No effective antiviral therapy is proven yet, but clinical use of ribavirin (RBV) has been tried. We investigated the antiviral effect of RBV against SFTSV in vitro. Methods: To test for cytotoxicity of RBV, Vero cells were treated with different concentrations of RBV (3.90 to 500 μg/mL, two-fold dilution) and analyzed by cell viability MTS assay 48h post-infection. To determine antiviral activity of RBV against SFTSV, Vero cells were infected with SFTSV strain Gangwon/Korea/2012 at 100 TCID50 (50% tissue culture infective dose) per well in a 96-well plate, and RBV was added at the concentrations showing no or minimal cytotoxicity. Viral RNAs were extracted from the culture supernatants and quantifi ed using one-step real-time reverse transcription- PCR to amplify the partial large segment of SFTSV. Statistical analysis was done by one-way ANOVA with Tukey`s post hoc test. Results: Cytotoxicity due to RBV was not observed at RBV concentration =31.3 μg/ mL. Viral RNAs at 24h post-RBV treatment were reduced with increasing RBV concentrations (1-32 μg/mL), compared with those of mock-treated cells (P <0.01, Figure). Half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of RBV was 3.69 μg/mL at 24h post-RBV treatment. Conclusions: Our study shows that RBV has antiviral effect against SFTSV in a dose-dependent manner. Further studies are required to evaluate the effi cacy of RBV in SFTS.

        In this study, the piezoelectric energy harvester was investigated employing the pillar structure with the diameter size of 50~500 um. Usually, the aspect ratio between the height and diameter was related with the piezoelectric performance. High aspect ratio was showed the low electric noise and high piezoelectric properties than low aspect ratio. Therefore, we have selected the Su-8 photo-resist and modified lithography process to manufacture the pillar structure with height above the 250 ${\mu}m$. In this presentation, we will report the process and properties of micro pillar structure based on the PMN-PZT (Pb$(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$-PbZrTiO$_3$) materials.

      • Die-upset Nd_(15)Fe_(77)B_8 자석의 자기적 특성에 미치는 제조조건 및 Ga 첨가의 영향

        The effects of process parameters and Ga addition on the magnetic properties of die-upset Nd_15Fe_77B_6 magnets were studied. The intrinsic coercivity (_iH_C) was decreased because of grain coarsening by die-upset process. The Remanence (4πM_r) was varied by the extend of crystalline anisotropy. The alignment of c axis depend on the temperature and speed of die-upset process. The coercivity loss by die upsetting was reduced with Ga addition.

        임상실습 교육은 간호이론을 실무에 적용하는 기회를 제공하는 과정으로서 임상실습이 간호교육의 중요한비중을 차지하고 있다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고, 임상실습 교육에 즉각적인 해결이 어려운 많은 문제점이 있음도 이미 알고 있는 사실이다 이에 임상실습 교육의 기초 자료로 활용되고 있는 실습목록표에 대한 간호 학생들의 실습목표의 명확한 이해와 더불어 이론과 실습의 연계성을 강화시키고자 하였다. 성인간호, 모성간호, 이동간호 3개 영역 모두에서 공통적으로 기본임상간호 항목이나 기본간호술과 관련된 항목에서 직접수행의 빈도가 높았고 숙련된 기술적인 처치나 전문성을 필요로 하는 항목에서는 관찰과 수행경험이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. Clinical performance is not only the process of providing the opportunity for applying nursing theory into practice but also it is a well-known fact that clinical performance is an important part in nursing education. lnspite of this importance, it is also true that many problem with no immediate solution exist in clinical performance of nursing students. thus, through measuring and analyzing the degree of clinical experience of the nursing students, on the nursing checklist that is being used as the basic guide in clinical education, we tried to clearly understand the objectives of clinical performance and to emphasize the connection between theory and clinical performance. The results of the study showed that the frequency of directly performing tasks was high in all areas of adult health nursing, maternity nursing, and child nursing for the items of basics clinical nursing and items related with basic nursing techniques, and that the experiences of observation and execution were lacking in the items needing skilled treatment or speciality.

