        구강관리 프로토콜 적용이 항암화학요법을 받는 고형암 환자의 구강상태 및 자가간호수행에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 항암화학요법을 받는 고형암 환자를 대상으로 구강관리 개별교육과 냉동요법 및 벤지다민 구강함수를 포함한 구강관리 프로토콜 적용이 대상자의 구강상태와 수행에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위함이다. 총 연구 대상자는 31명이었으며, 실험군에 13명, 대조군에 18명이 배정되었다. 실험군에게는 구강관리교육, 냉동요법 및 벤지다민 구강함수를 적용하였으며 대조군은 기존의 구강간호를 제공하였고, 대상자의 구강상태와 자가간호 수행정도를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 Mann-Whitney test, Friedman test, 및 Chi-square test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 매 측정 시기 별 두 그룹 간 구강상태의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 두 그룹 모두 측정시기에 따른 구강상태의 변화는 유의하였는데 항암치료 후 14일경에 구강상태점수가 가장 낮게 측정되었다. 자가간호 수행정도는 실험군이 대조군보다 유의하게 높았으며 연구 완료 후 4개월까지 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 종양간호사에 의한 환자개별교육의 효과로 여겨지며 고형암 환자의 구강상태 개선을 위하여 냉동요법과 벤지다민 구강함수에 대한 효과를 파악하기 위한 추가적인 연구가 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of oral care protocol including individual oral care education, cryotherapy and benzydamine gargling on oral cavity status and self-care performance in solid cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Thirty-one patients were enrolled by convenience sampling in this study and allocated to control (n=18) and experimental group (n=13). In the intervention group, individual oral care education, oral cryotherapy and benzydamine gargling were applied, while the control group received pre-existed oral care. Oral cavity status and self-oral care behavior were measured in five periods. The data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test, Friedman test, and Chi-square test. There was no significant difference in oral cavity status between the groups. But the two groups showed the poorest oral cavity status on 14th day. Self-care behavior was significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group. This effect had maintained for 4months after completion of study. The results showed that individual oral care education by oncology nurse is effective to encourage patients to do self-care behavior and a further study is needed to explore the effect of cryotherapy and benzydamine gargling on oral cavity status of patient with solid tumor.

        한국 춤을 기반으로 한 유산소 운동이 치매노인의 혈관건강, 근력 및 균형에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was to investigate effects of aerobic exercise based korean traditional dance on vascular health, muscle strength and balance in the elderly with dementia. Design: Quasi-experiment design. Methods: Forty-two elderly participated in this study. All subjects were assigned experimental group (n=21), control group (n=21). Data were collected March to September 2019. Subjects in the experimental group performed aerobic exercise based korean traditional dance(three times a week, 30-50 minutes session, 24 sessions). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test with the SPSS version 25.0 Results: The experimental group showed significantly increased vascular health (p<0.05), upper extremity strength (p=.022), dynamic balance (p=.026) compared to the control group. Conclusion: These results suggest that aerobic exercise based koran traditional dance is recommend a regular exercise program to enhance on vascular health, muscle strength and balance in the elderly with dementia.

        To study fauna of Silla University located in Mt. Baek-yang, we conducted six surveys from 29 May 2011 to 28 April 2012. We found five phyla 41 orders 197 species of animals inhabiting in this area: four phyla 27 orders 163 species of invertebrates and in vertebrates one order six species of fishes, three orders nine species of amphibians and reptiles, six orders 14 species of aves, and four orders five species of mammals. Of these species, some Korean endemic species were included: a fish of Rhodeus uyekii in a pond near main gate of this university, a frog of Rana coreana in a creek near a dormitory, and a rabbit of Lepus coreanus and a water deer of Hydropotes inermis in a grass region near a main stadium. A kind of hawk, Falco tinnunculus as a natural monument (animal) of no. 323-8, was observed on a building of medical and life science. A blue frog of Hyla japonica as a variation was found near a spring resort. Therefore, this area is considered an ecologically important area having a high animal diversity.

      • Dynamic Elastic Matching Method를 이용한 3차원 물체의 Reconstruction

        This paper proposed the method of reconstructing 3D object from serial cross sections. First, A series of intermediate contours is generated iteratively based on the dynamic elastic matching method between adjacent contours. Then, the empty region between contours and points on a contour is filled by linear interpolation and cubic spline interpolation. Using this method, we can produce realistic smooth 3D object, even if the contours are not closely space.

