Fe-TiC composite powders were fabricated by planetary ball mill processing. Two kinds of powder mixtures were prepared from the starting materials of (a) (Fe, TiC) powders and (b) (Fe, $TiH_2$, Carbon) powders, respectively. Milling speed (300, 500 and 700 rpm) and time (1, 2, and 3 h) were varied. For (Fe, $TiH_2$, Carbon) powders, an in situ reaction synthesis of TiC after the planetary ball mill processing was added to obtain a homogeneous distribution of ultrafine TiC particulates in Fe matrix. Powder characteristics such as particle size, size distribution, shape, and mixing homogeneity were investigated.

Objective : In order to study effects of decreasement of blood pressure on hypertension patients by moxibustion a clinical study was performed. Methods : Moxibustion at Quchi(LI11), Guanyan(CV4) 10 times on 25 hyper tension patients who were treated via opd on Dong-Eui Oriental Medical Hospital. Results : 1. After 10 times moxibustion at Quchi(LI11), Guanyan(CV4),the systolic blood pressure were decreased 16.5% degree. 2. After 10 times moxibustion at Quchi(LI11), Guanyan(CV4),the diastolic blood pressure were decresed 26.6% degree. 3. Subjective symptoms(i.e. headache, dizziness, heat in the upper part of the body, dyspnea etc) were decresed after 10 times moxibustion at Quchi(LI11), Guanyan(CV4). Conclusion : Continous Moxibustion at Quchi(LI11), Guanyan(CV4) implies decreasement of blood pressure and improvement of subjective symptoms.

Objective: Hominis Placenta is used in many cure, mainly treats a weak, chronic disease, especially senile. This research investigates the effect of the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution on Alzheimer's disease. Method: The effects of the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution on (1) $IL-1{\beta}$ protein, $TNF-{\alpha}$ protein, MDA, and CD68/CD11b (2) the behavior (3) the infarction area of the hippocampus, and brain tissue injury in Alzheimer's diseased mice induced with 13A were investigated. Results: 1. For the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group a significant inhibitory effect on the memory deficit was shown for the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$ A in the Morris water maze experiment, which measured stop-through latency, and distance movement-through latency. 2. The Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group suppressed the over-expression of $IL-1{\beta}$ protein, $TNF-{\alpha}$ protein, MDA, and CD68/CD11b, in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. 3. The Hominis Placenta Herbal Acupuncture Solution group reduced the infarction area of hippocampus, and controlled the injury of brain tissue in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. 4. The Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group reduced the Tau protein, GFAP protein, and presenilin1/2 protein, beta-secretase protein, (immunohistochemistry) of hippocampus in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. Conclusion: These results suggest that the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group may be effective for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Investigation into the clinical use of the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution for Alzheimer's disease is suggested for future research.

Analysis of actuating forces and joint reaction forces are essential to determine the capacity of actuators, to control the system and to design the components. This paper presents an algorithm tha t calculates actuating forces(or torques) depending on the various driving types to produce a given system motion. The joint reaction forces(or torques) of multibody systems with closed-loops are analyzed in the Cartesian coordinate space using the inverse velocity transformation technique. Two numerical examples were carried out to verify the algorithm proposed.

This study was conducted to detect the serum antibody of toxoplasma in swine from breeding-pig, rearing-pig farm and slaughtered pig in abattior by latex agglutination(LA) test. The perfomance of LA test was carried out with commercial Toxo-MT kit(Eiken Chemical Co.)by Tsubota and Ozawa's method. The cut-off titer of positive and negative reactions by Toxo-MT antigen used in this experiment was determined as the serum titer of 1 : 32. Positive rate of toxoplasma antibody from the total of 823 serum samples by LA test was 17.0%(140 cases). And positive rates of toxoplasma antibody against serum samples of 194 from breeding-pig farm, 273 from rearing-pig farm and 356 from abattior were 91 cases(46. 9%), 23 cases(8.4%) and 26 cases(7.3%), respectively. The distributions of serum antibody titers in 823 test sera by LA test were shown 51 cases(36.3%) in 1:32, 40(28.6%) in 1:64, 17(12.1%) in 1:128, 14(10.0%) in 1:256, 3(2.1%) in 1:512, 5(3.6%) in 1:1024 and 3(2.1%) in 1:2048. The ranges of positive rate from the sera in each group of breeding-pig farms were 20~61.9%.
Latex 응집반응과 간접형광항체법을 이용한 개 톡소플라즈마병의 혈청학적 진단

