서울시 공공체육시설의 입지패턴 및 이용실태 분석에 관한 연구

The study intends to suggest planning and policy recommendations to improve current supply system of the Public Sports service facilities in Seoul. To achieve the goal, a geographic database was built, while focusing on the social and elderly Public Sports service facilities. It is found that the number of facilities provided has sharply increased around 1995; then it has been decreasing mainly due to the lack of local public finance. The level of Public Sports service has been continuously improved. However, the service gap among local governments still exists although it has been smaller. Also, the levels of spatial service overlapping and exclusion are relatively serious. In light of the findings, two policy directions and six measures are proposed in order to improve current planning and supply system in Seoul. Fist, more systematic and planning-oriented policies are needed. They include the construction of comprehensive database system, a guideline and general plan for provision and management prepared by Seoul and local governments, and enhanced roles of current local welfare consultative group. Second, efficient and fair ways to supply new facilities in response to increasing demand for public services. Functional changes among them should be considered, and multi-use public facilities and contributions of public facilities by the private sector should be encouraged through institutional and planning reforms.

주택시장 규제가 권역별 하위시장에 미치는 효과 분석 : 서울 동남권과 동북권 아파트 매매가격 사례

본 연구는 과열시장을 안정시키기 위한 주택시장 수요 규제 정책이 서울시 동남권 및 동북권 하위시장에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분석대상 규제 정책은 2019년 12 · 16 대책과 2020년 6 · 17 대책이며, 정책시행일 전후 각 3개월 및 6개월간의 서울시 아파트 실거래 자료를 이용하였다. 헤도닉-다충모형을 이용하여 설명변수의 회귀 계수 값을 확인하고, 회귀불연속모형을 이용하여 정책의 단기 효과를 실증 분석하였다. 헤도닉-다층모형에서 12 · 16 대책은 동남권과 동북권 모두 양(+)의 값을 나타냈으며, 6 · 17 대책은 동남권보다 동북권에서 상승 폭이 더 커졌다. 회귀불연속모형에서 12 · 16 대책은 두 권역 모두에서 단기 가격 하락 효과가 있었고, 동남권의 하락 폭이 더 컸다. 6 · 17 대책은 단기 가격 하락 효과를 확인할 수 없었다. 본 연구는 서울 동남권 및 동북권 주택하위시장 에 대한 규제정책의 단기 효과를 실증했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study investigates the effects of housing demand regulations on housing sales prices while focusing on the cases of Southeastern and Northeastern subregions in Seoul. The housing regulations aim to stabilize overheated housing market in Korea, and attention is paid to two strong regulations including both the December 16th policy (12 · 16 countermeasure) in 2019 and the June 17th policy (6 · 17 countermeasure) in 2020. The multi-level models are specified to confirm the associations of explanatory variables with apartment sales prices. In addition, the regression discontinuity designs (RDDs) are used to analyze the short-term effects of the regulations for three and six months before and after the policy enforcement date. The multi-level models indicates that 12 · 16 countermeasure shows positive effect in both submarkets and 6 · 17 countermeasure increases more in the Northeastern submarket Also, the RDD models show that 12 · 16 countermeasure has significant short-term effects in both subregions, and the magnitude of declining effect is greater in the Southeasten submarket However, 6 · 17 countermeasure has no singificant short-term effect on housing sales prices. This study is significant in that it compares short-term effects of housing demand regulations between two submarkets in Seoul.

볼링운동이 정신지체학생의 보행 형태와 자세에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of bowling exercises on gait pattern and posture students with mental retardation and social interaction with students without disabilities. The videography method was used to obtain kinematical variables of gait pattern for pre & post tests of bowling exercises. The posture of students with mental retardation and interaction with students without disabilities were recorded onto video tapes. Analyzing the recorded data from all experiments led to the following conclusions: irregular gait pattern and posture of the students with mental retardation can be corrected or improved substantially through bowling exercises. And the inclusive exercises program with students without disabilities can show the model appropriate behavior, encourage social interaction, and promote positive self-esteem to the students with mental retardation.

A Salmonella typhi epidural abscess developed in a patient 1 year after she had recovered from typhoid fever. It is suggested that salmonella should be considered as the cause of focal central nervous system infection in any patient with previous salmonellosis.

본 연구는 한글대장경 전산화 4차 사업으로 한글대장경 30책 분량을 전산화하여 검색 시스템을 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 고려대장경의 우리말 번역본인 한글대장경을 전산화하기 위해 개역된 고문헌을 입력하여 데이터베이스로 구축하고, 인터넷을 통해 그 내용을 검색할 수 있도록 한다. 한글대장경 고문헌은 확장한자, 누락문자, 특수문자 등을 포함하고 있어서, 본 연구에서는 효과적인 입력과 저장을 위해 유니코드(Unicode)를 사용하며, 유니코드로 표현하지 못하는 문자들은 이미지 폰트를 생성하여 표현한다. 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해서 DBMS로는 MS-SQL 7.0을 사용하고, 운영체제로는 윈도우 2000 서버를, 웹 서버로는 IIS(Internet Information Server)를 사용하여 검색 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 다양한 검색 방법을 제공하는 검색 엔진을 개발하여, 유니코드로 저장된 한글대장경 고문헌의 내용을 웹을 통해 보다 쉽게 전 세계에서 접근할 수 있도록 한다. This research aims for constructing retrieval system by digitizing thirty books quantities of Hangul Tripitaka in the 4th Hangul Tripitaka digitization project. For digitizing Hangul Tripitaka which is a Korean version of the Tripitaka Korean, we can input, store the retranslated archaic documents in database, and search their contents through the Internet. Because the archaic documents of Hangul Tripitka includes extension characters of Chinese origin, missing characters and special characters, we input and store documents use Unicode and make image fonts that cannot be represented by Unicode. Also, for developing retrieval system in this research, we use MS-SQL 7.0 and IIS(Internet Information Server) on Windows 2000 Server. By developing search engine which provides variety of retrieval methods, people who concern the archaic documents in the whole world can access Hangul Tripitaka saved as Unicode using the Web.
