InGaAlP 레이저 경피혈액조사가 정상성인의 심박변이도에 미치는 영향

Objective : The effects of Indium-Gallium-Aluminium-Phosphide(InGaAlP) laser transcutaneous irradiation on heart rate variability(HRV) in healthy adults are investigated with power spectrum analysis(PSA) of HRV. Methods : The control group consisted of 20 healthy volunteers (10 men, 10 women). The experiment was divided into 5 different periods, the pre-1st laser period(10 minutes), the 1st laser period(30 minutes), the post-1st laser period(5 minutes), the 2nd laser period( 30 minutes) and the post-2nd laser period(30 minutes). HRV was measured for 5 minutes at the pre-1 st laser period, the post-l st laser period and the post-2nd laser period. The laser period is the period in which InGaAlP laser transcutaneous Irradiation treatment occurs. Results : 1. SDNN of volunteers at post-1st laser period and post-2nd laser period significantly increased compared with that of the pre- 1 st laser period. 2, Ln(VLF) at post-I st laser period significantly increased compared with that of pre-1st laser period, while Ln(HF) at post-2nd laser period significantly decreased compared with those of pre- I st laser period and post-1st laser period, 3. Ln(TP) at post-1st laser period and post-2nd laser period significantly increased compared with that of pre-1st laser period, 4, LF/HF Ratio at post-2nd laser period significantly increased compared with those of pre-1st laser period and post-1st laser period. But the other variables did not significantly change. Conclusions : The results suggest that InGaAlp laser transcutaneous Irradiation in healthy adults is associated with the autonomic nervous systems. Further study is needed for investigating the effects of laser irradiation on autonomic nervous systems.

SOCMAC 신경망에 의하여 Mackey-Glass의 비선형 시계열 예측을 시도하였다 다차원 연속 입력 변수를 가지는 문제는 요구되는 기억용량의 규모가 너무 커서 CMAC에서는 일반적으로 취급이 곤난한 대상이었으나 SOCMAC에서는 이것이 가능함을 보였다. 또한 학습과정에서 수용영역(receptive field)을 가변으로 하는 개선된 방법을 제시하였다. 예측오차는 TDNN(time-delayed neural network)이나 BP(back-propagation) 수준이었다. An attempt of using SOCMAC neural network for the prediction of a nonlinear sequence, which is generated by Mackey-Glass equation, is reported. The ,report shows the SOCMAC can handle a system with multi-dimensional continuous inputs, which has been considered very difficult, if not impossible, task to be implemented by a CMAC neural network because of a huge amount of memory required. Also, an improved training method based on the variable receptive fields is proposed. The Performance ranged somewhere around those of TDNN and BP neural networks.
MOCVD를 이용한 $HfO_2/SiNx$ 게이트 절연막의 증착 및 물성

65 nm급 게이트 유전체로의 $HfO_2$의 적용을 위해 hydrogen-terminate된 Si 기판과 ECR $N_2$ plasma를 이용하여 SiNx를 형성한 기판 위에 MOCVD를 이용하여 $HfO_2$를 증착하였다. $450^{\circ}C$에서 증착시킨 박막의 경우 낮은 carbon 불순물을 가지며 비정질 matrix에 국부적인 결정화와 가장 적은 계면층이 형성되었으며 이 계면층은 Hf-silicate임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 $900^{\circ}C$, 30초간 $N_2$분위기에서 RTA 결과 $HfO_2/Si$의 single layer capacitor의 경우 계면층의 증가로 인해 EOT가 열처리전(2.6nm)보다 약 1 nm 증가하였다. 그러나 $HfO_2/SiNx/Si$ stack capacitor의 경우 SiNx 계면층은 열처리후에도 일정하게 유지되었으며 $HfO_2$ 박막의 결정화로 열처리전(2.7nm)보다 0.3nm의 EOT 감소를 나타내었으며 열처리후에도 $4.8{\times}10^{-6}A/cm^2$의 매우 우수한 누설전류 특성을 가짐을 알 수 있었다. Hafnium-oxide gate dielectric films deposited by a metal organic chemical vapor deposition technique on a $N_2-plasma$ treated SiNx and a hydrogen-terminated Si substrate have been investigated. In the case of $HfO_2$ film deposited on a hydrogen-terminated Si substrate, suppressed crystallization with effective carbon impurity reduction was obtained at $450^{\circ}C$. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy indicated that the interface layer was Hf-silicate rather than phase separated Hf-silicide and silicon oxide structure. Capacitance-voltage measurements show equivalent oxide thickness of about 2.6nm for a 5.0 nm $HfO_2/Si$ single layer capacitor and of about 2.7 nm for a 5.7 nm $HfO_2/SiNx/Si$ stack capacitor. TEM shows that the interface of the stack capacitor is stable up to $900^{\circ}C$ for 30 sec.

Six kinds of sugars (Maltose, Sucrose, Glucose, Fructose, Mannose and Lactose) and four kinds of organic acids (Malic, Tartaric, Lactic and Citric) were added by 2-10% for the former and 0.2-1.8% for the later in quantitatively to the inferior quality of Flue-cured leaf tobaccos, and treated at 135$^{\circ}C$ for 10 minutes to examine the effect on deliveries of tar and nicotine in smoke, variation of smoke pH and smoking taste. The results obtained are as follows. Tar and nicotine deliveries in smoke of tobacco show a great reduction with 5-6% addition of sugars. Reduction of nicotine delivery was to be 19% with addition of Glucose. Tar in smoke was, however, increased by 5-8% with 4% addition of Sucrose or Lactose. On the other hand, 4% addition of Glucose and Fructose gave 1 % reduction of tar delivery, but the reduction rate became to be small with increase of adding quantity. The smoking taste by the addition of Glucose and Fructose tobacco was found to be milder than by the other sugars. Tar and nicotine deliveries show a decreasing trend with the addition of organic acid, and Tartaric acid, among the organic acids described above, had greater effect than the other acids. 1% addition of Tartaric acid gaves 10-11% reduction in tar and nicotine delivery, and a fall of smoke pH, from 6.40 to 6.05, was found. Smoking taste by the addition of Lactic and Tartaric acid had milder than the others. And heat treatment for 10 minutes at $135^{\circ}C$ gave also better on smoking taste. The addition of mixture of sugars and organic acids, (Glucose 4%+Lactic acid 0.8% + Tartaric acid 0.2%) and then the successive heat treatment for 10 minutes at $135^{\circ}C$ improved greatly the quality of Fluecured leaf tobacco, and nicotine were reduced to 16-29%, and pH was changed from 6.46 to 6.14.
