        Rapid development of modern society demands incessant cultivation of new knowledge, function and skills. Even if a firm succeeds in securing qualified manpower, continuous training is imperative for the company to adapt to rapidly changing consumer tastes and business environment. Many of large size firms in Korea began to realize the importance of training programs of their employees. Therefore, they are developing their own programs and willing to spend a large portion of their budget to human resource development. Most of small and medium size firms, however, have not understood the necessity of training program of their won employees. Even if some of them want to make an investment on training their own employees. They could not find the right model suitable to small and medium size firms. Therefore, without analyzing the relevance for the model to their situation, they are forced to use the model mainly designed for large scale firms. After brief introduction, in chapter 2, we analyze the needs for new training programs and introduce well-known training models. We cannot, however, apply the models to the furniture industry without major modification to reflect the main features of furniture industry. Therefore, in chapter 3, we develop new graining programs which consist of four steps of need assessment, design, development, formative evaluation and which are more suitable to furniture industry. We do need assessments in four areas-business needs analysis, job analysis, task analysis, and content analyses. In the second step of design, we prepare program specification and road map. In the third step of development, we produce manuals, transparencies, slides and audio pates for the trainee. In the final step, we perform formative evaluation. In the last chapter, after summarizing our research, we make some suggestion on effective training programs for small and medium size firms on the basis of our study.

      • 양파껍질 분획물의 암세포 증식억제 효과

        This study was performed to determine the anticarcinogenic activities of the Onion Peel(OP) on HepG2, MCF-7, C6 and HeLa cells. The OP extracts from methanol(OPM) were fractionated to five different types, which were hexane, ethylether, ethylacetate, butanol and water. The experiment was conducted to determine cytotoxicity of five different partition layers of methanol extract of OP on HepG2 MCF-7, C6 and HeLa cells by MTT assay. The fraction of OPM, OPMEE and OPMB were showed the strong cytotoxic effects on HepG2, MCF-7 and C6 cell lines. The ethylether fraction of OPM (OPMEE) was shown the strongest cytotoxic effects on the other fractions of OPM. These results suggest that the waste food fractions, OP may have developed into an bioactive health product.

        미나리과 산채의 아질산염 소거능

        The nitrite scavenging effect of three kinds of edible wild plants belong to Umbelliferaeceae family was investigated. The contents of crude protein, crude lipid and β-carotene of the plants were in the range of 22.99∼31.00%, 3.51∼5.08% and 5.40∼19.81 ㎎%, respectively. The content of ascorbic acid was very low and selenium was not detected in any samples. The contents of linoleic acid and linolenic acid were 66.46∼77.44%. The content of total phenol was 875.77 ㎎% in Ledebouriella seseloides WOLFF, which was the highest among the samples. The methanol fraction of the plant extract showed higher nitrite scavenging effect than the water fraction. The nitrite scavenging effects of the samples were the highest at pH 1.2 and lowest at pH 6.0, suggesting that it's pH dependent. Nitrite scavenging effect of methnol-soluble fractions obtained from Ledebouriella seseloides WOLFF was 95.3% at pH 1.2, which was the greatest among tested samples. There was a high correlation between the nitrite scavenging effect and the total phenol content.

        Gas phase adorption characteristics of BTX and halogenated alknaes vapor onto granular activated carbon in the fixed bed were investigated by experimentally. The following results were obtained. 1. For vapor of GAC-BTX and GAC-halogenated alkanes systems, uptake curves were obtained at 298K at various concentration range. 2. Capacity of adsorption of solvents vapors onto granular activated carbon was in the order as follows: ① BTX: m-Xylene> toluene> Benzene> 0-Xylen ②. Halogenated alkanes : CHCl₃>CCl₄>CH₂CL₂ 3. Kangmuir coefficient of each components were shown the TAble 3. 4. RElation of amount adworbated versus surface diffusivity coefficient was obtained like equation D?=a + bq and coefficient a and b were shown the Table 7.

        The effect of cations on the formation of protein aggregates was examined by in vitro refolding of mutant tryptophan synthase α-subunit in which Pro 24 was replaced by Leu. NH^+_4, K^+ and NA^+ had no effect, but Mg^2+ and Ca^2+ stimulated the formation of protein aggregates in dose-dependent manner. It is suggested that Mg^2+ and Ca^2+ may be implicated in the formation of protein aggregates in vivo.

      • NAD^+유도체의 합성과 성질에 관한 연구

        N^1-position of adenine ring of NAD^+ was carboxymethylated using iodoacetic acid and after Dimroth rearrangement gave N^6-carboxymethyl-NAD^+. N^6-[(6=aminohexyl) carbamoylmethy1]NAD^+ was synthesized by condensation of N^6-carboxymethyl NAD^+ with 1,6-diaminohexane dihydrochloride in the presence of EDAC. All these analogs were active as coenzymes for YADH and LDH catalyzed reactions. Kinetic studies showed that the modification of exocyclic amino group of NAD^+ led the coenzyme binds to enzyme more favorably than unmodified coenzyme.

