        20세기 초 한성부 종로 주변 시전의 배치구조와 공간 변화

        The Sijeon (Licensed Markets) legally permitted by the government along the Jongno and the Namdaemunro Avenues played a central commercial role in Hanyang. However, after the opening of the port in the late Joseon era, the Licensed Markets suffered a blow and declined due to the introduction of a new product of civilization and the appearance of foreign merchants. Although the Licensed Markets, which have been maintained without major changes for a long time, have played a major role in the urban spatial structure, the exact location has not been still determined, and researches until now has remained limited for such that. In this study, based on the 1912 land survey records, the location of the Licensed Markets pre-and post- 1910 is identified, and the spatial change of the dismantling process is investigated.

        오늘날 우리나라의 교통체증 문제점은 세계 어떤 나라보다도 심각하며 각종 공해와 소음의 문제들을 일으키고 있다. 그로 인하여 철도사업이 각광받는 세대에 살아가고 있다. 우리는 이 논문을 통해서 앞으로 대두될 철도시설의 편리성과 안정성을 확보하기 위해 철도차량 운전자의 수신호를 사용하여 차량 안 승객에게 전달할 방법을 연구하였다. 키넥트를 이용해 전방 교통상황에 대한 철도차량 운전자의 수신호를 인지하여 각 객실 LCD 패널에 상황이 출력되도록 연구해 보았다. 이 연구를 통하여 우리는 위급한 상황 속에서 보다 편리한 방법으로 승객의 안전을 기대해본다. In these day, We are facing the traffic problem in Korea which is getting severe also making all kinds of air and noise pollution. Due to traffic problem in Korea, we are living the same time that railroad business is being in the spotlighted. To secure the convenience and stability of railroad, we have been studied about recognising forehead traffic condition and send back the signal from railroad driver to the passenger in the each of the LCD panel in the room by using Kinect. We are expecting that secure the safety of passengers in case of emergency situation in the convenient way through this study.

        소아에서 복막투석도관 삽입시 복강경을 이용한 방법과 기존의 수술법에 따른 초기 합병증 발생의 차이

        목적 : 복강경을 이용한 복막투석도관 삽입술은 직접 복강 내를 들여다보며 시술할 수 있어 위치 선정이 쉽고, 조직 손상이 적으며 합병증이 적다는 장점이 있으나, 소아에서의 경험은 많지 않다. 본 연구에서는 소아에서 복강경을 이용한 복막투석도관 삽입술의 유용성을 평가하고자 한다. 방법 : 2002년부터 2006년까지 삼성서울 병원에서 31명의 환아를 대상으로 복강경을 이용하여 복막투석도관 삽입술을 시행한 21례와 고식적 수술 방법으로 투석도관을 삽입한 16례의 의무기록을 바탕으로 복막투석관 삽입 후 첫 2개월간 투석도관의 누출, 폐쇄, 삽입 부위의 감염, 위치 이동 등 복막투석관 삽입과 관련된 합병증에 대해 후향적 분석을 시행하였다. 결과 : 고식적 수술을 받은 군(16례)에서 1례(6.3%)에서 수술 직후 심한 출혈로 재수술을 받았고, 복막액의 누출은 2례(12.5%) 있었으며, 보존적인 치료로 호전되었다. 삽입 부위 감염은 없었으나, 2례(12.5%)에서 복막염이 발생하였다. 투석도관의 이동으로 인한 기능부전이 3례 있었고 이중 2례에서 재수술을 받았으며, 1례는 보존적인 치료로 호전되었다. 복강경 수술을 받은 군(21례)에서 2례(9.5%)에서 투석액의 누출이 있었고, 보존적인 치료로 호전되었다. 삽입 부위의 감염은 없었고, 복막염이 2례(9.5%)에서 있었다. 1례에서 투석도관의 막힘이 있었고, 이 경우는 기존의 고식적 수술로 투석관 삽입 후 투석관 이동으로 재 삽입 후 불응성 복막염으로 투석관을 제거한 뒤 복강경 수술을 받은 증례였다. 투석도관의 이동은 없었다. 두 군의 합병증의 발생빈도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구에서 소아에서 복강경적 투석도관 삽입술을 시행한 경우, 1세 미만의 소아에서도 시술이 가능하였으며, 기존의 수술법에 비해 합병증이 증가하지 않았다. 또한 절개범위를 더 넓히지 않으면서도 장간막 절제 및 투석도관의 고정이 가능하여, 이를 통해 추후 투석도관의 이동이나 폐쇄의 위험요소를 줄일 수 있다는 장점이 있었다. 따라서 소아에서 복막투석도관 수술 시 복강경적 방법을 이용하는 것이 효율적인 복막 투석을 위해 유용하다고 생각된다. Purpose : To assess the early complication of laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheter implantation in children. Methods : Medical record review was carried out on 21 laparoscopic and 16 conventional peritoneal dialysis catheter implantations which were performed in 31 children under 18 years of age between 2002 and 2006. All medical records were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were followed until 2 months after catheter placement. Patient characteristics and catheterrelated complications, such as significant bleeding, leakage, obstruction, migration, insertion site infection and peritonitis during the first 60 days after implantation were recorded. Results : After conventional operation, dialysate leakage occurred in 2 of 16 cases and all cases improved after conservative management. In 1 case, significant bleeding occurred and re-operation was performed. Three cases of obstruction due to migration were reported, 2 cases underwent reoperation and 1 case improved without intervention. After laparoscopic surgery, outflow obstruction occurred in 1 out of 21 cases, which was caused by adhesion after several reinsertions of the catheter and recurrent peritonitis. No migration was noted after laparoscopic surgery. There was no significant difference in the complication rate between the two groups. Conclusion : Laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheter placement is feasible in children of all age groups, with at least equivalent functional results compared to conventional surgery. The additional advantage of laparoscopic catheter insertion is the option to identify and eliminate anatomical risk factors, such as intra-abdominal adhesions, and to perform partial omentectomy without additional incisions.

