대한인쇄문화협회와 한국이앤엑스는 프린코2007을 기념하여 지난 8월 22일 오후 2시부터 4시까지 코엑스 전시장 특별세미나실에서 세미나를 개최했다. 이날 세미나는 박인섭 B&S Law Firm 개인자산관리연구소장이 '인쇄 경영과 재테크'에 대해, 이재수 동국대산업대학원겸임교수(일진피엠에스 부사장) '인쇄 블루오션 개발' 에 대해 각각 강의했다. 다음은 이재수 교수의 강연 내용이다.

This study aims to compare the difference in the spatial pattern of the Risk Diagnosis Index(RDI) and the Comprehensive Diagnosis Index(CDI) by type of urban decline. First, CDI decreases the risk of disasters as it comes close to the urbanized area in all case areas. Various strategies are needed to increase the reduction capacity, focusing on areas with a high risk of disasters. Second, there is a difference in the spatial pattern of declined and non-declined areas in the city, and this trend is different for the urban type. Seosan has relatively little influence in the reduction capacity sector, while Daegu has a high influence in the reduction capacity sector, which affects the spatial pattern of CDI. It implies CDI by urban size and regional attributes should be differentiated. Third, both RDI and CDI tend to be spatially clustered. The spatial clustering pattern of disaster risk in the declined areas is higher than that of other areas. Although the pattern of disaster risk is high in declined areas, this varies depending on urban size and declined type.

All the notions of the world continue to debate the economic and social implications of global environmental changes, both natural and human induced. Although the Earth has been changing for millions of years, dramatic recent changes such as Antarctic ozone depletion and the increase in the atmospheric levels of CO_2 and other trace gases demonstrate that human activities are affecting the Earth system and vice versa. Lasting dry climate of recent decade not only Korean peninsular but also other countries have a severe effect on economy and society. The purpose of the research is to develop precipitation and runoff prediction system in Korea peninsular by integrate climatic, meteorological and hydrologic system in order to analyse the change of hydrometeorologic environment such as precipitiation, temperature, and evapotransion in Korean peninsular due to the change of CO_2 concentration of the Earth. The simulation results for the April show that the precipitation was decreased but evapotronspiration was increased due to the increase of the CO_2 concentration. The temerature was increased a little bit.

4차 산업혁명의 시대 VR/AR을 이용한 불교 교육프로그램의 개발과 활용 방향

This study purports to examine the issues of developing and utilizing a Buddhist education program with VR/AR technologies in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The investigator focuses on the relationship performance-type talents to promote achievements through collaboration in an organized manner as a new type of talents for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The knowledge of humanities is essential to the establishment of whole personal personality and values, which work to compensate for the lacking parts of science-technology fusion education, and religious education can offer it. The investigator proposed several preceding tasks for the development of a Buddhist education program based on VR/AR: first, it is needed to set the scope of an education program and gather opinions according to the characteristics of VR/AR as media; second, there is a need to build an archive of Buddhist cultural resources; third, it is critical to explore the possibilities of access and utilization; fourth, it is also needed to develop a variety of public content; and finally, it is required to expand educational opportunities related to VR/AR. Furthermore, the study set a direction for the utilization of a Buddhist education program based on VR/AR and discussed a preparation process for it. In the future, it will be needed to have more advanced discussions about VR/AR-related content and technologies in the field of personality and lifelong education. The discussions of the study will hopefully contribute to more in-depth researches on various utilization plans for the whole person values of Buddhist education in an environment characterized by the fusion and convergence of media industry technologies driven by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. 본 논의는 4차 산업혁명의 시대에 VR/AR 기술을 활용하여 불교 교육프로그램을 개발하고 활용하는 문제를 살펴보고자 한다. 논자는 4차 산업혁명의 새로운 인재상으로 협력을 통해 조직적으로 성과를 이끄는 관계성과형 인재에 주목하였다. 과학기술 융합 교육의 부족한 부분을 채울 수 있는 전인적 품성과 가치관의 확립에 인문지식이 필수적이며 이를 담당할 수 있는 분야가 바로 종교교육이다. 논자는 VR/AR을 이용한 불교교육프로그램 개발의 선행 과제를 제시하고자 한다. 첫째 VR/AR의 매체적 특성에 맞는 교육프로그램의 범위와 의견의 수렴, 둘째 불교문화자원의 아카이빙의 구축, 셋째 접근과 활용의 가능성, 넷째, 다양한 공공 콘텐츠의 개발, 다섯째, VR/AR 관련 교육 기회의 확산 등이 필요하다. 나아가 VR/AR을 이용한 불교교육프로그램 활용 방향을 설정하고 이에 대한 준비 과정에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 향후 과제로는 VR/AR 콘텐츠와 관련 기술은 반드시 인성교육과 평생교육의 현장에서의 보다 진전된 논의가 필요하다. 본 논의를 통해 전인적 불교교육의 가치에 입각해 4차 산업혁명으로 야기될 미디어 산업 기술의 융복합화로 인한 환경에서 다양한 활용방안에 대한 심도있는 연구가 진행되는데 이바지하고자 한다.

