        DNA 분석법에 의한 한우고기 판별

        This study was deal with the development of breed-specific DNA marker which is able to identify Hanwoo and European cattle breeds(Non-Hanwoo) meat. Genetic differentiation between Korean cattle(Hanwoo) and European cattle breeds was examined by Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis. The RAPD patterns were identical among Non-Hanwoo, such as Holstein, Hereford. Aberdeen Angus. Brown Swiss. Limousin or Simmental. but the above pattern was different from that of Hanwoo. All bands detected in the Hanwoo samples were observed in Non-Hanwoo cattle samples, but one of the common bands found in samples was not detected in the Hanwoo samples. The band(1.4kb) may be useful as a marker for identifying a meat of Hanwoo from imported cattle meat. Actually, the detection of the DNA marker was tested by DNA analysis with 929 samples which were prepared from bloods of 673 Hanwoo cattles and 141 Holstein cattles, from 115 imported cattle meats. The DNA marker was absent in 644 of 673 Hanwoo cattles (96%) but present in 245 of 256 Non-Hanwoo cattles (95%). These results show that the DNA marker is effective to characterize Hanwoo and Non-Hanwoo meat by its detection. This DNA marker, however, was not useful in detecting unwanted crossbreeding between two cattle breeds, because the band pattern in hybrid cattle shows one of two band patterns in Hanwoo and Non-Hanwoo.

        컴퓨터 미디어와 컨조인트 분석방법을 이용한 소형아파트 평면구성 요소에 대한 거주자 선호분석 : 김해지역 공동주거 평면디자인 개발을 위한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to grasp the housing preference of the occupants living in the apartment complex by using a conjoint analysis and the computer media. The subjects were 108 housewives who lived in the small sized housing units in New Apartment Complex, Gimhae. First, four elements from previous research were selected on the basis of this study: the size of master bedroom and living room, the openness of living room from entrance, the openness of kitchen/dining room from living room, and whether or not a bathtub or a shower is in bathroom. Second, eight floor plans were combined on the results of orthoplan for four elements of unit plan, and visualized by computer media. Then, the subjects answered in order what plan they prefer. The results were as follows: The size of master bedroom and living room was the most important element when the occupants selected unit plan but the openness of living room from entrance was not. By the occupants, the ideal unit plan was suggested as follows; the living room was larger than master bedroom, the kitchen/dining room was separated from living room, and there is a bathtub in bathroom. Also, this preferred unit plan was significantly different according to the occupants' characteristics such as age, family size, family life cycle, and homeownership.

        According to the literary study on catheterization of bladder in one case of patient with C.V.A. who was treated by supra pubic catheterization, the results were as follows. 1. If not immediately treat ischuria, emergency disease, very great danger to life can happen by loss of kidney function. So we must treat ischuria instantly by consideration of treatment from the factor. 2. Catheterization of bladder generally acted in emergency room, is emergency treatment only in the lower part of urethral obstruction. 3. Catheterization of bladder was put on record in Son Saimiao's Qianjinyaofang, which is the first book on it. It had been developed by Luo Qianyi, Zhang Jiepin, and Wang Dao. 4. Ancient times, an urethral catheter was made of green onion leaf, pig bladder, goose feather and so on. 5. Nelaton is catheterization of bladder in functional or momentary ischuria. Indwelling catheterization is treatment keeping in urethral canal for a long time. 6. Supra pubic catheterization is a surgical operating catheterization when urethral catheterization is impossible, is very easy and can decrease risk of infection. 7. After catheterization, for decreasing risk of the infection, a complication of catheterization, it is must be taken precedence, ascetic treatment, constantly management and sterilization, anti-biotic medication. 8. At times, increasing patient of emergency disease, as C.V.A etc., the needing of catheterization of bladder is increasing also for preventing infection and bed sore by ischuria and incontinence of urine. Therefore a specialty knowledge and skill about it is necessary.

        Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals were grown by the Bridgman technique method, These single crystals had orthorhombic structure, and lattice constant and electric conduction type of Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals was a = 11.860Å , b = 12.057Å, c = 4.103Å and p-type, respectively. Direct band gap of Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals obtained from optical absorption spectrum were 1.17 eV. Photoconductivity spectrum measured at 10K showed that the photoconductivity peak in Ga_(0.6)Sb_(l.4)Se₃single crystals was located in 960 nm.

