Lymphedema is a phenomenon in which fluid is accumulated inside tissues due to the damaged lymphatic systems. Lymphedema can cause complications such as lymphangitis, infection, changes in skin texture, fibrosis, and lymphangiosarcoma. In this study, a lymphedema screening system based on the elasticity of the skin is proposed to easily quantify lymphedema. The developed probe consists of touch sensors, a load cell and hall-effect sensors to measure the indentation force on the skin and the return time of the skin. The developed system can be used to estimate the change in the elasticity of the skin to quantify lymphedema. The system was tested with a thyroid phantom and gelatin phantoms of different concentrations and the resulting force and the time were recorded. It was found that the increase in the elasticity leads to a higher indentation force and shorter return time. This shows that the developed system can monitor the change in the skin elasticity by measuring the return time and the indentation force. The feasibility of the system in clinical applications will be evaluated in the future study.
소년원 퇴원생의 자기표현력을 위한 랩 중심 음악치료 사례연구

본 연구는 랩을 작사하고 노래하며 감상하고 토론하는 과정을 치료적으로 구성한 ‘랩 중심 음악치료’가 소년원 퇴원생의 자기표현력에 어떤 변화를 가져오는지 고찰하기 위한 사례연구이다. 연구 참여자는 A시 소재 W센터의 공동생활가정에 거주하며 재사회화 교육을 받고 있는 소년원 퇴원생 중 자발적으로 연구 참여에 동의한 2명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구는 2018년 3월 8일부터 2018년 4월 26일까지 주 1회 각 50분씩 총 8회기로 구성하여 랩 중심 음악치료를 진행하였다. 자기 표현력에 미치는 변화를 알아보기 위하여 사전ㆍ사후 자기표현력 점수 차이를 비교하였으며 매 회기별 내용분석을 실행하였다. 주요 연구 결과로는 첫째, 연구 참여자들의 자기표현력 사후 점수는 사전 점수와 비교하여 모두 증가하였다. 둘째, 랩 중심 음악치료 프로그램을 경험한 참여자들의 회기별 자기표현력 내용 분석에서는 소년원 퇴원생들의 언어적, 음성적, 비언어적 자기표현력의 하위영역에서 의미있는 변화가 도출되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로, 랩을 활용한 음악치료가 소년원 퇴원생의 자기표현력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 가능성을 제시하였으며, 향후 사회복지 서비스 분야에서 소년원 퇴원생의 재사회화 프로그램으로 폭넓게 응용될 수 있음을 보여 주었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the contribution of ‘rap-centered music therapy’, which is a therapeutic process of writing rap lyrics, singing, appreciating and discussing raps on improvement in self-expression of youth detention center graduates, through integrated analysis methods, including quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. This study targeted 2 youth detention center graduates, who are living at a group home of W center in A city and are receiving resocialization education. For this study, total 8 sessions of rap-centered music therapy were applied, and each session was performed for 50 minutes per week from March 8th to April 26th 2018. To verify the effect of the program, differences in pre and post self-expression scores were analyzed, and contents of each session were analyzed to see changes in self-expression improvement. The study results are as follows. First, both of pre and post scores in self-expression of the subjects positively increased. Second, self-expressive contents of the subjects during each session positively changed too while experiencing the rap-centered music therapy program. In conclusion, this study showed that rap-centered music therapy could be applied broadly as a resocialization program for youth detention center graduates, by proving the effect of the rap-centered music therapy program on improvement in self-expression of youth detention center graduates.

