The present studies concern 176 varieties of wild fowls which are commonly seen around the country and their relationship with its agriculture, forestry and fisheries. The result obtained from the studies shows that, considered from the sheer zoological point of view, there are little or no noxious birds among the 176 varieties covered in the studies. A different result will appear, however, when these birds are studied in terms of their relationship with industry. It is important, therefore, to have a continuous research on certain varieties of wild birds and grasp the actual state of their relations to industry. It is for this reason that I have selected the 176 varieties of wild fowls which are presumed to have a close relationship to industry, and have·made studies of how they are related to it through their prey. The purpose of the present studies is to obtain basic data for the protection of wild fowls slid thus make a contribution to the industrial economy of the country.
The ultimate goals for the information system development in the judiciary area are achieving "fairness", "speedy" and "economy" of the court. But the speed should be acquired not compensating for the prudence or deliberation of the Judges. Most of the advanced countries in the Judiciary IT have developed internal IT systems for the judges or the prosecutors or the polices. One of the main issues for those countries is Electronic Case Management which includes the concept of electronic case filing and electronic court. E-Filing is the automated transmission of legal documents from an attorney, party or self-represented litigant to a court, from a court to an attorney, and from an attorney or other user to another attorney or other user of legal documents. The electronic court is the place where the electronic files are displayed, examined and discussed. IT system devoted speeding up the time consumption in the proceedings and case management but there are also potential risks of the other sides. Each country responded to the risks in their own ways. This study analyze the digitization of the records, supporting of the judges' role and communication method between the stakeholders in UK. U.S.A., Italy, Belgium and Netherlands. Through the analysis, this study summarized the status and implications to Korean case. After that, this study covers the Korean supreme court's application of e-filing from non-litigation, complaint to litigation cases. Finally the success factors of Korean case are deducted. 사법부 정보와의 궁극적인 목적은 “공정성”, “신속성”, “경제성”의 3가지를 달성하는 것이다. 여기서 “신속성”은 단순히 빠른 처리만을 의미하는 것이 아니라, 법관의 “신중한 의사결정”을 손상을 주지 아니하는 것을 전제로 할 것이다. 사법부 내부의 정보화를 마친 주요 선진국들은 각국은 사법개혁의 일환으로 각 국가별 특성에 맞는 정보화를 추진하여 왔다. 2,000년대에 들어서 가장 큰 이슈는 인터넷을 이용하여 법원에 전자적으로 소송문서를 제출할 수 있는 전자신청에 있었으며, 이를 내부적으로 처리하기 위한 공간과 법정으로 까지 개념이 확장되면서 전자법정이 활발하게 논의되고 실행되어 왔다. 우리나라에서도 비송 분야에서 시작해서 신청사건, 이제 특허 사건에 대한 소송사건까지 전자신청의 범위를 넓혀 왔다. IT 시스템은 사건의 신속한 처리라는 점에서는 많은 부분에서 성과를 거두었으나, 현실적인 이행 측면에서는 많은 제약을 받고 있다. 또한 각국이 처한 환경에 따라 그 대응 방법도 다르게 나타났다. 본고에서는 영국, 미국, 이탈리아, 벨기에, 네덜란드에서 일어난 법원 사건기록의 전자화, 판사 업무 지원, 법원과 당사자들 간의 정보교환 방법들에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 각국의 현상, 주요 문제점을 개괄하고자 노력하였다. 이후 우리나라의 정보화 과정과 도입 시의 우선순위 등을 고찰하면서 그 성공요인을 살펴보았다.
Resistant starch (RS) in the diet reaches the largeintestine and is fermented by the gut microbiota, providingbeneficial effects on human health. The human gut bacteriumFMB-CY1 was isolated and identified as a newspecies closest to Ruminococcus bromii. Ruminococcus sp. FMB-CY1 completely degraded RS including commercialRS types 2, 3, and 4, and generated glucose and maltose;however, it did not assimilate glucose. Genome analysisrevealed 15 amylolytic enzymes (Amy) present in FMBCY1. The evolutionary trees revealed that the Amys werewell divided each other. All Amys (4, 9, 10, 12, and 16)containing cohesin and/or dockerin and scaffolding proteinsknown to be involved in constituting the amylosome,were identified. A new species of Ruminococcus, strainFMB-CY1, was considered to have the ability to formamylosomes for the degradation of RS. This new RSdegradingRuminococcus species provides insights into themechanism(s) underlying RS degradation in the human gut.
It is necessary to employ the Unicode standard to represent Chinese characters in developing the web-based retrieval system for accessing ancient documents written in Chinese characters, such as the Hanguk Pulgyo Chonso. The missing character handling system announced by Electronic Buddhist Text Institute(EBTI) at Dongguk University in 1999, maintains the database of missing characters and corresponding font image files. In this paper, we present the improved missing character handling system which is integrated into the conventional word processor supporting the Unicode, such as MS word. By this approach, the efficiency of digitalization of the Hanguk Pulgyo Chonso or the Tripitaka Koreana, was improved.
Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 and (1-x)Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-xPbTiO3 ceramics were prepared by the precalcination method. Their structural and dielectric properties were investigated. The amount of perovsikte phase was increased by the precalcination and the dielectric properties of ceramics were improved. Additions of PbTiO3 were found to increase the tetragonality (c/a) of crystal lattice and Tc. In the middle region of (1-x)Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-xPbTiO3, duffuse phase transitions (DPT) were observed.
Dielectric properties and the stabilization of perovskite phase for the (1-y)Pb(Mg(1-x)/3Znx/3Znx/3Nb2/3)O3-yBaTiO3 ((1-y)PM1-xZxN-yBT) ceramics have been investigated as a function of amount of x and y. In the (1-y)PM0.6Z0.4N-yBT ceramics, the amount of pyrochlore phae was decreased by the addition of 2 mol% BT and the dielectric constant was increased. However, the dielectric constant decreased with further addition of BT even though pyrochlore phase was decreased. Dielectric prooperties in (1-y)PM0.6Z0.4N-yBT ceracmis were affected by the character of the BT rather than the amount of pyrochlore phase. The phase transitions were broadened and phase transition temperatures were lowered by the increase of BT contents.
