        우리 나라 농장 사육 타조 알의 난질 조사

        The fresh eggs of African ostrich in Korea were used in this study to investigate their interior and exterior quality characteristics. In ostrich egg shape characteristics, long and short length were measured as 15.1∼16.1 ㎝ and 12.1∼13.6 ㎝, respectively. The egg shape index was calculated as 81.0 and the egg shell showed a more gloss white in color than that of hen egg. Calculated breaking strength of egg shell and egg shell surface based on the equation were 41.155 ㎏/㎤ and 804.7 ㎠, respectively. Average egg shell thickness including egg shell membrane was 1.89 ㎜ and there are no differences among parts of the shell. The egg shell membrane thickness was 0.10 ㎜ showing relatively thick in equator compared with that of blunt end. The average number of egg shell pores was counted as 19.7/㎠ showing relatively high number of egg shell pores at point end and the total number of egg shell pores in an egg was estimated as 15,241. The relative portion of each parts based on egg weight was estimated as 25.1% for egg york, 58.2% for egg white, 16.7% for egg shell and the ratio of egg yolk to egg white(Y/W) was 0.43. The average diameter and the average height of ostrich egg white were 19.7 ㎝ and 13.2 ㎜, respectively. Calculated the H.U (Haugh Unit) was -69.7 and the pH was 8.3. In ostrich egg yolk, the diameter, the height, the egg yolk index, and it's pH were calculated as 14.4 ㎝, 29.4 ㎜, 0.20, and 6.6, respectively. And the egg yolk color showed a more thin in yellow chroma compared with that of hen egg as due to it's thicker membrane.

      • CS-트리 : 고차원 데이터의 유사성 검색을 위한 셀-기반 시그니쳐 색인 구조

        최근 고차원 색인 구조들이 멀티미디어 데이터베이스, 데이터 웨어하우징과 같은 데이터베이스 응용에서 유사성 검색을 위해 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 고차원 특징벡터에 대한 효율적인 저장과 검색을 지원하는 셀-기반 시그니쳐 트리(CS-트리)를 제안한다. 제안하는 CS-트리는 고차원 특징 벡터 공간을 셀로써 분할하여 하나의 특징 벡터를 그에 해당되는 셀의 시그니쳐로 표현한다. 특징 벡터 대신 셀의 시그니쳐를 사용함으로써 트리의 깊이를 줄이고, 그 결과 효율적인 검색 성능을 달성한다. 또한 셀에 기반하여 탐색 공간을 효율적으로 줄이는 유사성 검색 알고리즘을 제시한다. 마지막으로 우수한 고차원 색인 기법으로 알려져 있는 X-트리와 삽입시간, k-최근접 질의에 대한 검색 시간 그리고 부가저장 공간 측면에서 성능 비교를 수행한다. 성능비교 결과 CS-트리가 검색 성능에서 우수함을 보인다. Recently, high-dimensional index structures have been required for similarity search in such database applications s multimedia database and data warehousing. In this paper, we propose a new cell-based signature tree, called CS-tree, which supports efficient storage and retrieval on high-dimensional feature vectors. The proposed CS-tree partitions a high-dimensional feature space into a group of cells and represents a feature vector as its corresponding cell signature. By using cell signatures rather than real feature vectors, it is possible to reduce the height of our CS-tree, leading to efficient retrieval performance. In addition, we present a similarity search algorithm for efficiently pruning the search space based on cells. Finally, we compare the performance of our CS-tree with that of the X-tree being considered as an efficient high-dimensional index structure, in terms of insertion time, retrieval time for a k-nearest neighbor query, and storage overhead. It is shown from experimental results that our CS-tree is better on retrieval performance than the X-tree.