The combination of focused ion beam (FIB) and 4 point probe nanomanipulator could make various nano manufacturing and electrical measurements possible. In this study, we manufactured individual ZnO nanowire devices and measured those electrical properties. In addition, tensile experiments of metallic Au and Pd nanowires was performed by the same directional alignment of two nanomanipulators and a nanowire. It was confirmed from I-V curves that Ohmic contact is formed between electrodes and nanomanipulators, which is able to directly measure the electrical properties of a nanowire itself. In the mechanical tensile test, Au and Pd nanowires showed a totally different fracture behavior except the realignment from <110> to <002>. The deformation until the fracture was governed by twin for Au and by slip for Pd nanowires, respectively. The crystallographic relationship and fracture mechanism was discussed by TEM observations. FIB와 나노메니퓰레이터를 이용한 다양한 nano manufacturing을 통해 단일 나노선 소자제작 및 평가가 가능하였으며 또한 나노물질 자체의 전기적, 기계적 특성 평가를 수행할 수 있었다. 나노메니퓰레이터를 나노선에 직접 접촉시켜 전기적 특성을 평가하는 기술은 STA 등과 함께 사용될 때 높은 신뢰도를 갖는 신호를 얻을 수 있었다. 특히, 이를 이용한 나노 소재 특성 평가기술은 소자제작 시간을 단축시킬 수 있고 패턴닝으로부터 화학적 오염을 줄일 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있었다. 또한 FIB와 나노메니퓰레이터를 적절히 이용하면 나노인장시험기로서 활용이 가능하였으며 나노선의 기계적 특성을 본격적으로 평가할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 나노인장시험으로부터 얻은 인장실험 및 TEM분석으로부터 Au 및 Pd 나노선의 인장 및 파괴거동을 직접적으로 관찰할 수 있었다. Au 나노선은 인장초기에 {111}<112> 쌍정이 생성되고 나노선의 직경이 감소하다가 더 이상 인장응력을 수용할 수 없게되면 <110> 축으로부터 <002> 방향으로 재배열하는 방식으로 네킹이 형성되며 최종적으로 결정축 재배열 이후에는 슬립에 의한 파괴가 진행된다. Pd 나노선의 경우에는 Au와는 전혀 다른 파괴거동을 보였다. 먼저 네킹없이 <002> 축으로의 재배열 현상이 관찰되며 이후 cross-slip에 의한 변형을 하였다. 두 나노선 모두 인장 응력이 가해지면 네킹 부분을 중심으로 한 부분에서만 변형이 일어나며 다른 부분에서는 아무런 변형을 찾아 볼 수 없었다.

A pressure measurement system was developed to verify magnitude and position of transferred pressure on the body surface during the intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) which is one of the most well-known methods for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Eighty force sensing resistors (FSR) were arranged on a mannequin leg and a hardware controller sensed, digitized, and transferred pressure data every second while IPC was being applied. Finally, sensed pressure data were color coded and visualized on the 3D model with lab-developed software. The pressure data were also saved to files for further analysis. Using this measurement system, the changing pattern of pressure was measured on the mannequin leg by changing both chamber pressure and cuff tightness. As a result, net pressure transferred onto the body surface is dependent on chamber pressure and cuff tightness. Under the same chamber pressure, the tighter a cuff was worn, the wider compressed area was and the shorter compression cycle was. Also transferred pressure was proportional to both chamber pressure and cuff tightness.
산화갈륨 나노구조 광촉매 특성을 이용한 이산화탄소 저감 및 에틸렌 생성 작용

Ultrawide bandgap gallium oxide (Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>) semiconductors are known to have excellent photocatalytic properties due to their high redox potential. In this study, CO<sub>2</sub> reduction is demonstrated using nanostructured Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> photocatalyst under ultraviolet (254 nm) light source conditions. After the CO<sub>2</sub> reduction, C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub> remained as a by-product in this work. Nanostructured Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> photocatalyst also showed an excellent endurance characteristic. Photogenerated electron-hole pairs boosted the CO<sub>2</sub> reduction to C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub> via nanostructured Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> photocatalyst, which is attributed to the ultrawide and almost direct bandgap characteristics of the gallium oxide semiconductor. The findings in this work could expedite the realization of CO<sub>2</sub> reduction and a simultaneous C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>4</sub> production using a low cost and high performance photocatalyst.

Maintaining the permanence of a company in the current rapidly changing business environment is not an easy task. Rather, the lifespan of a company can be said to be gradually decreasing. As such, the author of this paper, which describes the current market environment, is the sales organization of a large company. While leading the company, I thought about how to overcome the rapidly changing market and create an organization that continues to grow. As a result, I succeeded in creating an organization that continued to grow over the past two years, and the main activity of this result was the use of sales computer. It was clear that it was an information sharing activity. This can be said to be a result of proving that a series of activities to create and share information is important for the sales organization of ICT companies to actively respond to the rapidly changing market environment. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between knowledge management and business performance in the sales field of ICT companies, which has not been covered so far. Knowledge management is a four-stage activity from a process perspective, divided into knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization. did. As a result of the study, first, knowledge management activities, such as knowledge creation and knowledge storage, were found to have a significant impact on financial performance. Second, knowledge management activities such as knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization were all found to have an impact on non-financial performance. In the end, this study confirmed that efforts to turn tacit knowledge into knowledge in order to respond to the ever-changing ICT market are ultimately an important factor in growing a company.