        세가지 니켈 티타늄 파일의 휨과 비틀림 조건에서의 응력 분포에 관한 3차원 유한요소 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 세가지 니켈-티타늄 파일의 휨과 회전 조건 하에서의 응력 분포를 유한요소 모형을 이용하여 비교하는 것이다. ProFile .06/#30, ProTaper와 ProTaper Universal의 F3파일을 마이크로컴퓨터 단층촬영을 하고 reverse engineering을 통하여 세 니켈 티타늄 파일의 구조를 얻고 삼차원 유한요소모형을 제작하였다. 니켈 티타늄 합금의 비선형적인 물리적 성질을 반영하고 ABAQUS 프로그램을 이용하여 휨과 회전 조건 하에서의 기계적인 움직임을 수학적으로 예측 분석하였다. U-형태의 단면 구조를 가진 ProFile이 모형 가운데 가장 좋은 휨 성질을 나타냈다. 동일한 휨량 조건에서는 볼록한 삼각형 단면의 ProTaper가 다른모형보다 많은 힘을 필요로 하였으며, 반면에 가장 높은 von Mises 응력은 ProTaper Universal의 단면에서 움푹 파인 부위에 집중되었다. ProFile 모형은 동일한 크기의 회전력에 대해 가장 큰 응력 집중을 U-형 구 부위에 나타냈다. ProTaper 모형은 다른 모형에 비해 동일량을 비틀기 위해 더 많은 힘을 필요로 하였으며, 반면에 동량의 비틀림에서는 가장 높은 von Mises 응력이 ProTaper Universal의 단면에서 움푹 파인 부위에 집중되었다. Flexibility and fracture properties determine the performance of NiTi rotary instruments. The purpose of this study was to evaluate how geometrical differences between three NiTi instruments affect the deformation and stress distributions under bending and torsional conditions using finite element analysis. Three NiTi files (ProFile .06 / #30, F3 of ProTaper and ProTaper Universal) were scanned using a Micro-CT. The obtained structural geometries were meshed with linear, eight-noded hexahedral elements. The mechanical behavior (deformation and von Mises equivalent stress) of the three endodontic instruments were analyzed under four bending and rotational conditions using ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The nonlinear mechanical behavior of the NiTi was taken into account. The U-shaped cross sectional geometry of ProFile showed the highest flexibility of the three file models. The ProTaper, which has a convex triangular cross-section, was the most stiff file model. For the same deflection, the ProTaper required more force to reach the same deflection as the other models, and needed more torque than other models for the same amount of rotation. The highest von Mises stress value was found at the groove area in the cross-section of the ProTaper Universal. Under torsion, all files showed highest stresses at their groove area. The ProFile showed highest von Mises stress value under the same torsional moment while the ProTaper Universal showed the highest value under same rotational angle.

      • HID 램프용 디지털제어 전자식 안정기에 관한 연구

        In this paper, digitally controlled electronic ballast for the HID lamps driven by proposed frequency conversion method is described. This electronic ballast consists of a buck converter, a low frequency square wave full bridge inverter, a high voltage pulse generator for the lamp ignition, an over current protection circuit and an 8-bit microcontroller. The fuzzy logic digital control operation is carried out by the 8-bit microcontroller. In spite of the limited control bandwidth caused by low operation speed of the 8-bit microcontroller, the good control performance for the constant lamp current in the warm-up period is obtained using the proposed frequency conversion driving method. The HID lamp is controlled in a constant current mode during the lighting warm up process and is controlled in a constant power mode during lighting steady state. A controlled variable power mode is used to extend the lamp lifetime.

        백서에서 Depulpin®과 Formocresol에 대한 치수와 치근단 조직의 반응

        One fifth dilution of formocresol is usually for pulpotomy of the primary teeth and emergency pulpotomy of the permanent teeth. However, the use of formaldehyde has been subjected to criticism because it may be absorbed into the blood stream and become distributed systemically, it may also alter the pulp tissue rendering it immumologically active, and have carcinogenic potential. Recently Depulpin®(VoCo., Germany) gains popularity as a devitalizing agent during root canal therapy in spite of high concentration of 49% paraformaldehyde because it facilitate devitalization of pulp and make root canal therapy easier. But there have been not enough publications about the reaction of pulp and periapical tissue caused by Depulpin. This study was performed to evaluate the histological changes in pulp and periapical tissue of rats after pulpotomy using formocresol and Depulpin and to elucidate the toxic effects of these agents. Thirty six Sprague-Dawley rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of ketamine. Maxillary first molar teeth were used for pulpotomy with formocresol and Depulpin. Rats were sacrificed after 2 days, 4 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks respectively. Specimens were histologically observed by light microscope changes in pulp and periapical tissue. The obtained results were as follows. 1. Formocresol group A zone of fixed tissue, in which odontoblasts could clearly be defined, was present directly underneath the pulpotomy dressing in almost all teeth of this group. This was followed by an area of necrotic tissue which resembled dried out fibrous tissue with no cellular detail except some pyknotic nuclei. In the specimens of after 2 days, 4 days, 1 week, 2 weeks in which vital tissue was present. it was separated from the fibrous area by a zone of inflammation. In the specimens of after 3 weeks and after 4 weeks, inflammatory infiltrate was in the periodontal ligament adjacent to the apical foramina of the teeth. 2. Depulpin® group The area of necrotic tissue which had no cells and fibers , was present adjacent to the dressing. This was followed by dried out fibrous tissue with no cellular details except some pyknotic nucleli. A short stump of vital pulp with odontoblasts was present at the end of the canal after 2 days. Inflammatory infiltrate was in the periodontal ligament after 4 days and after 1week. Severe root resorption and necrosis of periapical tissue opposite the root resorption site were defined after 2 weeks and after 3 weeks. Periapical lesion which consist of necrotic tissue surrounded by a fibrous connective wall. was found after 4 weeks. The results indicated that Depulpin can cause more adverse reaction to the dental pulp and periapical tissue than formocresol, and further studies are needed for its clinical use with safety.