        한외여과 처리에 따른 채취시기별 고로쇠 수액의 품질특성

        고로쇠수액의 채취적기인 3월에 채취한 수액과 후기인 4월에 채취한 수액의 이화학적 특성을 비교분석하고, 고로쇠 수액의 품질을 향상시키고자 한외여과 전후의 품질특성을 살펴보았다. 4월에 채취된 고로쇠수액이 3월에 채취된 수액보다 총균수 및 탁도가 높았지만, 한외여과 후 탁도는 비슷한 수준으로 감소하였고 미생물을 검출되지 않았다. 유기산, 총산, 유리당 및 총당 함량은 4월의 고로쇠수액이 3월 수액보다 약간 낮았지만, 조회분과 무기성분은 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 특히 칼슘은 3월과 4월에서 각각 129.40 및 166.38 ㎎/L로 4월이 높았다. 고로쇠나무 수액의 영양성분은 한외여과 후 약간의 감소를 나타내었지만 채취적기 이후(4월)에 채취되는 수액을 한외여과 할 경우 미생물제거 및 탁도 향상등 품질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 무기성분이 더 많이 함유되어 있기 때문에 영양적으로 우수할 것으로 판단되었다. We investigated the effects of ultra filtration (UF) of Goroshoe (Acer mono Max.) sap collected in March and April. The total bacteria and turbidity of the sap collected in April were higher than in March. However, after UF, the turbidity decreased and bacteria were not detected. The total acidity and total sugar of the sap collected in April were lower than that collected in March. After UF, total acidity and total sugar decreased slightly in sap from both of the collection times. The crude ash and mineral content of the sap collected in April were higher than in March. In particular, the calcium and potassium content of the sap collected in April were 166.38 and 29.47 ㎎/L, respectively, which was much higher than in March. Again, after UF, the crude ash and mineral content were decreased in the sap from both collection times. We concluded that UF of Goroshoe sap increased its quality regardless of collection time.

