      • 황놀래기, Pseudolabrus japonicus(HOUTTUYN)의 생식주기와 성전환

        Reproductive cycle and sex reversal of Pseudolabrus japonicu s were investigated histologically on the gonadal development, sex change of the gonad and studied by gonadosomatic index(GS1). color patterns. Sample were collected at the costal area of Ham duck in Cheju-do. from December, 1990 to November 1992. In male and female, GSI began to increase from August and reached it's malimum value in October, respectively. It began to decrease from December, the low temperature season, thereafter, maintained relatively low values until July of next year. The annual reproductive cycle of this species could be classified into four sucessive developmental stage : growing stage (August-September), mature stage (September-October), ripe and spent stage (October-December), degenerative and resting stage (December-July). The species is a diandric, protogynous hermaphrodite. and has two color patterns : red-yellow (A) and dark-green (B). A-fish were less than 14.5cm SL and consisted of females (92.7%), secondary males (3.6%), and fish with transitional gonad (3.6%). B-fish consited of secondary male (80.2%). primary male (5.5%). female (5.5%) and fish with transitional gonad (8.8%). In P.japonicus, individuals with hermaphrodic gonad were observed in 11.5-16.0 cm SL. Sex reversal of this species could be occured from 11.5 to 16.0cm SL.

        The purpose of this study was to find the way of treatment and prevention the stroke by Sangsang constitutional medical therapy. I came to get some conclusions after considering literatures of 《Dongyi Suse Bowon》and the conclusions as follows. 1. In 《Dongyi Suse Bowon》the stroke of Soumin is caused by 'Interior cold disease'. When 'Interior Yin' can not descend, the disease arise. In this case Lee Je-ma used 'Sohabhyang-won(蘇合香元)' , 'Chulaek-su(鐵液水)' . 2. The stroke of Soyangin is caused by 'Interior heat disease'. When the hot Qi of stomach and spleen is blocked, the disease arise. In this case Lee Je-ma used 'Dokhwal-jihwang-tang(獨活地黃湯)' , 'Jihwang-baekho-tang(地黃白虎湯)'. 3. The stroke of Taeumin is caused by 'Dry and heat disease'. When the heat of liver and the dryness of lung is excessive, the disease arise. In this case Lee Je-ma treated with 'Woohwang-chungsim-hwan(牛黃淸心丸)'. 'Wonji-sukchangpo-tang(遠志石菖浦湯)' , and 'Kwache-san(瓜帝散)' etc. Above results indicate that not only taking medicine but also filling up the Healthy energy(保命之王) is important to treat stroke.

      • Development of a T-DMB Monitoring System

        With the start of T-DMB service, diverse multimedia broadcasting services became available in the high-speed mobile environment. In addition to high-quality digital radio (audio) and television (video), diverse data services, such as Dynamic Label Segment (DLS), JPEG Slideshow (SLS), Broadcast Web Site (BWS), Traffic and Travel Information (TTI), interactive service using Binary Format for Scenes (BIFS), and Visual Radio, are being serviced. Currently, there is an increase in demand in the market for T-DMB monitoring system that can support all the data service available. In this paper, we present T-DMB monitoring systems that can simultaneously decode 6 services of different format within the two ensemble, through suitable algorithms and multi-thread techniques.

        화학기상응축 공정으로 제조한 Fe 나노입자의 TEM 미세조직 및 결정화거동

        Iron and iron nitride nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical vapor condensation (CVC) process, using a precursor of Fe(CO)_(5) and carrier gas of NH₃. Phase change and crystallization behaviors of as received particles were mainly examined by TEM technique. Only α-Fe nanoparticles were formed at the lowest decomposition temperature of 500℃. As the temperature increased, the crystallization of α-Fe nanoparticles was suppressed and Fe₃N nanoparticles were begun to be formed. Finally full crystallization of Fe₃N was observed at 1000℃. Typical size of the α-Fe and Fe₃N particles was less than 30 nm in diameter.

        1990년 12월부터 1991년 10월까지, 그리고 1992년 7월부터 11월까지 제주도 북방합덕연안을 중심으로 채집된 황놀래기, Pseudolabrus japonicus를 대상으로 그들의 生殖生態를 파악하기 위하여 體色變化와 生殖巢熟度指數, 그리고 生殖巢의 조직학적 방법에 의한 生殖週期, 性轉換 過程등을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 생식소 숙도지수(GSI)는 암수 다같이 8월에 접어들면서 상승하기 시작하며 10월에 최대 치를 나타내고, 12월에 접어들면서 하강하기 시작하여 1월부터 낮은 값을 나타내고 있다. GSI최대값은 암컷 2.32(±0.35), 수컷 0.38(±0.18)을 나타냈다. 2. 生殖週期는 成長期(8∼9월), 成熟期(9∼10월), 完熟 및 産卵期(10∼12월), 回復 및 休止期(12∼7월)등의 연속적인 주기를 나타냈다. 3. 體長 11.5∼16.0㎝되는 개체들에서 雌性에서 雄性으로 性轉換 단계의 生殖巢를 갖고 있다. 4. 본 種은 1차정소와 2차정소가 혼합되어 나타나는 複雄性의 雌性完熟魚에 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 5. 암컷에서 수컷으로 性轉換 함에 따라 적색에서 청색으로 體色變化가 나타나고 있다 Reproductive cycle and sex reversal of Pseudolabrus japonicu s were investigated histologically on the gonadal development, sex change of the gonad and studied by gonadosomatic index(GSI), color patterns.         ISD 모델에 기초한 농업인 안전교육 프로그램 개발