        The clothes of JeJu-do have dual structure of ceremonial clothes and ordinary ones though boththe influence from the main1and and from the tadjacent nations and also have particular aspect ofwork clothes by natural phenomena such as climate, soil, etc. First of all, the birth clothes which are a kind of ceremonial clothes are considered to be importantand rough hemp is used the material of them in order that the skin may be strong at diesease andat the same time, people develope strength and patience to overcome troubles and trials. The weddingclothes, another kind of ceremonial clothes are divided into two parts, old style and mordern styleby the introduction of wester civilization. Long Hood, old-fashioned ceremonial clothes are holiday dress for unmarried women of aristocratizclass in land, but it used bath ceremonial clothes and shroud in this island. However Long Hoodhave not employed since 1940.Second, there are Galott and woman diver's garb as work clothes, ordinary clothes. It is Galottthat representative clothes of farmers. To make Galott, one must smash unripe persimmon and cottonin it. The advantage of Galott whose color is yellow earth is its durability and it seldom is dirty,too. Nowadays, clothes for woman diver which are also work clothes are very different from those ofold times. In old times, peoples wore clothes made of cotton and used old typed fools. On the contrary,reformat dress are worn nowdays.In conclusion, we can guess their excellency from the view points that cotton and hemp producedin JeJu-do are properly used to make woman diver clothes be comfortable and active at work.

        생활치 표백술 후 수종의 자유 산소기 제거제 처리가 복합 레진-법랑질 전단 접착 강도 및 파절 양상에 미치는 영향

        Tooth bleaching has been prevailing recently for its ability to recover the color and shape of natural teeth without reduction of tooth material. However, it has been reported that bleaching procedure adversely affects the adhesive bond strength of composite resin to tooth. At the same time the bond strength was reported to be regained by application of some chemical agents. The purpose of this in vitro study was to investigate the effect of the removal of residual peroxide on the composite- enamel adhesion and also evaluated fracture mode between resin and enamel after bleaching. Sixty extracted human anterior and premolar teeth were divided into 5 groups and bleached by combined technique using office bleaching with 35 % hydrogen peroxide and matrix bleaching with 10% carbamide peroxide for 4 weeks. After bleaching, the labial surfaces of each tooth were treated with catalase, 70% ethyl alcohol, distilled water and filled with composite resin. Shear bond strength was tested and the fractured surfaces were also examined with SEM. Analysis revealed significantly higher bond strength values. (p<0.05) for catalase-treated specimens, but water-treated specimens showed reduction of bond strength, alcohol- treated specimens had medium value between the two groups(p<0.05). The fracture mode was shown that the catalase group and the alchohol group had cohesive failure but the water sprayed group had adhesive failure. It was concluded that the per-oxide residues in tooth after bleaching seems to be removed by gradual diffusion and the free radical oxygen from peroxide prevents polymerization by combining catalyst in the resin monomer. Therefore it may be possible to eliminate the adverse effect on the adhesion of composite resin to enamel after bleaching by using water displacement solution or dentin bonding agent including it for effective removal of residual per-oxide Key words : Vital tooth bleaching, Shear bond strength, Composite resin, Fracture mode catalase, Ethylalcohol, Free oxygen radical, Adhesive failure, Cohesive failure

        In this paper, we propose a new WDM wavelength locking system which uses the Michelson interferometer with a movable arm. The proposed system can cope easily with an external temperature variation to give a good stability and shows the wavelength locking capability of a resolution below 0.0005㎚.

        중년 직장여성의 일-가정 갈등이 삶의 의미에 미치는 영향: 사회적지지와 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 다중역할을 수행하고 있는 중년 직장여성을 대상으로 일-가정 갈등, 사회적지지, 자기효능감, 삶의 의미 간의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 연구 대상자는 40세에서 60세 미만의 자녀가 있는 맞벌이 중년 직장여성들로서 총 202명의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용 되었다. 구조방정식 모형을 통해 자료를 분석하였는데, 분석결과 첫째, 중년 직장여성의 일-가정 갈등은 사회적지지, 자기효능감과 유의미한 관계를 맺고 있었으나, 삶의 의미와는 직접적인 유의미한 관계를 갖고 있지 않았다. 둘째, 사회적지지와 자기효능감은 일-가정 갈등과 삶의 의미 간의 관계에서 유의미한 완전매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중년 직장여성이 다중역할 수행에서 삶의 의미를 찾도록 도와주기 위해서는 사회적지지와 자기효능감을 높여줄 필요가 있다. 연구결과를 토대로 교육과 상담에의 논의점 및 제안점을 제시하였다. The purpose of our study was to identify a structural relationship between the work-family conflict, social support, self-effectiveness and the meaning of life among married female workers who are performing multiple roles. The subjects were middle-aged married working mothers aged 40 to 60, they taked care of at least one child and worked more 10 hours in a week. The 202 data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The analysis results showed in the lives of middle-aged married female workers as follows. First, the work-family conflict had direct effects on social support and self-effectiveness significantly. And the work-family conflict had no significant direct effect but significant indirect effect on the meaning of life. Second, social support and self-effectiveness had complete mediation effects in relation between the work-family conflict and the meaning of life. Therefore, to find the meaning of life for middle-aged married female workers, it is necessary to enhance their social support and self-effectiveness. Based on the results of the study, we suggested the discussion for education and counseling.

