        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of weaning period on the vocalization frequency of Hanwoo calf. Twelve Hanwoo calves were allocated into 4 groups, control (forced weaning on 90days) and treatment (weaning on 70, 90 and 120days with 5 adaptation days). After weaning, behavior and vocalization of Hanwoo calves were recorded on 3 consecutive days with closed circuit television (DTC-R5254, Digite Co., Ltd., Korea) and digital audio tape recorder (SR-900, Idamtech Co., Ltd., Korea). Vocalization frequency of Hanwoo calf were not significance difference with control and treatment group. Thus, additional studies of feed intake and body weight gain were needed to determine the weaning period of Hanwoo calves.

        RSM 법에 의한Li<sub>2</sub>O-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-SiO<sub>2</sub> (LAS) 유리의 소결 거동과 결정화에 대한 연구

        This paper presents results and observations obtained from a study of sintering behavior and crystallization in $Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2$ (LAS) Glass by screen printing method. The variable experimental conditions were determined carefully by Thermal-Mechanical Analyzer (TMA), Differential Thermal Analyzer (DTA) for setting the optimum transparent sintering conditions in LAS glass system, $10.5Li_2O-14.7Al_2O_3-58.1SiO_2-16.7B_2O_3(wt%)$, such as glass-ceramics which usually have low crystallization temperatures. Crystallization glasses generated during sintering was observed from diffraction patterns by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), transmittance by UV-Vis spectrometer. Finally, the optimum sintering condition of LAS glass and the relation between factors and results in several sintering conditions were given by using Response Surface Methodology (RSM). From this study, we confirmed that crystallization interrupted densification during glass powder sintering. Furthermore, we observed that main effect of factors in glass powder sintering with concurrent crystallization depended on experimental conditions from main effects plot by MINTAB-14.

        GZO 타겟 결정성에 따른 박막의 전기적 광학적 특성

        In this research, we prepared Ga doped zinc oxide(ZnO:Ga, GZO) targets each difference sintering temperature $700^{\circ}C$, $800^{\circ}C$, and doping rate 1 wt.%, 2 wt.%, 3 wt.%. The characteristics of thin film on glass substrates which deposited by facing target sputtering in pure Ar atmosphere are reported. Ga doped zinc oxide film is attracted material through low resistivity, high transmittance, etc. When prepared target powder's structure was investigated by scanning electron microscope, densification and coarsening by driving force was observed. For each ZnO:Ga films with a $Ga_2O_3$ content of 3 wt.% at input power of 45W, the lowest resistivity of $9.967{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ ($700^{\circ}C$) and $9.846{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ ($800^{\circ}C$) was obtained. the carrier concentration and mobility were $4.09{\times}10^{20}cm^{-3}$($700^{\circ}C$), $4.12{\times}10^{20}cm^{-3}$($800^{\circ}C$) and $15.31cm^2/V{\cdot}s(700^{\circ}C)$, $12.51cm^2/V{\cdot}s(800^{\circ}C)$, respectively. And except 1 wt.% Ga doped ZnO thin film, average transmittance of these samples in the range 350-800 nm was over 80%.

        적응형 인자 모델을 이용한 개선된 진공펌프 상태진단에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 건식 진공펌프에서 측정한 다중 변수로 구성된 배치데이터의 통계적인 특성을 소개한다. 흡입구 및 배출구 압력과 부스터/드라이 펌프의 소비전류와 같은 상태변수의 변위분포는 2개나 3개의 특정적인 구간으로 나뉘는 특성이 있다. 이런 관측을 통해 발견한 통계학적 특성을 나타내기 위해 적응형 인자 모델(APM)을 사용하였다. APM 모델기반의 배치 데이터는 건식 진공펌프의 상태를 진단하는데 적절함을 증명하였고, 이전의 동적 시간 왜곡 알고리즘과 비교하였을 때 계산시간 및 필요 메모리 면에서 효율적임을 확인하였다. This paper introduces statistical features observed from measured batch data from the multiple operation state variables of dry vacuum pumps running in the semiconductor processes. The amplitude distribution characteristics of such state variables as inlet pressures, supply currents of the booster and dry pumps, and exhaust pressures are shown to be divided into two or three distinctive regions. This observation gives an idea of using an adaptive parametric model (APM) chosen to describe their statistical features. This modelling, in comparison to the traditional dynamic time wrapping algorithm, is shown to provide superior performance in computation time and memory resources required in the preprocessing stage of sampled batch data for the diagnosis of running dry vacuum pumps. APM model-based batch data are demonstrated to be very appropriate for monitoring and diagnosing the running conditions of dry vacuum pumps.

