대시야 백색광 간섭계를 이용한 Flip Chip Bump 3차원 검사 장치

대시야 백색광간섭계(WSI ; White Light Scanning Interferometer)를 이용하여, Flip Chip Bump 검사 공정에 적용하는 것을 목적으로 한 인라인 형태의 플립칩 범프 3차원 검사 장치를 개발한다. 여러 서브스트레이트에 있는 플립칩 범프 높이 측정 결과와 이에 의한 동일한 여러 범프에 대한 반복성 측정 실험 결과를 제시한다. 테스트 벤치에서의 실험 결과와 개발된 플립칩 범프 3차원 검사 장치에서의 실험 결과를 비교하였으며 진동의 영향이 감소되어 개선된 반복성 실험 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 플립칩 범프 3차원 검사 장치의 검사성능을 평가할 수 있는 기준을 제시한다. In this paper, in-line type flip chip bump 3D inspection equipment, using white light interferometer with large F.O.V., which is aimed to be used in flip chip bump test process is developed. Results of flip chip bump height measurement in many substrates and repeatability test results for the bumps in fixed location of each substrate are shown. Test results from test bench and those from developed flip chip bump 3D inspection equipment are compared and as a result repeatability is improved by reducing the impact of system vibration. A valuation basis for the testing quality of flip chip bump 3D inspection equipment is proposed.
지역약국 실무실습 후 실습에 대한 약학대학 학생들의 인식과 평가에 대한 분석

Pharmacy practice experiences play a central role in improving the professional abilities and roles of student pharmacists in the changed '2+4'-year curricula of Korean pharmacy schools. For the first 3 years, the students usually learn theoretical areas, and for the last year, they apply learned knowledge to actual pharmacy practice environments. Especially, in order for community pharmacy practice experiences to become firmly established, it is important to evaluate students' feedbacks of community pharmacy practice experiences. However, there have been little studies regarding this area in Korea. This study was to analyze pharmacy students' perceptions and evaluations after community pharmacy practice experiences. The self-reported questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale was utilized to collect data from the pharmacy students completing community pharmacy practice experiences. Total 62 students responded to the survey questionnaires. The average of students' evaluations of preceptors for overall evaluation items was 4.31 whereas that of student evaluations of practice sites for them was 4.03. The self-evaluations of students' expertises were mostly positive except for that of populations care. The evaluation item 'I believe this experience will help me be a better pharmacist' received the highest satisfaction. According to the results regarding open-ended questions, the students learned the needs for academic motivations and self-developments, and they thought that the curriculum should be standardized and systematized in order to improve contents for community pharmacy practice experiences. Furthermore, based on these results, the guidelines of community pharmacy practice experiences should be modified, and researches on the validation and evaluations of the modified guidelines should be implemented.

Wall-modeled LES (WMLES) is promising to simulate a turbulent flow at high Reynolds number with a reasonable cost because the required computational cost of large-eddy simulation in the near-wall region is proportional to approximately square of the friction Reynolds number (Reτ). An equilibrium stress model is the most widely used method due to the high efficiency. However, this method is still required to enhance the accuracy and applicability because of the limitations of the equilibrium assumption. In the present study, an artificial neural network (ANN) is used to obtain the wall shear stress for WMLES. The proposed method shows good prediction on the profiles of mean velocity and Reynolds stresses compared to equilibrium model when direct numerical simulation dataset of turbulent channel flows is trained at Reτ=395, 540, 930 and 2000. In addition, the present method predicts well the turbulent statistics at Re<SUB>τ</SUB>=640 and 5200, which are untrained by the ANN.
