        쇄골두개이골증

        Cleidocranial dysplasia (previously known as cleidocranial dysostosis) is a well-known, rare and hereditary skeletal disorder characterized by a variety of dental abnormalities and as its name implies, striking involvement of the cra-nial vaults and clavicles. A 17-year-old female who presented with short stature and prolonged retention of decid-uous teeth, subsequent delay in eruption of permanent teeth is described, She could touch her shoulders together at the midline anteriorly. Diagnostic procedures showed hypoplasia of the maxillary and zygomatic bones, open fontanelles and sutures, and aphasia of the clavicles. The paranasal sinuses were absent or underdeveloped. Characteristically, she had near parallel-sided borders in the ascending ramus of the mandible and abnormal-shaped, the slender pointed coronoid process. The zygomatic arches had a downward bend and discontinuity at the zygomaticotemporal suture area. Radiographic and clinical investigations of her cranial and skeletal abnormalities revealed features of cleidocranial dysplasia.(Korean J Oral maxilloface Radiol 2000; 30: 229-234)

        The objective of this study was to oxidize chloromethanes waste with pyrolytic incineration unit. This experiment was carried out in actual plant. We have studied incineration temperature VS. removal rate of waste Liquid, removal of Hcl and Cl₂ in the flue gas. The results obtained were as followa : 1) In combustion condition for the temperature of 950℃ and the residence time of 1, 2 seconds, waste chloromethanes and cyan compounds were nearly decomposed. 2) The removal of Hcl and Cl₂ for the use of NaOH in the flue gas was very excellent. 3) The scrubbing of the dust was effected with NaOH solution.

        2-Alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzthioamide was synthesized by reaction of hydrogen sulfide with 2-alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzonitrile which was dehydrated from 2-alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzamide by thionyl chloride or phosphorus pentoxide. 2-Alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzthioamide was obtained by hydrolysis of 2-Alkoxy-4-acetamidobenzthioamide with 10% hydrochloric acid solution.

      • 고내열 Polyester-imide Resin의 합성 및 열적 성질

        Methylene dianiline(MDA)와 trimellitic anhydride (TMA)를 반응시켜 diacid diimide (DID)를 합성하고 이를 과량의 ethyleneglycol과 반응시켜 bishydroxyethylbisimide(BHEI) 중간체를 합성하였다. 다음 dimethylterephthalate와 ethyleneglycol를 에스테르 교환 반응시켜 bishydroxyethyl terephthalate(BHET)중간체를 합성하였고 이를 BHEI와 280℃, 감압(1~3 ㎜Hg)의 용융상태에서 축합 중합하여 polyester-imide를 얻었으며 GPC 및 ^1H-NMR로 분자량 및 공중합체 조성을 구하였다. 생성된 공중합체는 imide단위가 2-10 mole% 함유됨에 따라 PET단독중합체(T_g=78.9℃)보다 내열성(공중합체 T_g=81.9-91.6℃) 이 증가됨을 확인하였다. Methylene dianiline(MDA) was reacted with trimellitic anhydride(TMA) to give diacid diimide(DID) and then DID was reacted with excess of etyleneglycol to give bishydroxyethylbisimide(BHEI) intermediate. Dimethylterephthlate was reacted with ethyleneglycol by ester interchange reaction to give bishydroxyethylterephthalate(BHET) intermediate. BHET and BHEI was cocondensed in the melt state at 280℃ under reduced pressure (1~3 ㎜Hg) to give polyester-imide type copolymer. The molecular weight and composition of copolymer was determined by GPC and ^1H-NMR. The resulting copolymer showed increased thermal stability (T_g=81.9-91.6℃ with imide unite content of 2-10 ㏖%) compared to homopolymer (PET, T_g=78.9℃).

        안면비대칭 진단을 위한 하악골 3차원영상 계측기준치에 관한 연구

        기존의 2차원적 진단자료는 상의 확대 및 왜곡으로 인해 형태나 크기의 정량적 평가시부적절한 결과를 야기할 수 있어 안면비대칭의 정확한 진단과 치료계획 수립을 위해서는 3차원영상 진단의 도입이 필요하다. 본 연구는 안면비대칭 진단시 3차원적 분석에 도움이 되는 기준자료를 얻고자 정상교합자를 대상으로 하악골 3차원영상 계측항목의 평균값과 좌우차이의 정상범주를 알아보기 위하여 시행되었다. 뚜렷한 안면비대칭을 보이지 않는 성인 정상교합자 남녀 30명씩 총60명을 대상으로 두경부 전단화단층사진을 촬영한 후 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용한 각각의 단면 촬영영상 정보를 이용하여 3차원 입체영상을 재구성한 다음, 하약골 비대칭시 좌우차이를 보일 수있는 계층항목 ramus length를 나타내는 6개 condyla neck length를 나타내는 1개, mandibular body length를 나타내는 8개 등 15개의 거리 계층항목과 gonial angle을 나타내는 4개, frontal ramal inclination을 나타내는 2개, lateral ramal inclination을 나타내는 2개 등 8개의 각도계층항목. 총 23개의 계층항목을 설정한 후, 좌측과 우측을 구분하여 컴퓨터 상에서 3차원계측치를 구하고 좌우차이값을 산출하였다. 본 연구결과 얻어진 정상교합자의 하악골 3차원영상 계층항목의 좌우차이값은 안면비대칭 환자의 진단 기준치로 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. For an accurate dlagnosis and treatment planning of facial asymmetry, the use of 3-dimensional(3-D) image is indispensable. The purpose of this study was to get standard data for the 3-D analysis of facial asymmetry.Computerized tomography(CT) was taken in the 60 normal occlusion individuals (30 male, 30 female) who did not have any apparent facial asymmetry. The acquired 2D CT DICOM data were input on a computer, and the reformatted 3-D images were created using a 3-Dimage software. Twenty three measurements were established in order to evaluate asymmetry:15linear measurements (6 for ramus length, 1 for condylar neck length, and 8 for mandibular body length) and 8 angular measurements (4 for gonial angle, 2 for frontal ramal inclination, and 2 for lateral ramal inclination). The right and left difference of each measurement was calculated and analyzed. Itis suggested that the right and left differences of the measurements obtained from the study could be used as references for the diagnosis of facial asymmetric patients.

