드릴 스트링의 진동 문제는 수년간 드릴링 성능 저하의 주요 원인 중 하나로 인식되어 왔으며, 굴착 작업 시 발생하는 과도한 진동은 드릴링의 효율성, 파이프 피로, 비트의 수명 단축으로 인하여 고장을 초래할 수 있다. 이러한 진동의 원인은 드릴 스트링이 굴착 작업 중 궤적에 따라 파이프의 굽힘과 wellbore와의 접촉으로 인해 마찰이 발생하고 이러한 진동은 일반적으로 축 방향, 굴곡 및 비틀림 변형을 일으킨다. 본 연구에서는 Khulief와 Al-Naser가 제시한 모델을 바탕으로 드릴 스트링에 6자유도(DOF)의 구성요소를 갖는 모델을 적용하여 curved beam의 수치해석 값과 Analytical값을 비교하여 검증하고 드릴 스트링에 hookload와 WOB 경계조건을 주어 각 element 마다 동적 거동을 분석하였다. 실제 궤적을 적용하여 드릴 파이프의 굽힘이나 중력으로 인하여 Wellbore와 접촉되는 부분에 마찰을 적용하였고, 또한 마찰 작용 시 일정한 축 방향 속도를 유지하기 위한 PI제어 값을 설계하여 drillstring 전체의 각속도 변화와 실제 드릴 굴착 작업 중 발생하는 stick slip현상을 관찰하였다. The equation of motion of the drill string along the excavation trajectory was analyzed using the Lagrangian approach together with the finite element method (FEM). A drill string of circular cross section is constructed by combining a plurality of circular axes each having 12 degrees of freedom (DOF). FEM analysis can observe the vibration and dynamic changes of the entire drill string, and it is easy to apply comprehensive boundary conditions to reproduce the simulation of a realistic drill string. In this study, the constructed FEM motel was simulated. In order to apply the FEM program to the actual drill trajectory, the dynamic analysis of the curved beam was verified by comparison with the actual values. The dynamic change over time was observed.

Microwave 처리가 쌀가공 부산물로 발생하는 왕겨와 미강의 항산화능에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 100 W, 200 W, 440 W의 출력으로 microwave를 처리하였을 때, 출력과 처리시간에 비례하여 갈변을 나타내는 색도의 변화가 관찰되었다. 그러나, 왕겨와 미강의 전자공여능은 조사된 범위 내에서 microwave 처리에 대해 큰 변화를 보이지 않았다. 활성산소종(H₂O₂, O₂^-,ㆍOH)을 발생시켜 어유의 과산화에 대한 왕겨와 미강의 과산화 억제력을 조사한 결과, 전반적으로 왕겨가 미강보다 microwave 처리에 안정함을 보였다. 특히, H₂O₂에 대한 왕겨의 과산화 억제력은 미강에 비하여 매우 높게 측정되었다. 이상의 결과로 왕겨가 미강보다 항산화 물질을 많이 함유함으로써 미강보다 높고 안정한 항산화능을 나타내고, 또한 microwave 처리로 인하여 항산화 물질이 일부 파괴되지만 항산화력을 가지는 갈변 반응 생성물이 생성되어 왕겨의 경우에는 microwave 처리에 대해 영향을 거의 받지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, microwave 처리 공정은 왕겨나 미강의 항산화능을 이용한 가공 방법에 이용될 수 있음을 의미한다. Microwave treatment was studied to investigate the antioxidant ability of rice hull and rice bran. The color changes were related to the intensity of microwave and to the treated time on rice bran. However, the electron donating abilities of rice hull and rice bran extract were not much affected by microwave intensity. Rice hull extract treated with a 100 W microwave showed 80% inhibition of lipid peroxidation when fish oil was treated with H₂O₂. Also inhibition activity against lipid peroxidation in rice hull is more stable than that of rice bran when treated with microwave. Overall, rice hull extract showed better antioxidant activity than rice bran. It seems that rice hull contains higher antioxidant components as well as the browning reaction products having anti-oxidant activity during microwave treatment.
성인의 T - lymphoblastic Lymphoma 의 임상상과 Modified LSA2 - L2 화학요법의 치료성적

N/A Adult T-lymphoblastic lymphoma was first described by Barcos and Lukes in 1974. It is famous for early systemic metastasis and should be treated systematically as soon as possible. We diagnosed 8 adult T-lymphoblasic lymphomas by means of clinical manifestation, tissue biopsy and their immunophenotyping from May 1986 to September 1988. Seven cases were treated with an aggressive regimen, the modified LSA2-L2 protocol. The results were as follows: 1) The median age in the group was 24 years (range 17 -35). 2) At diagnosis, all patients had mediastinal involvement, and 5 patients had bone marrow involvement. Three patients demonstrated malignant cells in the peripheral blood. 3) Six patients were positive for Tdt stain and 4 patients were CD7 (+). 4) Complete clinical response was attained in all patients with induction therapy including cytoxan, vincristine, and adriamycin. 5) Two complete responders who did not take the prescribed chemotherapeutic medication and CNS prophylaxis have had relapses in the CNS and testis. In summary, adult T-lymphoblastie lymphoma is a very aggressive and systemic disease. Systemic chemotherapy with CNS prophylaxis, such as the modified LSA2-L2 protocol, should be recommended.

N/A 134 patients with intractable ascites underwent ascitic ultrafiltration and peritoneal reinfusion of the concentrated ascites. A mean of 8. 1 L of protein-free ascitic ultrafiltrate was removed over the course of the average 3.15H procedure. Immediately after the procedure there were no significant changes in blood pressure and heart rates. No serious side effects, such as disseminated intravascular coagulation, esophageal variceal bleeding and pulmonary edema were noted. The procedures were performed repeatedly at mean interval of 22-64 days in patients with liver cirrhosis. Preliminary evidence indicates a potential role for ascitic ultrafiltration and peritoneal rinfnsion in the management of intractable ascites.

Cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) is a malignant proliferation of T cells that preferentially infiltrate the skin. The atypical lymphocytes in the cutaneous T cell lymphoma usually express the immunophenotype of mature helper T cell, although cases with abberant phenotypes may occur particularly in advanced disease. We recently experienced a case of CTCL. A 60-year-old woman was admitted brown to violaceous subcutaneous nodule on left lower leg which had been wax and wane for 2 years. In peripheral blood, atypical lymphocytes which had convoluted and hyperchromatic nucleus were found. Histopathologically, specimen from skin showed lymphocytic infiltration and vascular proliferation. By immunophenotyping technigue using anti-T cell monoclonal antibodies, most dermal infiltrate consisted of T lymphocytes, which were mostly helper T cell (CD4 80%) The above clinical, histological, and immunohistochemical findings are compatible to CTCL.