        상피성 난소암에서 HER-2/neu 단백 발현

        목적: 상피성 난소암에서 HER-2/neu 단백의 발현 정도를 알아보고, 난소암의 예후인자들과의 연관성을 확인하여 HER-2/neu 단백의 과발현이 난소암의 예후인자로 이용될 수 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 1999년 1월 1일부터 2002년 12월 31일까지 개복술을 시행하여 상피성 난소암으로 진단받은 45예 환자의 파라핀포매 조직을 대상으로 면역조직화학염색을 이용하여 HER-2/neu 단백 발현을 조사하였고 나이, 조직학적 유형, 수술 병기, 2㎝ 이상의 잔류 종양의 유무, 재발 등의 임상병리학적 특정들과의 상관관계를 알아보았다. 결과: 상피성 난소암에서의 HER-2/neu 단백의 과발현은 31.1% (14/45)로 나타났다. 첫 수술 후의 잔류 종양의 크기가 2㎝ 보다 큰 경우가 잔류종양의 크기가 2㎝ 이하인 경우보다 HER-2/neu 단백의 과발현이 높았으며 (60.0% vs 22.9%, pp=0.049), 재발된 경우가 재발되지 않은 경우보다 HER-2/neu 단백의 과발현이 높았다. (57.1% vs 24.0%, p=0.029). 그러나 HER-2/neu 단백의 과발현은 생존율에 영향을 미치는 예후인자로서의 의미는 없었다. 결론: 상피성 난소암에서의 HER-2/neu 단백의 과발현은 잔류종양과의 연관성 및 재발과의 연관성이 있었으나 생존율에 영향을 미치는 예후인자로서의 의미는 없었다. 그러나, 임상적으로 적용하기 위해서는 더 많은 수의 환자를 대상으로 다변량 분석을 통한 각각의 예후인자와의 상관관계에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Objective: To evaluate the significance of the expression of HER-2/neu oncoprotein as a prognostic factor, we retrospectively examined its overexpression rates in epithelial ovarian cancer and their relationships with prognostic factors. Methods: Immunohistochemistry for Her-2/neu oncoprotein was performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues from 45 epithelial ovarian cancer operated between 1999 and 2002. We analyzed relationships between the overexpression of HER-2/neu oncoprotein and prognostic factors including age, histologic type, surgical stage, residual tumor ≥2㎝, and recurrence. Results: The rate of overexpression of HER-2/neu oncoprotein in epithelial ovarian cancer was 31.1% (14/47). The overexpression of HER-2/neu oncoprotein showed associations with residual tumor ≥2㎝ (p=0.049) and recurrence (p=0.029) in univariate analysis. But, there were no associations between the overexpression of HER-2/neu oncoprotein and overall survival. Conclusion: The overexpression of HER-2/neu oncoprotein was associated with residual tumor and recurrence in univariate analysis, but appeared to have no prognostic significance for overall survival of epithelial ovarian cancer. Further and larger prospective studies using multivariate analysis are necessary to establish the clinical applicability of these observations.

        This research collected and organized the various materials about the economic effect of design and design strategies of major nations and cities. It aims to verify that aggressive investment in design is essential through demonstrating design as a core keyword to overcome the economic crisis in the era of worldwide recession. Namely, it confirms that design is a shortcut to overcome the economic crisis and a foundation for the new growth and economic take-off. There are many cases. England, receiver of the IMF loan at the end of 1970s, overcame the crisis through realization of the proposition, ``Design or Resign.`` With the leadership of Margaret Thatcher as a prime minister, England promoted Redesign project changing fundamental basis of the industry and restructuring enterprises and organizations. The great depression in 1930s was the period offering new anticipations to the designers. It also gave GM, who invested drastically to design, an opportunity to take the world market, while it gave Ford, who aimed at generally popular cars, a disappointment loosing the market. The more crisis it is, the more likely it is that design is important and emphasized. ``For revitalization of the economy, design is important`` by John Cotton Dana in 1928 and ``Design loves a Depression`` by Michael Channel in 2009 both stressed that design is important to economic recession. We developed the concept of DESIGNOMICS based on the idea that ``Design becomes more important in times of depression.`` Designomics is a compound word of design and economy emphasizing the economic aftereffect of design. The primary point of view of Designomics is that design has a great effect to economy, and especially in the period of depression there are many cases overcoming the economic crisis relying on design. Therefore, Designomics is used to highlight the necessity of design management and the significance of strategic approach as well as regular and continuous investment. Through the analysis of the historical and modern meaning of Designomics and the strategies of each country and city, we confirmed the great ripple effect of design and the necessity of design management. For example, an average period and expenses for the development of design can be reduced from 1/10 up to 1/20 comparing to that of technology. With that less effort, however, the research on the English enterprises shows that the company with more emphasis on design has the higher and stabler stock prices. It tells us that design facilitates the value and stability of the enterprise, and serves as a momentum to innovate the enterprise. Many companies practically channel to design based enterprise through continuous innovation of merchandises, production, management, organization, image, and etc. by design. It is same with the nation and the city. England, Japan, and USA all put a premium on design. Also rising nations are trying to control the world market through design innovation. Many cities develops symbol, revitalize underdeveloped areas, change the life of citizens, and nurturing art, contents as well as tourist by various design projects. In that Designomics of Seoul function as a principal strategy to overcome the recession by getting over the limit and at the same time building growth power of the future. To the current Seoul with the level of urban infrastructure in 10 thousand dollars in spite of the national income close to 20 thousand dollars, the recession can be the chance. Utilizing the recession, Seoul can channel to sustainably growing city by promoting the various design management improving the urban infrastructure and creating the brand and image of Seoul. Without the effort, Seoul will pay dear for the deteriorated urban environment. In that point, Designomics of Seoul is not an extravagant project wasting the taxes, but a project securing sustainable growth potentiality overcoming the worldwide recession.