        영아에 발생한 하마종

        The ranula is a form of mucocele which specifically occurs in the floor of the mouth. The ranula is classfied into simple ranula and plunging ranula according to the mechanism of development such as the salivary duct obstruction or the extravasation. Clinically this lesion develops as a slowly enlarging painless, fluctuant mass on one side of the floor of the mouth and the mucosa may have a translucent bluish color. An 8-month-old male infant visited our hospital with the chief complaint of the left submandibular swelling and the mass on the floor of the mouth. We tentatively diagnosed a simple ranula. The marsupialization was performed but the sign and the symptom did not subside, so we took the MRI. By the MRI we diagnosed a plunging ranula and excised the sublingual gland via the intraoral approach. The correct diagnosis is essential for the most effective treatment, which is the excision of the sublingual gland.

      • 감꼭지나방 생태적 특성 및 방제약제 선발

        경남지역과 충북지역 감나무의 재배, 해충 방제실태를 농가 방문하여 설문조사 한 결과 감 재배경력은 경남지역이 평균 10년이며, 충북지역은 평균 5년 정도이다. 감 재배 주수는 대다수 농가가 20주 이상이고, 재배관리에 대하여 자문을 받는 곳은 농업센터나 농약사 및 연구소 등이었다. 김 품종은 경남지역에서는 부유와 서촌조생, 충북지역에서는 등시와 월하 등을 재배하고 있었다. 시비종류는 이른봄 에 퇴비나 복합비료를 주었고, 감나무 생장 중 열매나 저장 중 열매에 발생하는 해충이 발견되었다. 해충방제를 위해 살충제를 살포하고 있는데 주로 감꼭지나방, 진딧물, 잎말이나방 및 깍지벌레 등으로 파마치온, 파단, 코니도, 신파마치온, 수프라사이드 등을 살포하였다. 감꼭지나방(Stathmopoda masinissa)의 발육생태를 조사하기 위하여, 감꼭지나방을 야외에서 채집하여 온도±1℃, 광주기 16L:8D, 상대습도 50~60%에서 실내 사육하였다. 각 층태별 기간은 알 7.4일, 유충기간 34.7일, 용 15.5일이었다. 각 령기간은 1령 3.5일, 2령 4.2일, 3령 5.2일, 4령 6.5일, 5령 15.4일이었으며, 특히 유층의 두폭을 측정하여 평균한 결과는 1령 0.20mm, 2령 0.40mm, 3령 0.65mm, 4령 0.87mm, 5령 1.07mm일 이었다. 성충의 수명은 수컷이 6.2일, 암컷이 10.1일 이었다. 용화율은 68.0% 우화율은 59.9%이었다. A survey in Kyungnam and chungbuk areas revealed that the average number of years for persimmon tree farming is 10 and 5 years, respectively. The number of trees per orchard is at least over 20, and the farmers have been usually advised through an agricultural center, an agrochemical store, or agrochemical research center. The varieties of the persimmons they grow are Buyu and Seocheon in Kyungnam, and Doogsi and Wolha in Chungbuk. The kind of fertilizers they sprayed in early spring is either compost or composite fertilizer. persimmon pests are often found in persimmon fruits while on a tree or in storage. Phamathion, Padan, Konido, Sinpamathion, and/or supuraside is usually used to control persimmon fruit moths, aphides, leafrollers, and scale insects. To understand the developmental ecology of the persimmon fruit moth, Stathmopoda masinissa Meyrick, we collected and reared them under the laboratory condition which is at 25±1℃ of temperature, 16L:8D of photoperiod, and 85% of relative humidity. As a result, the developmental period of egg, larva, and pupa were 7.40, 34.7, and 15.5 days, respectively. The average period of each larval instar was 3.50, 4.17, 5.17, 6.46, and 15.42 days, respectively, and the average head capsule width was 0.20, 0.40, 0.65, 0.87, and 1.07mm, respectively. The average adult longevity was 6.2 days for males and 10.1 days for females. The pupation rate and the emergence rate were 68.0% and 59.9%, respectively.
