      • 간호대학생의 스트레스, 월경태도와 월경전증후군과의 관련성

        Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors influencing premenstrual syndrome among nursing students. Methods : Data were collected from September 21st to 24th 2017, through structured questionnaires from 78 nursing students. Data were analyzed by IBM SPSS version 22 software using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Results: In nursing students premenstrual syndrome was significantly positive correlated with college-based stress(r=.371, p=.001), clinical-based stress(r=.371, p=.003) and menstrual attitude(r=.365, p=.001). It was found that menstrual quantity, menstrual attitude, stress and dysmenorrhea were some of the factors influencing premenstrual syndrome among nursing students. These variables explained 35.6% of the variance in premenstrual syndrome. Conclusion : Findings of this study indicate development and application of nursing intervention are required to decrease stress of nursing students and to improve menstrual distress questionnaire.

        피드백 중재가 스마트폰 중독 위험군 대학생의 스마트폰 사용감소에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine psychological health of smartphone addiction risk group of college students and effects of feedback intervention on risk of smartphone addiction. For this purpose, first, psychological health status was measured using various questionnaires and Delay Discounting Task and compared with normal user group. Second, after experiment group used a manual feedback program, application of a smartphone that shows smartphone usage time and frequencies when it is directly touched and implemented, the question of whether smartphone usage was decreased compared with the control group was examined. Third, the same experiment was performed using a smartphone application that shows smartphone usage time and frequencies by automatic pop-up messages. In the results, smartphone addiction risk group of college students showed negative results in all the areas of psychological health measured in the study. In addition, the manual feedback program has no effect on decreasing smartphone usage. The automatic feedback program is helpful in decreasing smartphone usage time for 2 weeks after using the program.

        국내 스테이블코인 규제 방향 제안:테라-루나 사태를 중심으로

        Luna Coin, which ranked eighth in the global market capitalization and established itself as a super-large stablecoin, plunged overnight, shocking the market. Therefore, this study proposed the direction of Korea's stablecoin regulation, focusing on the Terra-Luna situation, starting with the question of whether the stable coin's value, 'stability', can be trusted. The whole story of the Terra-Luna incident was examined in depth and the problems were pointed out, and the direction of domestic stable coin regulation was described based on overseas cases. In the absence of any legal guidelines for stablecoin at the moment, we hope that this study will provide a minimum stabilizer in the virtual asset market and help protect investors.

        민화의 화조도와 초충도를 응용한 네일 디자인 연구

        In this study, the paintings of flowers and birds and insects of our traditional folk paintings were recreated in a modern way and applied to nail art to produce works. A graphic design was created using a folk painting as a design motif, a water decal design pattern was created, and the work was completed on the nail tip. Water decal nail art, which is applied to nail art by creating a detailed water decal design pattern with graphics, can express details that are difficult to express with hand painting realistically. This study, which can express realistic patterns, aims to promote the development of the nail art industry by expanding and publicizing the realm of the nail industry and presenting basic data for expanding the creativity of nail art design. As for the research method, for the theoretical background, the characteristics of folk paintings of the Joseon Dynasty were examined, focusing on domestic literature data such as theses and books, and among them, paintings of flowers and birds and paintings of insects were produced as nail art designs. The water decal design pattern, which is made by printing the drawings as realistically as possible with graphics of Peonies, Lotus, Songhak, Geumgyeso and Chochungdo, belonging to the flowers and birds of folk painting, can produce parts that are difficult to express with hand painting in a short time. The perfection of nail art and the scope of nail art production could be expanded. Through this study, it can be seen that when expressing a design that is difficult to express with hand painting and takes a lot of time, not only folk paintings but also various characters or paintings can be graphic designs and water decal design patterns can be produced and applied to nail art. It is believed that this will greatly contribute to the efficiency and expansion of the design area of nail art due to the customer rotation of nail salons.

