      • GaTe 단결정의 광흡수의 온도 의존성에 관한 연구

        The GaTe single crystals were grown by the Bridgman method. The crystal structure is found to be monoclinic. The fundamental absorption edge moves to the long wavelength range with increasing temperature from 70˚k to 300˚K. For the sample thickness d=15.4μ, the absorption spectra show a sharp peak near the band edge which can be explained in terms of formation of direct excitons. The energy gap of the GaTe single crystals is decreased linearly when the temperature is increased. The temperature coefficient is -5.68 × 10 ?⁴eV/K. The temperature dependence of the energy gaps can be explained by the interaction between electron and phonon.

        광산화-활성탄 복합공정에 의한 B.T.X. 분해에 관한 연구

        In this study, The decomposition of gas-phase Benzene and Toluene, Xylene in air streams by direct UV Photolysis, UV/TiO2 and UV/TiO₂/A.0 process was studied. The experiments were carried out under various UV light intensities and initial concentrations of B.T.X to investigate and compare the removal efficiency of the pollutant. B.T.X was determined by GC-FID of gas samples taken from the a glass sampling bulb which was located at reactor inlet and outlet by gas-tight syringe. From this study, the results indicate that UV/TiO₂/A.C system (photooxidation-photocatalytic oxidation-adsorption process) is ideal for treatment of B.T.X from the small workplace. Although the results needs more verifications, the methodology seems to be reasonable and can be applied for various workplace (laundry, gas station et al.).

      • Chemical Transport Reaction Method로 성장한 CdGa₂Se₄: Co 단결정의 광학적 특성에 관한 연구

        The crystal structure of CdGa₂Se₄ single crystal belongs to the defect chalcopyrite (space group S₄??) family, and the lattice constants are a=5.756A, c=10.820A. Optical absorption studies showed that CdGa₂Se₄ and CdGa₂Se₄: Co single crystals have indirect band gaps of 2.29 and 2.18eV at room temperature, respectively. The absorption peaks due to the impurity cobalt in CdGa₂Se₄: Co single crystal doped cobalt as impurity are appeared at 775nm??, 1580nm?? 2420nm??. The three absorption peaks are attributed to ⁴A₂(⁴F) →⁴T₁(⁴P), ⁴A₂(⁴F) →⁴T₁(⁴F), ⁴A₂(⁴F) → ⁴T₂(⁴F) transition of ?? ion entered the substitutional tetrahedral sites. The crystal field parameter Dq and the Reach parameter B were found to be ??. The temperature coefficients are ?? and ?? for CdGa₂Se₄ single crystals, ?? and ?? for CdGa₂Se₄: single crystals, respectively.

      • 이동 열원을 고려한 전자빔 용접의 유한요소해석

        Simulation on the electron beam welding of Al 2219 alloy was carried out by using commercial FEM code MARC, which encounters moving heat sources. Due to axisymmetry of geometry, a half of the cylinder was simulated. A coupled thermo-mechanical analysis was carried out and subroutine for heat flux was substituted in the program. The material properties such as specific heat, heat transfer coefficient and thermal expansion coefficient were given as a function of temperature and the latent heat associated with a given temperature range is considered. As a result, the proper beam power is 60kVX60mA and welding speed is 1~1.5 m/min. The residual stress in the heat-affected zone as well as the fusion zone does not increase. It is necessary to use jigs for preventing distortion of cylinder and improving weld quality.

      • Balb/c와 DDY계 생쥐 오금림프절의 구조에 관한 형태학적 연구

        This study was aimed to clarify the distribution of lymph follicles, germinal centers and deep cortex structure in the lymph nodes of the Balb/c and DDY strain mice. Male adult mice were adopted in this study. After mice were sacrifed, the fight popliteal lymph nodes were removed in the popliteal fossa and fixed in Zenker-formol solution for 3 hours and embedded in plastic resin. The cutting thickness was 3㎛ serially and one of every two section was stained in May-Gru¨nwald and Giemsa solution. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. The size of lymph node was 0.750 mm in Balb/c mice and 0.968mm in DDY mice. 2. The average number of lymph follicles per popliteal lymph node was 15.5 in Balb/c mice, but 16.0 in DDY mice. The major of the lymph follicles situated in peripheral cortex overlying the uint(PCOU) in Balb/c. 3. The most transverse diameters of each strain lymph follicles was between 0.01 to 0.19mm. 4. The characteristic difference was number of germinal centers, DDY mice lymph follicles contained germinal centers in 13.25/lymph node, but Balb/c mice lymph follicles contained it in 5.75/node. 5. The morphology of deep cortex was not significant between each strain.