        BMP test를 통한 음폐수와 하수슬러지의 병합소화 특성 평가

        혐기성 소화의 주요 조건 중 하나인 C/N비의 경우 하수슬러지는 5.40으로 낮게 나타난 반면 음폐수(Food waste leachate)는 21.84로 높게 나타났다. C/N비가 낮을 경우 혐기성소화의 저해 요인으로 작용될 수 있기 때문에 음폐수의 높은 유기물 농도 및 C/N 비를 활용하여 메탄가스 발생량 증가시킬 수 있었다. Tchobanoglous이 제안한 이론적 메탄가스 발생량 예측수식을 적용하여 메탄 및 바이오가스 발생량을 산정한 결과 하수슬러지 단일 혐기소화의 경우 305.6 mLㆍCH4/gㆍVS, 689.4 mLㆍCH4/gㆍVS의 메탄, 바이오가스가 발생하였고 음폐수 : 하수슬러지를 1:9로 혼합한 시료는 약 322 mLㆍCH4/gㆍVS, 3:7시료에서는 약 354 mLㆍCH4/gㆍVS, 5:5시료에서는 약 386 mLㆍCH4/gㆍVS의 메탄가스가 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다. BMP 실험 결과 1:9, 3:7, 5:5 비율로 병합 처리한 경우 각각 약 233, 298, 344 mLㆍCH4/gㆍVS의 메탄가스가 발생하였다. 따라서 음폐수의 혼합비율이 높아질수록 메탄가스 발생량은 증가하였고 하수슬러지와 음폐수의 혼합 비율에 따른 병합처리 시 하수슬러지 단독처리에 비해 다량의 메탄가스가 발생되었다. BMP 실험을 통해 생산된 메탄가스의 누적생산 곡선을 Modified Gompertz model과 first order kinetic model에 적용하여 추정한 결과, 메탄생성량은 Modified Gompertz model에서는 238.5, 302.3, 353.6 mL/gㆍVS 발생하였고 first order kinetic model에서는 242.8, 312.5, 365.5 mL/gㆍVS로 음폐수와의 혼합비율이 증가할수록 높게 나타났으며, 최대 메탄생성속도의 경우 3:7비율에서 48.2 mL/gVSㆍday로 최대 메탄생성 속도를 보였다. first order kinetic model의 1차 반응속도상수 k값은 1:9, 3:7, 5:5 비율에 따라 0.32, 0.22, 0.08day-1 나타났다. 1차 반응속도 상수의 경우 음폐수의 혼합비율이 낮을수록 높게 나타났다. Modified Gompertz와 first order kinetic model 모두 실험결과를 잘 모사하였으며, 실험결과와 모의결과의 적합도를 나타내는 상관계수(R2)의 경우 0.92∼0.98으로 높은 상관성을 나타내었다. We mix food waste leachate and sewage sludge by the proportion of 1:9, 3:7 and 5:5. It turns out that they produced 233, 298 and 344 CH4ㆍmL/gㆍVS of methane gas. The result suggests that as the mixing rate of food waste leachate rises, the methane gas productions increases as well. And more methane gas is made when co-digesting sewage sludge and food waste leachate based on the mixing ratio, rather than digesting only sewage sludge alone. Modified Gompertz and Exponential Model describe the BMP test results that show how methane gas are produced from organic waste. According to the test, higher the mixing rate of food waste leachate is, higher the methane gas productions is. The mixing ratio of food waste leachate that produces the largest volume of methane gas is 3:7. Modified Gompertz model and Exponential model describe the test results very well. The correlation values(R2) that show how the results of model prediction and experiment are close is 0.92 to 0.98.
