Objectives : Psychotic Symptom Rating Scale (PSYRATS) is an assessment tool to measure the seventy of different dimen-sions of auditory hallucinations and delusions. The reliability and validity of the Korean version of PSYRATS (K-PSYRATS)were examined in Korean patients with major psychosis. Methods : The inter-rater reliability of the K-PSYRATS was determined from the videotaped interviews of the five Schizoph-renic patients. To measure validity and internal consistency reliability, the 109 patients with auditory hallucinations or delusions were assessed using the K-PSYRATS, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and Clinical Global Impression-Se-verity (CGI-S) scale. Results : K-PSYRATS was found to have excellent inter-rater reliability (intra-class correlation coefficient of auditory haliu-cination=0.81, P<.001, intm-class correlation coefficient ofde1usion=0.97, P<.001) and internal consistency reliability (Cron-bach's a of auditory hallucination =0.77, Cronbach's α of delusion =0.76). Significant correlation was found between K-PSY-RATS and positive syndrome subscale of PANSS and CGI. Conclusion : K-PSYRATS is a useful assessment instrument for psychotic symptoms in Korea.

Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherapy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. In this study, Mitomycin C (MMC)-activated charcoal (CH)-alginate (ALG) beads were prepared by the mixtures of CH particles adsorbed with MMC as an anti-cancer drug and aqueous alginate solution. The alginate is recognized as biodegradable, nontoxic, and biocompatible. The release of MMC from the beads in 0.1 M Tris buffer was stable and continuous until about 1 week. The MMC-CH-ALG beads can be applied in the peritoneal cavity for intraperitoneal chemotherapy since they provide a good adhesiveness on the tissue and controlled release pattern of the drugs.

小商工人 創業의 成功要因에 관한 實證的 硏究

본 연구우리 주위에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있는 소상공인은 생산적인 과정과 서비스제공을 통하여 일자리를 창출하게 되므로 가장 효율적인 실업대책이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 소규모 사업자인 소상공인의 창업도 사회환경과 경기의 변동에 따라 자신의 특성에 맞는 맞춤 창업이 필요하다. 본 연구는 소상공인 창업의 성공요인을 규명하기 위해 창업자의 개인적 특성, 사업아이템 선정, 창업자금 조달, 경영관리의 4가지 요인을 변수로 사용하여 소상공인 창업의 사업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 실증조사를 통하여 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증한 다음, 창업의 성공요인을 찾아내기 위해 가설들을 설정하였고, 그 가설에 의한 실증분석 결과들을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업자의 개인적 특성요인에서 배경적 특성에는 연령, 창업지도기관의 강좌나 상담, 실무경험 및 창업경험 등이, 심리적 특성에는 성취욕구, 통제위치, 그리고 모호성에 대한 인내력 등이 사업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사업아이템 선정요인에서 사업아이템 원천에는 우연한 기회와 전직경험이, 사업아이템 선정방법에는 창업자금 조달규모, 창업자의 적성, 자신의 여건과 기준, 기존사업체 인수, 창업지도기관의 상담 등이 사업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업자금 조달방법에서는 자기자금과 정책자금이 사업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 경영관리 요인에서는 생산·기술혁신, 자금통제, 유능한 종업원, 그리고 마케팅 등이 사업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. There can be said that small business starting-ups are one of the effective jobs seeking plan through the process of production and offerings of the service. It needs small business starting-up fitting for one's characteristics according to the changes of social environment and economical fluctuations, This study was tried to find successful factors of the small business starting-ups using influencing variables, individual characteristics of the founder, selection of business items, sources of the start-ups' capital, managerial factors, and how degree of the variables affecting to the success of the starting-up. Also this study set research hypotheses for the successful factors through empirical feasibility and reliability tests. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, in the personal characteristics, age, seminar or talks in the institutes of helping start-ups, practical start-ups' experiences, and needs for achievements, control position, endurance for the vagueness are significant for the business performances. Second, in the selection of the business items, ex-experience of the business, level of the start-up's capital, feasibility of the founder for the business, acquisition of the exist business, talks with institutes of helping start-ups are significant for the business performances. Third, in the sources of the start-ups' capital, self-prepared and political capitals are important to the successful start-up businesses. Finally, in the managerial factors, production, technology innovation, competent workers, and marketing ability are significantly important to the success of the start-up businesses.

외란관측기를 사용한 복합형능동전력필터의 Deadbeat제어에 관한 연구

When LC filter is connected parallel to the Active Power Filter, a problem of the resonance between the Active Power Filter(AF) and LC filter often arises. In this paper, deadbeat control of Hybrid Active Power Filter using Disturbance-observer is introduced to solve this problem. By the estimation of the harmonics disturbance using proposed disturbance observer, the compensation characteristics of the AF is improved and the resonant current is suppressed. The validity of proposed disturbance observer is verified from simulation results using PSIM.

고압 수소 기체 환경에서 액체 산소 액적의 초임계 상태의 기화 특성 수치적 연구

Droplet vaporization at high ambient pressures is studied numerically by formulating one dimensional vaporization model in liquid oxygen and hydrogen. The ambient pressure is supercritical conditions. The modified Soave-Redlich-Kwong state equation is used to consider of the real gas effects in the high pressure condition. Non-ideal thermodynamic and transport property at near critical and supercritical conditions are considered. Several parametric studies are performed by changing ambient pressure and temperature. Droplet lifetime is proportional to ambient pressure and temperature. Temporal spatial distribution of properties are also investigated.