      • 대추의 Blanching 조건과 자연건조중의 탈수율 및 경도변화

        대추의 건조시에 blanching처리의 활용도를 높여 건대추의 품질향상을 꾀할 목적으로 blanching처리온도와 시간에 따른 탈수율의 변화를 자연건조 시키면서 살펴보았다. 그 결과 40℃와 60℃에서는 blanching효과가 없었으며, 80℃에서 3분간, 100℃에서 1분간의 처리가 건조중 탈수율과 내부의 변색정도, 껍질의 색상면에서 양호하였다. 또 경도는 수분감소에 따라 높아졌으나 수분 30%까지는 큰 변화를 보이지 않았고 열풍건조가 자연건조에 비하여 높으며, blanching처리하면 더욱 높아졌다. 껍질의 갈변정도, 조직내부의 색상, 부패율 등으로 평가한 결과 자연건조시킬 경우는 blanching의 필요성이 강조되었으며, 열풍건조시킬 경우는 blanching을 하지 않고, 온도, 건조시간 등에 유의할 필요성이 요구되었다. This study was conducted to utilize the blanching treatment for quality development of dried jujube fruit. The effect of blanching temperature and time on the hardness, decolorration and dehydration during natural and hot air drying were investigated. There was no blanching effect at 40℃ and 60℃. The degree of decoloration in internal side and skin decoloration were good under the condition of blaching at 80℃ for 3 minutes and 100℃ for 1 minute. Hardness of dried fruit became higher according to the decrease of moisture during drying but, it showed little changes until 30% of moisture in fruit. The hardness of dried fruit by hot air drying was higher than natural drying and it was much higher than the fruits of hot air drying when they were dried after blanching. It must be necessary for blanching in case of natural drying. Hot air drying was not necessary for blanching, but it was required to be careful for temperature and drying time.

      • Mongolian gerbil 심장동맥의 해부학적 연구

        The arterial supply to heart of mongolian gerbil has been described. Observations were made by the specimens injected with latex after the flowing through in left ventricle. The results were summaried as follows; 1. A. coronaria arose from the initial portion of Aorta in heart and A. coronaria dextra and sinistus arose in Aortic sinus on 10 specimens. A. coronaria sinistra arose more near boundary of Aortic sinus than A. coronaria dextra. 2. A. coronaria sinistra which arose from Aortic sinus divided into Ramus interventricularis sinistra and Ramus circumflexus sinistra. A. coronaria dextra which arose from Aortic sinus only runed continously as Ramus interventriculares dextra. 3. Ramus interventricular sinistra not reach the heart apex through the sulcus interventricula but stopped in thoracocostal plan extending to under part. 4. R. circumflexus runed theough sulcus coronarius, thereafter it runed from left ventricle to Sulcus interventricularis dorsalis. 5. A. coronaria dextra runed to diaphargm side through sulcus interventricula dorsi thereafter it became Ramus interventricular dextra. It distrubuted left and right ventricle wall on 8 specimens and 2 specimen stopped margo obtusus.

      • 목욕요법에 대한 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to discuss specifically about some kinds of bath therapy. The basics of bathes have many roles in washing skin's dirty, relaxing conglomerate muscles, lessening stresses, increasing blood circulation and metabolism etc. So many peoples take a bath with full-bath, half-bath and feet-bath etc. The full-bath means soaking totally to all of physical body excepting head in the hot water, the half bath soaking to half of physical body, and the feet-bath soaking to only feet. Although the important aspect of bath is to be returned parts of unhealth states, in aspects on convenience and easiness it is good to bathe feet-bath, half-bath and full-bath in order. But in aspects on making head cool, feet warm, that is, making lower body warm, relaxing lower body and dragging down heat of upper body (especially head), it is good to bathe half-bath, knee-bath and feet-bath in order.

        Sulfites are easily oxidized by oxigen or air. In this experiment, H_2O_2 was used to oxidize the Ammonium Sulfite. And it was known that as increasing the concentration of solution, the order of its reaction is different. And when the solution reach certain concentration the reaction is zero order. We determinated the variation of concentration of sulfite ion with iodometry which is ever used. On the other hand, we could determinate with refractometry which is new method. On each method the rate constant of the reaction was calculated and it was treated with statistics. In this result, it was known that refractometry can be used instead of Indometry.