        고로쇠 수액의 유출시기별 이화학적 특성과 영양성분

        고로쇠수액의 채취시기별 이화학적 특성 및 영양성분을 분석하였다. 고로쇠수액의 갈변도 및 탁도는 채취시기가 늦어질수록 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, pH 및 총산도는 큰 차이가 없었다. 유기산은 citric acid 및 malic acid가 검출되었으며, citric acid는채취시기가 늦어질수록 감소하는 경향을 보였고 malic acid는 증가하였다. 유리당은 sucrose와fructose 및 glucose가 검출되었으며, sucrose는 채취시기가 늦어질수록 감소한 반면, fructose는 증가하였고 glucose는 채취시기 후반기에만 검출되었다. 조단백질과 조회분은 채취 초중반기에는 변화가 없었으나, 후반기에 많은 증가를 보였다. 무기성분은 Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg 및 Mn 등이 검출되었으며, K, Mg 및 Fe는 채취기시가 늦어질수록 증가하였다. 이상의 결과로부터 채취시기 후반기에 채취되는 고로쇠수액은 탁도의 증가로 인하여 음용하기 어렵지만, 조단백질, 유기산, 무기성분 등의 증가로 영양적으로 우수할 것으로 판단되므로 적절한 가공방법을 이용하여 탁도를 제어한다면 이용률 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. This study evaluated the physicochemical characteristics and nutritional components of Goroshoe (Ace rmono Max.) sap related with collection periods. The changes of browning index, turbidity, pH, total acidity, organic acids, free sugar, crude protein, crude ash, and minerals were investigated. Browning index and turbidity were slightly increased, while pH and total acidity were not changed as collection periods increased. Citric acid decreased slightly from 0.081 to 0.045 mg/mL at middle collection periods. Malic acid also decreased from 0.494 to 0.416 mg/mL at middle collection periods but then afterward increased to 0.674 mg/mL as collection periods increased. Sucrose decreased from 1.759 to 1.000%, while fructose increased from 0.023 to 0.044% as collection periods increased. Crude protein increased remarkably from 0.80 to 17.49 mg% as collection periods increased. Crude ash decreased slightly from 0.04 to 0.03% at middle collection periods, and then increased afterward to 0.06% as collection periods increased. Potassium increased from 13.43 to 49.75 mg/L as collection periods increased. These results indicate that the useful components of Goroshoe sap increased with increasing collection periods, but turbidity could be reduced.

        조선시대 한성부의 십자가(十字街) 형성과 인식

        This study examined existing research on Hanyang, specifically its T-shaped road structure. The focus was on the formation and role of intersections in Hanyang, particularly in the district boundaries of Hanseongbu 5. This study explored the possibility that, during the early planning stages, a north-south axis connected the Sejong-daero intersection and Gyeongbokgung Palace with Namdaemun. The Bell Tower Intersection emerged as a crucial transportation hub and the center of Hanyang, linking Jongno, Namdaemun-ro, and Jeondong-ro. Analysis of old maps and literature confirmed the presence of crossroads throughout Hanyang, with Sageori serving as the name for administrative districts. These intersections held significance for both security management and military purposes, making the Bell Tower Cross a representative element of Hanyangs urban landscape during the late Joseon Dynasty.

        Outright control by Japanese began on February 1, 1906. The Resident- General was invested with full authority in regard to Korea' diplomacy, domestic administration and military affairs. Through the council for Improvement of Korean Administration, he pressed the Korean government to accept Japan's aggressive policy in the fields of finance, banking, agriculture, forestry, mining, transportation, education, culture, jurisprudence, internal security, local administration and the royal household. After all, this means that the Korea become colonized country nominally, and resources for independent and immanent development came to be eradicated thoroughly by the Japanese imperialism.<br/> Accordingly, through this study, we do not only intend to show- based on the location of administrative offices, the financial condition of Imperial House, and the first processes for colonization by the Japanese Imperialism- how purposely the Japanese changed the urban form in Seoul, Korea, before and after the Resident-General but also how misappropriately they distorted the urban remodeling enterprise.
