Methylmethacrylate와 n-Butylalcohol의 에스테르 교환반응에 관한 연구

The transesterification reaction between methylmethacrylate and n-butyl alcohol was kinetically investigated in the presence of constant quantity of inhibitor and various metal acetate catalyst at 120℃. The quantity of n-butylmethacrylate produced in the reaction flask was measured by gas-chromatography, and the reaction rate was investigated by measuring of the quantity of the product the reaction under various catalysts. The transesterification was carried out in the first order reaction kinetics with respect to the concentration of methylmethacrylate and n-buty1 alcohol, respectively. The linear relationship was show between rate constant and absolute temperatures, and the activation energy of 14.7Kcal for the reaction with zinc acetate catalyst was calculated. The maximum reaction rate was appeared at the range of 1.5 to 1.6 of electro-negativity of metal ions.
전신적인 피부병변으로 발현한 모세포성 NK세포 림프종 1예

저자들은 다른 장기의 침범 없이 전신적인 피부 병변만으로 발현한 모세포성 NK세포 림프종 1예를 국내에서 처음으로 경험하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Reports of blastic natural killer (NK)-cell lymphoma are rare. In previous reports, primary cutaneous blastic NK-cell lymphomas were even rarer. In asian patients, most CD56+ lymphomas are classified as nasal type extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma and mostly associated with the presence of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and have an aggressive clinical course. Few cases of blastic NK-cell lymphoma were reported previously in Korea but there was report about blastic NK-cell lymphoma initially presented as disseminated skin lesions without any other organ involvement. We report such a young patient who was treated by systemic chemotherapy.
두 광원에 의해서 형성된 그림자식 무아레 무늬의 컴퓨터 채색을 통한 3차원 물체의 형상 재현

위치가 서로 다른 두개의 백색 광원에 의해서 형성된 무아레 무늬를 컴퓨터로 받아들여 소프트웨어 상에서 재구성하고 이들을 채색하여 무아레 무늬 사이의 경계가 뚜렷한 색구조 무아래 무늬를 만든다. 그리고 이렇게 해서 얻은 두 개의 2차원적 무아레 무늬를 합성하여 3차원적 형상으로 재생할수 있는 방법을 구현하고 제안하였다. In this paper. We present and experimently realized the reconstruction of the 3-D image by using two color moire topography painted in computer, we can be effectively removed noise effects originated from background color of objects by using reconstruction techniques in software.

For the endurance test, it is necessary to test the portable electric tools under the same condition as the actual operation condition. It is also essential that the test equipment is convenient to fix the tool. Those are necessary to control the loaded torque and to acquire and analyze the test data with a computer. In this study, we have developed an endurance test equipment for portable electric tools, where a hydraulic control system with a proportional relief valve was applied to control the load for the test. The developed test equipment used an industrial hydraulic pump as a load supplier to ensure a firm endurance of the test equipment itself. The data acquisition system has been automated by composing with a personal computer and RS-232C communication nets. This test equipment reduced the manhour for the test and also improved the reliability of the tested data which were measured and graphed.

Background: Body weight is an important factor that influence the bone density in postmenopausal women except estrogen dificiency. However, different results are reported about the relationship between body composition and bone density in the postmenopausal women. We have studied the relationship between age, body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), muscle mass, fat mass, fat free mass and bone density. Materials and Methods: We have studied 127 persons of postmenopausal women who visited university medical center and examined the inbody 3.0 and Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) from Jan, 2001 to Jun, 2002. they didn't have any disease and didn't received homone therapy, osteoprosis therapy or other medication that influence the bone density. Results: The numbers of study subjects is total 127 persons. Mean age is 56.9±5.14, mean weight is 59.3±8.7 kg, mean BMI is 25.37±3.16 (kg/㎡), mean fat mass is 20.02±5.05 kg, mean muscle mass is 37.49±4.50 kg, mean fat free mass is 39.80±4.70, mean BMD is 0.828±0.148 (g/㎠). In the result of linear regression analysis, age, height, weight, muscle mass, fat free mass, fat mass, BMI are significant determinants of BMD. In stepwise multiple regression analysis, age is the most significant determinant of BMD and besides age, fat mass is the most significant determinant of BMD among body composition. Conclusion: In postmenopausal women, age, height, weight, BMI, muscle mass, fat free mass, fat mass are significant determinants of BMD and besides age, fat free mass is the most significant determinant of BMD among the body composition. So, diet and exercise that increase fat free mass will contribute to bone density increment.
사방격자에 의해서 만들어진 주기적인 무아레 무늬를 이용한 물체의 형상측정

사방격자를 이용해서 물체의 형상을 측정할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 카메라와 광원의 위치좌표는 변화시키지 않고 사방격자의 피치 간격을 일정한 비율로 변화시키는 방법과, 사방격자의 피치간격은 변화시키지 않고 광원과 카메라 사이의 평면 위치좌표를 변화시켜서 주기적인 무아레 무늬를 얻었으며 이를 이용하여 무아레 무늬의 절대차수를 결정할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안하였다. We present a simple method of determining the absolute order using periodic moire fringe structures formed by criss-crossed gratings. We selected two experimental methods that one is fixed the position coordinates of light sources and camera, and than change the pitch distance of criss-crossed gratings. Another method are fixed the pitch distance of criss-crossed gratings and than change the position coordinates of light sources and camera. As a results. We could determined the absolute order only once a photographing the objects.
PCR-Restricition Fragment Length Polymorphism 방법에 의한 Borrelia burgdorferi Sensu Lato의 분류

라임병의 원인균인 Borrelia burgdorferi에 대하여 각 균종의 표준균주와 진드기에서 추출한 DNA를 template로 PCR을 실시한 후 그 증폭산물을 Alu I으로 처리한 restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) 방법으로 각 균종의 연관성을 조사하고자 하였다. 표준균주로 RFLP를 실시한 결과 B. burgdorferi sensu stricto와 B. garinii의 RFLP 형태 (50 bp, 70 bp, 150 bp)가 유사하였으며 B.afzelii에서는 다른 RFLP형태 (50bp, 110bp, 150 bp)를 관찰하였다. 그 중 B. afzelii KK-1과 B. garinii HP1은 새로운 RFLP 형태를 보여 B. afzelii와 B. garinii는 각각 2 types의 subgroup으로 분류할 수 있었다. 진드기 DNA에서 는 B. afzelii를 포함한 각 균종에 대하여 모두 유사한 RFLP 형태를 보였는데, 진드기 DNA에서 확인된 B. afzelii는 KK-1과 같은 군에 속하는 것으로 사료되었다. For the classification of B. burgdorferi sensu lato strains, PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis was performed. PCR was carried out with B. burgdorferi sensu lato specific primer set (BB uni set), and amplicons of 470-bp DNA were digested with Alu I. The Alu I restriction polymorphism of the amplicons provided a useful tool for identifying B. burgdorferi sensu lato strains. Both amplicons from B. burgdorferi sensu stricto and B. garinii except HP1 strain showed identical RFLP pattern (50 bp, 70 bp, and 150 bp), but amplicons from B. afzelii and B. garinii showed two types of subgroups, respectively. The result of PCR-RFLP using extracted DNAs from ticks was similar to those patterns of B. burgdorferi species including B. afzelii.
