심층학습 기반 불완전한 영상의 특징점 매칭과 기초행렬 추정

스테레오 비전 시스템에서 특징점 검출과 특징점 매칭은 정확한 깊이추정을 위해 반드시 필요한 작업이다. 그러나 입력 영상으로부터 충분한 특징점을 획득하지 못한다면 특징점 매칭의 결과의 정확도는 낮아질 가능성이 높다. 본 논문에서는 일부 정보가 누락된 영상을 입력으로 받은 후 컨볼루션 신경망을 활용하여 특징점 검출 및 매칭을 수행한다. 스테레오 카메라 시스템을 이용하여 일부 정보가 누락된 한 쌍의 영상을 활용하여 컨볼루션 신경망 기반으로 특징점 검출의 정확도를 높여 이것으로부터 계산된 특징점 매칭의 결과와 기초행렬의 결과를 정보누락 없이 수행된 실험 결과와 비교해 본다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 검증하기 위하여 스테레오 카메라로부터 획득한 영상을 활용하고, 영상에서 임의의 영역을 삭제하여 정보가 누락된 영상을 생성한다. 심층학습을 수행하기 위하여 특징점 추출 단계에서 컨볼루션 신경망 모델을 이용하고 RANSAC(RANdom SAmple Consensus) 알고리즘을 이용하여 매칭을 수행한다. The detection and matching of feature points are mandatory procedures for accurate depth estimation in stereo vision. The accuracy of correspondence matching is low unless sufficient numbers of detected feature points are acquired. This paper deals with incomplete images that lose a considerable number of pixels, and the detection and matching of feature points are performed using a convolutional neural network (CNN). Once feature detection and matching are carried out using the CNN, a comparison is made between the results of the fundamental matrix for both the cases of complete and incomplete images. As part of this work, to evaluate our method, some regions of an image are deleted so that an incomplete image can be generated. Once feature extraction is performed, an RANSAC algorithm is employed for feature correspondence.
옥수수수염 추출물이 SW480 Colon Cancer Cell에서 NF-κB와 염증성 사이토카인 발현에 미치는 영향

There have been no published studies concerning the anti-inflammatory effects of corn silk on colon cancer cells. Thus, this study was conducted to investigate the effect of corn silk extract containing high levels of maysin on inflammation and its mechanism of action in colon cancer cells. SW 480 human colon cancer cells were treated with 1 μg/mL of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) to induce inflammation, and next they were treated with different concentrations of corn silk extract (0, 5, 10 and 15 μg/mL). The concentrations of nitric oxide (NO) were determined. The mRNA expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin- 1beta (IL-1β) and interleukin-6 (IL-6), were determined. Western blot analysis was performed to determine the protein expressions of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and mitogen-activated protein kinases, and the latter consists of extracellular signal-related kinase (ERK), c-jun NH2-terminal kinase (JNK) and p38 MAP kinase (p38). The concentration of NO and the mRNA expression of iNOS were significantly and dose-dependently decreased in the corn silk-treated groups (P<0.05). The mRNA expression of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 were significantly increased in the LPS-treated group (P<0.05), but these expressions were significantly and dose-dependently decreased in the corn silk treated groups (P<0.05). The protein expressions of NF-κB (in a dose-dependent fashion), ERK (at 10 and 15 μg/mL), JNK (at 15 μg/mL) and p38 (at 10 and 15 μg/mL) were significantly decreased with corn silk treatments (P<0.05). In conclusion, corn silk extract containing high levels of maysin seems to inhibit the LPS-induced inflammatory responses in SW480 colon cancer cells via the NF-κB pathway.

본 연구에서 제안하는 로봇은 평상시에는 바퀴 주행 모드로 고속 주행을 하지만 비평탄 환경이나 장애물을 만나면 다리 보행 모드로 변형해서 상황을 극복할 수 있다. 다리 보행 모드에서 로봇의 안정적인 보행 제어를 위해 무게 중심의 변화에 따른 지지다각형을 고려하였고, 역기구학 해석을 통해 수직, 수평 방향의 궤적 계획을 하여 안정적인 움직임을 가능하게 하였다. 또한, 레이저 센서를 이용하여 장애물과의 거리와 장애물의 높이를 측정하고, IMU 센서로 본체의 기울기를 측정하였다. 액추에이터들을 조화롭게 동작시켜 비평탄 환경을 극복하는 제어 알고리즘과 운영 프로세스를 개발하였다. While the robot proposed in this study can drive fast with wheel driving mode, it overcomes non-planar environments or obstacles by transforming into leg walking mode. Support polygon is considered according to the change in center of mass to guarantee the stable walking of the robot and a trajectory generation in vertical and horizontal directions is performed through inverse kinematics analysis. In addition, laser sensors are used to measure the distance and height from obstacles and an IMU sensor is used to measure the tilt of the body. A control algorithm with operating process was developed to overcome the non-flat environment by coordinating actuators harmoniously.
남자 대학생의 응급 피임약에 대한 지식 및 태도, 사용의도와 안전한 성행위 의도간의 상관관계

Purpose: Investigate the correlation between male college students' knowledge, attitude toward emergency contraceptive pills and their intention of safer sexual behavior. Method: Data was collected using questionnaires between October 4th to October 9th, 2016. Participants of this study were 166 male college students who are currently attending universities located in seoul and aged 19 to 29 years old. The descriptive and correlation statistics were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Result: The study has established that only 31.9% of the participants have received the emergency contraceptive pill education. The sexual experience, usage of E (Emergency Contraceptives), use of contraception in the future, intentions of using EC, EC education experience and monthly allowance also demonstrated significant difference in knowledge. Furthermore, relationship status, EC recommendation and EC education experience were found significantly related to the attitude toward EC. Conclusion: These results suggest that it is necessary to improve and reinforce the quantity and the quality of the EC education.