This study was conducted to determine the serum antibodies against toxoplasma in the artificially infected dogs, pet and street dogs by latex agglutination (LA) and indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA) test. LA test was carried out with commercial Toxo-MT kit (Eiken chemical Co.) and IFA test was carried out with rabbit-anti-dog IgG labelled with FITC (Cappel Co.) and toxo-antigen slides prepared in laboratory. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. Antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii in the artificially infected dogs were detected firstly at the Day 8 in IFA and Day 9 in LA test after inoculation. Positive antibody reactions by these tests were declined gradually afterward but maintained up to 12 weeks. 2. In LA test serum antibody titers in 310 test sera were shown as 10 cases(32%) in 1 : 32.5(1.0%) in 1 : 64, 4(1.3%) in 1 : 128 and 2(0.7%) in 1 : 256. In IFA test serum antibody titers 310 test sera were shown as 17 cases(5.5%) in 1 : 64, 8(2.6%) in 1 : 128 and 5(1.6%) in 1 : 256. 3. In the total of 310 sera from pet and street dogs toxoplasma antibody positive rates were 21 cases (6.8%) by LA and 30 cases (9.7%) by IFA test and the positive detection rates between these two groups by LA and IFA test were not significant(p<0.05). 4. In the total of 115 sera from pet dogs toxoplasma antibody positive rates were 12 cases(10.4%) by LA and 15(13.0%) by IFA test. And in the 195 street dogs the positive rates were 9 cases(4.6%) by LA and 15(7.7%) by IFA test. Also, the positive detection rates between these two groups by LA and IFA test were not significant(p<0.05). 5. Agreement of reactivity between LA and IFA test for 310 sera was 91.3% in total of 283 cases consisting of 12 cases(3.9%) of both LA and IFA positive and 271 cases(87.4%) of LA and IFA negative. 6. LA test was almostly equivalent to the IFA test in producibility and proved to be a simple tool for the screening of toxoplasma antibody in laboratory.

본 연구는 생산공정운영시 발생하는 담당자의 의사결정 지원을 위한 학습형 공정 의사결정 시스템 구축방법에 대한 것이다. 먼저 추출 및 누적된 각 공정 별 이력 데이터에서, 주요한 주요자원(Critical Resource)을 단계적 회귀법에 따라 선정한다. 선정된 주요자원을 독립변수로 취급하여 담당자의 의사결정 대상이 되는 공정운영 성과를 종속변수로 하는 회귀모형을 산출하고, 해당 주요자원으로 구성된 시뮬레이션 모형을 설계한다. 메타휴리스틱 방법을 통하여 의사결정 시점의 생산계획 및 목적에 대한 시뮬레이션 분석을 실행하고, 복수 대안 및 가능해(기대성과)를 산출한다. 각각의 대안에서 주요자원 별 회귀모형을 구성하는 분석 값을 회귀식에 대입하고, 여기에서 얻어지는 값과 시뮬레이션 분석에 의해 산출된 가능해 간의 비교를 통하여 그 차이가 가장 작은 대안을 최적대안으로 선정하고 실제 공정운영 의사결정에 반영하여 생산을 실시한다. 이때 발생하는 공정 이력 데이터들은 이후 의사결정을 위한 회귀모형에 피드백 된다. This study proposes adaptive decision making method having feed-back structure of regression and simulation models to support the quick decision making of production managers by managing and integrating the mutual relationship among historical data. For that, from historical data that have extracted and accumulated from each process, we first selected major constraint resources that are used as independent variables in regression model. The regression model is designed by using the dependent variables (objectives) that defined above by managers and independent variables selected in previous step and simulation model that are composed of constraint resources is designed. In process of simulation run, we obtain the multiple feasible solutions (alternatives) by using meta-heuristic method. Each solution is substituted by regression equation and we found the optimal solution that is minimum of difference between values obtained by regression model and simulation results. The optimal solution is delivered and incorporated to production site and current operation results from production site is used to generate new regression model after that time.