한국 정토신앙 성지 순례코스 개발 연구

본 논의는 불교 가운데 가장 대중적인 염불신앙을 통해 극락으로 인도하는 정토신앙과 관련된 사찰을 선정하고, 이를 성지순례코스로 개발하는데 필요한 여러 가지 문제점을 논의하였다. 정토신앙의 핵심인 아미타불의 48대원을 상징하는 사찰을 권역별로 선정하여 ‘정토로 가는 길(가칭)’ 48곳을 성지 순례코스로 선정하였다. 순례코스를 개발하기 위해서 먼저 정토신앙과 한국의 정토신앙의 특징을 도출하여 48사찰을 선택한 이유에 대해 논의하였다. 또한 순례에 대한 불교적 함의를 통해 순례가 지닌 문화사적 맥락을 이해하였다. 우리나라에 정토신앙과 관련한 문화유산 및 신앙이 이루어지고 있는 사찰을 현장답사하고 이와 관련한 여러 가지 사항을 하고, 성지순례 코스개발과 이를 실행하기 위한 문제에 대해서 논의하였다. 마지막으로 정토신앙 관련 성지순례코스를 실행하기 위해서 고려되어야 할 사항에 대해서 제안하였다. 이를 통해 향후 보다 진전된 논의가 이루어지길 기대한다. 연구된 결과 순례코스의 운영과 이를 다양한 방면에서 활용할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하여 전통문화의 관심을 이끌어내고 문화상품으로 적극 개발할 수 있는 토대를 마련코자 하였다. 순례코스의 개발은 가치창조는 문화관광이라는 새로운 시장에서 전혀 다른 형태의 가치를 제공하는 ‘가치장초’의 작업으로 활용될 것이다. This research thesis made discussions on issues, surrounding the designation and development of temple sites as pilgrimage related to Buddhist Elysium, which wide-spreads the most universal public smrti belief system and guides people to the heaven world. And then, this thesis designated the major 48 temple sites of Amitayus Buddha, the hub of Buddhist Elysium in accordance with each range sphere, and selected 'the 48 roads to Buddhist Elysium' as regular pilgrimage courses. In this regard, this thesis made the analysis of characteristics that the general Buddhist Elysium and the Korean Traditional Buddhist Elysium belief system have, and made the reviews on why this research thesis selected 48 temple sites, in an attempt to develop pilgrimage courses. Also, this thesis attempted to examine the Buddhist implications and understand cultural contexts that pilgrimage has. This researcher made the site visit to temple sites that cultural heritages or religious belief systems on Buddhist Elysium are well-established. And them, this researcher discussed the agenda on the development of pilgrimage course and proposed a lot of guidelines and directions on pilgrimage in relation to Buddhist Elysium. Thus, it is expected that the closer discussions on it would be made in the future. In this manner, this research thesis is to provide guidelines on the operation of pilgrimage course, from macro-perspectives, and lay the foundation for the Korean traditional cultural contents to grow as cultural goods among much public attention. The development of pilgrimage will create different values in the new markets of cultural tourism.