        特殊 家禽類(烏骨鷄, 꿩, 청둥오리)의 屠體分析

        This study was carried out to investigate meat production ability of special poultry(Ogol fowl, pheasant and mallard). The results obtained Were summarized as follows; 1. On the average live weight in male and female of Ogol fowl and mallard were 1,304.0∼1,311.8g. 1,013.0∼1,138.8g, respectively. The live weight of pheasant was lighter than that of Ogol fowl and mallard. The ratio of carcass to live weight in pheasant, Ogol fowl and mallard were 70.9∼72.2%, 66.9∼68.2% and 65.4∼65.9%, respectively. 2. On the edible giblets ratio to live weight. the that of mallard was the highest(6.3%). while the that of Ogol fowl was the lowest(4.7∼4.8%) in each individual poultry. 3. On the cut-up parts ratio to carcass weight. the neck(6.7∼8.3%) and back (16,1∼18.0%) ratio of pheasant were lower than that of Ogol fowl and mallard. but the neck(l1.1∼13.3%), wings(14.6∼16.2%) and back(23.6∼25.2%) ratio of mallard were higher than the others. 4. On the ratio of meat to breast and legs parts, the yield of breast meat was higher than that of legs meat of all poultries. In mallard, the skin ratio on both parts(17.6∼22.9%) was higher than the others, while the bone ratio of pheasant and Ogol fowl(15.6∼20.6) was higher than that of mallard.

      • Glucose Oxidase에 依한 乾燥用 卵白의 酵素的 脫糖

        The influences of some factors involved in removing glucose from egg white by the glucose oxidase system before drying were investigated. And the properties between foams prepared from raw and enzyme-treated egg white was compared. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The dianisidine method was found to be suitable for the measurement of egg white glucose in the range up to 100ug/ml. 2. The optimal pH of glucose oxidase activity on glucose was found to be about 5.0, and thats activity was most stable in the pH range of about 4.0∼5.0 when that enzyme was treated for 30 minute at 50℃. 3. The optimal temperature for glucose oxidase reaction on glucose was found to be about 20℃, and that enzyme activity was stable up to 50℃. 4 . The removing rate of glucose from egg white with glucose oxidase was influenced by the enzyme concentration, pH and oxygen addition, and the reaction time of the desugarization was about 10 hours under the conditions of 0.5% hydrogen peroxide, pH 7.0 and 26℃. 5. All of the each egg white treated with glucose oxidase, glucose oxidase +pancreatin, glucose oxidase+trypsin showed highly foaming ability than that of natural egg white (control), but chats foam stability, on the contrary, was reversed.

      • 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터의 내용 - 기반 검색을 위한 근사 k - 최근접 데이터 탐색 알고리즘

        대용량의 멀티미디어 자료를 기반으로 하는 내용-기반 멀티미디어 검색 시스템에서 k-최근접 탐색 질의는 사용자의 매우 중요한 검색 질의 중에 하나이다. 하지만, 방대한 양의 멀티미디어 데이터베이스를 기반으로 하는 경우에는 적중 에러 없는 정확(exact) k-최근접 데이터 탐색을 위해서 상당히 많은 디스크 접근 횟수가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 X-트리에서의 정확 k-최근접 탐색 질의를 개선하고, 또한 사용자의 빠른 검색 성능을 위해 다소의 적중 에러는 허용한다 하더라도 디스크 접근 횟수를 줄이는 근사(approximate) k-최근접 탐색 알고리즘을 제안한다.

      • 고차원 멀티미디어 데이터를 위한 근사 k - 최근접 데이터 탐색 알고리즘의 성능 평가

        고차원 색인 구조에 기반한 기존의 k-최근접 탐색 알고리즘은 차원이 증가함에 따라 검색 성능이 급격이 저하되는 문제점을 갖는다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 고차원 데이타에 대해 보다 빠른 k-최근접 탐색을 제공할 수 있는 새로운 근사 k-최근접 데이타 탐색 알고리즘이 제안되었다 [Son99]. 본 논문에서는 정확율과 페이지 I/O 접근 횟수 감소율을 이용한 평가 인자 CPV(Combine Performance Value)를 정의하고, 이를 이용하여 근사 k-최근접 데이터 탐색 알고리즘에 대한 성능평가를 수행한다. 성능 평가 결과, 새로운 근사 k-최근접 데이터 탐색 알고리즘이 많은 페이지 I/O 접근 횟수를 줄임으로써 검색 속도가 중요시 되는 멀티미디어 정보 검색 환경에 매우 적합함을 알 수 있었다.