        구두 굽 높이가 하지 근육의 근 수축 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to investigate the effect of shoes heel height on the EMG activities of lower limb muscles. Twenty young healthy females volunteered to participate in this study. To measure the EMG activities of the quadricep, hamstring, medial gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior muscles, the subjects were asked to stand wearing harness, assuring the safety during unexpected body perturbation. The perturbation was made by using a wing pendulum ball, which produces anterior displacement of the subjects’ head, neck, and trunk as it gently pushed the upper back(T10 level) without provoking a stepping response. Shoe heel height was established under 3 conditions: barefoot, 4㎝, and 10㎝ heels. The EMG activities of the selected muscles was normalized to maximum voluntary isometric contraction(MVIC). One-way repeated ANOVA with post-hoc Bonferroni's correction was used to compare the EMG activities according to shoes heel height. The collected data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 12.0. During the ankle strategy, the EMG activity of the quadriceps, hamstring, medial gastrocnemius, and tibialis anterior muscles were significantly augmented with increasing heel height(p<.05). The findings indicate that high-heeled shoes may have disadvantages in maintaining the balance function because of the extra muscular efforts in the lower extremities. This study provides useful information of future studies how heel height affects muscle activity around the lower extremities.

        긴꼬리닭의 깃털조직에 대한 차등 메탈화 영역 유전자 연구

        To identify the regulatory factors of gene expression for the breed-specific phenotype of long-tailed chicken, we focused on whole genome DNA methylation. The differential methylated regions (DMR) containing methylated CpG sites have an important effect on disease progression compared to single CpG sites. In this study, the DNA data of the tissues of long-tailed fowls were used. These were mapped to the reference sequence of chicken using the sequence analysis software Bowtie2. The genome-wide DNA methylation profiling was carried out through the MEDIPS package. Accordingly, the CpG counts of the entire chromosome were identified and the DMR genes related to the tongue-to-feather trait (logFC>0 and p-value<0.01) were selected based on statistical significance. The function of the DMR gene was identified by gene ontology and the results were visualized as a circos plot. Thus, DNA methylation was carried out to confirm the CpG region. The DMR genes of the chest feather, tail feather, and tibialis posterior feather were confirmed to be numbers 48, 6 and 472, respectively. In particular, the Wnt-signaling pathway was activated in the tissue of the tibialis posterior feather, where the highest number of genes were found in the DMR. It thus appears that the epigenetic aspect of the specific traits of long-tailed males such as tail feathers and molting can be interpreted better through genome-wide DNA methylation. 긴꼬리닭의 품종 특이 표현형에 대한 유전자 발현의 조절인자를 구명하기 위해서, 전장 유전체에서 DNA-메틸화를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 메틸화된 CpG 부위를 포함하는 차등 메틸화 영역(DMR)은 단일 CpG 부위와 비교하여 질병 진행에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 긴꼬리닭 수컷의 조직샘플에서 생산한 DNA 데이터를 이용하여 메틸화 분석을 수행했다. Bowtie2를 이용하여 참조서열에 맵핑하였다. MEDIPS 패키지를 통해 전장유전체에서 DNA 메틸화 분석을 했다. 이를 통해 전체 염색체의 구역별 CpG 수를 확인했고 통계적인 유의 기준으로(logFC > 0 및 p-value < 0.01) 혀 대비 깃털 조직 관련 DMR 유전자를 선별하였다. DMR 유전자들은 유전자 온톨로지(GO) 분석을 통해 기능을 확인하였으며, Circos plot을 사용해 연구 결과를 시각화하였다. 결과적으로 DNA 메틸화 분석을 통해 조직별 CpG 영역을 확인하였고 가슴 깃, 꽁지깃, 꽁지 부근 깃에서 각각 48개, 6개, 472개 DMR 유전자를 확인하였다. 특히 가장 많은 수의 차등 메틸화 영역 유전자가 나온 꽁지 부근 깃털 조직에서 Wnt-신호전달 경로가 활성화됐다. 긴꼬리닭 수컷의 특이적인 형질인 꽁지깃 및 환우에 대하여 후성 유전학적 측면의 해석이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