        일본 중학교에서의 지역학습 : the Case of Japan

        본 연구에서는 우리나라 중학생들이 배우고 있는 지역학습의 목적과 내용간에 정합성이 결여되었다는 문제점을 인식하고 이러한 문제 해결의 실마리를 마련하기 위하여 1998년에 개정된 일본의‘학습지도요령’과 帝國書院과 東京書籍의 중학교 지리교과서를 대상으로 학습지역을 선정하는 기준과 지역학습 내용 및 활동을 분석한다. 일본 지역학습은 우리나라와 같이 개별 지역 낱낱을 모두 학습하도록 되어 있던 종전의 틀을 과감하게 탈피하여 다양한 규모의 지역적 특색을 파악하는 관점과 방법을 체득하도록 내용을 구성하고 있다. 우리나라 교육과정과 달리, 일본의 학습지도요령은 학습해야 할 지역을 선정하는 기준과 해당 규모에서 성취해야 할 목표를 제시하고, 교과서 집필진과 출판사가 교과서에서 다루는 지역과 구체적인 내용을 선택한다. 일본의 지역학습은 학습의 넓이 대신에 깊이를 선택했다. 이러한 전환은 한 영역의 깊이 있는 학습이 학생들의 사고를 외연적으로 확대시키기 때문에 학습의 넓이를 결코 희생시키지 않으리라는 믿음을 전제로 한 것이다. This study examines criteria of selecting regions, contents, and activities for regional studies based on the revised version of Japanese national curriculum in social studies (1998) and middle school textbooks of Imperial Books and Tokyo Books. By referring to the Japanese case, the authors hope to find possible solutions to the gap between aims and contents of regional studies in the middle school level social studies in Korea. Regional studies in Japan differs from those in Korea in the sense that the contents include methods and viewpoints by which students can understand regional characteristics in different scales, which extends its scope far beyond simple poking and soaking of each specific region. Furthermore, unlike National Curriculum in Korea, instructions for learning and teaching in Japan suggest relevant criteria for selecting regions and main purposes that students should achieve in each scale. Also in Japan, selection of regions and contents for textbooks is decided by the editorial board and the publishers. Regional studies in Japan is focusing on the depth details rather than the comprehensiveness. This focus is based on the belief that in depth study on a particular are should not sacrifice the comprehensiveness because it helps students to extend their scope of reasoning.

        생쥐에서 치주조직 형성 과정에 따른 치주인대 세포-특이 PDLs17 단백질 발현 변화

        PDLs17, PDL-specific gone, had previously identified the cDNA for a novel protein from cultured PDL fibroblasts using subtraction hybridization between gingival fibroblasts and PDL fibroblasts. The purpose of this study was to observe the immunohistochemical localization of PDLs17 on the developing periodontium of mice. Developing mice (post-natal mice; P4, P10, P15) were recovered and decapitated, and the heads were fixed overnight at in a freshly prepared solution of 4% paraformaldehyde. Some specimens were decalcified for 2-4 weeks in a solution containing 10% of the disodium salt of ethylenediamine-tetraacetic acid (EDTA). Next, tissues were dehydrated, embedded in paraffin and sectioned serially at 6㎛ in thickness. Polyclonal antiserum raised against PDLs17 peptides. SEAVHETDLHDGC, were made, and immunostained the tooth, periodontium, developing bone and bone marrow of developing mice. The results were as follows. 1. Immunohistochemical analysis showed that PDLs17 is Preferentially expressed in the developing tooth follicle, but not in tooth pulp and overlying gingival mucosa of 4-day-old developing mouse. PDLs17 also expressed in preosteoblast-likec ells in the developing alveolar bone of 4-day-old mouse. 2. PDLs17 expressions were observed in developing tooth follicle, tooth pulp and alvolar bone of 10-day-old developing mouse. 3. PDLs17 protein were observed in PDL cells, tooth pulp and surrounding alveolar bone of 15-day-old tooth-eloping mouse. However, there were no PDLs17 expression in ameloblasts and odontoblasts. These results suggested that PDLs17 might expressed at the initial stage of differentiation when the undifferentiated mesenchymal cells in the bone marrow and PDL, differentiatiation from tooth follicle. However, more research needs to be performed to gain a better understanding of the exact function of PDLs17 during the differentiation of tooth pulp cells and PDL cells.