      • Methylprednisolone 및 Levamisole 투여가 Bovine Gamma-Globulin으로 초래된 생쥐의 IgA 신병증에 미치는 영향

        목적 : 본 연구는 생쥐를 대상으로 실험적 IgA 신병을 유발시키고 부신피질제재 및 levamisole 등의 면역제재를 투여하여 이들 약제의 IgA 신병증에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 실험동물은 체중 20-30gm 생쥐로서 암수 구별없이 사용하였다. 실험에 사용한 Bovine Gamma-Globulin (BGG, Sigma, U.S.A.)은 0.1% 농도로 식수에 섞어 매일 섭취시켰으며 제Ⅰ군은 BGG만을 섭취시켰고, 제Ⅱ군은 BGG섭취와 같은 시기부터 methylprednisolone을 격일로 존대를 통하여 경구 투여하였으며, 제Ⅲ군은 BGG 섭취와 같은 시기부터 levamisole을 격일로 존대를 통하여 경구 투여하였다. 실험 제 100일째 실험동물을 도살하고 신장을 적출하여 병리조직학적 검사를 시행하였다. 결과 : 실험개시후 100일째에 채취한 혈액검사상 혈청 BUN과 creatinine치는 각군간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 병리조직학적 변화는 광학현미경 소견상 세군 모두에서 사구체의 미세한 변화만이 관찰되었다. 전자현미경적 소견은 세군 모두에서 기저막의 비후는 없었으며 족돌기도 잘 유지되어 있었다. 기저막쪽으로 향한 메산지움 영역에서 전자밀도가 높은 침착물이 흔히 관찰되었다. 면역형광현미경적 소견은 형광물질의 강약에 따라 약양성 (+), 중등도 양성 (++) 및 강양성(+++) 으로 구분하였다. 제Ⅰ군에서 형광물질은 IgA에서만 실험동물 9마리 모두에서 관찰되었다. 반면 IgM. IgG및 C_3는 모두 음성이었다. 면역형광물질은 모두 메산지움 및 기저막 일부에서 관찰되었으며 과립형이었다. 특히 강양성으로 보인 경우는 5마리였다. 제Ⅱ군에서도 결과는 같았으나 강양성은 20마리중 8마리였다. 역시 IgG, IgM, C_3는 음성이었다. 제 Ⅲ군에서도 결과는 같았으며 강양성은 20마리중 11마리였다. IgG, IgM은 모두 음성이었으며 단지 1마리에서 C_3가 약양성이었다. 결론 : 본 연구결과에 의하면 BGG투여로 초래되는 생쥐에서의 IgA 신병증의 실험모델에서는 methylprednisolone과 levamisole은 신장조직 소견상 IgA 침착정도나 병변의 경중에는 그 차이를 보이지 않았다. The pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy, first described by Berger and Hinglais in 1968. has not been defined clearly and appropriate treatment modality also not established. Present study has been conducted to induce IgA nephropathy in experimental animal and to see the effectiveness of methylprednisolone and levamisole on the experimentally induced IgA nephropathy. Mice weighing 20-30gm were used as experimental animal and Bovine gamma-globulin (BGG) (Sigma U.S.A.) was given as 0.1% drinking solution (Group Ⅰ). Group Ⅱ received methylprednisolone (5㎎/㎏) and Group Ⅲ levamisole (5㎎/㎏) on alternate day in addition to BGG-containing solution. On the 100th day of experiment, animals were sacrificed and blood chemistries and renal histopathologic examinations were done. Histopathologic examination: In all three groups, light microscopic, electron-microscopic and immunofluorescent microscopic findings were similar. Light microscopy showed mild focal mesangial proliferation and electron microscopy showed electron-dense materials deposited in the mesangial area near the basement membrane. Immuriofluorescent stain using fluorescin isothiocyanate goat anti-mouse IgA (Biodesign, U.S.A.) demonstrated prominent IgA staining in the mesangial area in all three group. Staining with IgG, IgM and C_3 were all negative. In conclusion, present experiment did not show any effectiveness of methylprednisolone nor levamisole on the BGG-induced IgA nephropathy in mice. And the effectiveness and its acting mechanism of methylprednisolone on human IgA nephropathy has to be studied further.

      • 개구부 보강철근의 배근방법이 고강도 철근콘크리트 깊은 보의 전단거동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this experimental study is to understand the effect of configuration of web opening reinforcement on the shear behavior of reinforced high-strength concrete deep beams with rectangular opening. The configuration including the vertical, the horizontal and the diagonal web opening reinforcements are considered as main variable. The test specimens shaped over-all depth of h 60cm, width of b 16cm and length of L 240cm were made of 8 simply supported high-strength concrete deep beams and the size of the web opening is fixed by 0.5a×0.3h. The test results show that diagonal web opening reinforcement comparing both vertical and horizontal reinforcements is the most efficient in restricting the diagonal crack width development and enhancing the shear capacity.

        Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.