        국내 교육학 분야 학습조직(Learning Organization) 연구 동향 분석

        The purpose of this study is to examine the recent trends of studies vis-à-vis learning organizations in the field of education in South Korea. In doing so, we attempt to derive educational implications to develop the research of learning organizations in the future. Criteria for data collection are based on our exploration of the definitions, components, and relevant concepts of learning organization and their features described in previous studies. As of July 2022, a total of 123 papers were finally selected for our analysis. The main results of our analysis are as follows: First, the quantitative scale of research on learning organizations in the field of education in South Korea remained relatively insufficient compared to that of foreign countries. Second, many studies vis-à-vis learning organizations use quantitative research methodology(76.4% of all papers). Third, the objects of studies include various fields including companies, elementary and secondary education, and higher education. Fourth, in the case of the studies that use quantitative research methodology, the theoretical validity for variable settings was often insufficient. In addition, regarding the types of measurement tool, 67% of quantitative studies use DLOQ offered by Watkins and Marsick(1993; 1996). Finally, many studies in South Korea have a tendency to offer the definitions of learning organization from their own perspectives. In terms of the components of learning organization, almost all studies in South Korea follow those suggested by Watkins and Marsick(1993; 1996). Furthermore, some studies (about 30% of all papers) often mix the concepts of organizational learning, knowledge management, and learning organizations. Based on this analysis we elicit, this study suggests the ways to revitalize research on learning organizations in the future. 본 연구의 목적은 교육학 분야를 중심으로 국내 학습조직 연구 성과를 체계적으로 점검하고 최근 동향 및 내용적 특징을 파악하여 학습조직 연구의 내실화 달성과 미래 발전을 위한 교육적 시사점을 도출하는 데에 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 학습조직의 정의, 구성요소, 유사 개념 등에 관한 선행연구를 포괄적으로 검토하여 주요 특징을 확인하였고, 이를 분석 틀 기준에 포함했다 2022년 7월을 기준으로 총 123편의 논문이 분석 대상으로 최종 선정되었으며, 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 교육학 관련 학습조직 연구의 양적 규모는 외국에 비해 상대적으로 미흡한 수준에 머무르고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국내 교육학 관련 학습조직 연구는 주로 양적 연구방법론을 활용하고 있었다(전체 논문 중 76.4%). 셋째, 세부 학문 영역에 따라 연구대상은 기업, 초・중등교육, 고등교육을 망라하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 양적연구의 경우, 변인 설정을 위한 이론적 타당성이 불충분한 경우가 많았으며, 측정 도구의 유형 측면에서 보았을 때, 양적연구의 67%에서 Watkins와 Marsick(1993; 1996)의 DLOQ를 차용하고 있었다. 마지막으로, 국내 연구들은 각자의 시각에서 선별적인 학습조직 정의를 제시하는 경향성이 관찰되었다. 이와 더불어, 대부분의 국내 학습조직 연구는 Watkins와 Marsick(1993; 1996)의 학습조직 구성요소의 관점을 차용하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 전체 중 약 30%의 연구에서 조직학습과 지식경영의 개념이 학습조직과 혼용되어 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과에 기초하여 추후 학습조직 연구의 활성화를 위한 예비적 제언을 제시하였다.

      • 기능적전기자극 치료와 신경발달치료가 편마비 환자의 하지 경직에 미치는영향

        The purpose of this study has been conducted to reduce the lower limbs' spasticity of the patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral stroke of apoplexy and find differences about spasticity effects among each group. The objects of this study covered 24 patients with hemiplgia who are either in the oo hospital in Daegu or under treatment from home to hospital. The objects fall into three groups which are a group of neurological development treatment, a group of functional stimulus treatment and a group of neurological development treatment and functional stimulus treatment. The result of this study were as follows : 1) The neurological development treatment has been found to reduce the lower limbs' spasticity of patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral stroke of apoplexy and compared to before-treatment, the MAS value of spasticity has been shown to be statistically meaningful ,and gradually over the period of between 4 weeks and 8 weeks(P <.05). 2) The functional electric stimulus treatment has been shown to reduce the lower limb's spasticity of patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral stroke of apoplexy and compared to before-treatment, the MAS value of spasticity was statistically meaningful and compared to 4 weeks, even at the time of 8 weeks, the MAS value of spasticity have shown statistical meaningness. (P <.05) 3) When neurological development treatment and functional electric stimulus treatment was applied at the same time, the lower limbs' spasticity of patients with hemiplegia was reduced meaningfully(P <.05). Compared to before-treatment at the time of 4 weeks, the MAS value of spasticity was statistically meaningful and compared to 4 weeks at the time of 8 weeks the MAS value of spasticity was also statistically meaningful(P <.05) 4) In the case of time-based MAS value of each group, functional electric stimulus treatment reduced the spasticity more meaningfully than neurological development treatment, and the group of same application of functional electric stimulus treatment and neurological development treatment showed better statistical meaningness than functional electric stimulus treatment alone(P <.05) and finally the group of same application of neurological development treatment and functional electric stimulus treatment showed more meaningful difference than neurological development treatment alone(P <.05)