        주파수 영역에서의 Gaussian Mixture Model 기반의 동시통화 검출 연구

        In this paper, we propose a novel method for the cross-correlation based double-talk detection (DTD), which employing the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) in the frequency domain. The proposed algorithm transforms the cross correlation coefficient used in the time domain into 16 channels in the frequency domain using the discrete fourier transform (DFT). The channels are then selected into seven feature vectors for GMM and we identify three different regions such as far-end, double-talk and near-end speech using the likelihood comparison based on those feature vectors. The presented DTD algorithm detects efficiently the double-talk regions without Voice Activity Detector which has been used in conventional cross correlation based double-talk detection. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated under various conditions and yields better results compared with the conventional schemes. especially, show the robustness against detection errors resulting from the background noises or echo path change which one of the key issues in practical DTD. 본 논문에서는 주파수 영역에서의 가우시안 혼합 모델 (Gaussian Mixture Model, GMM) 기반의 새로운 동시통화 검출 (Double-talk Detection, DTD) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 구체적으로 주파수 영역에서의 음향학적 반향억제 (Acoustic Echo Suppression, AES)를 위한 동시 통화 검출 알고리즘을 구성하기 위해 기존의 시간 영역에서의 동시통화 검출에 사용되는 상호 상관계수를 이산 푸리에 변환을 통해 16개 채널의 주파수 영역으로 변환하였다. 이러한 주파수 영역에서의 상호 상관계수를 GMM의 보다 효과적인 구성을 위해 통계적 분류 특성에 근거하여 우수한 7개를 선별하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 특징 벡터로 패턴인식에서 우수한 성능을 보이는 GMM을 구성하였으며 원단화자만 있는 구간, 동시통화 구간, 근단 화자만 있는 구간을 우도 (Likelihood) 비교에 따라 분류함으로써 별도의 원단 화자 신호에 대한 음성 검출기 (Voice Activity Detector, VAD)의 사용 없이 잡음환경과 반향 경로 변화에서 강인한 동시통화 검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 다양한 실험 결과 제안된 방법은 기존의 상호 상관계수를 고정된 문턱 값과 가부 비교하여 동시 통화 구간을 검출하는 hard decision 방법에 비해 검출 오류 확률 (Detection Error Probability)을 비교한 결과 우수한 성능을 보였다.

        국산박류의 사료적 가치에 관한 연구 9 . 제독피마자박의 사료가치에 관한 시험

        This experiment was carried out using 440 broiler chicks to study the nutritive value of detoxicated castor bean meal for about 75 days when it was used in broiler rations. The castor bean meal used in this experiment was detoxicated by the method of autoclaving at 120℃ and 1㎏/㎠ pressure and then water treatment. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The body weight gains were significantly different (P$lt;0.01) among treatments. Data revealed that the body gain was decreased as the level of castor bean meal increased in feed. The treatments 6, 10, 9, 2 and 3 containing the castor bean meal less than 5% in their rations were not significantly different with control group in body weight gain. 2. The weight gain of treatments 5 containing the castor bean meal up to 20% was significantly inferior to the ether treatments and some birds in this treatment have shown coma symptom during 1-2 weeks of age. 3. Feed required per ㎏ of body weight gain were significantly increased (P$lt;0.05) as the level of castor bean meal increased. However, among the treatments substituting castor bean meal for perilla oil meal or sunflower seed oil meal differences were not significant in feed efficiency. 4. The content of crude protein, crude fat and crude fiber of castor bean meal was 37.5%, 6.7% and 26.8%, respectively. Amino acid composition of castor bean meal was relatively superior to sunflower seed oil meal, similar to perilla oil meal and inferior to soybean meal. 5. It was found that the utilizability of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat and total carbohydrates of finisher diets were depressed as the level of castor bear meal increased in feeds. 6. The carcass rate was decreased (P$lt;0.05) in same trend as weight gain did and the carcass rate of treatment 5 was significantly inferior to the other treatments. 7. The values of thyroid gland weight, skin pigmentation score and serum cholesterol content were no significantly affected by the feeding castor bean meal.

        공동정범과 동시범의 개념, 요건, 처벌 등 전반적인 내용을 고찰한 후 의사의 연락, 결과 발생의 원인판명, 처벌, 과살범으로도 가능한지 등 양자의 차이점을 검토하고자 한다. 첫째, 공동정범은 의사의 공동 즉 의사의 연락이 있어야 공동정범이 될 수 있다. 반면에 동시범은 의사의 연락이 없이 이루어져야 동시범의 문제가 될 수 있는 큰 차이점이 있다. 둘째, 동시범에서는 동시범문제가 되려면 결과발생의 원인행위가 판명되지 않아야 한다. 즉 의사의 연락이 없이 범행이 이루어졌더라도 결과발생의 원인이 밝혀지면 그에 따라야 하기 때문이다. 예를 들면, 갑과 을이 동시나 이시에 병을 살해하려고 의사의 연락없이 총을 발사해서 병이 사망하는 결과가 발생한 경우,(누구 총에 맞아 죽은 것이 명백하여) 갑의 총에 맞아 죽었고 을의 총은 빗나간 경우라면 이는 동시범의 문제가 되지 않아 갑의 살인기수 그리고 을은 살인미수가 된다. 셋째, 공동정범은 의사의 연락이 있어서 이루어진 경우라서 일부실행, 전부책임의 형태이다. 즉 각자를 정범으로, 기수범으로 처벌한다. 그러나 동시범의 경우에는 결과발생의 원인행위가 판명되지 않은 경우라서 각자를 미수범으로 처벌한다. 넷째, 판례는 행위공동설을 취하여 과실범의 공동정범을 인정하고 있다. 그러나 생각건대 동시범의 경우에는 과실범의 동시범은 부정된다고 본다.
