        Some concepts and methods for information system as a part of CIM system in ship production are proposed in this paper. The characteristics and problems focused on product design and production planning and control are analyzed. A conceptual framework for CIM in ship production is presented, which is focused on a product model for information system. A methodology for the practical use of information for each managerial class is also presented.

        퍼지 의사결정 모델에 의한 감성제품 디자인 요소의 추론에 관한 연구

        A human sensibility ergonomics design supporting system was applied to the product development for the customer's satisfaction based on ergonomics technology. The system is composed of three major subsystems such as customer's sensibility analysis, inference mechanism, and presentation technology. The main approaches of the system are to analyze customer's sensibilities and to translate them into product design elements. The purpose of this paper is to develop a design supporting system in which the relationship between customer's sensibility and product design elements is reasoned by a MADM(Multi-Attribute Decision Making) fuzzy model. In this model, three variables such as multiple correlation coefficients, partial correlation coefficients, and category scores were used in reasoning process. The weighted value of the words were also considered in fuzzy decision process. As a case study, the design supporting system with the MADM fuzzy model was applied to the personnel computer design.

        이묘산(二妙散)에 의한 대장암 세포주 HCT116의 Caspases 활성화를 매개로 한 세포사멸

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Imyosan on apoptosis in human colorectal cancer HCT116 cells. Phellodendron amurense Rupr. and Atratylodes lancea D.C. compose Imyosan. First of all, to study the cytotoxic effect of methanol extract of Imyosan (IMS-MeOH) on HCT116 cells, the cells were treated with various concentrations of IMS-MeOH and then cell viability was determined by XTT reduction method. IMS-MeOH reduced viability of HCT116 cells in a dose and time-dependent manner. To confirm the induction of apoptosis, the c1eavage of poly ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP), a substrate for caspase-3 and a typical sign of apoptosis, and the activation of caspase-3, procaspase-8 and procaspase-9 were examined by western blot analysis. IMS-MeOH decreased procaspase-3, procaspase-8 and procaspase-9 levels in a dose-dependent manner and induced the clevage of PARP. IMS-MeOH triggered the mitochondrial apoptotic signaling by increasing the release of cytochrome c from mitochondria to cytosol. Furthermore, IMS-MeOH also downregulated the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 and upregulated the pro-apoptotic-Bax. Therefore, these results suggest that IMS-MeOH induced HCT1l6 cell death through the mitochondrial pathway. To explore whether the activities of caspases was required for induction of apoptosis by IMS-MeOH, caspase-3, -8, -9 activity measured by using substrates, respectively. IMS-MeOH increased caspase-3, -8, -9 activity. Co-treatment with inhibitors of caspase-3, -8, -9 and IMS-MeOH significantly blocked IMS-MeOH-triggered apoptosis in HCT1l6 cells. These results suggest that IMS-MeOH induces caspases-mediated apoptosis.

        Triton WR-1339로 유발된 흰쥐의 고지혈증(高脂血症)에 대한 포황(蒲黃)의 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        In order to study the effects of Typha angustata on hyperlipidemia, we divided the rats into three groups(normal group, control group & sample group) and perfomed the experimental research. Hyperlipidemia rats were induced by Triton WR-1339 for 3days. The sample group was administerd the extract of Typha angustata 2ml/200g for 3 days and control group was administerd equal dose of saline. And then we measured the amount of serum Total cholesterol, Triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, and Phospholipid. The results were as follows: 1. Typha angustata showed decreasing effects on Total cholesterol, Triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, and Phospholipid levels in serum significantly(p<0.01) 2. Typha angustata showed and showed increasing effects on HDL-cholesterol level in serum significantly(p<0.05). According to the above results, Typha angustata showed significant decreasing effects on hyperlipidemia, and it is considered that it is appropriate to apply for hyperlipidemia.