      • MgCdSe 반도체의 결정 성장

        Single crystals of ?? over the range 0.0≤χ≤0.46 were grown by the modified chemical transport reaction technique. The structural and optical properties of the ?? single crystals were investigated at room temperature from X-ray powder diffraction and optical absorption measurements. It has been found that the ?? has a wurtzite structure over the investigated composition range. The lattice constants of a and c vary linearly with composition. The band gap varies linearly with composition, which is represented by a linear relationship Eg(χ)=1.742+1.813 χ.

        솔잎추출유의 산화 안정성 및 추출유를 이용한 맛김의 관능적 평가

        생·찐솔잎에 콩기름과 올리브유를 첨가하여 추출한 솔잎추출유의 저장기간에 따른 산패도를 측정하였고 솔잎추출물을 김에 발라 제조한 맛김에 대한 관능검사 결과는 다음과 같다. 1.저장기간에 따른 중량변화 특정 결과, 콩기름은 14일째 생·찐 솔잎추출유는 21일째 생·찐 올리브유 솔잎추출유는 14일부터 중량이 서서히 증가하여 28일에 중량이 가장 크게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 2.TVARS 생성량도 저장기간 14일째 콩기름에 비해 콩기름에 생·찐 솔잎을 첨가할 경우 TBARS의 함량이 유의적으로 낮았고, 28일째 올리브유도 생·찐 솔잎을 첨가할 경우 TBARS의 함량이 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다. 3.시방산 산화의 2차 생성률은 aqueous layer에서 저장기간에 다라 감소하였고 특히 14일째에 다른 추출유에 비해 콩기름이 크게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 한편 organic layer는 저장기간 14일째 콩기름에서 가장 크게 증가하였고 솔잎을 첨가할 경우 유의적으로 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 올리브유의 경우도 솔잎을 첨가한 올리브 솔잎 추출유에서 2차 생성률이 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 4.제조된 생·찐 솔잎 추출유를 김에 발라 7점 기호척도법을 이용하여 관능검사를 실시한 결과 향, 맛 전반적인 기호도 모두 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않아 솔잎추출유를 김에다 바를 경우 거부감을 주지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 이상의 경우 솔잎에 콩기름과 올리브유를 첨가하여 추출한 솔잎추출유는 원유보다 산화에 대해 안정한 것으로 나타났고, 이를 이용한 맛김도 좋은 것으로 평가되어 솔잎추출유의 식품에 이용 가능성이 시사되었다. In order to evaluate the oxidative stability and sensory evaluation for the pine needle extracted oils, we prepared the pine needle extracted oils by the autoclave method with soybean and/or olive oils. The lipid peroxidation was monitored by measuring the formation of 2-thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS). In addition, the secondary reaction products of lipid oxidation were measured by fluorescence spectroscopy. A weight changing was decreased in oils added pine needle during storage periods. The formation of TBARS was the lowest in olive pine needle oils after 14 days storage, whereas it was the highest in soybean oil. The levels of fluorescent products in extracted oils added pine needle were also decreased in organic layers. According to the sensory evaluation, the scores of fragrance, taste and overall preference in savored laver using an pine needle extracted oils were no significant differences. Overall results suggest that the pine needle extracted oils can be developed to functional oil resources.

        We'd like to read Thomas Pynchon's V. as fabulation. In V. we had two distinct protagonists, Stencil and Profane. Herbert Stencil is the paradigm of the response of a hysterical, obsessive-compulsive, paranoid projection of the plot into everything. This is an extreme form of historicization, and has some understandable motivations-to make sense of history-but clearly Stencil steps beyond any common-sense rationality. Benny Profane is anti-paranoid, seeing no deeper patterns or continuity; he just goes with the random flow of events, as in his technique of yo-yoing up and down they react to their sense of powerlessness in opposite ways. Profane and young Stencil do not change; one remains in the Hothouse, the other on the Street. To them, the World progresses into inanimance. But at the edge of inanimance, Fausto is shown the necessity of illusion. He think that having illusion is inescapable and necessary for us to live in the world. For Pynchon, illusion might be interpreted as the socially symbolic act to overcome the inanimance of the world.

      • CT flouroscopy를 이용한 중재적 시술의 유용성

        Conventional CT-guided needle localization has been reported many times, but a few reports of interventional procedures by using multidetector CT scan with CT-fluoroscopy have been described. We presented 36 cases of CT-fluoroscopy guided interventional procedures focusing on the puncture technique. Two cases of small pneumothorax and one case of pulmonary hemorrhage out of 2lcases after lung biopsy, were not needed any treatments We can easily and accurately access to the lesion by using CT-fluoroscopy and unique our marker system.
