM were used. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. The effect of soil chemical properties after application organic arming materials, The amounts of pH, EC, P2O5 and O.M. treated all plot were few of change. 2. Change of soil microbial after application organic farming materials, The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in N, P, K treated plot showed the increased tendency, to the contrary, The number of bacteria, actimycetes in Aika, kalen-gold and EMRO-EM treated plot showed the increased, The number of fungi showed the dicreased tendency 3. The application effects of Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM on the growth, yield and components of leaf lettuce and eggplant in comparison with chemical fertilizers plot was not a difference.

한인진 추출물의 간장보호 작용에 관한 연구

The dose-response effect of polysaccharide extracts(PS-1) from Artemisia iwayomogi was investigated under various hepatic disease models. Silymarin, DDB and UDCA were used as reference compounds. We found that the maximal effective dose of PS-1 was 100 ㎎/㎏ b.wt. in CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity, D-galactosamine-induced hepatitis, in ANIT-induced cholestasis and 300 ㎎/㎏ b.wt. in CCl_4-induced chronic liver disease, 30 ㎎/㎏ b.wt. in chronic bile duct ligation and chronic ethanol fatty liver. These findings suggest that PS-1 fraction protects the hepatocyte against various hepatic injuries, and this fracton might be of therapeutic value.