自生 Camellia屬 花木類의 種子發芽에 미치는 濕積處理 效果

This study was conducted to find out the cold requirements and stratification treatment for seed dormancy breaking of Camellia species plants to establish the most effective method of seed propagation. Seed dormancy of Camellia japonica and Camellia sasanqua was broken when the seed was subjected to moist stratification treatment at 25±1℃, for 60 days. Cold moist storage treatment at below 10℃ could not promote the seed germination and as the period of chilling treatment increased, day to seed germination was delayed. The duration of chilling treatment for seed germination of Camellia sinensis O. kinze was at 10±1℃, for 30 days.

Agrobacterium transformation 에 의해 Manganese SOD가 과발현된 transgenic tobacco의 개발에 대한 연구

식물체는 냉해, 가뭄, air pollutants 등과 같은 다양한 외부 환경적인 스트레스에 노출되어짐으로써 매우 활동적인 oxygen radicals 생성을 유도한다. 이러한 활동적인 oxygen radicals 는 식물체 내의 수 많은 생리적 문제를 유발시킨다. 이러한 스트레스에 적응하고자 식물체 내에는 다양한 방어 기작이 있으며, 그 중 하나가 superoxide를 Hydrogen peroxide로 바꾸는 효소인 superoxide dismutase (SOD, EC 1.15.1.1)이다. 방어 기작에 있어서 SOD의 역할을 조사해 보고자, 본 실험에서는 담배의 엽록체에 완두의 manganese SOD를 과발현시킨 형질 전환 식물체를 개발하였다. Northern hybridization과 SOD activity gel staining을 해 본 결과, 이러한 형질 전환된 담배 엽록체 내에서 완두의 manganese SOD가 안정적으로 발현되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. Upon exposure of plant to diverse environmental stress such as chilling, drought, and air pollutants, the activated oxygen radicals are actively produced. These reactive oxygen species are associated with a number of physiological disorders in plant. One of the enzymes involved in the defense is superoxde dismutase (SOD, EC 1.15.1.1) which converts superoxide into hydrogen peroxide. To test the role of SOD in the defense system, We produce transgenic plants which are overexpressed Mn SOD of pea (Pisum sativum L.) in chloroplasts of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. cv Xanthi). Using Northern hybridization and SOD activity gel staining, it was confirmed that these transgenic plants overexpressed the introduced gene.

흡연에 의한 급성 호산구성 폐렴 2예

최근 흡연을 시작한 젊은 성언에서 급성 호산구성 폐렴의 발생에 대한 증례가 보고되고 있다. 급성 호산구성 폐렴은 대개 발열을 동반하기 때문에 초기에는 감염성 폐렴으로 잘못 진단, 치료되는 경우가 많다. 아직 정확한 병태 생리 및 조직학적 소견은 밝혀져 있지 않지만 병력 청취 및 임상 양상, 방사선 소견의 관찰을 통해 급성 호산구성 폐렴을 의심하고, 진단을 위해 기관지 폐포 세척액 검사를 시행한다면 좀 더 쉽게 진단 내릴 수 있을 것이다. 본 저자들은 최근 처음 시작한 흡연에 의해 발생한 급성 호산구성 폐렴을 진단하고, 스테로이드를 투여하여 성공적으로 치료한 환자 2예를 경험하였기에 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Acute eosinophilic pneumonia(AEP) is characterized by acute febrile respiratory illness associated with diffuse pulmonary infiltration and pulmonary eosinophilia. The specific etiology for acute eosinophilic pneumonia is elusive. By some investigators, cigarette smoking is suggested as a causative substance which can cause AEP. In recent, the authors experienced two cases of AEP following cigarette smoking. Both cases had characteristic features including age around 20 years, new onset smoking before occurance of AEP, diffuse infiltration on chest radiography, pulmonary eosinophilia based on bronchoalveolar lavage and acute improvement after steroid therapy. These clinical features are resemble with previous smoking induced AEP case reports. Base on these clinical features, cigarette smoking associated AEP could be diagnosed more easily.

최적화 기법으로 시뮬레이티드 어닐링을 이용한 위성체 구조설계

본 연구에서는 인공위성 구조체에 대하여 최적화를 수행하였다. 인공위성 구조체의 최적화는 발사환경을 고려하여 제한조건과 하중 조건을 설정하였다. 또한, 보편적인 최적화 프로그램에서는 다루기 힘든 제한 조건을 고려하기 위한 방법을 모색하였다. 이 방법은 유한요소 해석 프로그램과 최적화 프로그램을 연결하여 최적화를 수행하는 것이다. 이 방법에 의하여 시뮬레이티드 어닐링을 이용한 플랫폼과 추진모듈의 최적화를 수행하였고, 유용한 정보를 얻었다. 본 연구의 결과 인공위성 구조인 플랫폼과 추진모듈의 최적화에서는 응력에 의한 조건보다는 고유진동수에 의한 제한조건이 최적화 수행에 큰 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. Simulated annealing algorithm (SA) is applied to optimize satellite structures. In the optimization, constraints concerned with the various space environments are considered. The algorithms are merged into a finite element analysis program for the optimization of the satellite structures. Constraints are take with respect to equivalent stresses and natural frequency and so on. Numerical optimization results from the simulated annealing provide useful fact for designing the satellite structures. The results from the SA may reach close to the optimum design. Natural frequency may play major role in optimization procedures. This research can be applied to optimization of equipment module as well as payload module of satellite and so on.