        어머니가 인식한 부부갈등과 유아의 우울.불안의 관계에서 어머니의 부모분노의 매개효과

        목적 본 연구는 어머니가 인식한 부부갈등과 유아의 우울불안과의 관계에서 어머니의 부모분노의 매개 효과를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 P도시에 소재한 유치원, 어린이집에 재원 중인 만 3~5세 유아의 어머니 160명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 부부갈등, 유아의 우울⋅불안, 어머니의 부모분노 변인으로 이루어진 구조방정식 모형을 설정하였다. 수집된 자료들에 근거하여 상관분석과 기초통계분석을 실시한 후 구조모형을 검증하였다. 어머니의 부모분노의 완전매개모형과 부분매개모형을 비교하였으며, 최종 채택된 모형의 간접효과를 검증하였다. 결과 부모분노의 부분매개모형과 완전매개모형을 비교한 결과 완전매개모형이 채택되었다. 어머니가 인식한 부부갈등이 유아의 우울⋅불안에 미치는 직접적인 영향은 유의미하지 않았지만 어머니가 인식한 부부갈등이 유아의 우울⋅불안에 미치는 영향에 있어서 어머니의 부모분노를 매개로 이르는 간접적 경로는 유의하였다. 결론 본 연구는 부부체계인 부부갈등이 유아의 우울⋅불안에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인하고, 부부갈등이 자녀의 우울⋅불안에 영향을 미치는 기제로서 어머니의 부모분노의 매개효과를 밝혔다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 자녀의 우울⋅불안을 감소시키는 개입을 위해 양육장면에서 나타나는 어머니의 부모분노를 우선적으로 탐색할 필요가 있으며, 또한 장기적 개입에 있어서는 부부갈등의 영향을 살펴볼 필요가 있음을 시사하였다. 이러한 결론을 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점 및 추후 연구방향 등을 논의하였다. Objectives The present study aims to validate the mediating effects of mothers parent anger in the relationship between marital conflict and infant’s depression⋅anxiety. Methods The study was conducted on 160 mothers of infants aged 3 to 5 who were enrolled in kindergartens and daycare centers located in P city from September 15 to October 15, 2020. Based on these data, correlation analysis and basic statistical analysis were performed. Confirm factor analysis and structural equation model was conducted. As a result of comparing the partially mediated model and the fully mediated model, the fully mediated model was adopted, and the mediating effect of the adopted model was verified. Results As a result of the study, the direct effect of marital conflict perceived by the mother on the infant s depression⋅anxiety was not significant, but the indirect path through mothers parent anger was significant in the influence of the marital conflict perceived by the mother on the infant s depression⋅anxiety. Conclusions The significance of this study is to confirm that marital conflict can affect the depression and anxiety of infants, and to reveal the mediating effect of mothers parent anger as a mechanism by which marital conflict affects the depression⋅anxiety of children. This suggests that it is necessary to first explore mothers parent anger in the parenting scene for interventions to reduce depression⋅anxiety in infants, and also to examine the effects of marital conflict in long-term interventions. Based on the result, the implications and limitations of this study and future research directions were discussed.

        컴퓨터 그래픽 시뮬레이션을 이용한 감독자(監督者) 제어(制御)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Nowadays, there are many situations which the conventional control system can't be applied any more (e.g. nuclear waste disposal sites, radioactive laboratories, the deep ocean and the vacuum of the outer space). New control system must be considered such as supervisory control system in those environment. Using computer graphic robot simulation, supervisory control which can cope with this situation is compared to manual control. As a performance measure of these comparisons, task time and task error are used. And task difficulties and time delay are considered as a variation factor. According to the result of this study, supervisory control is superior to manual control generally. Especially in the situation including task difficulties and time delay, the superiority is much greater.

        창란젓갈 제조의 신기술 개발 1. 염장조건의 최적화

        재래식 창란 젓갈은 정치상태로 제조공정이 진행되기 때문에 염장 및 숙성 시간이 오래 걸리며, 또한 높은 수분함량으로 변패가 빠른 단점 등이 지적되고 있다. 이러한 단점을 개선하기 위해 본 연구에서는 제조공정 중에 교반염장 과정 및 염지 유출수 제거과정을 도입하여 염장조건의 최적화를 시도하였다. 그 결과 원료창란에 $12\%$의 식염을 첨가하여 $20^{\circ}C$에서 10rpm으로 교반한 경우 염장 2시간만에 목표염도인 $11\%$에 도달하였으며 이는 정치염장의 경우 6시간이 소요되는 것에 비교하면 염장시간을 4시간 단축시킬 수 있었다. 또한 교반염장 후 2시간째에 유출수를 제거한 경우의 Aw는 0.88이었으며, 반면 유출수를 제거하지 않은 창란의 Aw는 0.94인 것으로 나타나 높은 수분함량 때문에 나타나는 품질변화 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있을 것으로 사료되었다. Changran-Jeotgal (salt fermented viscera of Alaska Pollack) produced by conventional process has been exposed to several problems, such as quality variation, salty taste and relatively short shelf-life. Therefore, Improved manufacturing process of Changran-Jeotgal was designed to resolve these problems. In this paper, we investigated the optimization of salting process. The result showed that salting stage must be maintained $11\%$ to acquire $8\%$ NaCl concentration of final products, when $12\%$ NaCl was added at $20^{\circ}C$, salting process was maintained $11\%$. Also, agitation with 10 rpm shortened salting time from 6 hours to 2 hours. To resolve the problem of water contents due to released extract from salting process, the released extract was removed at 2 hours after agitating-salting process, and it caused the water activity of products to be reduced from 0.94 to 0.88.

        The turbo blower used for fuelcell vehicles is a principle part of the air supplying system. It tells on the whole system efficiency because the driving motor consumes an amount of power. And the noise is caused by it which is the only moving parts of the fuelcell system. Therefore It is improving the turbo blower in the efficiency and the noise respect that furnishes a key for the development of outstanding fuelcell vehicles. This study was designed to secure a design technique of the turbo blower. Results of performance analysis of the existing turbo blower using CFD are included in the paper. A design procedure for improving the blower using in-house codes and the results are also described.