        이 연구의 목적은 ISD 모델에 기초하여 농업인 안전교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 있으며,이를 위해 분석-설계-개발-실행-평가의 다섯 단계로 구성된 개발모형을 설정하였다. 구체적인 프로그램 내용을 개발하기 위해 환경분석,학습자분석,과제분석을 실시하였고,그 결과를 반영하여 ‘안전의식 함양’,‘근골격계질환’,‘농약중독예방’,‘농기계 안전 사용’의 4개 모듈과 10개의 레슨을 설계하였다. 요구분석 및 설계 결과를 바탕으로 농업인 안전교육 프로그램의 교재/보조 자료/매체를 개발하였다. 교재의 경우,학습자용과 강사용을 구분하여 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램 및 운영체제에 대한 검토 및 보완을 위한 전문가 협의회를 개최하여 프로그램 시연회를 실시한 후 교육프로그램을 수정,보완하였다. 그 후,농작업안전시범마을의 농업인을 대상으로 농업인 안전교육 프로그램을 시험 운영하였고,그 결과를 반영하여 농업인 안전교육 프로그램을 완성하였다. 또한 이상의 프로그램 개발 과정을 통해 나타난 논점을 토대로 향후 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 시사점을 제공하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop a agricultural safety and health training program based on ISD Model. We set up 5step(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model for developing the program. After analyzing environment, learner and task, four modules(① Safety and Health Mindset, ② Musculoskeletal System Disorders, ③ Agrichemical Poisoning Prevention, and ③ Using Farm Machines Safely) and 10 lessons were designed. We developed teaching materials and supplement materials for the Agricultural Safety and Health Training Program based on need analysis and program design. Teaching materials consisted of the learner's and instructor's. The developed program was examined by expert groups and the weak points were revised through professional workshop. Finally, we tested the Agricultural Safety and Health Training Program at agricultural safety and health model village and fixed the program by reflecting the test results.

        현재 의료진단, 화학공정의 모니터링이나 환경공학적 감시 및 제어 등의 분야에서 사용되고 있는 기존의 센서는 고가이며 용적이 클 뿐만 아니라 분석시간이 길고 사용하기 까다로운 것 등 여러 가지 문제점이 있다. 또한 측정환경에 영향을 주지 않을 만큼 충분히 작으며 빠른 분석시간을 가진 센서를 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 센서들의 난점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 FET형 전해질(electrolyte : H^+, K^+, Ca^2+, Na^+)분석 시스템, 용존가스(O_2, CO_2)분석 시스템의 개발을 중점적으로 추진하며, FET형 압력센서, 습도센서, 방사형 온도센서 등의 개별 FET형 센서에 관한 연구도 병행하고자 한다. Recently various kinds of sensors have been developed, being applicated to their own purpose. There are lots of difficulties to apply them to measurements in which the real-time monitoring is required without disturbing the surrounding environment. FET type semiconductor sensors, fabricated by the semiconductor integration technologies, have many advantages for their miniaturization, standardization, mass-production and in vivo/in situ monitoring. They also hold a very proper configuration for multi-functional sensors or integrated smart sensors, and wide availability by forming various kinds of physical or chemical sensing materials onto their sensing gates.

      • 초음속 유동장치의 설계 및 성능시험

        Theoretical analysis, design and evaluation of a supersonic cold-flow system were conducted. It is designed to study of jet-vane for Thust Vector Control system, but a design process is similar general that of supersonic cold-flow system. The nozzle for this system was designed same exit Mach number as that of real rocket motor, because the jet boundary of designed nozzle approximated to real jet boundary very closely. The working gas is air exit Mach No. is 2.88, and nozzle chamber volume is 1.5ℓ. From the result, proper test time is about 0.3 seconds, low pressure chamber pressure and the measured axial thrust are appeared to 83% and 83.7% of the theoretical data respectively. It is due to pressure loss in sudden divergent-convergent section.

      • 강섬유로 보강한 재생골재 콘코리트의 강도특성

        This study was performed to investigate the strength characterstics of steel fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete. Test specimens were prepared with compressive, split tensile, flexural specimens and tested by ultimate strength. A superplasticizer and fly-ash were added to the mix to improve performance of recycled concrete. Test-variables are substitution of recycled aggregate(0, 30, 50%), steel fiber length(0, 30, 50, 60mm), steel fiber content(0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5%). Test-specimen were classified by test-variables. The experimental results on the various engineering properties of steel fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete using waste concrete are summarized as follows. It was found that the compressive and split tensile strength were proportionally affected by quantities of recycled aggregate substitutions, but flexural strength wasn't. The maximum compressive strength was 392 kgf/㎠( series 4 : R30 L30 V1.0 A20 ), the maximun split tensile strength was 40 kgf/㎠( series 7 : R30 L30 V1.5 A20) and the maximum flexural strength was 62 kgf/㎠( series 7 : R30 L30 V1.5 A20 ).
