유해화학물질의 시각적 안전관리를 위한 MSDS 지도 개발

For preventing the accidents generated from the chemical materials, thus far, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) data have been made to notify how to use and manage the hazardous and chemical materials in safety. However, it is difficult for users who handle these materials to understand the MSDS data because they are only listed based on the alphabetical order, not based on the specific factors such as similarity of characteristics. It is limited in representing the types of chemical materials with respect to their characteristics. Thus, in this study, a lots of MSDS data are visualized based on relationships of the characteristics among the chemical materials for supporting safety managers. For this, we used the textmining algorithm which extracts text keywords contained in documents and the Self-Organizing Map (SOM) algorithm which visually addresses textual data information. In the case of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in the United States, the guide texts contained in MSDS documents, which include use information such as reactivity and potential risks of materials, are gathered as the target data. First, using the textmining algorithm, the information of chemicals is extracted from these guide texts. Next, the MSDS map is developed using SOM in terms of similarity of text information of chemical materials. The MSDS map is helpful for effectively classifying chemical materials by mapping prohibited and hazardous substances on the developed the SOM map. As a result, using the MSDS map, it is easy for safety managers to detect prohibited and hazardous substances with respect to the Industrial Safety and Health Act standards.
항-CD3 단일클론 항체와 접합된 아민-덱스트란 자성나노입자의 생리식염수 내 자기저항 특성

COVID-19의 사이토카인 폭풍의 원인이 되는 T 세포 과잉 활성화를 억제하는 면역치료용 항체인 항-CD3e mAb(145-2C11)를 자성나노입자(MNPs)의 표면에 접합하여 자기적 특성을 조사하였다. MNPs와 CD3 항체의 접합에 필요한 가교제로 글루타르알데하이드를 이용하였다. TEM-EDS 스펙트럼 분석에서 존재하는 원소의 무게 순서는 C > O > Fe > P > Cl > N > S 이었으며, 2단자 구리 전극 수조에서 측정한 MNPs-mAb 접합체가 포함된 PBS 용액의 자기저항 곡선으로부터 자기저항값, 자기저항비, 용액 보자력은 각각 18 MΩ, −22.2%, 300 Oe으로 대칭 피크를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 항체가 접합된 MNPs가 외부 자기장에 의하여 원하는 표적으로 조절 및 유도될 수 있음을 보여주는 것으로 사료된다. Anti-CD3e mAb (145-2C11), which is an immunotherapeutic antibody that inhibits the overactivation of T cells and the cause of the cytokine storm in COVID-19, was conjugated to the surface of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs), and its magnetic properties were investigated. Glutaraldehyde was used as a cross-linking agent to conjugate MNPs and CD3 antibody (MNP-mAb). In the transmission electron microscopy–energy dispersive spectroscopy spectrum analysis, the order of the weights of the elements present was C > O > Fe > P > Cl > N > S. From the magnetoresistance curve of the phosphate-buffered saline solution containing the MNP-mAb conjugate measured in a two-terminal copper electrode bath, the magnetoresistance value, ratio, and solution coercivity were 18 MΩ, −22.2%, and 300 Oe, respectively, with symmetrical peaks. These results reveal that the antibody-conjugated MNPs can be regulated and induced to the desired target using an external magnetic field.

이 연구에서는 형 태학적 연산(Morphological Operator)과 CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks)의 개념을 결합하여 이미지 변환을 개선하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 형태학적 연산을 근사할 수 있는 연산을 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 연산을 CNN처럼 여러 필터를 사용할 수 있게 확장한 S-Convolution을 제안한다. 실험 결과 제안한 연산은 형태학적 연산을 학습할 수 있었다. 그리고 제안한 연산의 이미지 변환 성능을 검증하기 위해 GAN에 적용하여 실험하였다. 그 결과 S-Convolution이 기존 CNN을 사용한 GAN과 다른 변환이 가능하다는 것을 볼 수 있었다. We attempt to combines concepts of Morphological Operator(MO) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to improve image-to-image translation. To do this, we propose an operation that approximates morphological operations. Also we propose S-Convolution, an operation that extends the operation to use multiple filters like CNN. The experiment result shows that it can learn MO with big filter using multiple S-convolution layer of small filter. To validate effectiveness of the proposed layer in image-to-image translation we experiment with GAN with S- convolution applied. The result showed that GAN with S-convolution can achieve distinct result from that of GAN with CNN.

19세의 ㅈ은 여성의 자궁경부에서 기원한 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, more commonly called sarcoma botryoides, is the most common malignant tumor arsing from the infant vagina. Eighty-five percent of these tumors arise in girls under 5 years of age. a fewer appear after menarche ; however, a greater percentage of tumors developing in this age group arise in the uterine cervix than arise in the vagina. We present a case of botryoid embryonal rhabdomyosacoma arising from uterine cervix with a review of a literatures.
